My infant daughter and I stayed here for about a month as our home was being built in Clearwater Lake and we were satisfied with the staff and room. We had housekeeping everyday or when I needed it. Thanks guys.

Nice budget motel in secluded area, quiet, bed mattress was superb, clean, no early check-in or late checkout though, host was personable and energetic, got extra pillows but no extra towels or blanket, TV had a lot of channels and high definition, no bugs, overall recommend.

Surounding area was. Bizarre but rooms. Were. Very spacious and nice plus great a mexican restaurant down the road.

Wouldve been a perfect stay if they had breakfast but no breakfast good rate though.

I wanted a downstairs room but the guy told me they only had upstairs. Not a deal breaker. Loved the Dutch Bros literally right across the street after checking out. I would recommend this place because I had great sleep as this place is situated a few blocks AWAY from the I-80.

Had a room that the lights didnt work in and when requesting a different room or a refund-was told neither possible although they clearly werent full. Lady was rude and intrusive at checkout time. Room was filthy and property junky.

This place is terrible, the lady running the place is very rude and she was k coming on my door before checkout time telling me to get out. The room I rented from her had no lights in the bathroom and the cover was missing from the switch and plugs the electrical was hanging out of the opening it's supposed to be mounted in. I asked for a different room and was refused then she told me if I didn't like the room I sidntsent to get it but she wouldn't give me my money back. Over all my experience was awful.

During check in, the staff asked if we knew "the guy in room 72". We were very confused and had no idea what he was referring to. Of course we didn't know him, we said. We had just driven from Disneyland on our way home to Oregon. Then he asked if we "normally keep the curtains open" during our hotel stays. Now we were somewhat worried and felt very uneasy, as if he was hoping to watch us while we slept. Of course we don't, so we replied, "no" with a nervous look. He said "oh wow, your wife looked at me like 'what a bizarre question'. It's just that if other people see how nice your room is, they'll ask why they don't have such a nice room. " If our room was the "nicer" room, I feel awful for the other guests. He seemed to be on some sort of drugs as well, which didn't make us feel that safe. We were falling asleep while driving and the other hotels in the area had no vacancy, so we didn't have much of a choice. We attempted to find a parking spot, but several were taken up by old refrigerators and kitchen appliances, so we parked around the entrance of the parking lot; which was almost as far away from our (upstairs) room as you could get. There were other (what seemed to be permanent) guests standing in their doorways, smoking, and watching us unpack our luggage from our car. It was unnerving. The bathroom was dirty and had some sort of disgusting liquid on the floor, so we kept our shoes on just to be safe. One of the outlets was hanging out of the wall next to the bed.

If there was a lower score, we would use it! Next time, we will sleep in the car. This motel is slightly better than sleeping on the street! We have pictures to prove it! Carpets with deep dirt and tar on it; first floor bathroom window not securable with bars on the outside; shower small with mold on caulking and no way to latch door closed; no door on closet; a door jam smashed; no breakfast as advertised. Choice Hotels should be embarrassed to have this establishment on their list. The young clerk was friendly and helpful… the only positive thing we can say about this place.

My boyfriend and I live in the city so we choose this hotel all the time as members. Kevin accomodates us with great prices and he knows we are clean guests and checkout only within a few hours. Good prices and decent rooms has allowed my boyfriend and I to come here very often.

Good quality, there is no pool for kids. Internet service is ok. Quiet rooms.

The rooms are acceptable however pricey for the condition they are in. This should be a 49.00 a night room.

This place was discusting, run down, and 10 years out of date. Stained chairs, old box tv, beat up walls, broken door frames, and the list goes on. Management is the RUDEST I've ever encountered. MONEY GRUBBIN FOREIGNERS! I'll NEVER stay in this hotel again.

I had rented the room for my husband and his friend and they said the TV didn't even work. When I did call the next morning to check them out because they had left for work early in the morning the lady seemed ok but when I tried to call back later to make sure she check them out she was very rude. I called and was starting to ask a question and she hung up on me, then I had to call at least 5 times befor she even answered my call. When she did answer it she was yelling at me asking why do I keep calling? All I was calling for was to make sure she got the key in the room because she never did ask me what room number they were in. Next time I'll just be going some where else.

Worst hotel. Rude staff. Heartless.

Im not saying it looks like blood stains on the carpet of the hotel but yea it looks like blood stains. Grimiest hotel carpet ive seen yet but it doesnt smell lol. Fist fight maybe. Its kinda confusing me to think about.

This place is a DUMP! WORST hotel I have ever seen. My wife & I were so disgusted walking into the room! We couldn't even stay. All rooms in the area were booked! We drovề 1 hr away to find another hotel. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE! it's like a "Crack hotel"

Will not even attempt to stay here and will let my friends who travel threw Travis air force base to steer clear as well. Not accommodating (would not let my 3 year old use the bathroom in there "office", so had to cross a busy street to a gas station while waiting for a room because "their housekeepers are not like other hotels housekeepers, they don't start tell late" as said by the front desk. ) The owner then "kicked" us out of the front of the office and told us we were loitering. Don't waste your time.

I wouldn't even give it one star to bad they don't have negative ratings. Worse place ever. Stains on the carpet. Stains on the furniture. Doors. Ceiling. T. V. Remote did not work. Outlet next to bed was broken. Holes in the wall. Broken smoke detector. All hotels sold out in the surrounding areas. Drove 45 minutes to get to this hotel. Tired and just needed to sleep. Don't stay here find another place!
