The staff could check the towels for bodily fluids left by prior guests. More importantly, the staff should provide replacement towels when such a blantant breach of the duty owed to hotel patrons occurs, yet I needed to speak with the Assistant General Manager before those towels were provided. I have never felt more disgusting in my life.

Their rooms are clean presented good for their guests. The heater and air conditioner works properly. Wi-Fi was good. The only thing is if you want to watch a movie you gotta pay for it.

Comfy beds, great continental breakfast, helpful staff. I am here because of a work conference and this hotel has been a great place to unwind between lectures.

The room was spacious, but not the cleanest. There were odd stains on some of the carpets and someone else's hair on one of the towels. It was nice and cold when I got in (which I love), and the front desk person was extremely nice and accommodating.

The hotel is just close enough to stores and restaurants that getting a Lyft would be obnoxious/wasteful but far and irregularly lit/sidewalk-ed enough that you probably won't feel comfortable making the walk at night. Complementary breakfast included bagels, cereal, waffles and other hot staples (bacon, potatoes, eggs). Room was large but felt a bit outdated. Pretty sure it's a converted office park. There were at least 5 switches to control the lights in the bathroom. Shower had only a curtain, no tub or door.

The hotel is right next to the business site where I was attending a meeting which was very convenient. Was clean and had very helpful staff. On site food and bar made after meeting socializing easy. Standard buffet breakfast was filling. Only downside would be lack of nearby places to eat or drink since it is in the middle of a business park area. Would need automotive transport to go anywhere.

Rooms are very clean, the bed is super comfortable and completely free of squeaks;) The workout room has just enough weights to lift to keep tight. I used the laudry facilities and that was convenient. I only wish they had a hot tub.

Location is convenient, breakfast is decent (though not amazing). Service was very prompt and courteous. They'll give you extra rewards if you don't want daily room service. Beds were comfortable, but the pillows are tiny and flatten with the smallest amount of pressure. The only major complaint was the lights kept flickering and the water is piped backwards to American convention which meant that hot was turning to the right rather than the left.

The room is big, the break fast is good and I liked of their gym. They could have more weights in the gym. But it is ok.

Perfectly acceptable hotel. Very comfy beds. The restaurant isn't the greatest, and food/drink prices are quite high, but probably about what one would expect.

Enjoy my stay. Large spacious room and very comfortable bed. My only complaint is the windows didn't have really blinds or blackout curtains to make the room completely dark.

I was here for an entire work week and I advise against staying here. I'm generally pretty generous with stars, but I really do not understand how this place has over a 4 star average. My guess is that it recently really declined in quality. +0.5 stars for the draft beer. -1 star for the stained carpets in multiple rooms. -0.5 stars for the drain fly (NOT a good sign) -0.5 stars for the location. -0.5 stars for the breakfast. -0.5 stars for the restaurant food. I'm going to round down to 2 stars as I don't feel it deserves 3.

It is a nice place to stay with your family and for business also. You can choose weekends for a better price.

Very comfortable room. Very clean. Quiet area. Has an outdoor pool area that is very beautiful. Gym also available but unfortunately we were unable to use. Delicious cookies available every day we were there. They were very accommodating to an infant in the dining area. We got there just before closing up but they let us grab extra goodies for our baby before closing up. The breakfast options are very nice. Staff is very friendly. They were very helpful even though my husband and I checked in at very different times and my husband was not available to give me a room key. Very close to San Jose without playing San Jose prices. Close to San Jose airport but car needed.

Horrible service in the restaurant/bar. Closed early on a Saturday night and threw a visible temper tantrum to open! Not ok!

Clean rooms, breakfast is good. Me and my bf have stayed here multiple times never had to complain about anything.

I love this place its nice and quiet and away from everything, like the stores and traffic, I also like the breakfast in the morning its great. This is my home away from home.

The rooms are nice, not 100% update but the necessary amenities that travelers on business would like. It has a decent, but small Fitness center, pool and a restaurant and bar. Located about 1.5 miles from the tech center of Yahoo, Microsemi and Google.

Stayed here while visiting the Lockheed Martin site. It was very convienently located with plenty of parking. The room was very nice with a comfy bed, tv, and a spacious bathroom. The complimentary breakfast was fairly average but they had nice to go cups for coffee! Would stay here again if I need to visit this site in the future.

This place was amazing! I was having a rough day when I checked in and the staff was super friendly. The room was really nice and comfy. The free breakfast was delicious I would definitely stay there again.

