Incredible hotel! First, the front desk staff is incredibly helpful and kind. We loved all of them but the staff member that stuck out the most was Christan. He was such a nice and thoughtful person! Crowne Plaza has a great asset to their staff force! And then there was Dash the room service robot! One of the coolest things we've ever seen! Literally a robot that delivers necessities and things to you at your room door! When in Silicon Valley! You have to put this hotel on your must see list! Thank you staff of Crowne Plaza in San Jose Cali!

A nice Hotel for business travelers. This Hotel has nice and very clean rooms. I appreciate the staff and the restaurant. The only problem here is the billing. Check your Invoice when you leave. They seem to add some charges that are not legit. E. G. Room phone for long distance calls. Local resources in accounting are very rude. Check your Invoice when you leave!

The hotel is in a nice location is kept up nicely. The pool is a nice pool and pool area as is the workout room. The A/C heater system is next to the desk so that blocks some of the airflow for the room. The TV volume caps out at 35 which is kind of quiet when the A/C is running. My king room did not have a microwave or mini fridge which would have been nice. There is a coffee maker and iron with ironing board. The views from the higher up floors are beautiful. The bar is open late and has a decent selection of alcohol, and the kitchen is open fairly late as well. Room service is expensive, but that's to be expected.

Decent conference rooms, audio visuals and helpful staff. Very convenient location with plenty of food options around. The hotel food is not bad either but I have had better. Overall I recommend this place for professional events.

Hotel is at a very nice location near all good restaurants. Rooms are cozy and very good. Giving 4 stars as the reception folks didn't booked my cab twice and had lack of communication between the staff during shift change. Also you need to provide water bottle as mentioned for the long staying guests, which was not there every day and very irregular.

I stay here every time I'm on business. Wonderful hotel. I am now an IHG member because of how much I enjoy the stay. Comfortable beds, and food is good too.

We had a day long conference here. Lunch was very tasty. We got a lot accomplished.

Very bad reception and Breakfast staff. We were 20 people japan went as a group from 7-Apr to 14-Apr, 2018. They locked 2 of our rooms even before check out for just $4. They thought we will run away for not paying the $4. They should have left a memo in my room. Whey do you need to lock our rooms. They are not trusting their customers for such a small amount. I gave more than this amount for tips. No apologies from reception staff. The manager is trying to fight with me when I complained. The breakfast service is very bad. Very sad face. When I ask for coffee they feel so sad. I feel like I am talking to uneducated staff. Whats the problem when I am giving them tips. Don't know how to smile when they talk with customers. I suggest the hotel management to train their staff well.

Nice hotel, near many companies and across the street from Oriental heaven (a Ranch 99 is the anchor store). The rooms are very nice, the bed is comfy. There are lots of outlets at the desk and nightstand. We hold a conference here every year and everyone looks forward to the hotel, its location and its value.

Convenient for visiting Western Digital and Cisco employees, however pretty mediocre service. Rooms are nice, no real views. Gym and pool/spa are fine. In room dining and Sevens is pretty awful for the price. Go check out the delicious food in the nearby strip mall.

Attended a business event in the private room off the bar. Great venue for such an event. The tapas were just fab! (Four stars b/c I can't speak to the rooms or anything else. )

Very clean hotel and the price was very good. They offer breakfast from 6-10 am daily, average food selection. The people are very friendly and have met our expectations.

Nice Hotel. Didn't use any amenities. Just spent time in room to sleep. Was very clean and the front desk clerk remembered why we were there and asked how the event was when we checked out. I am a rewards member so I had a great rate.

My employer booked a Xmas party here for us warehouse employees. Find was great service was mediocre. The manager didn't want to give me another coke because our group was only allotted 30 sodas. I told him no one drinks diet Coke. He said that's all that's left for our group. I asked if he could take back the diet and bring us regular coke. He did do it, but he made it seem like it was such a difficult task to do.

Very nice rooms, near to Great Mall, very cool food in the adjacent parking lot for the adventurous, neat pool on the roof, easy parking. For Spire Elite, got a free drink ticket and a free buffet breakfast. Truly exceptional staff. And there is a very cool robot that can deliver small items to your room!

Bathrooms with hair, and in the headwaters is very dirty.

A nice place like most Crown Plazas. The staff is always great. This hotel is in the middle of a industrial location but there are some small shopping strips nearby.

Nice hotel in Silicon Valley. Rooms maintained, the burgers in the bar delicious. For the 5th STERN it is missing because quite expensive.

This hotel amazes me with their service, food, and overall design of their ballrooms. I can't believe they are not 5star hotel.

For a Crown Plaza, it was actually kinda average. The gym was really small, but the rooms were fine. The food at the restaurant was really meh. But overall, I would probably stay there again. Just don't expect it to be a super luxurious experience.

Very near to Cisco and great place to stay. They have swimming pool and nice gym. Staff need to brush up smiling techniques here and the rest is fine.

