We only stay at Marriott hotels. We're just Gold Elite members now, but we're working on Platinum. I am emailing to comment on the staff at this hotel. They are by far the best hotel staff I have experienced at any Marriott — and we've stayed at a few including J. W. Marriott locations and Marriott Vacation Club locations. They have exceeded all expectations (and then some). I understand that guests can be "needy, " and the staff here has been way more than accommodating. …We're still here, in fact, but I could not wait to write the company and inform them about the wonderful staff they have here. I've never had maintenance arrive so quickly when there was just a minor issue, and I've never seen a staff jump through so many hoops just to make sure our stay (and that of my extended family) was the best stay and experience that can be had. Truly, thank you. I've said it to just about every employee here. And I genuinely mean it. You guys are great! And it's people like you that make us happy and proud Marriott members and you deserve to be recognized.

Rooms are modern and well equipped. The hotel has a nice pool (not heated) and a coffe shop. Overall nice marriott with close location to UCR extension so lots of restaurants and things.

Recently had a weekend retreat. Rooms clean, staff awesome and accommodating. All nice and friendly from the sales team (sally) to front desk team to setup crew (Javier and hector). Location convenient. This is our 3rd event — looking forward to the next!

Had refreshing water at the front desk, rooms are clean and has air conditioned in the riverside heat. Lobby was not the coolest though. Quick check in, show ID and Card they give room key. Was given 2 keys one worked other had to get replaced. There is a pool but did not try swimming.

The staff was very friendly here. Greeted me with a sincere "Welcome back sir. How was your day? " The breakfast was also really good! You can actually order from the menu and then they make it. I would definitely stay here again!

I must say that the staff at the Courtyard Marriott was very professional. They went the extra mile for my satisfaction great staff. Tiffany at the front desk went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, I always saw her with a smile on her face. Thank you Tiffany.

The hotel was overbooked due to the firefighters in the area. I totally am not complaining about that but when they were explaining to guest that the hotel was overbooked they made everyone feel like there wasn't going to be enough room. The customer service could use some train. Also.

Nice place to stay a couple nights. The staff was accommodating and very pleasant, the room was clean and everything was in good working condition. The cafe inside the hotel was clean and offered a wide selection of breakfast options that were very good. I will definitely come back the next time I'm in the area. We didnt get a chance to use the pool, but it looked inviting.

Excellent, friendly, courteous, and professional staff. Second to none. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Whenever I am in the area, this will be my hotel of choice.

Had the pleasure of staying here for my 2 year wedding anniversary and the staff has been very helpful and accommodating. I would like to personally thank Chanelle at the front desk. She moved our room 3 times for the husband and I and our 2 kids to accommodate us better because we booked the wrong room. The kitchen staff were also very pleasant and welcoming.

No thanks. They were nice enough, but I felt like I was in a cheap motel. Not awesome.

Recently renovated. Staff very nice. Best choice for riverside. Good location. Safe.

The room I stayed in had a king sized bed and sofa bed. It was super comfy! Overall, the hotel seems a bit small but that added to the charm, in my opinion! I would recommend!

The location was very easy to fund. The room was beautiful. Clean. The staff was very friendly and kind. Got items I needed quickly. The view was nice also. Great place to stay. Go check it out you wont regret it.

Nice place, very quiet when I went (a Sunday afternoon) and the receptionist helped me find my meeting location quickly and was very kind.

This is my go-to hotel when I have business in the area. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and updated. This hotel is a short drive to downtown but also easy access to the major highways. Lots of restaurants within an easy walk too.

Tiffany at front desk is super friendly and helpful. Can walk to a few restaurants, UCR and University Village is about 10 min away. Not big on the room decor, but the room was very clean and comfortable.

Hotel is on service if great the tools are ok not great.

Cheerful and helpful staff, modern spacious rooms. Access to Wi-Fi, and streaming services on flat screen. Will stay again.

Nice front desk staff. Nice Bistro. Room was ok but not clean when I arrived.

My husband and I checked in 2/8/18 703 PM we went out for dinner and late at night we found out most things in this room did not work we could not use the heater or the a/c as the plug was all broken and water backing up in the sink so my husband and I checked out, we also filled a complaint with the desk person we went to my sisters home and got cleaned up and ready for the funeral this room cost 150.55 what a shame we was told someone would contact us herd from no one so I called and spoke to the GM she said she would look into this we got no call back again I called the GM and left a message still no call back so I will do it this way your Hotel needs a lot of work and a new GM this is called bad business and when we come back we will stay at the Hotel next door.

Stayed here for AYSO SOCCER tourney for long weekend. Enough parking and is complimentary. Hotel is clean and staff is friendly. Pleasantly surprised by the Starbucks/Bistro in lobby. Compliments to the Chef as the food was really good! Had the egg white frittata and it was oh so good! Breakfast scramble was hearty and kids ate EVERYTHING. We travel and eat at hotels fairly often and it is a hit or miss on the food. This chef and his food were spot on. They opened at 6 which was another plus because we had to be at field by 7. They also have grab n go where you can call down and order, pick up on your way out. Will stay here again. They also have a laundry room and sell detergent at front desk which was awesome for cleaning uniforms for whole weekend.

Newly renovated top-of-the-line amenities really comfy beds and pillows… Love the frittata at The Bistro.

It was good the rooms were nice the internet was great the only thing that was bad was how the payment works but other than that it was ok.

Things have gone down at this hotel. The staff is awesome and helpful, but the rooms are getting old. Carpets are getting old. Also parking has started to be an issue. They have conference rooms and in the evenings it is tough to get parking spots for. Overnight guest. Location is still tough to beat though.

