Great value for a very nice place. Friendly, professional staff. Have stayed many times.

I was charged $25.00 without an explanation and had to contact booking. Com to find out why. Mylo claims I stole a hair dryer from the room! Not only didn't we use a dryer we never even saw one. Also, if you saw our haircuts it's pretty obviuos we don't need hair dryers!

Very clean, simple, safe, secure parking. Staff on duty all night. I'd book here again if needed to stay in SF again.

Clean and modern rooms. We had a spacious kitchen available with an fridge and microwave. The area the hotel is located is a bit rough but nothing happend so far. The parking inside is limited you may have to park on the street.

Don't be misled by the neighborhood, it's more of an industrial area than "seedy". Staff is friendly and made check-in quick and easy. Parking is limited. Rooms a clean and simple. I would definitely stay here again. (Thanks Raquel! )

Room was clean and very convenient walk from the Cow Palace. Raquel was helpful and saved me some money from my initial booking.

I always pick this hotel when I go out because it’s Very clean and the beds are so comfy. The lady in the front Raquel is very polite and always makes me feel welcome.

Stayed at the Mylo Hotel and my husband and I were pleasantly surprised at how clean and modern it is compared to others in the area. But the woman at the front desk Raquel, really made our stay incredible. Raquel was so accommodating and nice. We will definitely be staying here again! Thanks Raquel.

Clean and cozy room! Rooms are a little small but have a home style look. TV is nice. Good coffee 24 hrs a day. Very quiet and friendly staff!

Great customer service! We loved this small Hotel. I usually come by once in a while, and every time I get there. The stuff are very friendly especially Jose the front desk guy. He always accommodate us with a nice smile, and his professional style.

Overall our stay here was great! The rooms was nicely decorated and had good amenities. Evie at the front desk was really nice and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

When I arrived the driver dropped me off and there I was, all alone until the next day. I was a bit unsettled because it was a new place with new people. But that feeling subsided after I got into the office and was greeted by the clerk. Her demeanor was professional and professionally accommodating. Wake up requests, breakfast questions, check out time inquiries, and where's the microwave questions didn't daunt her one bit. Her name (I inquired for this purpose) was Raquel. And she is an asset to the owner. My room was spacious, and very clean. It was clearly built to provide access to persons with disabilities. And that it did. I didn't get a chance to verify that the Cow Palace is just walking distance from the Hotel.

It's super clean! It has parking. You have a Keurig and Starbucks K cups in your room along with a microwave and mini refrigerator. Bath tubs r super clean. Staff are amazing! Eve, Jose, and Raquel all are professional and personable! Jose is like the best ever! Staff are always welcoming. Beds are very comfortable. Only negative thing I must mention is there isn't any heat, but they provide an extra blanket, to me that is minor for a clean quiet room. Also, no AC which will be a problem in the summer. Raquel was exceptional.

It’s not the Ritz, that said my room was totally worth what I paid for it. The space was comfortable and clean, the property was quiet and well maintained but what really pulled it all together was the service. Check-in with Raquel was quick and easy — Raquel could not have been more welcoming, she totally made my night. I hope to visit again sometime!

The room was cozy, the bed was really comfortable. Literally fell asleep in seconds, the grab and go breakfast was awesome! Also wanted to thank Raquel the front desk for the great hospitality.

Do Not Stay Here. This is a dirty, disgusting place. I've stayed at nicer $50 per night motels than this and that's saying something. It is false advertised by its photos and website. It does not have working heat or air conditioning and I was told they "don't know" when it will be fixed. We were told that they had a couple extra blankets if we got cold. It was 40 something degrees at night. The entire room was dirty — floors, countertops, everything. The towels were dirty. The bed sheets were dirty. The pillow cases were dirty. It was disgusting. We checked in late at night with no other option than to stay the night. We had reservations for several nights and I immediately cancelled the remaining nights and booked another hotel. I felt completely scammed by the situation and I urge everyone thinking about staying here to choose somewhere else to stay even if it is significantly more expensive. If I could give this a zero star rating I would. Worst MOTEL I've ever experienced.

I highly recommend staying at the Mylo! The kitchenettes, grab-n-go breakfast, kurieg w/Starbucks pods, room style, moderate rates are great. But, I love the kind, helpful, & professional staff they have. The front desk clerk, Evie was very attentive and pleasant. She exuded the best customer service when I was pressed for time one morning, and I couldn't thank her enough. Thumbs up Miss Evie and Good job Mylo!

