It's vary nice, u can tell there upgrading things little at a time, vary beautiful bathroom shower, beds are comfy, TV fabulous, they have free Wi-Fi, pet friendly, hard wood floors, close to shopping walking distance, free breakfast, there still working on what there having, so it consist of, coffee and oatmeal, vary friendly office people I'm definitely coming again. And they need more then one handy cap ramp in certain areas, the house keepers get in the way if there on the sidewalk no scooter or wheelchair can get through, although the maids are nice anough to move aside for you… stayed again, vary nice, lovely time, bus stop right across the street, big lots Starbucks, Kaiser, our family is always at the hospital, for one thing or another.

After having problems with the sands down the street. Hotels. Com got us in here. Very friendly an good service.

This is a quant little place. They are upgrading as it is outdated a little but my room was clean. Nice bed, friendly staff, large TV with HD fast Wi-Fi. The pool was clean, parking was right at our room. Vending machines and ice were available. Overall for a weekend it was nice and quiet. A few live in guest but they live out of town so reasonably priced for them to stay ahs be close to shopping and a nice park.

Location is great, walking distance from the mall and castle park. Room is nice bed is a little hard but what do you expect from a cheap hotel. Jacozz and pool is nice too.

It was jus old & I couldn'tstand the smell in the rooms hits u hard right wen u walk in. It really felt dirty even if it wasnt. Sorry but never agai.

Located right on the corner of magnolia ave and Polk. House keeping is very friendly. Rooms could use a little uplifting. Only a few blocks from castle park. And the galleria at Tyler. Its sobering you'd realhave to be willing to settle for.

We are there sat june 9 2018 saturday VERY BAD expirience ever… we book at this place becuase my kids wants to go swimming but the pool is so dirty… Phone in the room is not workinGB. Towels has a stain. Unfriendly recetptionist. We told them we are just gonna leave but they said we cannotg refund anything so we dont have any choice but to stay a night since we cannot refund anything… NIGHTMARE!

BEDBUGS! If I cld leave neg stars I wld. BED BUGS! Came here for work and rented 4 rooms, each room had either live or dead adult bedbugs. The rooms were scattered so there was a room rented in each of the 4 sections so obviously they are INFESTED. Showed the front desk (gloria) and she wasn't surprised at all. She called the owner who gave us a refund on all 4 rooms after insulting us by stating we probably brought the bed bugs. So we told the owner fine we'll knock on each and every door to show the pictures of the bedbugs in our rooms which quickly prompted him to refund us for the 4 rooms.

I have stayed here many times and always got a good room. I never had any complaint. I never had a chance for morning breakfast. The internet is fast and TV is big and HD channels. AC also works great and bed is amazing.

I really like the expierince and over all would recommend it to friends.

This little motel boast the price of a 5 star hotel, but with it's very run down and extremely dirty rooms and property it comes no where near being worth the very high price.

It had dirty blankets, phone in my room did not because someone pulled the jack out of the wall, and and had a baby Roach crawling on the ceiling, the only thing they had for continental breakfast was oatmeal and just coffee. I would not recommended this holtel at all. They need major improvement on this rodway inn off of magnolia ave, down the street from the gallery Tyler mall, oh yea I for got to mention that the hairdryer did not work and they did not have another hairdryer.

We got the very last room available and they thought someone was in the room cuz the TV was left on. They have got to b more mindful of their customers.

"Joe", that worked desk tried to raise price after reservations was made. Be careful here!

Staying at the Rodeway Inn has to be the worst experience out of any hotel I've ever stayed at! Oh and never book anything though "Reservation Counter" when we got there to check in, it took over an hour because they never paid the hotel for our booking. The staff is nice but this place is super dirty, inside and out. The front door lock didn't work so I called the front desk to fix it, they told me someone would be up to fix it in a bit, no one ever showed up. The toilet was broken and it took them over an hour to show up to fix it! If you saw the size of the hotel you'd understand why I'm complaining about the wait. There were holes in the walls, pet hairon the blankets and pillows, hair and toothpaste in the sink, no toilet paper in the restroom and the room was dirty. There are people living here that don't seem to care about keeping the property clean, the vending machines are broken and there are abandoned car's parked here as well. Just didn't feel like it is a safe place to take your family, we'll never be staying here again, ever. Learned my lesson, "always read reviews first! " DON'T STAY HERE! I'd Rate It a Zero If I Could.

