Room number 23. Room service was fast. Clean and quiet. Receptions one very nice offered to assistme with luggage.

Hotel amenities were adequate, nothing special. The area the hotel is located in is questionable at best. I wouldn't feel safe walking alone at night. Price was reasonable.

Rented double beds for the night. Great place, very clean. Got a spot on the first floor. Lighting was bright Room was spacious and modern. There was a pretty big flat screen for us too share. Plenty of channels including HBO and a couple good movie channels. Didn't really need to order room service but there was a phone there readily available to me. Overall satisfied with my night.

No bath tub room is very small, bed is hard and over priced.

The bed needs to be replaced, it was very lumpy. Has a spa tub that didn't work. Asked for clean bedding after I found hair on the blanket when we got. I put them on myself. Checking in was 3 on we got there and only the bottom units were done (we had requested 2nd floor) had to take 1st floor. My overall was not good. Won't come back there.

It's privately owned only wife and husband work there. Service is bad there real rude. There's no refrigerator or microwave any where near the premises. They say they breakfast they don't all it is, is nasty bitter coffee and pastries that it! Total Rip off the price. Wouldn't recommend to any staying more than a couple days.

This is a good clean place to stay in walking distance from the Cow Palace. No frills, typical breakfast offerings.

Bugs! Bugs! Bugs! Incredibly ghetto. Bed feels like sleeping on a suspension spring. The so called breakfast is a box of svenhards. Get there early because these cheap asses don’t restock the breakfast. We had a non smoking room but it smelled like the bathroom of a casino. Everyone woke up with flea bites all over! Couldn’t find another room and the second day was way worse. We went to talk to Cathy, the lady that runs the hotel and she accused of us bringing a dog! Will never stay here again. If you do bring flea spray and your own sheets. Anyone be warned, don’t stay here. Our other sales guys stayed 5 min down the road and his hotel was cheaper, with a nice restaurant at the Hotel. I usually don’t write bad reviews but the world needs to know not to stay at this hotel. If there was a way to give them zero stars I would. Here’s a picture of the sheets in the morning after eating eaten alive.

It was good. Like my stay just would have liked if they jad more choices on breakfast.

It's ok, would prefer best western 10 times over. My room was very dusty, I asked for maid service, and the dust still remained untouched. Cold breakfast includes granola bars, danish pastry and apples.

Good motel for the price for San Francisco. Could be 5 stars if it was little cleaner or had more breakfast choice, other than a coffee and a few snacks.

Great quiet place. The rooms are priced well the owner is super nice and inviting. Will definitely return.

Pro: Friendly reception lady, clean rooms with a big bath tub, and free parking. Cons: small parking lot can get full quickly, a few of my towels seemed a little dirty or liked it was stepped on accidentally. Also for the love of me I couldn't get the tub jets to work… but it could of been me or broken… not sure. In all a decent little place.

WARNING ⚠ DON'T STAY AT THIS INN! I am very disappointed and disgusted.

No microwave or fridge and the breakfast didnt start until 8 and we had to be on the riad by 730 but otherwise fine.

Location was far. Rooms are okay.

Very basic hotel. "no frills" is accurate but everything works, shower has hot water, and bed is clean. Towels are scratchy so bring your own if you want nice towels. Also, bring soap/hair care products. Very little is provided.

It looked like a bad neighborhood.

I stayed here because I was working in the city. My boss arranged the hotel. He is SO fired! The hotel NEVER cleaned my room, changed the towels, vacuumed the floor or emptied the trash. The other people who were staying there were so RUDE, loud and disrespectful of others. The people across the hall from me were having very loud sex. To where I thought someone was being harmed in the parking lot. A lady was having a yelling conversation on the phone in the middle of the night. People arriving and yelling and slamming doors very late at night. My comforter and pillow were stained… (EWW! ) My room smelled like body odor and the carpet felt damp. But the cherry on the top of my stay here was… when the hotel had a power surge and blew up my battery in my new laptop! So glad my iPhone was not charging! I would NEVER stay here again! I would NOT recommend it.

The owners are never in the office, are not friendly and even scolded us to return to our room for having an upset 2-year-old in the breakfast room (the breakfast room was empty, but, apparently their family does not wake before 9:30am on a Thursday). The breakfast is limited to granola bars and coffee (no yogurt, fresh fruit, cereal, etc. ). Everything else is what you would expect for a hotel in this class… slow Wi-Fi, bathtubs that do not drain, etc. Do not take your family here. Additionally, upon check-out, they would not even talk to me.

Needs new mattresses and they need to add a coffee maker and a microwave in room!

Looks decent design bed is horrible feels like your laying right on the springs. Some of the springs feel like they have out if they upgrade there needs I'll add two more stars. And the remote didn't work for the th To. Convenient and close to San fran.
