Great, money wise, clean, friendly, good parking.

It's nice and quiet all very attentive.

I arrived after having driven 14 hours and really just wanted a place to sleep but no, not at this hotel! 45 minutes after I arrived I was awoken by the phone. Apparently there was no smoke detector in the room and they were sending someone to put one in. Still half asleep I had to move all of my stuff and allow maintenance in for 5 minutes. Fine. Back to sleep. What? Now it smells like someone is smoking pot. The advertise as non-smoking so I complain at the desk. 1 hour later, it is even stronger so I complain again and am dismissed by the woman at the desk. I'm still really tired so I just block up under the door and went to sleep. In the morning I complain again at check out and get frickin' laughed at. Now that pisses one off, doesn't it. Basically, it's a fine hotel run by absolute garbage people.

Very friendly staff. Clean and cozy room. Walls are pretty thin though so you can hear your neighbours.

I stayed here with my family for about a month while visiting from overseas and we were very happy with our stay. We booked using their military rate which made our stay pretty affordable. The staff was always very friendly and helpful! Our room was very clean and housekeeping did a great job servicing our room throughout our stay. The rooms were a good size, beds were comfortable, microwaves and refrigerators in the rooms. Free breakfast was a nice addition to the stay. We also enjoyed that they always had coffee in the lobby and put out delicious chocolate chip cookies at night. We enjoyed using the pool and appreciated that they had a washer and dryer in the hotel. Fitness center could use a little revamp, we hoped to use it throughout our stay but ended up going to a gym close by. There is a dutch bros, Walmart, gas stations, and several restaurants close by (Starbucks being built too). As many others have mentioned, the walls are very thin, we could hear our neighbors talking and snoring which didn't really bother us except for one night where some loud 'adult time' going on next door kept me up most of night; however, we were able to switch to a new room the next day with full understanding from management. Overall, couldn't be happier with our stay here! Would definitely stay again!

Best hotel in Dixon by a large margin. Recently remodeled and updated, the entryway to the hallways are fresh and clean. The standard rooms include a king sized bed, tv, mini fridge, and small sitting area with a couch and chair. Highly recommended!

If you see Ms. Patrice you're in good hands. She provides great customer service and even will be you personal alarm clock if asked. This was the best hotel visit I've had YET!

Don’t stay here unless you want to hear every conversation your neighbors are having, and hear them snore all night long. I have never been in a hotel where the soundproofing is that bad. Paper thin walls! Gave them a star because it was actually a pretty clean hotel and the food was decent. But what’s it worth if you have no privacy and can’t sleep?

Very good service, very well run hotel. They had home made cookies in the lobby, water, coffee, tea, etc. It was very clean and quiet, with large updated rooms and very comfortable beds. It was a very nice place to come home to and relax.

Check in staff was great, my room was much larger and nicer than I expected for the price. The location was perfect for work I was doing in the area. My 4 star instead of 5 is based on 2 things. First the lacking of soundproofing. I literally got no sleep do to the guy nextdoor snoring. It sounded like he was right next to me! Not good when I had a full day of work the next day. Second problem was the maid service. They didn't knock or anything just barged in yelling "housekeeping" an hour before check out time. This honestly was a huge bummer and if the place wasn't so nice otherwise I would rate lower based on that alone. I was a female staying alone having someone just come in without knocking or anything really upset me. I typically use the other lock but had been going in and out getting items from my car and forgot. I highly suggest using it if you stay there and value your privacy.

Service was good but they kept cancelling my account. Called and said I was going to check in later because my plane wasn't going to be in till midnight and they gave me a room but had cancelled my reservation, while I was there I had to go to the front desk to obtain a key because my reservation kept getting cancelled. The last few days I checked out and stayed with my daughter.

Nice hotel, good price. Windows open, rooms are large, clean and pleasantly decorated. Breakfast is pretty good and the coffee is even drinkable (coffee snob here). All in all a good value.

Started off with a friendly front desk clerk who checked in our entire group of six pretty quickly. The room was really nice, comfortable bed and all. I really appreciate that the walls were actually thick enough so I didn't hear the neighbors! Then to top it all off, they offered a free breakfast buffet that was pretty good. I'd definitely recommend this place!

