Great hotel, free happy hour drinks and food. Comfortable beds. Recently remodeled.

Very nice hotel. The front desk personnel was very nice too. Beautiful decoration and very clean. I can't wait until breakfast.

Nice hotel. The rooms are decent and the Staff works hard to keep them nice and clean. The breakfast buffet they serve is delicious. I love their coffee machine. The TVs are nice and comes with a good mumber of channels with HBO. I recommend this hotel.

The room is good but not great. The front desk is very helpful. The t. V is big and the there are two beds. But it is a bit small. The breakfast menu is good for vegetarians and there are a lot of beverage options. Also Macarthy Ranch is nearby.

The hotel was clean, convenient, breakfast was very good. The beds and bedding were really good after a long drive. The hotel is dog friendly (altho not too many places close by to walk the dog). It was certainly good value for money and we will stay there again if we pass through the San Jose area.

Good for a quick business trip. 24 hour front desk. Desk was good and had lots of power outlets. Wi-Fi worked fine and was free. Walls/floors are very thin. Upstairs neighbors returned to their room at 12:30am and woke me up. Floor seemed very squeaky too. Had to turn on white noise to sleep. Front desk was efficient. There was were construction trucks in the parking lot but the construction had no impact on my visit.

Clean, quiet room. Friendly staff. Only complaint was the AC really struggled to cool the room, even though it was only 80 outside.

This is a great hotel in Silcon Valley for the price. Nice people and newly renovated rooms. An awesome happy hour that is a great plus for your stay.

Be Careful! Woke up today with a nice cup of coffee in my room. Apparently the previous tenant left a blob of phlegm in my coffee cup, had since dehydrated, and reconstituted in my hot coffee for me to enjoy. Will not be staying here again.

Adequate. It'd rate it probably 2.5 stars. The facility is unquestionably dated but at least it was clean. On the plus side, great breakfast selection on the morning, wasn't expecting anythingore than standard Continental.

This was the best experience we have had. Excellent t staff and facilities. Will certainly stay there the next time we come to the area.

Hotel was very clean and in great shape, beds were super comfortable. Food could use a little improvement. Only major complaint was parking. I understand the place is undergoing improvements but with an already small parking lot, they should have at least moved the construction equipment out of the stalls possibly across the street to free up a few extra stalls.

Nice quiet and hidden. Current construction makes parking somewhat difficult and they have weedig events hosted here occasionally so I always request a room on the far side. Easy booking and cookies and breakfast are always appreciated.

Very disapointed! The hotel is noisy (close to the highway! ), needs a serious refresh, and a deep clean of the carpette :-/ The bed is reaaaally far to soft. Still 3 stars as the position is convenient: restaurants, tank station and highway are really close by. The breakfast is good. I'll not go bck there.

It's a great motel. Close to all freeways, restaurants, shopping and clean. The breakfast is very good. The staff keeps up with stocking items.

Really helpful staff, super friendly. Breakfast was better than I expected (I wasn't expecting waffles and french toast). Room was average size, bed was comfortable but the pillows may be softer than some people like. Other than that, I enjoyed everything about it. Restrooms were really nice! Shower head really impressed me with the changing shower head.

Staff was really nice and breakfast was decent. Rooms were clean, but it is currently under remodeling so parking can be full.

Rooms were clean and customer service was good. A bit dated and there is construction going on. Location is very near freeways.

BW agent failed to notify about renovations. Elevator was out of service. Room is to small for 2 double beds. Door to balcony would not open half way because the bed is blocking it. Doors have damage. Rooms are just to small for comfort. No desk. There is no plus at this location.

Staff was extremely friendly, conveniently located to the freeway and restaurants, the room was very nice… bed comfortable amd the owner was extremely personable which made the experience even better. Would definitely stay here again!

The easy check-in/checkout, along with free breakfast and great customer service, was merely the icing to our really comfortable beds. Plus, the hotel is nearby to some restaurants and shopping center. Great deal!

Currently under construction, but overall nice. The rooms are clean and very spacious. Nice breakfast in the morning and even a hot meal st sinner time was included. Parking is a bit difficult right now due to the main entrance construction but there is street parking if necessary.

We were in transit and chose this hotel, wel the location right on the street was very convenient for us. The hotel offers everything you need, the rooms are clean and well equipped and the breakfast is plentiful. Since we were a little late, we asked at Chek in after a restaurant for dinner, the clerk gave us kindly some recommendations nearby.
All in all, we are very happy.

I loved the bathroom in the room and the complimentery breakfast was the best I've had in a long time. Variety was refreshing. However the room we stated in had spiders. I killed 4 in a short 30min span. The door to the room was warped and didn't close all the way, but locked…

Nice place off the freeway. The staff was nice and rooms were clean.

Checked in with another couple (we both paid the same amount for our rooms). We were told both rooms were the same quality. We were given a room that the air conditioning did not work. Someone came to room and giggled cord to AC unit and thought it was fixed. AC stopped working and requested to be moved to another room similar to our other party's (theirs had a balcony) and quieter not facing the freeway. Told no more rooms like theirs or on the quieter side. Moved to a different room. Couldn't stop water dripping constantly into tub (very wasteful). Normally choose Best Western Plus locations whenever possible. This site appears to be having some renovations done but many features still show signs of wear and tear and age of facilities. Hotel located in a very bad area, many transients around walking through parking lot. Concerned about security of vehicle.

The staff were outstanding. Our room was very comfortable and clean. We were very satisfied.

I wouldn't stay here again. Terrible value for money. Shower didn't work, black bits in the water, electrical socket had exposed wires, TV noise through the wall was so loud that I could watch the same channel with the sound off and still hear every word. Breakfast was OK, but for$235 per night I expected a hell of a lot better.

Excellent Experience at this hotel. Service was really good Susan and Maria were great. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good and there was a lot of selection to choose from.

When making our reservations I made sure they knew we needed 2 rooms near each other since we had 2 young adults with disabilities. When we arrived our rooms were on the same floor but way down the hall from each other. The hotel was undergoing some renovations so the elevator was out of order, not good with disabilities that make it hard to climb stairs. The next morning we took advantage of the free breakfast. The food was descent but the staff was very rude. After we checked out one of the kids realized they had forgotten something and when I asked to go back to the room the desk person made me feel like it was a big inconvenience. I'm pretty sure we won't be back.

I've been staying out of town from ridgecrest to bakersfield, to sacramento, to the east bay. Holiday Inn, extended stay. By far the best hotel I've stayed at. The coffee is from a Starbucks machine that makes dark light decaf cappuccino. Open coke product fountain drinks, orange juice and apple juice. The best is happy hour from 5 to 8 EVERYDAY. Like 20 different bottled beers all u can drink included. The food is the best. Breakfast and dinner. Drink all u want and eat even more. No place will compare to this after I stay at a different hotel.

Great service Friendly and polite. Clean room and great breakfast buffet. This was our 3rd stay. They are doing something right. Thank you.