We show up from a long drive get the room and we are about to go to sleep I stay up cause I felt like something was wrong and as everyone is asleep I find bed bugs crawling over the wall and light fixtures I wake everyone up and we get our stuff and pack up but before we leave I catch a couple and I brought them over to the front desk and he sends some lady to check out the room and she starts going off that the beds are used even tho we showed up 2 hours ago The guy even sold himself out saying this happens alot Never stay here ever never you'll get bitten by these guys.

Just ew… Don't stay here… The motel 6 probably is better then this place.

Front desk was very helpful and friendly. Location. Is right off magnolia in between Polk and Tyler.

Good sized rooms. Continental breakfast coffee juice. Small parking area.

The place is very expensive. The room is very small. The TV didnt work at all.

The employees were very helpful. This place beats the Riverside Inn & Suites by a long mile. The room was very clean and with the hot weather, it was nice that I didn't have to pay for ice. I would recommend this place to all my family and friends.

What a dump! Noisy, not so clean, furniture was all mismatched. No carpeting on the floor. Needed all 3 pillows to feel like there was a pillow under my head. Will not stay there again! Will not stay at a Rodeway Inn EVER again!

Good location, low prices and nice staff. Beds barely uncomfortable. Very bad Wi-Fi, we can't connect our devices. The bathroom had good water flow and temperature. I didn't see bugs or roaches as other reviewers says. This place isn't bad at all but need some remodeling.

Worst place I have every stayed! DO NOT STAY HERE! we found bed bugs on our bed so the guy offered us a "upgraded" room. Which had roaches, ants all over the bathroom floor and spiders chilling on our towels. I will never every stay anywhere near this place. So horrible.

Received great service felt like a prince. People are nice and understand and want me to actually stay at the motel and do all that can stop you have a place to stay.

Stay away. I stayed here on 1/22/16 and was charged a $40 deposit I have not yet received back. Called numerous times and always the same my manager will call you. Now I have to dispute the charge with my credit card. Shame on you mister manager.

My review is horrible the only reason I stayed is because everywhere else I checked was full and the room had stains on the ceilings, holes in the wall, stains on the wall, cracks in the wall, cigarette butts all on the walkways, the room had an odor, and the screen was missing out the window, so that's a safety hazard, because someone could fall out and insects actually came in the window, I looked out the window and seen air conditioners tossed on the grass like they were just pushed out the walls and shopping carts laying on the grass, stains on the carpet, trash on the carpet when we checked in, ice machine was leaking brown water, and ice look like kind of brown too, vending machine broken, TV channel guide stained with some kind of red substance, drawer graffitied, and the service was crazy they gave me two key cards that did not work come to find out you need an actual key to open the door and I can't believe I was charged 124.54 for a room that was worth the total of 4.54 No tip, the tip is clean up this place, you call this an inn who people fight to get out of, I would not wish this service on my worst enemy signed WOULD NOT STAY IF YOU PAYED ME.

It was average. The bathroom was really nice, but the rest of room wasn't the best quality. The location was pretty nice. I liked how it was close to castle park and an ice rink.

The rooms were old. The house keeping didn't change the fitted sheet. One of the bed sheets had a stain on. It and we asked to have them replaced, came back and the stained sheets were still on the bed. Rooms don't have hair dryers or irons, but you can request one at the front desk. The motel is pet friendly, but it'll cost you an additional $20 a night for your pet. They were remodeling the rooms when we visited so hopefully it'll be a lot cleaner next time we come visit family. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and our overall stay was pleasant. If you're on a budget, then its a nice choice.

This Rodeway Inn is subpar. The rooms r old n out dated. The hot tub is cold. The pool needs upgrading. The coffee was hot n the staff was friendly but for the price stay at the motel 6 around the corner by Country Folks restaurant.