Elevator was broken, but we got a first room floor. So did a very loud family, and the walls seem to have the sound-deadening qualities of a paper towel. We found some sort of chocolate (at least that's what we're hoping) smudged on the bed spread, couch, and even the dead bolt handle on the door. The toilet seat was very loose so when you sat down it shifted well to one side. The door wouldn't latch when we shut it. We requested a new room. Moved to the room next to us. Entry light was burned out, so I had to walk into a dark room and find the switch on a lamp. Found a peanut M&M on the floor. TV didn't work. Front desk told us to try unplugging and plugging in the receiver, but didn't offer to have anyone look at it. Pulled out the hide-a-bed and found a whole biscotti and half a Cheez-It. Bathroom sink was slow draining with light evening use, and with normal morning use it stopped draining completely. Breakfast was fine. In the morning the cleaning staff parked their carts directly in the center of the hallway, and a little diagonal, so that you couldn't roll a suitcase past on either side without brushing against the garbage bag on the end. I give it 2 stars because the staff was friendly and the lobby was pretty nice. Maybe we just suffered from an unusual combination of maintenance and cleaning gaffes, but we certainly wouldn't recommend this place to anyone based on our stay.

Staff is great. Very friendly and helpful. Kind of has a homey vibe. Down to Earth people and positivity is infectious. During the breakfast buffett the staff was so great that everyone was in a great mood and im not a morning person. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I hate having to use a pack n play instead of a portable crib. Also the rooms need a thorough cleaning. Many dust bunnies behind bed and side tables.

Inexpensive. Very clean. Very friendly helpful staff. Nice breakfast. This place has a "homey" vibe and it makes you automatically comfortable. The rooms are nice and spacious with separate seating area. Lobby is clean. No fowl smells. I will definitely stay again. The coffee was really good. These may be little things to you but they are important to me and it made our visit much better.

Simple place with a friendly service. The rooms were spacious for the price. Decent breakfast too. But the thing that stood out the most for me was the very creative idea they have for getting you to consider this place or another one of their properties again. They have a bookshelf in the lobby with some decent books there (Asimov, Dante, Kipling etc) which you can just take off the shelf and take it with you to your room. If you couldn’t finish the book, you can take it home with you, just return it next time you check into a Country Inn property. I think this is a great idea and gives an otherwise no-frills basic property a very creative uplift! Another minor “uplift” is, there is free water and the fan setting of the thermostat can be left ON all the time. So if you re one of those people who needs a white noise kinda thing going all night, you d appreciate this. Most hotels of the same stature do not have this.

Staff was incredibly friendly and our room was better furnished that we could have ever hoped! Definitely will be staying again in the future.

Staycation excellence! I'm not sure my favorite part — the lending library, friendly front desk staff, the super-comfy bed, comprehensive Saturday & Sunday breakfast… the list goes on. I know! It was when the note in the bathroom suggested trying the front desk had any essential been forgotten. Sure enough, they provided 3 free toothbrushes to assist my absent minded packing. I was pleasantly surprised. I will look for this brand hotel again when we need accommodation next.

Room seemed clean enough. Price was great. Walls are thin and I expect that beds in adjoining units share a common wall judging from the amplitude of the vocalizations and earth shaking vibrations of some rather vigorous love making from next door last night.

There isn't a great deal of lodging to choose from unless you stay in Sacramento or closer to the Bay Area. It's well located, with friendly staff and the rooms are pretty good. When I checked in, I was put in a room next to some VERY active couple and the walls are a little thin, so I requested a new room, was placed on the 3rd floor and it was very nice. Reasonable rates and free breakfast if you get up early enough. If I needed to stay in Dixon again, I'd stay there again. One other downside… NO JACUZZI!.

Location has quick and easy access to the highway. Hotel exterior and interior appearance was well kept. Rooms were plenty spacious and offered more than enough amenities. Staff could of used some more customer service training. When I arrived a hotel guest informed them the elevator was out of order. They shrugged their shoulders. When they finished checking me in they said "you are welcome to try the elevator or you can use the stairs. " I said I would use the stairs. And we all laughed about it. The next day I did use the elevator and it was fully operational. Overall, it was a good experience and I would stay here again.