It started off good they upgraded my family into a executive suite, but after that it went down hill. My son went to wash his hands before bed and water just puddle the floor under the sink I called the front desk the women stated she will be up with towels. Once she arrived she stunk of pot she then just layed towels over the puddle and said she will make a note to not rent out room when we check out. So the rest of the night are room smelt like pot from her and we couldn't wash up till we checked out the next morning and went to families house…

Great rooms at a great price, friendly front desk staff. Good free breakfast every day and a bar in the lobby. Pretty much everything you need all in one place.

Comfortable, but not extraordinary. Rooms need to be updated. Food was not a good as usual.

The room was clean and ready when we arrived. The staff was all friendly. The breakfast was ok, the usual eggs, potatoes, and sausage. Waffles are good but there's always a line. Usually there's cookies, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate for you in the lobby.

The hotel is not great, but it's fine. It tends to be very loud, so if alarm clocks of others bother you it might not be a great option. The food is average, the gym is tiny, and the bar closes fairly early, but there are lots of options not too far away. I generally stay here only if it's the cheapest option in the area.

The hotel is good. The rooms are nice, there's an on-site restaurant and bar, a pool, free breakfast, some of the rooms are suites. My only issue is it's a little tricky to get to and it's a good thing they have the restaurant because once I get here I don't feel like its worth it to venture out again for dinner.

I love this hotel… The front desk people are super friendly and make u feel welcomed. I stay here as many times as I can. The environment is great… Clean Swimming pool… And did I mention how kid friendly this hotel is. Plus the free continental breakfast is one of the best and always different.

The continental breakfast was good and the room was nice. My key randomly stopped working after I went back to my room after breakfast and one of the girls from the front desk had to follow me to my room to let me in and check my ID because I left it in the room when I went to breakfast. That was kind of annoying.

Reasonably priced and quite comfortable. The bar menu is a bit limited but the food is good. The swimming pool and fitness center are also quite small. Overall a good place to stay though.

Very nice hotel that is located close to my meeting location. The room was nice with the standard breakfast spread. Will need a car to go see other parts of the city. I would stay here again.

We got in very late and the night auditor was incredibly nice. The room was clean and spacious. Overall, a wonderful experience after a long day traveling. Breakfast the next morning was great and checking out was painless.

Rooms are pretty big and needs are comfortable. Washrooms are okay and washbasin could've been placed better. Water for is sometimes great n sometimes sloooow. The breakfast was pathetic, have had better. Staff is okay. Not nearby anything so you have to take cabs/ drive everywhere.

I was amazed by the Quality and décor of the rooms. Impressed by the exercise room very spacious. The lobby was warm and inviting fireplace and bar. The breakfasts was very tasteful. Great accommodating customer service.

The lobby was beautiful it was welcoming walking into some free cookies. There was some infused water available in the lobby which was delicious and refreshing. The room had very comfortable bedding and was very clean better pillows than at home. No complaints at all! Hope to stay there again.

This is the second stay in the last 9 months and we have enjoyed the rooms and breakfast both times. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating was because housekeeping didn't clean our room. We were gone from 9-3:30 and when we left the room a cleaning cart was just a few rooms away. When we returned my wife and I were tired so we laid down for a nap. Housekeeping knocks on the door at 4:30 or so. My wife was sound asleep. Not good form.

I stay at this hotel a couple of times a year. The service was good and the room for the most part was clean. As usual, the breakfast's were outstanding and the buffet staff were accommodating, in light of a very large crowd each morning. Some minor repairs are needed in the rooms and house cleaning staff, I hope, is reporting these to management. … I hope that corporate realizes the importance of keeping good management at the front desk, as I have been slightly disappointed since one manager left for a job at a competitor hotel in the area.

We got a special last minute deal for a night at this hotel, so we were a little surprised when we arrived. It was super nice! The lobby was beautiful and the staff were super helpful at all points in our stay and the room was spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and lovely. Plus the breakfast buffet was totally unexpected and excellent. I would definitely come again!

Visited a guest there. They have stayed at this hotel multiple times over the last few years and really enjoyed it. They like everything about it. The rooms are nice, the lobby and bar areas are great for sitting together and having a conversation, and the continental breakfast is great.

A quiet hotel in the "Valley". It is located just outside but for it, the service is good and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast is expandable.

We stayed overnight on a Saturday, the staff was very courteous, or room was clean and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was great.

Very affordable for a fine room. Location is near enough from anything. They have a free complimentary breakfast in buffet style. They serve eggs, sausage, potatoes, gravy, pastries, waffle bar, fruits, oatmeal, and drinks that are coffee, tea, juice and water. There is an outside heated pool and a fitness room. I think both hours were 9am to 10pm. I loved they had coffee and tea bar for free 24/7 at the front. Room was clean, nicely firm bed, TV, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and a small bath tub. I wish their pillows were thicker and firmer though. Pillows were too soft and thin for me. Service was fine too. Good experience.

