Beautiful location with great service and an amazing view! The restaurant had tasty options for breakfast and dinner. The front desk staff was also helpful.

Clean rooms is what I look for these days. Love that there is no carpet and not many things that can hold on to microorganisms. Although I would prefer personal toiletries.

The lounge and restaurant feature a beautiful view of the Bay and easy access to the Bay Trail.

Very Quite rooms spacious.

We will never stay at this hotel ever again. First off, the girl checking us in had the absolute worst attitude. Second, my son left behind his blanket that he sleeps with every night. We realized this as we were on the way to the hotel FROM the hotel however we couldn’t turn around or we would miss our flight. We didn’t think it would be a big deal considering we knew it was left on the bed there. I call the hotel to let them know and the front desk quickly lets me know I have to fill out a “left my stuff form” and hangs up. I fill out the form and have to wait 5 business days if they find it. I call 2 business days later just for an update because it has been a long 2 nights getting my son to sleep without it. This blanket was given to him by his big sister and has been in our family for many years and has traveled all over the world with us. Front desk promises calls back that have never happened, left a message for a manager that was never returned, front desk says “we’re not responsible for left items”. Correct, you’re not but when I call you before you have the chance to even clean the room to let you know we left it there then I don’t see how an item “wasn’t turned in”. This whole time has been an absolute nightmare and we will never stay with them again.

It’s the best hotel on California everything is great.

I’m a nurse here to help with the Covid crisis and the staff has been amazing! Mustafa is absolutely the BEST! He has gone above and beyond to make me comfortable and feel like I’m at home! I can’t thank the staff enough! You won’t be disappointed if you have the opportunity to stay here! ❤️

We had travel problems and we were not able to make it to San Francisco. I called the hotel as soon as I could. I understood that they wouldn’t be able to refund our first night. They refused to refund our second night even though it was impossible for us to get to SF. Again, I communicated with the hotel as soon as I knew what was happening. The hotel staff needs to be more understanding.

Off the beaten path, on the South side of San Francisco. Lovely, quiet place to stay. If you're into no frills, simplicity and functionality, this place is for you. The staff were friendly and helpful and the European style breakfast fare was really tasty! We enjoyed a peaceful walk around the bay (about a mile) and a late night cocktail in the hotel lounge. Great place to stay for a grown up getaway. Photo is the view from our room.

Everything about the building/room was gorgeous. High ceilings in the room, a modern look (long bench across a wall, sliding bathroom door and matching hardware) along with a great view of the water. The staff was so helpful. Between extra towels and some chamomile tea, I was very satisfied.

No problems, other than the airport shuttle just zooming by & not stopping. Yes, he may not have seen us because it's way too windy in SF so we were waiting just inside the front door. The shuttle didn't even stop, just drove way too quickly through the lot. The hotel called us an uber right away though so it was all good. Other than that, the staff was friendly, the beds were comfortable (though the pillows were a little flat), the Wi-Fi was fast, and the toiletries were nice — — I love Korres. I also hugely appreciated the giant lighted mirror in the bathroom. Doing your makeup in hotels is usually quite the ordeal, but the mirror + the giant counter space made it super easy.

Such a fun hotel in a boring location! Staff was super nice and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and clean! Free parking.

Wish I could give 5 stars but here is the good & not so good: If you need a quiet room follow this advice… make sure you are not on a low floor, near the train tracks, or by the dumpster (a 4am garbage pick up can be disruptive). Upon entering this fabulously, stunning mod hotel, the revolving doors were not automatic making it difficult to simultaneously push the door and luggage as there was no bell hop/door person to help with doors or luggage. The hotel staff behind the desk were rather lackluster and upon asking for a higher floor, they ignored the request. The room & bathroom were beautiful in a simplistic paired down way. Along the wall in the room, was a very long low bench perfect for all 3 of us to park our luggage so no unpacking necessary for a short stay! Beds and pillows were top notch, all about comfort. There was no pamphlet in our room to give us general info… that there was a purified water station on our floor, restaurant info, what numbers to call for concierge, housekeeping etc. Dialing "0" led to the phone ringing for several minutes until staff picked up. Note: water view rooms are an up-charge.

Highly recommend the AC brand, and the SFO hotel is excellent! Very friendly smiling staff. Outstanding and refreshingly different yummy healthy breakfast. Rooms are modern, comfortable beds for good nights rest, plenty of lighting to choose. Mariane and Peter 'Pan' and Donna made my unscheduled (flight delay) stay quite pleasant! Kudos to Marriott for adding this special brand from Spain.

Nice looking but no sound proofing. I can hear people sneezing in the hallway from my room and I can hear upstairs neighbors moving around. It's nice but could be better.

Great hotel! Staff is extremely accommodating and restaurant has good reasonably priced food. Beautiful, modern decor.

We booked this trip on a whim and selected this hotel because it was close to downtown but seemed to be in a more secluded area. It is very close to downtown and the views were wonderful. We were able to watch the sunrise over the water and the atmosphere in the hotel was lovely. Easy access to the freeway and minutes from downtown. If we decide to venture back to this area we will be staying here. The rooms were spacious and well maintained and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Beautiful architecture and decor. The staff were all very helpful and attentive. I needed a midnight snack and grab the Cobb salad which was probably one of the best ones I think I've ever had. The hotel is right on the water and has a nice view. The bedrooms are modern and clean with comfortable beds.

Its beautiful. View of the bay is great. Within walking distance to where I am working for the week. So posh I feel like my little children aren't actually supposed to exist. Pool is very small but it might be fun anyway. No parking structure or side entrances that work.
