I Would Stay In Creekside In Again. It is Very Clean and Quit And So Convenient For guest to get back and forth to Stanford Hospital. My Boyfriend Was Sleeping In His Truck For A Week Because His Brother is In Stanford Hospital and We Found Out That Creekside Even Offered A Discounted Rate with a Code From Stanford So By The Grace Of God We Were Able To Get Him A Room And Now I Can Rest Assure That He Is Safe And PRAY He Gets To Come Home Soon. Thank You Creekside Inn!

Love, love, love this hotel. This was our 2nd visit. The staff is warm and welcoming. The grounds are lush, peaceful and serene. The rooms are well appointed, clean and spacious. We can charge our Tesla on site, which saves time. Great place to stay. We’ll be back again. Thank you!

DOUBLE CHARGED CREDIT CARDI lived at this hotel for 3 nights that was paid by Salesforce, the company that provided this accommodation. And guess what… I return to my home to find that they charged around $1200 to my credit card after two weeks which the person at check-in clearly said it will only be held for incidentals! I am worried how many more times they will charge me in the future. I need to call my credit card company and block this merchant. My advise — please check your statements for charge from this hotel for weeks after your stay!

This is a hotel that just makes you feel good while staying there. The outdoor space of the grounds is wonderful with plenty of places to sit and just relax and meditate. There's even a hammock available. There's a saltwater pool that's perfectly heated with a privacy fence surrounding it. The room had everything that we needed, complete with a fridge, coffeemaker, complimentary robes for using when you go to the pool. The bathroom is modern with a glass enclosed shower. Our room had a patio there are also balconies. There's a market right next door where you can pick up anything that you want and there's a restaurant that's feels like part of the hotel that has great drinks and great food. This is a perfect location in Palo Alto right down the street from Stanford University. We would definitely stay here again.

Not flexible at all, I have reserved Wed-Thu night (2) pre-paid. And asked to change to Tue-Wed. No way. No solution, then I slept for one night instead of two for 690-$. Crazy. Of course on Tuesday, the hotel was not full. Please try to avoid this hotel.
No breakfast, no bar just a supermarket who is open very late in the morning then you have to take your car to have a breakfast.

The room decor may be a bit dated, but in a nice "vintage" way. Our room was clean and organized nicely. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I recommend the place highly.

The creekside inn was a very modern hotel with nice complimentary soaps and toiletries and delicious complimentary pastries in the morning. Some people might like the rain shower, but we felt the water pressure was too low. The bedding also could have been warmer.

This is a great value. It is very well maintained and everything is immaculate. It is a bunch of refurbished builds with some amazing landscaping. It has character and charm that you would not have at a big name hotel.

The inn is wonderful. There is a pool, fitness center, restaurant, & deli/shop. The rooms are nice, and the beds are very comfortable. It's close to plenty of restaurants. There are a lot of pretty flowers on my terrace. The double shower head is A+.

My sister has a 2 yr. Old little boy and they all just loved him. The property is well maintained and the plant life is beautiful. The Driftwood deli / grocery store that is on the property makes delicious sandwiches and salads and the staff are all very friendly. Once again the store and the property are very clean. My family highly recommends both businesses and our stay here was a very pleasant one.

The Creekside Inn is always a lovely place to stay. The grounds are beautifuly kept, the staff are always friendly.

Incredible place. The room is gorgeous and spacious. It has a little oven top and mini fridge, of you feel like putting something together. The shower is great as well. They don't offer breakfast, which a little disappointing. But there's a great breakfast place nearby.

Very nice spacious rooms. Almost most of the rooms have private wide balcony. Room service and cleanliness is also worth mentioning. Provides complimentary tea coffee and Danish cakes. Has restaurant named Cibo, serves pretty nice American cuisine.

It is a very good quality otel good customer service.

We stayed for one night. The area is nice, the room was clean and hotel staff was super friendly and welcoming. They helped us with anything we needed, providing us with multiple rides with the free Tesla shuttle (something really cool) all around the area. They also gave us a ride to the Caltrain after our check out time. They offer free coffee and pastries in the morning for their guests; in addition they offered us a complimentary breakfast. Will definitely come back.

Came late and left in the morning, so I can't say anything about the other aspects of the Inn, but the service and room are five stars, the best bed I have ever slept on. Highly recommend this place!

Very nice rooms. Room was clean, modern, liked that there were 2 chairs and a small table directly outside our room so we could sit and enjoy the lush scenery and a cup of coffee. Almost had a feel that we were out camping in very upscale cabins. My young adult children really liked the area, the look of the hotel, as well as the room. Conveniently located. Corner Bakery Cafe is walking distance as well as another restaurant.

Good place. Friendly staff. Clean. Please turn off the light in the room after cleaning since (with the blinds open) people can see inside the room the whole day that we're not there. Otherwise a great stay!

Wasn't what I expected for the price I paid. It was better! Nice clean rooms, comfy bed, and the the inn looks newly renovated. Kind staff. All the amenities I needed for my one night stay. They have these tablets in each room that seem like a novel idea but I hardly touched mine. Great place to stay.

Stayed here while in town for an interview. The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean and modern looking. They even had a free wine tasting that night, but I needed to keep a clear head. I was pleasantly surprised with how nice this place was and will definitely use it if I need a place in the area going forward.

Absolutely beautiful gardens. The staff has gone above and beyond to help us in any way possible. Very impressed. The rooms are really nice. We have traveled here from Kansas and this is by far the best we've seen.

