Couldn't ask for more. The staff was so hospitable. Very well maintained facility with beautiful rooms. Free breakfast was much better than I expected. Darlene so nice and friendly and was able to correct mistakes made when I made reservation through Expedia. I am now a big Best Western Plus fan. Thanks you all. See you again soon.

Just got here last night for an extended stay and I can tell it will be a great place. The premises is clean, the rooms and beds very comfortable and the staff are friendliest I've met at any hotel. From the front desk to housekeeping everyone makes you feel welcome. So happy my husband's company put him here. As long as a room is available we will not stay anywhere else when visiting the area. I will post an update in a month but I don't see it changing. Very pleased.

Just an average freeway motel with unenthusiastic front desk personnel. Everything else was average except the breakfast which was better than average. Typical stinky motel room (carpet perfume) which was definitely stronger this time than normal, but made it through.

We will be back! We were so impressed with the friendliness of the staff starting with first phone call. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed being able to have breakfast and loved the waffles, but egg dishes could be revamped to taste like real eggs. Besides that, I would give this hotel a 5 star. Value and quality was great.

We were looking for an affordable hotel to stay at during Napa Valley's BottleRock Festival and were very, very happy to find this hotel, about 25 minutes away. The rates were fantastic! The beds were extremely comfortable & we really appreciated the included breakfasts. A great choice!

Great place, had a nice stay. Rooms were clean and orderly, a bit bigger then I'm use to. Breakfast was good. Will be staying again if I am in the area.

Our stay was comfortable and affordable. The premises is clean and well taken care of. Our room was orderly and the beds were comfortable. We did have an issue with noise from the guests staying above us, but a call to the front desk took care of the issue (they sent security to request the room above us to quiet down and they did). We would stay here again.

Nearby downtown Benicia, a beautiful small town with restaurants and unique shops. Easy access to freeway to Vallejo, Sonoma, and Sacramento. Great breakfast!

I travel full time for work, stay in a TON of hotels — this is a super nice Best Western — The front desk lady was probably the nicest attendant I have met in years — Room is large, clean bed and furniture — Hot water and nice TV — Everything I could ask for — Large well lit parking lot and a really nice hang out / sitting area in the sun on their back grass section — 5 stars from a traveling man —

A surprisingly wonderful experience! The staff not only were very friendly and helpful, they were exceptionally so! They remembered my name, retrieved my forgotten phone charger after I had already checked out, and were just all around nice conversationalists and people!

Nice place. Everybody friendly. Great breakfast. Clean rooms. One bad thing. A long 3 story building and only one elevator at end. Not good. Otherwise I'll be back.

We have stayed here a number of times. Normally we would rate this location 4 — 5 stars. This time we were sleep deprived due to the noise in the room above ours. Next time we will stay on the top floor and hope for the best. The Inn is comfortable, clean and in a good location, with a nice staff.

Every staff member was very pleasant and professional. The room was very clean; stocked proper and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the person managing the food very efficient keeping all areas clean and stocked.

Had no issues during my stay. Had everything I needed. Free breakfast, fitness center, business center, pool with a jacuzzi, free internet, a double the size mini fridge and a microwave plus an evening reception where they had a small food offering which varied night to night and also Free. If you're not a big dinner person just go to the evening reception and eat there. I got myself a small cup of soda (they offered wine too), hamburger with the trimmings, some potato chips. The decor was nicely halloween/fall themed in Oct. With a grand piano inside. The gym is the size of a small room with few equipment, but since there was hardly anyone who worked out I was fine and didn't have to wait for people to be finished. I would definitely recommend if you are staying in the area going to six flags or something is just a 9.4 mile drive.

I hope this post gets shared because every time I think about it I get pissed. I will be posting on yelp and other review sites as well. My friend recently was booked at the Best Western in Benicia. She had a rate for about $150 a night, she was running late and despite having called, they gave her room away to a family who had been evacuated during the Napa fire. This was totally understandable, what is not however, is that they mentioned that FEMA and the Red Cross were paying for the hotel rooms and that they were charging almost double for the rooms. To put the bottom line before people in this type of disaster is totally disgusting. I believe other hotel chains are guilty of this type of practice as well.

Best western was close to all that was needed for my work. It cut down on time spent getting to places. Once again wish I could have stayed there for my duration of my work. (refineries)

I arrived before check in time and was able to check in early. Breakfast was good, the dining area wad clean and well stocked. Hotel is very clean. The staff are kind, friendly and AWESOME! Thank you!

Although my room had been accidentally cancelled by my employer, the front desk figured it out, even though they were sold out. However, I picked this hotel because of the evening reception, and I was really disappointed when not only did they not offer the wine on weekends. But they didn't offer it on a holiday (Labor day). I travel a lot for work and I prob won't come back here because of that. Seems Petty but a free glass of wine after working all day is definitely a selling point for me.

Comfortable, clean and good breakfast! Stayed at the BW Heritage Inn for 6 nights when taking our kids to college at Cal Maritime Academy. Conveniently located in near grocery stores and we took the Vallejo ferry into San Francisco, so Bay Area location was perfect for us. Staff (front desk, housekeeping, groundskeepers) all friendly and helpful. Safe location with easy access to freeway. Definitely will be back.

Nice clean rooms, very quiet location! Dog friendly! Exceptional front desk staff! Good hot breakfast items also. We would stay here again.

Great meals and beautiful rooms.

Rooms had comfy beds and was clean. Breakfast is yummy — the waffles are really good! Most of all the staff was very, very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. The only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is that the spa in the pool area wasn't working and we received conflicting reasons as to why.

Love the breakfast options. Along with the traditional cold options and waffles, they offered scrambled eggs with bell pepper, sausage links, bacon and potatoes. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is showing some age in areas. Nice clean room.

Great weekend away. Loved that we could bring our pup. Very clean room, nice staff and really enjoyed the pool and bbq area. Didn't do the breakfast, but it smelled good.

I arrived on Sunday afternoon to check in for 4 days. The young lady behind the counter, Asia, checked me in and when she discovered that I was a rewards member, she gave me a bag with some snacks and water. I thanked her and told her that I had a bad day that day-my personal credit card and my business credit cards had to be cut off because of fraud on them. Asia listened to my story and she offered to upgrade me if she had the room. She told me the room would have a spa in it and I told her of a bad experience at another hotel where the spa there had spit out some greasy, oily, smelly water when I got into it. She then told me that was terrible and she would try to do more for me. Since I was a rewards member and had a bad experience at another of their hotels, she gave me the best rate for the stay. THAT is customer service! I thanked her and went to my room. The room was very spacious and very comfortable. Her kindness and the cleanliness of the room here sold me on the Best Western brand once again. I will not start staying at the Best Western Hotels when I travel and when my employees travel. This hotel is great and the people are fantastic, expecially Asia. She enjoys her job and knows how to solve problems! Thanks!

It was very nice. The people who work there, that speak English that is were very nice to me. Any problem I had they were happy to help. The rooms were perfect, down to the last tee.

Hi I Ben stayin at this motel for a month love the service front desk workers very nice and respectful room service crew very respectful very nice the only problem I have is with the breakfast Lady in the morning huh name is Nina she is very rude and disrespectful always hovering everybody watching every move touching the food with no gloves eating out of the Benz that's not OK Something needs to be done about that. I stay here because of work. Pleas something!