First time staying at this location. Very friendly staff, nice room, comfortable bed, and decent complimentary breakfast. Reason why I did not give 5 stars was that I was placed into a first floor room adjacent to the elevator lobby and the flow of traffic. Lots of noise and made it difficult to sleep. Those type of rooms should be left to fill last no matter where the person made their reservation through.

Great Hotel for the Price… The Country Inn is in excellent condition. Rooms are beyond spacious, and housekeeping standards are the highest I've encountered in a long time. Staff are extremely helpful and will go out of their way to make your stay a comfortable one. The buffet breakfast offers an excellent selection, from yogurt and waffles, right up tt scrambled eggs and sausages. Several blends of coffee are also available. Full marks all round.

Room is comfortable, staff was excellent. The hotel seems a little old on the inside but otherwise a good choice hotel when visiting Sunnyvale.

Went there for a business meeting from 8am to 5pm. Staff was excellent and helpful and the provided food was good. There were also fresh cookies available!

The best for a night with my hunny! We were at a marriage retreat. Well worth it! The pool, the breakfast in the morning! Wow. I would definitely stay again. My hubby loved the private room we had and it was downstairs, you literally had to walk down a long hallway to get to another room.

Room was fabulous! I'm staying in a Marriott right now in Santa Clara in a room more expensive than the room we stayed at here. Plus, this inn came with a delicious complimentary breakfast. Very worth the stay for the price. Will definitely return next time we are in the area.

Horrible based on the circumstances: Whatever you do, do not have a change in plans and checkout earlier than had originally been planned. My experience is just that, my plans changed and I checked out 2 days earlier than planned. I went up to the front desk before noon (checkout time) and informed them of my changes and they treated me as if it was a normal checkout not even mentioned to me that a cancellation fee would be assessed. Which is a full nights fee equalling $152.00 in this case. When I brought it to their attention they quickly brought out the form I signed and read me the small print that says there is a fee if they are not informed prior to 24 hours of a cancellation. Technically, I cut it short, not a cancellation. There was zero compassion or concern about me and my situation. It was an attitude more like, we got ourselves another one, another full night fee and we can put someone in the room as well and receive a fee from that tenant as well. It was a dastardly deed they did without any consideration for the person checking out. I will not ever stay there again and recommend no one stay more than one night because if the plans change mid-stream, you'll get charged for another night. Pathetic business practices.

This is my second stay in as many years. This time round I was there in January and the weather was a little colder. The hotel is great, the staff are well-trained and apart from the fact that between Friday night and Sunday morning there is no on-house dining there is nothing else to say against it. Quiet, with easy access to the road network and a great gym for those off-hours when you want to do something physical.

Very nice rooms, Courteous Staff, Complimentry breakfast is good too. Would definitely recommend it.

The staff here was really nice especially since I arrived in a party of 150. Also, the rooms and lobby were clean and well kept. I also really enjoyed the fact that there were free cookies and water in the lobby at all times. There were some issues with some rooms not being ready for a while including after 4pm. Also, the cable in our room didn't work at first because the cable was a bit loose in its connection to the back of the TV. In addition, the fountain in front of the hotel was turned off the whole couple days I was there for some reason.

I stayed a few nights at this hotel while visiting a friend in the Sunnyvale area and got the rooms at ~$80 a night through priceline. This hotel is excellent for the bargain I got on it. The rooms are clean, bathrooms are fine, free internet works, the free breakfast is wonderful, the courtyard is beautiful, and the fitness room looks new and clean. I would absolutely stay here again.

I traveled California for bussiness and decided work in my room half day before of my conference and in all day the service room never clean my room: (, I love work in my room and in the welcome carpet said if you need something, ask at the front desk in person, Ok I need a bag of tea in the morning and I ask for it at the girl in the desk but she was very rude with me), she looks me horrible and ask me if I guest. Her attitude made me feel very bad, She judge me by my appearance because Im Latin.

Travel business by a Board in which I had to attend and good me staying at the hotel cleaning people not cleaned my room all day, finally the folder's welcome said that if required something called the desktop of attention so they offered bags of you and ask for one, the hotel several times I wonder if it was guest not I wanted to attend and judge me by my appearance because I look so horrible being very racist in bad way gave me the bag of you, made me feel very uncomfortable and very bad.

I stayed here for a week on a business trip to the area. I think the stay was roughly what I expected: the service was nice, the room was comfortable and clean, the free wireless internet worked well. The breakfast was pretty good too. The main cons were the location (basically in the middle of an office park and next to the 237 freeway) and the fact that the room interiors (particularly the bathrooms) were a little dated. Not a distinctive experience in general, but I'm guessing that no one who comes here expects that, so it's OK overall.