I only stopped by to use the electric car chargers. It was a pleasant surprise to see two level 2 chargers and 2 Tesla chargers at the hotel. Thanks for doing your part to save the planet and assist the community.

Even though the hotel is on a main thoroughfare since it is very quiet. The room service is from a resteraunt that is next to hotel and the food is excellent.

Charming inn with lots of fun details. There was a hammock outside my room, a water bottle filling station by the lobby, and lots of great outdoor meeting space to sit and relax. There are plenty of food options within walking distance. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. I would stay here again.

Very cool Inn, super clean room. Staff is very friendly and when I checked in there were 5 staff members in the lobby to help guests. Free parking and Wi-Fi is always good not to mention the in room meal I had was very good, delivered promptly and hot.

This hotel was a bit dated. Room smelled mushy and air conditioning was a bit loud, woke me up from time to time. Staffs, however were friendly and breakfast was good. Overall, I had a good time.

Clean rooms. Decent Wi-Fi. OK service. Nice environment. The showers are a bit weird since half of it is uncovered leaving some water to escape. Close to Stanford.

It's so cute! The room is very nice with the most comfortable bed! The room has a balcony area and a beautiful view. Also, the food service food was great. I must add that I did see a black spider (not a widow) crawling on my bed the next morning :-/ I'm not too surprised, there were beautiful trees and shrubbery next to the balcony (see pic). It's tempting to leave the balcony door open all day. Besides that, it was a perfect room.

The hotel itself was nice. Front desk staff nice. BUT… housekeeping went through my stuff! Not ok. So I'm thinking it was or hoping it was because they were looking for the bedside tablet! I laid it on the nightstand and covered it with a towel since it has cameras… creepy. So upon returning to my room I noticed all the drawers were ajar. They weren't that way when I left… I have a tad bit of OCD so I would have noticed. Which made me think someone was looking through my stuff. Which led me to look at my suitcase where I had hidden my bag with my iPad. And yes I am very sure that is what I did. I was very meticulous about putting it in and covering it with clothes then zippered it up. The bag was now on top of my suitcase! It's a big bag full of papers etc. There is no missing it! But, even if they were looking for the tablet they have no right to go through my bags/stuff. If it was missing they should have notified management and had them contact me. And if it was not located then charge me. The reason I think they were looking for the tablet is because they left the towel I had on it on top of the bed and forgot to finish cleaning the room! Bed pillows were still on the floor and the little foot fabric thing was still wadded up on the chair! The whole thing just has me creeped out! Or maybe they were just trying to rob me and the iPad was too obvious of a thing to steal… idk it was the only thing of value I brought with me. I will NOT be returning!

Great spot, quiet location! There is a little upkeep taking place around the pool area, some parking spots are occupied by those items. Staff is friendly, hotel guests (that I've encountered are quiet, polite).

Hip clean inn with pretty landscaping. Rooms are small but cozy and smell very nice. Plenty of parking and there is a little store/deli conveniently by the parking lot.

Facilities are decent, but the room and service is just so awesome. The room makes you feel really relax and it is very clean especially in the newer building. This deserves to be 4 star hotel.

Nice hotel compared to others in the area. Not just a motel. Has a nice creek and patios to sit around. Very nice and helpful staff.

We stayed in the newer building and it was very nice. Pastries at breakfast were delicious however a drink carrier would be nice for coffee cups. I spilled my coffee and pastries just trying could carry 2 cups of coffee with a small plate.

I am a guest on the 300 floor of the hotel. The room is not overly spacious but is very nice, and I am only a single traveler anyway. It is equipped with a Nexus 10 tablet that functions as alarm clock, room service kiosk, information desk etc… It's a nice touch to an already nice place. The staff have been very helpful and attentive. The morning breakfast has a small array of pastries and coffees to choose from and is open for several hours even on the weekend, which helps for someone from the east coast who is still on a very early schedule. While it is pricy, it is a great place to stay and it is conveniently located to my West coast office, restaurants, and public transport.

Creakside inn is perfect for school fieldtrips. It has nice rooms and beautiful garden views.

I found it to be average hotel. Nothing stood out to me and my room was in a bad spot which might have lowered the rating but I am not sure how other rooms would have been.

Comfortable bed, good shower, friendly staff, but kind of noisy from adjoining rooms and the Wi-Fi was terrible.

Location isn't as natury as the website makes it appear. Wireless works well enough. Rooms are OK, but far from great (refrigerator was leaking water, bed smelled slightly, and noise from parking lot came through unsealed door. Breakfast had flies on it (uncovered pastries). Shower design makes it so the bathroom floor always gets a little wet.

Room Quality: 8 Customer Service: 10 (The chubby guy, with a pullback hair style, and a cool accent. He is the best dam customer service I've seen in my life (Cool, helpful, efficient). If you are a manager who is reading this, please promote him or raise his salary. ) Equipment: 7 Clean: 9 Short Description: Pretty good room, not perfect like a 5 star hotel, but matches a 4 star hotel. The room is very clean and comforting. I like it very much because the hotel is surrounded by trees; very relaxing. I like to sit on the couch to watch the river flow, or lay on the bed and watch a whole colony of squirrels move in the trees. Next time I come to Palo Alto for summer, Creekside inn will be my first choice!

Stayed over the July 4th weekend. The combinations were nice and quiet. It's a bit weird though because the hotel staff can't actually offer you the best price like offered on Hotel tonight or the company's own website.
