I stayed at this hotel on Saturday December 15th, 2012. After a long drive from Las Vegas to the Hayward area I checked in to this filthy hotel. I wasn't more that two hours into my stay when I got out of a shower and noticed a tick on the bed. I was checked into room 303 which I saw another reviewer who also stayed in the same room and had a bad experience as well. This room gave me the creeps since I walked into the room. The smell in the room was strange and I didnt want to lay down on the with cigaratte burns on the comforter. This hotel provides the worst service I have ever experienced. I would never stay in this hotel. I was told I was the first to complain about this same room having ticks or bed bugs. This hotel really needs to be shut down there is an infestation of ticks and the front desk didnt give a care in the world. The two gentleman were changing shifts both told me all I could do is get another room which I said I would pass on there was no way I was staying there. I will definetely be filing all and any possible complaints to the health department as well to any other authorities that are willing to take on this matter. As for myself I will be fighting these charges and I will not be paying for this filthy horrible place.

Perfect motel for family nd cuple too. Very good service. Very Nice staff.

Disgusting. Bedbugs. Camera or Google photos smart A $* tagged this in my location for me when my phone came up missing after telling them they had bedbugs they wonder why because they sweep stuff under the carpet. And they stink.

I travel 98% of time for the type of job that I do my stay at this hotel Budget Inn/Hayward has been the worse ever. When I checked in the first night I was told that I need a chip on my CC. Then I went on-line and booked my stay again and because I didn't book with the hotel they told me I had to checkout and check back in at 3pm or pay $30 fee. The morning of checkout I was waiting for my ride in the lobby, the front desk clerk advised me that I couldn't eat in the lobby so we went outside to eat our breakfast. Then as I was waiting on my ride in the lobby the front desk clerk was rude to people on the phone and in person then ask me how much longer before my ride come because we said 45mins. So, I ask is this how you treat your guest. What if I was waiting to catch a plane? She didn't care and told us to go wait outside. I did share with her that she has no customer service skills. She doesn't know how to communicate with the public in a professional manner. I've had to wait for rides, store my luggage and etc. And the hotel staff has always been accommodating at other locations. But this hotel and staff just ugly. They speak to you very loudly with aggressiveness just ugly. Budget corpoorate office should have a person go and check them out unknown to them, great customer service and friendly service makes a very successful business. Hopefully someone will check in to this an make the necessary improvements.

Good price and enjoyed my stay there for the time that I was there. Unit was clean and quiet. Very satisfied.

Poor service poor management poor understanding of service and management. The only benefit is that it is next to a Casper's Hot Dogs. My experience with Budget Inn was with a disabled veteran. We were placed in a dilapidated building being prepared for renovation where nobody in the 40 room building but us had rented a room there we were placed there in error. When asked for a refund or discount because I wasn't going to move my crippled friend around anymore we were denied any sort of service or consideration by both the night attendant and the daytime manager as well as denied an additional night in a different room. There are two sides to every story that's the side.

It's a cozy little place. Rooms were nice and clean. Small but good. Lots of TV chanels, fridge, microwave, closet. There is a washing machine, dryer, and soda machine outside. We arrived at 2am and they were able to accommodate us with our room.

Absolutely horrible so horrible I sent pictures of how nasty the room was to my bosses to make sure no other coworker goes there No hot water to take a shower The people prior to renting the room smoked marijuana inside it absolutely disgusting.

It was mere what ocupavamos a cheap place and serca to our destination.

Clean room But the bed was a bit very hard without enough pillows. But for the price, it wasn't that bad.

Nasty as motel don't stay there and there cheap on there breakfast.

Nice place been staying there 6 weeks.
