Loved it here The PEOPLE that run this Hotel were to me so very nice to me it was late night and the prices for rooms were extremely expensive as they are when we have some kind of event going on and everyone is in town and the prices are sky high well my options were limited in on all website's hoping and praying for something well it happened there was a room that popped up at the GLASS SLIPPER KING ROOM $95. Hmmm… Let me call yep $95 he allowed me to reserve the room with a promise I'm coming in on the bus 22 I'll be there soon it is in Mt. View this gentlemen held on to the room and it was beautiful room I recommend this hotel 100% Thank You Lisa L.

Room was big and clean, bed was comfy! Some road noise!

The front desk clerk, Lee, makes this place so amazing! I came from NY in order to attend an interview at Stanford and needed to find an inexpensive hotel near the campus. To be honest, I wasn't expecting much but I swear had I stayed at the W, I would not have had a better experience than the one I had here at the Glass Slipper Inn. The best hospitality I've experienced.

Loved it hear the staff wonderful very nice friendly and reasonable I like it here.

We stayed there two nights while getting surgery at Stanford, good location, able to walk to plenty of restaurants, the staff was fantastic the rooms are basic and clean. The price was the cheapest in the area that we could find.

Just had the pleasure of speaks to Lee on the phone about making arrangements to get a room to stay overnight. After saying I'd have to speak with my boyfriend about which card I should use to make the reservation with. He proceeded to speak on his end of the line with someone very negatively about me in third person. And almost some what if a mocking tone of voice. I then announced that I could stulll hear the party's conversing. Addressed that I'd be giving a bad review as a result of said actions. And then hung up.

Over priced for the place is broken down as they are. Happy it was only one night cuz I would not shower there.

Would give 3.5 if I could. 2 bed rooms are not as nice as single bed. The a. C. Varies from room to room. Good place for good price.

Very nice room and a very nice staff everything was clean and the hotel is surrounded by plenty of food and stores. Very reasonable for the location. It's an old hotel but it's really still nice and it looks like some rooms are being remodeled. Wi-Fi fridge cable TV and microwave. I would recommend this as a really good value hotel.

The room you get is NOT the room advertised, I got some nasty ROACH infested room, that had stained furniture, that dated back into the 80's at least. The bathroom was dirty, and moldy. The floors had not been vacuumed in any recent days prior. Their was another persons hair all over the place. It smelled of urine. When I brought this to the offices attention they claimed this is a "nice" room. No, I called the health department, you don't allow humans to sleep in a pest infested room, that is complete filth and tell them its clean. Gross.

Serviceable… A bit dingy and not very secure.

Worst place I have ever stayed, wait only stayed for an hour it was so bad. As soon as I walked in the door there was a cockroach climbing the wall. All the walls are dirty, real dirty. Carpet is very nasty. Walls in bathroom were horrific (falling apart from all the moisture and most likely mold). Bathtub was so nasty as well. Place is disgusting. I'm so disappointed. The people on here that gave this place good reviews must like to live in filth. Oh yeah! How bout the lovely crackheads beating on the doors beside your room telling people to let them in. This is not a rant over poor customer service with the owner. The guy was actually very nice but unfortunately these rooms should be condemned well at least the one I stayed in and I'm sure most of the others are this way.

Okay so this guy in the front cheking people in is so rude and disrespectful and a thief he cheked 3 people in until Saturday and asked then to leave Friday with out returning the money he had roaches in the rooms and he's just a thief it's sad because his family lives there with him so IF ANY ONE CAN GIVE ME THE OWNERS FONE NUMBER AND IF NOT I WILL HAVE TO CALL OR GO TO COURT he needs to have that hotel shut down immediately thanks there was a lot of gang related guys last night police had to come 4 times so do not waste your money on this place please there is good cheap hotels around this place is not safe nor worth it.

Palce is really dirty, parking is extremely packed only can open one door a little. No screens on windows duck tape on missing glass is pilling off. Exposed to the outside.