No heat… No heat… No heat… No discount. :/ They did upgrade our room for free tho. Front desk guy was cool. He owes me 20 bucks tho unfortunately.

CONS: Walls are super thin as well as the ceiling if sleeping on the 1st floor. No carpet, insulation isnt great and no heating is available till a future date. PROS: Bed is super comfy. The pressure in the shower is awesome. And a small to go breakfast is included: yogurt, cinnamon cake balls and a small apple, coffee is good too. Very filling to start off your morning.

The staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean, but they have disabled the heat and AC in the rooms. The night I stayed I froze after I hoped out of my shower with no way to take the chill of the room. Another point was the lack of parking for the number of rooms. Also the blinds they have in place did not cover the windows sufficiently for privacy.

Noisy rooms on the road. Cold rooms with the possibility of having a space heater. Breakfast included but always the same. Positive note: coffee and tea 24 hours a day.

Raquel at Mylo hotel was the greatest. I made a booking error through a third party provider, and she was able to rectify my mistake with minimal effort. It was much appreciated and certainly a pleasantly unusual experience as far as travel arrangements go. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and had everything you may need for a short stay. The rooms are very clean and they mostly look nice but it is in a bad neighborhood for sure. The free "breakfast" is a box you can pick up at the front office. It is not exactly fresh or served hot. Staff is nice but the doubles are all facing the busy road. You can hear the cars drive by. The walls are also thin. We got to listen to a couple fight for an hour and then "Make up. " The rooms do look nice and are decently sized. Lament floors that are very hard and slick. My 2 year old god a big bruise on his chin from falling over. The air conditioning was also not working. You couldn't turn it on at all. I would have talked to the front desk about it but we only stayed the one night and I doubted they could fix it in time for us to use it.

Good location, free parking. Room was smaller than I expected, felt cramped. Boxed breakfast was reasonably well balanced. No AC/fan. Refrigerator did not work.

When I checked in I was told the air conditioning didn't work. Staff was quite rude about it when I asked if there was a fan available. They don't have fans either. It was very hot in the room. I think some people live in the hotel because the room next to mine had their own fan in the window. The walls were very thin. I could hear the entire conversation of the room next to mine. There was hair all over the room. I put towels on the floor to walk on. It was to expensive for what it was.

Small rooms but very clean and new. Far away enough from major highways that it's relatively quiet. Great place if staying for just one night.

Affordable for a quick night near the city, but AC didn't work, the fridge in the kitchenette didn't work. It was clean and fairly newly remmodeled. I'm not running away, but not rushing back either.

Gem nestled in an industrial area. The surrounding services are limited. The room was great, very clean, everything was new. Decor was very mod. I'd stay here again, but with a car next time.

Stayed one night was kinda hesitant when we first seen it. But it was very clean and the employees were very very nice! Loved the place.

This hotel is a great and affordable place to stay. The staff were incredibly friendly. The rooms were very clean, and well decorated in a vintage fashion. My only complaint was a faint smell of smoke from former users.

The only reason they get two stars instead of one is because the room itself was nice. The check in procedure was very slow. The A/C did not work and the only way to make the room livable was to open the window, letting in the noise from the busy highway. The hotel itself is pretty run down and is located in a seedy area of town. But the room was nice…

Check in was as described on website — greeted with brownies, coffee, and water. All employees were friendly. Told the check in agent that I read that some rooms didn't have a/c. She told me NONE of the rooms have a/c although they have a/c units. So, I asked for the coolest room available. Bed and bedding was comfortable. Water pressure from sink and shower are good. TV works. Didn't try the Wi-Fi. Box breakfast was nice. Guest services to help us get a Big Bus Tour… was helpful. Back to the a/c situation. Since the coolest room had the door and windows facing the street rather than the hotel courtyard/parking, we would NOT sleep with windows open on the 1st floor. On the 2nd night, it was so stuffy, I had to get up at 2am, open the door, and stand there to cool off and let some cool air circulate the room. This was not conducive to restful sleep. Solution: Put plug in floor fans in the rooms if you're too frugal to power your a/c units. Otherwise, hire an electrician to give the hotel more voltage to handle operating a/c units without causing a power outage.