I was stuck in Dixon last night around 11pm with a friend of mines (09/23/2017). I decided to see if the Country Inn had an available hotel room for the night (was willing to pay anything). Long story short, was driving for a long time, I needed a good rest so I can proceed with my long drive. The woman working at the front desk (older caucasian woman) basically told me to get out, no rooms available since it's family weekend at UC Davis. She could've at least been nice about telling me to go. Shortly after after, she humiliated me. The front desk woman and the family she was helping laughed at me because I had no clue it was family weekend at the UC. That was just straight up rude. I'm an adult, I have a college education, I have a career… but, I do admit I look very young (felt like that was the main reason why I was discriminated). I was respectful and said "ok, I'll leave. Thank you". The front desk woman basically threatened to call security if I stayed in the lobby for more than 15 minutes. I was only in there for less than 5… There was a time where I worked in customer service for 5 years and I have never made someone feel the way this woman made me feel. You would think since I look young and was alone with my female friend at night, she would help us. I ended up proceeding with my long drive and thankfully I did not crash since I was so tired. Note to this hotel: Please treat everyone the way you would want to be treated!

We arrived and were promptly greeted by Hassan. I watched as another guest needed assistance and then Sam promptly came out and helped that guest. Great service with a smile. I'm doing a quick turn around road trip from California to Eugene, Oregon and then back to California. This place is well worth the stop. Thank you and again please thank Hassan and Sam and the cooks. If you get a chance and need a great stop this is it.

Nice room. Clean and modern looking. Friendly staff. Comfortable king bed. Would have given 5 stars but their Wi-Fi was extremely slow and the sofa bed was very thin and uncomfortable for my children.

I stayed here for 3 nights. The first two nights, I slept like a dream. My family and I swam in the clean pool, ate the lovely breakfast and enjoyed our nice and spacious room. The third night, the people in a few different rooms went back and forth to each other's room to party and were loud all night long. My family called the office where the men at the front desk said they would take care of it. The noises continued, we called again, more noises and the supervisors said they wanted to move US, even though it was our 3rd night there and we had just come from a concert, so we were very tired. I eventually put in earplugs and tried to get as much sleep as I could. The following morning, the disruptive guests were asked to leave by the Country Inn staff and my family was given a discount for the night.

Very good hotel at an affordable price. Our daily rate was less than a hundred dollars. The hotel rooms looked somewhat new and sell furnished. We booked a double room and it had a fold out couch in the living room area. There is also a full breakfast included with eggs, sausage, waffles, and other breakfast items. Would recommend if you need to visit Davis since it's only about 10 minutes from the city.

This plsce is economical and clean. Sam, the manager is a very nice chap who makes sure you are taken care of. The location is convenient for both Vacaville area and Sacramento.

Very nice hotel and wonderful staff. They're friendly, professional and helpful. The room is comfortable and well — maintained. The price point was good too.

So far my stay has been incredible! Sam and Diana at the front desk are the best. Our room is great as well and the breakfast is great!

Update: @owner: I disagree completely. You did nothing to help. You refused to acknowledge my situation when I spoke to you directly. I didn't even get an apology from you directly. All youre trying to do is make yourself look good in front of the public but behind the scenes you could care less about the integrity of your business. I gave the card that I reserved for two nights with on Expedia the previous night. This guy looks at my card and says there is no name on it. I told him its because my bank doesn't give name on visa debits. He made a big fuss about it how its not secure to use it and the bs. I told him then why don't you call my bank to confirm it if you don't believe me. He said its fine he won't. I asked him can I speak with your manager and he told me he IS THE MANAGER! Then as I was standing there I noticed the unbelievable. THIS GUY WAS NOT ONLY WRITING DOWN MY CARD NUMBER BUT THE EXPIRY DATE AND THE SECURE NUMBER AT THE BACK OF IT ON A PIECE OF PAPER! This wasnt a credit card where if there is fraud going on the bank will refund you the money, no this was my DEBIT CARD which is my checking account. So it's even worse! I told him what are you doing? Asked him why is he writing it down without my permission? And he had nothing to say.

I travel for work. I have stayed in over 300 hotels across the country. This actually is a decent hotel. I will pin this hotel and stay again.

I just went there to get my fiancee for lunch. The ladies work to hard for the minimal pay they get. Please be kind of your starting over night there.

This is a very great hotel pick for the price. It was one of the less expensive hotels on our CA trip but the one we liked the most. Good area. Nice, new hotel. Good breakfast. Free internet. Good customer service. Had fridge and microwave and coffee. Highly recommend.
