The coffee bar needs to have restock of coffee cups. The carpets seem old if I was the owner I’d replace them and the elevator is super slow.

Newer hotel. Clean room and masked employees. I felt safe.

The staff are professional and make you feel like you’re in your home away from home!

I like it here. It works just fine for me. Great location. Far away from major roadways so I don't have the traffic. Lots of restaurants to pick from. Nice staff that allowed me to check in early. Lovely place to get out and walk down the Marina.

I had a wonderful experience with Anthony and Tasha. They are very helpful and patient. They make make my stay here very comfortable.

Great location away from I-80. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast is typical of other Hampton properties. Lots of dining within walking distance. Great location within 30-45 minutes of many places to visit. Would definitely return when in the area.

Everything was well taken care of. Room was clean, everything made available. They were very accommodating. The layout of breakfast wasn't great, but other than that, good place right off the highway.

The location is far enough from I-80 to be quiet and a great location. There are a number of resturants within walking distance. The front desk staff was fantastic and helpful. The rooms were nice, but a chair and ottoman would have been great. The room did lack drawer space. At night the room was dark and quiet. Breakfast was fantastic and the attendants at breakfast were great. Would definitely return here when in the area.

The room is clean and the air conditioning works well without making a ton of noise. The staff has been very pleasant and the breakfast is as good as any other Hilton at this price point. No complaints here.

We are very thankful to manager Karen for her understanding when we found the LCS Museum on Mare Island was closed unexpectedly at the end of a 20 day trip. Thank you for helping us secure other Hampton accommodations farther along the route. We are Hampton Inn fans and patrons for life!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn in old Suisun last night! We watched the fireworks right from the parking lot, they were so close! It was so cool. The bed was super comfy, the room&bathroom were super clean, they have super cute his&her coffee cups with mustaches&lips on them! Checkout’s not until noon, most places are at 11 am. But the most awesome thing about Hampton Inn is their complementary breakfast! They have everything you can imagine to eat for breakfast! Cheese omelettes, waffles, really fresh fruit, sausage, french toast, bagels, oatmeal, just to name a few! Might be a little pricey but well worth it! I’ll definitely be going back.

From the beginning, the staff was professional and courteous. We got to our rooms and both were very clean. I was surprised to find the fitness room had a nice variety for a balanced workout. Will definitely be there again.

The room had a wet bar, stocked refrigerator, fireplace, and view over the pool. It was meticulously clean. Add the fact that it cost less than all the other hotels during our search on the internet. So we booked it!

It's military friendly and the service is awesome. I like their clean rooms and the tasty breakfast. I would love to stay here even when I'm not staying for the drill weekend.

Suisun City can be quaint, but needs more redevelopment to be truly comfortable. The hotel is a good Hampton with the usual amenities, and the view of the harbor from the end rooms is great to wake up to. Clean and comfortable, as you expect from Hampton.

The only place I will stay when I visit this area! Customer service is always great. Booking my rooms is always a breeze. The water view is definitely a plus! Oh yeah and the free breakfast is a winner!

We enjoyed our spacious, clean, comfortable room. The TV wouldn't work initially, but Fernando at the front desk cam and fixed it right away. The breakfast was okay. I liked that there was Kashi cereal available. Coffee was pretty good.

A very classy place with suites and sunk in tubes to jaccezy in your room. To refrigerator to microwave to plush pillow top mistresses you got it all. Just lay back and enjoy yourself. They'll do the rest.

Average hotel, could use some updating carpet feels worn. Quiet area. Pet friendly and amazing grass area to walk dogs in by the water. They couldn't jump in though.

First of four days here, but all is good and the staff is very friendly. Several eateries that appear good are within a short walk.

Great rooms for a great price. We stayed there for 3 nights and had absolutely no issues. They have one of the better comp breakfasts I have ever eaten. Great coffee as well! I would recommend, with out a doubt.

The service was lovely, there were warm cookies when we arrived which was so great after the long drive it had taken to get there. The staff were helpful and nice. The bed could use warmer blankets though. It was a cold night. Great place to stay for the State Board Exam, pretty close to the testing center and discounted rate for cosmetology students taking their State Board Exams.

This stay was over our expectations. The staff was very helpful and rooms were very clean. Breakfast was really good and we are satisfied with this booking. If we travel back to that locafion we will definitely book again.