We recently visited this hotel 4/21/17. BEWARE ask questions before arriving or checking in. The staff is nice and the bed is comfy everything else was not working. Our television did not work due to faulty cable wires, NO Heat or AC, towels had brown stain and bathroom walls were dirty. Front desk was fully aware that their was no heat or ac but failed to disclose that info at check-in. We checked in early afternoon dropped our stuff off and left, we never inspected the room. So when we returned in the late evening after excursions tired and ready to relax the television does not work, they refused to put us in another room but offered minimal discount. Once they left, I went to take a shower and grabbed a towel off the rack which was stained with brown spots. Totally gross, so I went to turn on the heat and it was not working as well. What… seriously was I getting "punked " called the front desk and was told their were several rooms without AC or Heat because they were being worked on. I have NEVER had an experience like this before. Seriously re-consider before dumping your $$$ at this establishment. Pictures are great but the basic room amenities are non existent!

What a great rooming experience at MyLo! I really enjoyed the modern amenities and especially healthy breakfast as delight switch up — — the assistant manager, Lita was super friendly and accommodating as well as discussions at the front desks. Thanks.

Was looking for a room night of. Called everywhere and everybody was rude and overpriced. Called mylo hotel and very good customer service and good prices, was a breath of fresh air. A couple druggies but other than that good rooms and good prices.

I booked my hotel at around 3pm. Iha thins to do so want about the town… I returned about 8:30pm. The A/C is no longer working. The same host that checked me in who was pleasant is now being rude and told me to open the windows. This motel is on a busy road. WTF…
I come to the area often from Atlanta, I will never be back and I will warn mg coworkers to stay away as well. Such a shame, the room is, nice and the rates are somewhat reasonable. Rude people just ruin it for me.

So far it doesn't dissapoint. We shall see; Internet speeds are better than some chain hotels. They let me check in early. Overall, worth the price!

Nettes Hotel. Etwas kleine Zimmer aber ein sehr großes Bett und großes Bad! Schränke zum verstauen fehlen etwas… Nettes Personal und toller Service. Leider erklärt es sich mir nicht ganz wieso das Hotel nun ein Hotel und kein Motel ist. Auf unserem Roadtrip waren alles andere Motels oder Inns. Den Unterschied zu diesen erkenne ich nicht. Aber nichts desto trotz eine tolle Unterkunft. Wir würden wieder hier buchen.

Enjoyed my vacation in general, and enjoyed staying at this lovely hotel. Although the parking lot is limited, there are many spots outside the hotel's property. All staff from the top to the bottom are really nice. The front desk Hulita was really greatful, informative, and nice with us. Thank you so much and getting back here is a sure thing.

New Retro style theme. Pillow top matress with nice down type blanket. Great breakfast in a box! Fresh banana, and the perfectly cooked/peeled boiled egg along with Yoplait yogurt was such a REFRESHING alternative to a roll in a bag! The gated parking is limited so claim a spot asap! Very peaceful nights.

Love these little boutique hotels that actually focus on customer service rather than their larger counterparts. Place was clean and modern. BeAuna had me checked in extremely fast and was very informative about the city since I'm from TX.

Do not recommend it to anybody***** Terrible Hotel. I definitely do not recommend it to anybody. They don't care about anything. I have a very bad feeling about the Expedia as well. Because when I wanted to find the hotel in San Francisco, I used the Expedia. For this one I choose the breakfast. But they didn't have any kind of breakfast. I asked them where is the restaurant. They said we don't have a restaurant and for the breakfast we just serve yogurt and muffin and right now we ran out of those two! I was there for two days and for the second day it happened again, I was there at 7.45 am in the morning and the same story. The room was too cold. The floor is Vinyl and the room just has a small flame which it wasn't enough and I got a cold. The staff were terrible and when I said that because of the problems I will put a bad review for you in the Expedia, Yelp and… they said we don't care… Few parking lots.

Dear Hotel Seekers,
I would like to ask you to do yourselves a favor (this is coming from somebody who had the worst experience in the world at Mylo Hotel, AKA Town Motel) : bypass and stay away from this establishment. It is owned and operated by the biggest motel/hotel conglomerate in the state of California, The Patel Cartel, who have a reputation as not being forthcoming. I have interacted with them at other establishments before so I have multiple experiences of the same interaction: BAD.
I was a near victim of theft by this hotel as I had 4 days in which I did not stay to be reimbursed. I wanted and should have received my reimbursement, in cash, the day I checked out but they refused, saying it was company policy that they couldn't pay me cash and had to check their bank status — — excuse after excuse. As this was told to me, I knew something phony was going on. Eventually, they promised to pay me by check, through snail mail, 4 days after I had checked out of the hotel but I did not receive my money. After involving my legal advocate, they sent the money 4 days after my advocate threatened legal action if they did not provide me my refund.
In closing, my Hotel Seekers, definitely keep this hotel off your list of hotel considerations in the San Francisco/Bay Area. It pains me to think of other ill-advised Hotel Seekers that may have lost money or dignity due to their experience at this hotel.

