Just checked in. Very pleasant and helpful. Love the atmosphere and the suite is super clean. Within walking distance to the beach.

Lovely hotel just a short walk from the beach and harbour — great location!

Very nice, and very peaceful. The staff were friendly and helpful with information about the town. I enjoyed my stay, and would recommend it.

The service there was excellent and within walking distance of State Street. The rooms were clean and elegant. Parking was a problem as some larger SUV's can make things a little tight. Would easily stay there again.

It was very clean. It was very quaint. And the staff was very nice. The weather was great and the food drinks and atmosphere were good too.

No problems. Clean and roomy; everything we expected from a motel. Salt water pool and the spa were very nice — towels provided. The couch in the room was a nice plus too. Service: good, but maid forgot to replenish coffee on our second day — and no spare towels.

4 years I stay at this place the people who work here are very nice cater very well and it is always very clean the pool is very good for the kids.

Large room, comfortable King beds, friendly staff, quiet, and great location. Everything you look for in a hotel at a good price. Definitely one of my favourite hotels that I've stayed at.

Visited the Mason Beach In to get ready the morning of a friend's wedding. The inn was easy to find and had ample parking, and the room was very nice. I would definitely consider staying at the Mason Beach Inn in the future.

Clean room, nice pool and Jacuzzi. Entire property well maintained. Good location for Ledbetter beach (waves not dampened by harbor or wharf) and seaside (cliff top) park with secluded beaches.

The breakfast area was too small and all the e food was sweet. Everything else was good.

Its hard to wash your hands cause the faucet is so close to the edge. The concierge messed up and somehow already had us checked in our room when we first arrived to the hotel. But we got a free upgrade to a suite so that was cool.

It's in a smooth, nice location. The rooms are comfortable, the pool and jacuzzi are clean. The staff personnel are friendly and efficient. He walk from the motel to the pier is cool. The ride to the local drag, and walking there is fine and doesn't take long. The one staff there could pass for Liam Neeson.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds, and a truly decent continental breakfast. Only a short walk to the marina, the park, and of course the beach. Our kids loved the pool and jacuzzi, and we were happy to find that the room had both a fridge and a microwave.

Fantastic all around. Clean rooms, extremely comfortable beds. One of the quietest hotels I've stayed in. Just a walk from the beach and in the 2 rooms I stayed in I could hear the ocean. Extremely pleasant and welcoming, accommodating staff. Nice TV in all the rooms, fridge with freezer that works well, microwave and coffee maker. Each room has an office chair with desk and a small dining table with chairs. The cons being the small bathrooms, AC units being very old/dusty, and the windows are quite old though still functional. Can't take a star off for that — Highly recommended.

Great hotel, at an even better price in Santa Barbara. The location is wonderful. Make sure to treat yourself to the urban wine walk.

Just super! You can enjoy friendly staff, beautiful rooms, heated pool, homemade biscuits and cookies, and is close to the beach. (Small disadvantage: in the evening, the Internet has not properly works. )
But otherwise everything really comfortable and beautiful.

The place is nicer than some of the other hotels in the area though the rooms are a little old. It's very near the beach and about 3/4 mile walk to State St. It can get a bit noisy depending on who else is staying and when. We had a bunch of "bros" across from us so it got loud at night. Overall though it was safe and good for a couple nights stay.

Although not a Marriott, excellent service along with nice rooms make it feel like home.

The location is nice because it's close to the wharf where the Moby Dick restaurant is. The rooms are small but cozy and clean enough. The service was nice. They have complimentary breads and muffins for breakfast along with coffee and fruits.

It just such a nice place to stay been coming since I was a little kid and you can't beat the service and the hospitality.

Only stayed one night but wished it could have been more. Location within Santa Barbara was great. Pool was nice and the hot tub was better. Would recommend to anybody.

Nice motel in a great location.

It was a bed. Room needs a little touch-up to bring it into the 20th century. (Yes I know we are in the 21st but they need to take baby steps. ) 5 AM people begin to leave their rooms, you can hear every door open and close. Oh and do not get a downstairs room, you get to hear the bathroom habits of the people above you all night.

Was the least expensive and not ghetto hotel we found on Christmas.
