This hotel has went quite above my expectations for a 2 star hotel. The beds are quite comfortable and the rooms are pretty well soundproofed. The staff went out of their way to find me a room on the ground floor at check-in.

My family and me are very happy of this hotel. The personnel — all of them — are very kind and helpful. We enjoyed the pool and breakfast (the hot chocolate is tasty). Our stay was fine.

I got a room. Had to pay a $200 deposit. When I checked out they did not jave my deposit due to alot of refunds as the lady behind the desk said. So I am waiting 20 min or so now for the manager to see of there is enough for my deposit.

Nice rooms and good breakfast in the morning! Quiet area as well.

Stayed at this Days Inn on the way from an event at Berkeley University to the San Jose airport. The staff was friendly and it was a decent continental breakfast. We (BLVisuals) decided to paint their lampshade to match the aesthetic of the room — and it turned out magnificent with the metallic bronzes that we used! I received a call from them asking about the lampshades, and had a charge on our account for $100. When I checked again they actually ended up reversing the charge. Nice to see a hotel/staff that appreciates art and the customization :) I hope they still kept the lampshade in there!

I got a very nice room for a $101 through an app. I would definitely stay there again.

Good experience, was there four nights and days lots of stuff within walking distance, would stay there again, clean.

Clean hotel conveniently located. Simple breakfast in the morning but just the things that I would want anyway. Rooms are clean and large.

Excellent location. Cost on weekdays around $145. And on Friday and Saturdays about $110. Rooms are nice, flat screen TV, free Wi-Fi (spotty) and swimming pools.

Just a decent hotel. Price was not worth what the hotel was. Nothing really bad with it except the price. Nothing great either. Chili's in the parking lot was the best feature the place had.

Very poor "breakfast" consist of: oat meal, toast, frosted flakes, cheerios, green apples, yogurt, and bagels. The manager of this location will play dumb and if you call in and get "petter the desk clerk" as I witnessed him reffer to himself just after identifying himself as the manager to a family ariving for their stay. They also have a very hard time managing reservations and knowing what rooms they have. So if you must stay here be prepared to be screwed with because they live to move your room mid stay and claim matinance or check you out early and deactivating your room key with your possetions in the room.

Have stayed here numerous times since 2004, they could care less about constant customers. 200 dollars on a thursday night is unacceptable. Money hungry management. Nice rooms, totally over priced. Breakfast consisted of stale orange juice and kelloggs, no eggs, no oatmeal, no nothing. Kelloggs and watered down coffee. Pathetic for the price. Stay elsewhere.

Comfort room with acceptable price and plenty of eatery nearby.

Place was a dump. After. Wing charged a $200 debit card fee, went to our NON Smoking Room, to have it smell horrible. Not to mention the door was all locked in and broke. Went back to the front desk and manager was like O that's odd? What ever. I paid a extra 50 and stayed at the Marriot and the place was beautiful. Don't settle for the hog ring, I'd sleep in my car before staying here.

I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms are clean. The breakfast menu isn't consistent, but I don't eat breakfast so I don't care. I wish there was an electronic credit card authorization form to use for my employees. I do not like having to provide a copy of my driver's license and credit card each time I make a reservation. The staff has been nice and accommodating. It is a great location with Walgreens, Big Lots, and Chili's right in the parking lot and shopping malls/food right around the corner.

Good rooms… only thing I didn't like was they told us to smoke 50ft away from their property or We'd get charged 150$.

There are better places for the same price nearby. The Wi-Fi was slower than I've experienced in any other hotel, room with 2 beds don't offer queen sized, and they have 1 ice machine in the whole place which is frequently empty. I stayed for a week for work, and housekeeping never came before 3:15, so I had to leave for 20 minutes everyday so they could replace towels, etc. The best thing about it is the proximity to restaurants and retail stores.

The staff is really helpful and caring. The hotel is well maintained and worth the money. The rooms have microwave, refrigerator TV and an air conditioning unit. The beds are comfortable. Definitely recommended.

It's 14 June 2016, 1:34 am in the morning and I woke up to someone banging on the door. I called the reception to inform that there is someone banging at the door and I requested him to check the cameras to see who it was, the person at the reception says he has no access to the camera and would access it only if there is loss of property. Incentive staff and am now up waiting to see if someone bangs the door again.

Horrible experience from the start… room has a window patched with tape, no toilet paper or holder, called front desk and was immediately put on hold, waited for over 10 minutes and gave up, went to plug my phone in and the outlet was already pulled out from the wall with cables exposed, see uploaded pictures… real unsafe, then came the horrible AC which looked like it was from the 70's and had a knob missing… just a complete bad experience right from the beginning…

The room was nice bed comfly.

Clean rooms, easy access to food and other businesses in the area as well as quiet I enjoyed my stay.

Lock on door was broken. Heater was broken. Girl at front desk was hurrying me along because she wanted to smoke. The bed springs were severely stained.

Bed bugs! And it's smelly.

Not a good neighborhood. Avoid unless no other choice.

The room smelled, the towels had fallen into the toilet before we got there and the front desk just gave us some pool towels, the controls were broken for the air conditioning unit so we couldn't adjust the temperature, the sink barely drained, the tube TV only got about ten channels, and breakfast was either a frozen apple "strudel" or a "pancake" from a machine.

Worst place to stay. They are rude people.

Horrible place! Best Western across street super nice free beer during happy hour and not to mention there full hot breakfast bar or even there beautiful rooms with fluffy beds for 10 dollars more. Do not stay here.

Beds sucks, had bugs in the room! The people at the front desk are assholes! Never staying here again.

WORST HOTEL EVER! HAVE TO CALL EVERYDAY FOR YOUR OWN SERVICE, owner an his wife are very disrespectful! House keeping steals kept telling me I couldn't be in my room with my things, while they were there? Would never stay here again.

Stayed here two nights. My room didn't have a security bolt on the door, so I asked for a new room. The staff was very nice and didn't seem to mind helping me get a different room. The new room's phone didn't work (not a big deal for me) but then we tried to use the shower and the handle didn't turn properly so we couldn't get any hot water. That was a big deal. The staff was unable to fix it because maintenance wasn't there at the time and they didn't have any other non-smoking rooms available. I was able to fix it myself with a screwdriver, but this was a really big inconvenience. Once settled in, everything was fine. There isn't much around the hotel (or Milpitas in general), so you wouldn't want to stay here for more than a few nights if you have other options. If not for all of the inconveniences at first, it would be four or five stars, considering the reasonable price, cleanliness of the room and friendly staff. They just need to focus a little more on maintaining the place.