Clean, new, beautiful. Everything you need, is there. Very happy with our stay, reasonable priced, and what's most important, clean everything (sheets, towels, bath & floors). Close enough to everything in the city. We will de finely be back! Sabita & Jossie at the front desk were very helpful and actually did everything with pleasure and a smile.

Arrived a little after 12:30pm to check in. The room they had available for us was infront of the building. They were able to accomodate us and move us to the inside of the building. Also seems like they are remodeling the place so there's a lot of worker moving around, in and out replacing things. Overall place seems cool and my family likes it.

Honestly area wasnt good (right next to power tower) and they put printed paper on the door for room number and limited parking space (need to do street park if u check in late) but inside was very fancy and clean I could smell that they recently remodeled. Bus station is 3mins walk far but hard to get food by walk.

My room seems have been renovated and in a pretty good shape, I book the hotel from Expedia/hk, which resulted in only $66 dollars a night, quite a nice price!

It is currently 2:30am. My husband I booked a room here at this motel because all the rooms around the airport were full. We have not been able to sleep due to the room of druggies next to us that are bent on partying all night. The walls are so quiet, we can even hear all of the music, words, laughs… including a conversation on what different joints they are smoking. DO NOT EVER GET A ROOM HERE! The rooms themselves are quaint, but the fact that the walls are so thin means you will not get a bit of sleep if you have noisy neighbors like us. The front desk called them to quiet down, but they don't have another room to put us in. Because they are clearly doing stuff, they forgot within 5 minutes to be quiet again. I am seriously contemplating taking all of the bedding with me and sleeping in the car. It would be a better experience than this! I am seriously thinking of.

Can I rate less than 1? Was there for 10 mins. Left and booked a different place. Didn't want to sit on the bed let alone sleep in it. Room smelt horribly bad. Worst place I've ever been booked into. Already brought it up with my client.

Filthy, unsafe, noisy. I can't find bad adjectives enough to describe this dump. My room smelled like urine. The front desk person had a bad attitude. I could hear everything the person next door was talking. I could even hear they doing their business. Also they were under construction which made this the ultimate nightmare. I can't believe the health department allow this place to stay open.

Cheap and good. If it happpen, this hotel will receive more stars.

Well seem to me that the walls were made out of card noard, however the staff was really nice but the overall experience in the hotel was not that great.

Grubby carpets, crappy showerhead, outdated furniture. Cheap, but for $20 more you can stay at the Brodgepoint two doors down.

Bed bugs. I'm willing to overlook a lot. So, yes, it wasn't very clean or modern. The sheets, pillowcases and pillows were stained. There was some street noise and the walls are paper-thin (luckily we had quiet neighbours). Parking was barely adequate and we had to park on the street one night. I could deal with all this. I have seen worse (granted, not much worse). We stayed 3 nights and my gf woke up with bites on the first night. We thought that it might be mosquitoes but we didn't hear or see any. After the last night, we got suspicious and started checking the bed out. Found a used tissue between the mattress and box-spring. And we found lots of indications of bed bugs and a live adult which we took to reception. They offered to refund 2 nights and we managed convince them to refund us all 3 nights. They allowed us to use the room for an extra hour past checkout time so that we could repack all our stuff in garbage bags and clean as much as possible. But they refused to refund the $100+ we had to spend to buy new clothes and luggage (a bare minimum to get back home). It comes down to this: are you willing to stay somewhere for free if there are bed bugs.

Stain sheets and matress.

There's not enought area too express full highlites, only a hit here, and there. The Office is accesable 24/7 as r the rooms, if not already rented. The rooms come without bugs, except ones brought by us. We are protected, as are our transportation by TV and DCPD. "Makes me fell ready to go back". Sometimes the cust. Next too u may get out of hand, just use the room service phone. The security's Johny on the Spot. The bad part about "Town Motel", the Sun always shines at there ne Gazboe. Yeah, not far from the Cow Palace. "Which intertained The Beetles, Little Richerd, Chubby Checker, Wrestling, Roller Derby, Ringling Bro. Barn and Baily" will soon be torn down and replaced with parking and shoping area. I need too say more, so go to the "TOWN MOTEL".
