Best option cost-value in town. US 89 / night. Nice bed. Close to the sea for a nice walk. Strangely friendly customer service.

Probably the rudest hotel manager I have ever met in my life. I am too upset to get into details right now. But if you are a local good luck as he straight told us how he hates f. Ng locals. Will definitely never stay here again or let anybody I know ever stay here. Even if its the cheapest motel around. And now I know why it is the cheapest. Do yourself a favor and stay away from. This place.

Motel. To spend a night it passes but not for a long stay.

Breakfast is not breakfast… very very poor. Rooms are nice and comfortable, that is it.

Typical motel, atypical price. Room was clean and smelled fresh and airy, bathroom was also clean but shower was tucked into a dark corner. Given 3 stars as I think it is far too pricey for what is on offer, for over $200 per night you expect more. Location is just ok, easy walk to the beach or the restaurants, again nothing amazing about the space.

The couple that runs this place are very sweet and helpful. They take pride in their hotel. We had a one bedroom — it was clean and comfortable. Great location and very economical.

I had to cancel this trip due to hotel inappropriate behavior and rudeness of the hotel staff when I had inquired about my reservation. Lena told me that I had no reservation but billed my credit card $266.46. She refused to tell admit that they charged my credit card without permission. So my bank has to credit this unauthorized charge.

Affordable hotel walking distance to restaurants and the wharf. Breakfast pastries are always available and there are many different choices. The TV is a flat screen 47 inch.

The motel is located right in the middle of all the restaurants and bars. No need to drive, just walk around. The motel is dated but well taken care of.

Considering the biggest strength is one block from beach. The other services are just mediocre. Barely any water in shower and curtain that doesn't block light completely. Just set your expectations low and you'll get by.

Reasonably priced accommodations just a few short blocks from the ocean. Rooms are older but clean, don't expect much from the breakfast though.

The Motel is close to the beach, the rooms nicely furnished and very clean, but somewhat small. The Wi-Fi is included and with 10mbps the best and most reliable Wi-Fi in my U. S. Holiday. To the beautiful beach runs a maximum of 10 minutes. It runs as also not through a residential area, so you can directly in bathing suit running. However, the price for a Motel of this kind are very crass and absolutely outrageous. There is the Las Vegas Strip and in many cases cheaper. Here are maybe 2/3 of the rooms occupied and then those prices… Breakfast is theoretically there, what is Edible, however, one finds not. A tea or coffee you can get here.

Worse hotel ever. I worked in sb but live in ventura. One night I got off late n I got a room here big mistake. I hasked for a one night one person room and a old man at the counter rung me up and twice so basically I was charged for two nights. When I checked my account I noticed two charges I went back to the office and the older man was still there with a younger women in her 30s at first they denied the double charge I was so upset then they called their credit company who also told them that they did double charged me and the old man kept asking them if they were sure I was like wtf y would ur own creditors lie to you. They finally cancel one transaction n gave me a $20off discount but the next morning when I had just finished showering n got dress around 8am the old man opened my hotel room door check out time was 11 am im mean really talk about invasion of privacy I lucky a house keeper saw everything I went straight to the office they called the owner who said he would give me all my cash back for wat they did but I never received anything I called corporate and they weren't any help what so ever I do not recommend any days inn and now that I work for a huge organization as a vacation Realtor I tell my clients don't trust Days inn hotel's they steal your money.

Friendly staff. Noisy guests aren't the hotel's fault but the walls are very thin. Great location for the beach and State St. The Avania Inn next door is much nicer for a little extra money.

I was here mid week, and the service was horrible. Clearly they are used to just packing people in here and then not providing any additional help. I'm from here, a local Santa Barbaran and own a business here. I feel badly for people that stay here and think this is the way we treat guests. There are hotels an either side of this hotel that I recommend instead: Lavender Inn Avania Inn both on Castillo Street. I even told the owner/manager that I was unhappy and pointed out way, he shrugged and clearly did not give a darn. I don't think this place will last in SB, and looking at the other reviews I'm not tho only one this experience.

I stayed her while in Santa barbara last year. My brother and I parked the car in the hotel parking lot and used out bicycles to cruise the town during our visit. When I returned home I began to receive parking tickets from San Fransisco, CA. I responded with letters explaing I have never been to San Fransisco in my life this ticket must be in error. The tickets were continuing at which point I began to research online and discovered multiple postings with simliary return envelope addresses (S. F, C. A). I believe that people in this area were involved in the stealing of my liscence plate information and manufacturing a fraudulant ticket.

I stayed here for one night. The bed was very comfortable, the room clean and well laid out. Lovely location in Santa Barbara right near the harbor. Nice walking area. Breakfast was fine — no fresh fruit, but I guess they have a new law about everything being prepackaged. Very nice for the price.
