After having booked with the booking application (personal information, email, credit card, etc…) and almost an hour by car arrived on site to 1h30am with the telephone service outside the said motel (door locked and no one on the spot) have has been answered complete! They had to negotiate a room after the threats to get boarded by the police if made any noise… Disappointing and insulting.

Very friendly owner and awesome large suite sized rooms for a bargain.

Standard room, nothing wonderful but still very clean. The insulation between the rooms does not seem to be the most efficient, but the walls are not cardboard. Even though we arrived late, we were able to get a room.

All in all was nicely beautiful room super clean bathroom also flat major, music to make vibrated the floor of the room in the reception room under the motel which is finished at 1:15 am after 2 call to the reception.

Review reflects the hotel room and service only, not the restaurant, as is common with other reviewers. I give it five stars because the cleanliness and comfort of the room was top notch for the room charge. I would stay there again if I needed to. Lot's of space in the room and the bathroom.

With two friends I had to sleep there because of a bis car on the highway at this height. Room really well. Clean and comfortable. Only the young man at the reception desk. Only, the young man at the reception avaot really a attentite of puncture of c***. Since pass 11am, we asked if the convenience store has 10 minutes of the is opened and he responds: 'Ah, I don't know' tone nargeur. Asked if there was another one a little bit further and we the same thing. Then you ask him or is the garage is our car and we repondagresaivement 'bin ctu in Gaëtan. Stu at gaetan'. We answered we know not, but when mm know or it is the garage Gaëtan and we say 'bin the how you vx that I taide'. The more choquand was to ascertain, by looking at the receipt later, without being certain, that there was an additional fee (I recall not what was written), which seemed to be the tips that he has himself given. I involved in the customer service and this should be unacceptable to the hotel, because I had forgotten my cellphone, and the management has done a remarkable job and professional in calling my roommate and posting it to my address without waiting, as I had to ask.

The motel was correct but expensive for the area. Nothing to complain about but nothing to brag about either.

As good as expected, rooms are nice, staff excelent.

Some problems when booking with the receptionist (I repeat 5 times my information in its entirety before that she understands correctly). Otherwise, interesting motel Plessisville area (one of the most welcoming).

People there are very friendly.