Beautiful hotel. Comfortable rooms. The water room views are amazing. I appreciated the fact that the windows opened all the way. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Staff was polite, courteous and helpful. Parking was a breeze.

This has been my first time at this hotel, and I've been very pleased. The room was in excellent condition, the staff very helpful, and the housekeeping services very thorough. My wife and I regularly visit the area to see family, and we will definitely be staying here again.

We ALWAYS stay at Hamptons inn. My husband is a CalFire Captain. And believe me has had his share of rooms. This is his favorite and mine too. Nice staff and great front desk service.

The service was very nice and tidy.

This is the biggest mistake of my life. Very misleading advertisement! Shabby room like rundown shabby with worn out furniture, sticky carpet, tiny room with horrible parking view (despite booking a water front through Expedia) no storage space, mold in the restroom, no bath tub to take a bath to name a few. I wish I had booked the courtyard by Marriott in Vallejo for at least $40 less per night! I wish I had booked through Priceline and not Expedia to avoid all the BS! Don't do it. If you are really into waterfront view in the area go to Bernice they have at least 2 nice waterfront view hotels in the area.

By far the best Hotel that I visit often. The breakfast in the morning is the best to start your day. Rooms are very large, clean and very cozy.

Stayed here twice now and was happy both times. First 4th then 2nd floor. Good breakfast and coffee available all day right next to the river.

The Hampton Inn is always a top shelf hotel stay. The service and amenities deserves the 5 star rating every time. From the coffee and cookies to the free breakfast every morning from 6am to 10am. No matter what city you visit Hampton Inn is a wonderful choice.

Love this Hampton! It is so awesome to be by all the little restaurants and the waterfront. I enjoy jogging in the morning around the loop its really pretty.

I stopped at the Hampton to charge my phone as I had missed the first train out. Every one was very nice and welcoming. They allowed me to charge my phone. Kat in the breakfast area went above and beyond. She took a few minutes to talk to me and even offered me some water. Which was much needed being pregnant and finding myself having to make this trip the long way. Kat really was a blessing in this rough weekend. I truly do appreciate her kindness and taking the extra steps. She def helped to turn this day around. I will most def recommend this hotel.

Great service, very friendly people, walking along the harbour was superb and very comfortable room. Breakfast was good. Good Indian restaurants were close by. On the whole the stay in the hotel was great.

Great hotel. Super clean rooms. Amazing breakfast with fresh waffles. Some issues with the TV and Whirlpool was not clean.

We like our room, not far from the water and restaurants… maybe five minutes or more. Hotel is great other than it says in elevator about your sheets and duvet cover is changed each day for all guest. Well, we are here for three nights… when I leave our room I always clean up a bit in the room, you know… straighten the sheets and so on… that is what I did this morning. We left our room around 9:30am and returned at 6pm, to me plenty of time to clean our room. Well the towels had been replaced and my husband thought our bed had been too… But I told him no this is how we left the room. He ask how do you know, I said really look at the bed and the duvet cover, it is not where it should be… Breakfast was just ok, not that great… I told my husband we should just do get something. The cut up sausage was cold, the egg McMuffin thing was nasty, the cinnamon roll was not a cinnamon roll and was awful… so skip it. Other than this the hotel is good… The staff here are nice, and will help you.

Such a nice hotel with a great view of the water. Had a great night sleep and stay includes breakfast in the morning before you start your day. I would stay here again.

Had a beautiful view from the room, of the marina. Room was nice and so was hotel lobby area. The only thing was after swimming I found a couple of bugs in my suit. But other than that it was a nice experience.

Loved our room! I wanted water views and they did not disappoint! When I made the reservation I told them in the notes that this was an anniversary / bday trip I was surprising my husband with, when we arrived they asked how long we had been married and asked him about his birthday very nice touch but they went even further and had a snack basket in our room for us! Breakfast was yummy! Over all very pleasant stay and walking distance to many restaurants.

The Hampton Inn is located in a great location. It is not too far from restaurants or other cities which people love to frequent. The room itself was nice, clean, and very moderate. I enjoyed my stay and the staff was very friendly.

This hotel is close by the freeway and right by the waterway. Rooms are spacious and nice. Breakfast changes everyday. Staff is friendly and accommodating. If you're visiting Jelly Belly, Budweizer, and surrounding Wineries, this is the place to stay.