Friendly staff, nice clean room, lots of places to eat within walking distance.

Room is pretty nice, but the plumbing was not properly installed and whenever the neighboring rooms use the sink or toilet, the toilet bubbles up and the sink makes noises because the venting pipes weren't installed right so it sounds like the pipes are dripping/burping all night. My room was 109. As nice as the rest of the room is, that toilet noise is disgusting. I had to keep the fan on full blast to drown out the sound the whole time I stayed in order to get any sleep. No complementary breakfast of any kind. Parking lot is very screwy with a maze of one ways. Lots of cars backed up during busy times.

Livana and Chanel provided amazing customer service, hotel was very clean and welcoming.

The rooms were clean and reasonably nice. The front desk service was prompt and polite. Overall nice place.

Went for dreamstate weekend, just used the room for sleeping. Fridge, a/c, shower, sink, smoke detectors, and plenty of charging ports. Tv had Netflix which was cool.

Elevators are slow, but outside of that. Solid location. Lots of food very close. Freeway nearby. Easy to get to and from location.

Plus: Mega clean room with several nearby options for food. Power and USB charge port on bedside table, fridge, micro, etc. Bed too soft for my tastes but slept well. Minus: pool closes 9pm, cafe/bar closes 10pm, even on weekends.

Check in and check out was quick and smooth. Room was clean and orderly. However, the room had a smell of urine soaked cloth for the first half hour or so.

Really nice hotel. It is difficult to see from the road at night and the parking lot is small for the size of the hotel. But, it is a really nice place.

Always an amazing stay! Rooms are clean, nice mounted flat tv, I love their menu. I did have a problem with the shower once the faucet popped off and maintenance worked very quick to fix the problem. Great location, a lot to eat around the area and the night life is right down the street.

They were very courteous and gracious to us they took have every single me that we have the Room to clean and very spacious enjoyed my time there very much.

Fantastic Place. Unfortunately they were all booked and I had to stay next door. However, I highly recommend this when you are in Riverside.

1 night stay at the Courtyard Riverside. Was in a King room and it was really nice. Room seems to have been remodeled recently. Mini frig, microwave, K Cup maker; very nice touch. Clean and comfortable. Checked in late after flying into John Wayne. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Received a welcome gift or Starbucks coffee in the morning; as well as checkin bonus points. Hotel has Platnium parking near entrance; 1st time I've seen this at a Marriott. Overall good stay. Only reason it's 4 rather than 5 stars; I was only at the hotel barley 9 hrs. So didn't get to experience enough to rate 5 stars. But would defiantly stay again.

The hotel was really clean and nice. I felt welcome and was very comfortable. We got our room through a 3rd party but the type of room we got were not available so we were given a better one in compensation. I really enjoyed my stay there and I'll probably go with them again.

The building as a whole is very nice and as soon as you walk in, there's an employee who greets you. I was there for a business meeting so I didn't have much communication with them, but they seemed very friendly and pointed me in the right direction. There weren't many people in there so the lobby felt very morbid and it was slightly chilly in there but other than that, it was a very nice experience. If I had to stay in a hotel for any reason, I would definitely consider the Country Marriott or any Marriott for that matter.

The Courtyard Riverside UCR/Moreno Valley Area is a very nice, clean and a cozy hotel. The hotel is centrally located for shopping, restaurants and entertainment. The staff (front desk and housekeeping team) were amazing and personable. The Bistro employees (Trish, Letty and Kat) were awesome. During my stay, I dined in for breakfast and the team always made my dining experience very pleasant. The food was really good and the service was always fast, friendly and served with a smile.

All the staff is very friendly and helpful. The pillow cases smelt kinda off. And the thermostat is a knob so there is no way to set a certain temperature. The fitness center is very small and they were out of cups at 8:00 am in the morning. Other than those things it's been good.

Great location! The staff and property are very nice. They go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are very large and quiet. Free bikes and the wine hour are pluses. You are close to the cable cars making getting around to all the other spots easy. I would recommended this property to anyone coming to San Fran. It was a 5 star in all areas!

Rooms are very clean and modern looking, very close proximity to to the University and a number of very tasty food options. Staff has been very friendly and helpful. The only thing I would like is a Continental breakfast, however the hotel does provide pretty ample pay options for food.

Courtyard riverside UCR/Moreno was amazing. I had just gotten married earlier in the day and we arrived very late at night. We were greeted with a smile and hello, checked in quickly and didn't have a single problem with the room. 5/7 would recommend to family and friends.

Great hotel even though experienced some problems from outside sources. Hotel has always given great customer service.

I have visited the hotel several times now and I continue to be impressed with the professionalism of the staff.

Very nice room, great arrangement, included microwave and refrigerator. Great service, my breakfast wasn't on their list and that was quickly remedied.

We got there way befor check in (930am) they let us hang around the pool (we would of but it was raining) and in the large lobby. Lots of places to charge phones in lobby and in rooms. Lots of places to sit in lobby as well. Check in is at 3pm but they had us in a room by 1pm. Room is Good sized, very nice and clean. Pillows and bed are wonderful. The negative… I picked this hotel over the Hilton that had a better rating with same price because The room I booked said free breakfast, they gave us one free breakfast there are 3 of us. I looked at the food area, Just under $5 for a bowl of cereal. You can get that free at most 2star hotels. All the food was over priced. I'll admit I am more of a Dutch brothers coffee fan but even for Starbucks the Carmel machiato was not well made :/ I was disappointed. We travel for work almost weekly And alternate bringing one of our teens with us, when we have a layover we like to stay in better then a 2star hotel and the free breakfast usually makes it so we spend the same as a 2star And going out to breakfast.