Location was perfect to everything my husband and I had to do. Love the staff. The room was very well put together. Love the shuttle convenience that they offer. It's 10 minutes from SJC Airport which was a plus. Will definitely return and stay here again.

The hotel was exceptionally nice and well kept. Staff were friendly and helpful. The gym wasn't much and the amenities weren't as nice as the last place I stayed at in Boston, MA (large bathroom, refrigerator, coffee maker was clean, large fitness room with moist towels, etc. ) There was a lot of Asian food options within walking distance from the hotel.

Clean & friendly service. Specially the Filipino crew in the front desk showed us excellent customer service and very good hospitality. We attended my niece 18th birthday. We booked 2 days and we requested if we can get all the room be closer or at least in the same floor and they did everything to accommodate us! I don't know if this counts but they are just few steps away to Asian plaza an area with at least 20 different restaurants & shops.

The Crown Plaza is always a nice choice. Clean room and friendly staff. We were here for a short business trip and had a good time. Local restaurants Banana Leaf & Sen Sushi were pretty awesome!

Our bar tender that night, goes by the name of Rick, was extraordinarily hospitable. Even though my boyfriend and I were only there to visit friends and weren't hotel guests, we were treated like welcomed guests. The drinks at the bar are also very delicious and worth the buy. Because we went so late at night there were hardly any customers at the bar and we were able to enjoy some peace and quiet. We highly recommend visiting and staying at the Crowne Plaza!

Extremely friendly staff, I swear there were three people helping me find a plastic spoon! Every time I encountered someone they were incredibly kind. The pool was small, but fun, and on the 3rd floor which had a nice view. Great stay all in all.

Front desk staff are awesome! quick and courteous check-in. The robot delivery thing is cool as ever. Rooms are clean and comfortable… kudos to the housekeeping staff! view from the 12th floor is the best. Relaxing in the comfortable chair with ottoman gazing out the window. Thanks CP. You made my night after a long day.

My friend booked a room and they assigned that room to another person by mistake. It was a hassle. He had to wait for 2 hrs to let the person checked in, move to another room and get the housekeeping done before letting my friend check in. The rooms were decent though.

Overall a very nice hotel. I love the bar on the ground floor, and great decor throughout. The room was decently sized too. My one real gripe is the bed. It wasn't great, and that's what I'm at a hotel for. It was only a double or full bed too, not a queen. Other than that it is nitpicky stuff, like the annoying toilet seat.

Spent mothers day weekend at the hotel. Beautiful suite. Comfy beds and very clean. Housekeeping staff are excellent! Enjoyed our breakfast which was much better than the standard fare. I have stayed at this location several times and each time it gets better!

Me and my husband stayed here overnight on a Saturday and checked out on Sunday. Our experienced was good except for asking a wine opener to bring to the room they charge $2.50 I know it's not a lot but still I would imagine it's free. When I book the hotel I was told by the agent that the fridge and microwave was in the room but unfortunately, you have to request for a fee. Otherwise, the hotel is clean and temp is good. We stayed on the highest floor which is 12th floor couple of the elevators is not going up to 12 except for 1. Breakfast was included on my room that I paid which is great! The hotel price is reasonable for a 5 stars hotel. I used IHG club rewards if your a member.

Lovely hotel! I came here for State Speech and Debate competition, and the rooms were really comfortable.

Legally, I can't divulge why I was at the Crown Plaza Silicon Valley, but there is nothing (legally speaking) from mentioNing that it involVed the U. S. Secret Service, as well as the Philippines equivalent of the Secret Service. Beyond that, I "do not know" who I drove to a location I can't divulge, to a private, unmarked, white jet without any identification, including any tail numbers.

This is a very well maintained establishment. The staff is very friendly and helpful hello everyone from the housekeeping to the front desk staff. It is quite obvious that they have all gone through extensive training to satisfy there customers. If you're in the area and you're holding a function battery luncheon or small conference this is a great location for you.

The service was great, very convenient check-in and check-out. Great Chinese food just across the street. I was there on business for only one night, so I can't speak for extended stays. It's clean and well managed.

I just checked out of the hotel after 4 days of business and sight seeing. I cannot describe enough the very helpful staff from the front desk representatives, shuttle drivers, dining room staff, cleaning staff… All were kind, helpful and cheerful at all times. We very much enjoyed our stay here and look forward to staying here again. The staff were a good part of what made my business trip and vacation enjoyable. Thank you!

No Rest at this hotel. For the amount of money spent (1600+ for 4 nights) I was awakened every morning around 5:30am by noise generated by the hotel staff or other maintenance activities. (i. E. Lawnmowers at 5:45am, leaf blowers at 6am, busses warming their engines at 5:30am) not to mention rooms being serviced at around 10pm. For an average of $400 a night I should be able to have a restful experience during the week, I will not willingly stay at this hotel again.