The hotel is in a quiet location and the marina across it is very beautiful. I got a room with a marina view and really liked it. I would suggest getting a room with a marina view and a few of the rooms have a balcony. The rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was good too. The unlimited coffee and tea in the lobby is very convenient. I did hear the train horn twice during my stay but it wasn't disturbing.

Good service, even if they didn't give me a cookie at check in. The room was spacious with a confortable bed and nice bathroom. Complimentary coffee bar and breakfast was delicious. The small town it's in offers good dining, but everything closed by 9-10pm.

The breakfast and room amenities were great. However, we booked with noting we had a dog and they placed us on the second floor instead of first. Second, the was a large pair of underwear left in our room and the front desk staff was initially less than apologetic about it when I brought it up. They had me email a picture of the underwear to the manager who never responded.

Not too bad. This one is actually better than the Marriott courtyard on the other side of the town. There seems to be free breakfast offered at this place, and the room is nice and comfortable. The only downside is the lobby. Something smells pretty bad in the lobby.

I have been travelling a lot for work, and absolutely nothing in the area compares to this place! The staff are wonderful, the atmosphere is comfortable, clean, inviting and just plain awesome! I swear by this place whenever my coworkers or I are coming to the area. Love it!

Pros: — Very friendly staff — 2 elevators — Comfy room — Complementary hot breakfast (changes daily) — Location (walking distance to several restaurants; not in a congested area; easy access to highway) — Great views of the water (from the back rooms) — Parking seemed plentiful Cons: — Room rate deception (I booked online as usual but after viewing bill online, that rate was only honored for the first night. The next 4 nights were much higher. Was told on the phone that the rate changes are listed online when you book, but they are not clearly listed unless you look for them. ) — Can hear the train (although not terribly loud) — Shower head needed cleaned (clogging caused some of the individual streams to spray in different directions) Notable: — Room was clean for the most part, however the window was heavily spotted. Also, when I removed the hand towels from the top shelf, there was a thick layer of dust around them. — The outside trash can (next to the elevators) was overflowing for 2 days. Overall I'd recommend this location. The pros outweigh the cons in my opinion. Plus, as a road warrior, I know that every hotel has some rooms that are in great condition and others that aren't. Luck of the draw, really.

Best staff of a hotel Ive been to in a while. Very accommodating and employ a lot of women which was great. The breakfast was very good. Lots of variety and well cooked. Big batch eggs can only be so good. Parking was good, view is unique. You hear the train sometimes but nothing terrible. Felt safe. Area around hotel had some great restaurants, HIGHLY recommend the cast iron grille. Its within walking distance. Would absolutely stay again.

Anyone who says otherwise is just wrong. I travel a LOT for work and actually have been to this area numerous times. My coworkers and I swear by this hotel and no others. Not only are the rooms great, but the staff is just plain wonderful. The front desk ladies are super helpful (and gave me cookies! ) while the cleaning ladies even say hi and smile in the morning. Seriously, getting any other hotel is a mistake, I know, I made it twice and never again. My only complaint is the breakfast (which is great quality) is low on their vegetarian options in the morning. While they always have potatoes or french toast, it would be nice if they always had both out for variety's sake.

Sometimes five star hotels upset me: this is a solid 3 star hotel. Yet there's excellent amenities, staff a solid breakfast, and little extras like Wi-Fi and complimentary non-standard toiletries like shaving cream upon request. Give star hotels could learn a lot from this site. The rooms are very nice as well.

Just checked out yesterday after a two night stay. Check in was fantastic since the employee (Z) greeted me as a Hilton honors member. Z was extremely helpful, friendly, and the same time 100% professional. The entire night staff and morning breakfast crew continued my pleasure staying there with their friendly attitudes and professional service. All of the employees I mentioned should be acknowledged for outstanding service and professionalism. And yes, the rooms were meticulously clean, and the beds were perfect for a great nights sleep.

I stayed at Hampton in Suisun their comforter had a urine stain and a smell, their pillows has no protected pillow cases that you can smell like a construction worker sleeping next to you, and the worst part they charged me $31.00 extra and not telling me.

This is the nicest Hampton Inn I've stayed in, and I've stayed in many. The facility is modern and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is ideal — many restaurants within walking distance and close to Travis Air Force Base. As usual at Hampton Inn, the breakfast and internet is complimentary.
