Very clean. Newly updated. Great service. Liked the layout of the room.

This was a great place. It felt either newly remodeled/renovated, or recently opened. Beds were new and comfortable. Furniture sleek and modern. Toilet seat was a bit sqeeky and the breakfast area didn't seem as attentive aestheticly, but overall good impression.

Very nice hotel all is vert new, rooms are spacious and well equipped. The staff is very friendly. Probably best Holiday Inn express I ever stayed.

The room was great and kept clean all week. The gym had dumbbells up to 50 lbs. Pretty close to everything I was going to.

The staff is so friendly. They pay attention to the details and remember me. When the room wasn't cleaned while I went to lunch, they called to apologize and check in. They have been great.

Clean hotel. Beds are large. Service is great. Location is on busy road, next to lots if restaurant choices. I recommend.

When my family and I first got into the room we immediately thought it was pretty nice. Not in a bad location and for the price really looked good and was very comfortable. Accidently forgot my toothpaste and they were quick to give us a complimentary little bottle. However, after hanging out for about 2 hours I see my son running after something he's almost 2 so everything grabs his attention but this was in a weird way. So I get up to see and I see him running after a cockroach! I immediately killed it and we went downstairs to let the front desk know. It was a very weird response when I explained what happened with the front desk guy saying "oh that's weird we've never had that problem" and I looked at him and said "OK. Well it just happened is there anything we can do? ". He then goes on to say "he'll see" if there's any rooms to switch too, took about 10 min of us just standing in the lobby waiting to see while he was staring at the moniter the whole time in awkward silence, not cool. So long story short we eventually change rooms and it was fine but when we get up at 830 in the morning for the "free breakfast" that ends at 10 am, there was literally only bagels and toast. Now it's not that big of a deal but they did make it seem like there was going to be at least eggs or something. This honestly frustrated me a little bit so I decided to ask for a manager to explain the entire experience.

Newer Holiday inn. Located in the main strip. Stayed here so I can be close to two Indian restaurants I wanted to go to.

This is the first HIX where the new scene is done the right away. The staff was great and my experience drying there was ok. My stay was quick. And it had more than positive areas but I will point out the negatives. Paper thin walls, I woke up at 630 am by two guys making out next door. The bathroom was clean and spotless however it had an ammonia smell. Maybe the concentration was too much? Lastly the breakfast. The service was outstanding however the food was bad. They had my favorite white egg omelette but it was only defrosted not warm the same with the turkey sausage. Again the negatives are few in comparison with the positive. I would stay here again.

Very nice place. Brand new, nice rooms and good breakfast. Lobby is pretty small and I like to work in the lobby, but other than that great stay!

Upon arrival, my corporate card did not seem to work properly. Having arrived from Boston, Suradeep (a very nice Nepalese clerk) bent over backwards to solve the problem, and for me not lose my IHG points. A 8-day with a Five-Star service for a biz traveler hotel. Thank you.

Fine place to stay for price. Clean room, very nice bathroom, and breakfast was fine. Staff was courteous.

Breakfast could be a bit better. And, given that this hotel was just recently opened, I would have expected it to be more modern sitting in the heart of silicon valley Still, an overall comfortable stay.

The Hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants and convenience/grocery stores. The hotel itself is clean and updated. There is breakfast served in the morning and a coffee station available all day. In the room, amenities include a microwave, mini fridge, a Keurig, flat screen TV with satellite service and the bed is comfortable. The hotel staff have been friendly and very helpful.

This is a good place to stay if you can get over being judged by your co-workers for staying at a Holiday Inn. As of fall 2017, the place is freshly renovated (I can't recognized what it use to be). The rooms are very clean and pretty modern, standard for an recently constructed Holiday Inn. The breakfast room is a bit on the smaller size, but it never reached capacity during my stay. I also found the sheets to be a bit rough on the bed, but maybe it's because they're so new. I'll stay here again.

They didn't clean my room, and they didn't clean my room well.

Under construction, hot water doesn't work, 1/2 size pillows, overpriced $171.00+$18.00 tax, old and sad breakfast room.

Great hotel with a good price!

Not bad for the price as well as clean rooms and a continental breakfast which was actually a full breakfast pretty much no complaints whatsoever enjoyed my stay will be back soon. I'm on the road with my limousine company which puts me into hotels across the board as well as Las Vegas.

Everything except for the Asheville get to say here is fight acceptable I give them $5 but what I really mean is take a half 3 if you really want to great day you should go across the street to the ground Hotel yeah you're going to spend about $100 more but you get all the amenities you would expect that any other 5 star hotel.

F'ing lazy clerk wouldn't get up from his TV to take my keys and give me a receipt. Furniture in room was worn and torn.

Low end customers, low end hotel. Freaking 3rd world management. One eastern Indian man acted like he owns Asians and tell me to hand him a fork in the breakfast area. One eastern Indian front clerk would call you 8 in the morning because they forgot to charge you some fees two days ago and need you to come to the lobby right away. And they don't want to give you receipt for that and ask you to pay cash only.

If only Google allowed 0 stars. This hotel is a complete disaster, had to leave this place in middle of the night as we found bed bugs crawling over us. Upon complaining at front desk they weren't surprised which gave an impression they knew about this. Refund was refused, after all we dint care about a refund and checked in to an different hotel.

Not a good place. Shopworn inside and outside, especially broken floor tiles and stained carpets. Guest printer did not work Bath fan and microwave both did not work but were repaired. Water was rusty one day. Limited breakfast. Wireless internet was a downright nuisance. And all this for $150 a night? Outrageous and inexcusable.
