Best price for the nicest hotel in Redding. The amenities are numerous. I've booked several visiting family members here. Awesome staff & service, close to great bars and restaurants, within walking distance.

Very good stay! The staff was amazing with the exception of one who I think was just having a bad night. The beds were comfortable the pillows were soft. Very nice clean rooms. The staff were accommodating and working so hard to make the people who were evacuated from their homes because of the Carr fire feel comfortable and the fire crews and PG&E staff that were there to fight the fires and take care of the aftermath were well taken care of as well! Their free breakfast is amazing one of the best I have seen! Everything you can think of, eggs, omelets, potatoes, waffles, bacon, cereal, fresh fruit, and so much more! The on we thing that kind of sucked was that the pool was closed, it was not their fault all the levels were off due to the a as H from the fire but they were doing everything they could to get it corrected. Very glad we stayed here and we will be back.

My wife and I were through Redding Friday evening, 8/10, and stayed at Hampton Inn and Suites. The hotel ensured it was safe to park on their premises with a security guard present on property. The following morning we noticed both our bikes were missing and a clipped cable dangling from our rack. The two bikes are Specialized Hybrid with both front tires removed. After several calls with their front desk manager, they were unapologetic and rude. We were later informed history of break ins and thefts (which would explain for the security guard, who at the time of observation was constantly on his phone). A quick look up of the hotel revealed reviews reporting thefts and break ins. If I could have seen those earlier, I would have pushed further down the interstate for a hotel room. Best to those travelers!

So this won’t be the first post regarding theft at this hotel! My wife and I were traveling through and unfortunately our two expensive specialized bikes with front tires removed were stolen off our rack despise being ensured it was safe with a security roaming the premises. After several calls with their front desk manager, they were unapologetic and rude. Would advise anyone traveling through to not stop here. We are filing police report and continue to hope to have our stolen bikes will return to its rightful owner. Although we aren’t holding our breaths. However should two specialized bikes with missing front tire show up anywhere in the Shasta county please message me.

Really enjoyed our one night stay here. Everything was great. They had a happy hour with free drinks including beer and wine. Close to restaurants including Logan’s roadhouse.

I rarely write reviews but I felt it appropriate after a great stay at this hotel. I dealt with two employees who were both extremely helpful and friendly, Shaun and Daisy. Check in was a breeze, the room was clean, and very comfortable. All the usual things free Wi-Fi etc. They also have a complimentary beer wine and appetizer hour from 6-7 then a complimentary breakfast with everything you need. They have a modest exercise room with several treadmills to shake off the road dust from a long drive and plenty of dinning within walking distance. The room price was very reasonable and with everything added it’s a wonder they make any money. One last comment, I left my shaving kit in the room (I’ll blame it on my wife because she was rushing me to get back on the road but it was just a lame maneuver on my part). When I called the hotel two days latter they had my kit and are sending it back to me at no cost. I have stayed at very fancy hotel many times with far less personal service than this one. If you are on the road near the Redding area I highly recommend the Hampton Inn and Suits.

Nice stay! Clean room and helpful staff. Breakfas was on point and included with the stay. The assigned room was for handicapped but it was nice. In the low-light, the brightness from the corridor got into the room a little bit.

Very clean… friendly staff… great breakfast and eating area… clean pool and hotel grounds. Highly recommend the stay.

The property was very clean and the customer service was amazing! Susan & Shaun was absolutely amazing! We had to abruptly leave due to the fact that my husband's Dad passed away. Other than that, very clean property, the lines we're fresh like they just came out of the dryer. Very convenient location and very quiet. I recommend this property.

Very cozy beds, jacuzzi for tired achy bodies. Has a fitness room and free breakfast. Good assortment. Nice clean rooms. Great staff!

Very nice hotel, very nice accommodations. Great coffee! (&Tea selection) Awesome breakfast which I'm usually not a fan of but was pleasantly surprised! Beds are incredible! Not to hard. Not to soft. Actual digital temperature control is great. I loved the line of hygenics they chose to provide in each room. It's a huge deal 2 me to see good products, I normally have that to lug with me if I'm not sure. Here I know I don't need to worry about bringing it buying anything but my toothbrush! ;') Gr8 safe place 2 stay! Highly recommend!

I stay here for work several times a year. It is my top choice in the Redding area. Staff is friendly and helpful, room are clean. They have good breakfast options and an evening reception with complimentary beer/wine with snacks.

My husband travels to Redding a lot for business and we have stayed here a few times now. The first few times was in a suite and the last time was in a regular room with a king bed. Every time The rooms were so clean and cozy! The beds are amazing. The staff was always so nice and helpful! I love staying here and would definitely recommend it. We’ve stayed at quite a few hotels before but this we felt comfortable, we felt like it was home away from home.

The staff here is pleasant and helpful. They really try to step it up with a happy hour and sometimes they have chocolate chip cookies for a bedtime snack! Mmmm Cocoa and cookies!

Not well sound proofed. Had a few guests… put us all together. People banging stuff on walls. Should skip a room in between when lightly booked. Glad the noise quit at 8:30. Was told they had big rig parking. Maybe, if there isn't anybody parked in the rv area. No street parking available. We were lucky. Other than that, the beds were comfortable and room was clean. Nice people at the desk.

Been staying at Hampton Hotel for over 8 yrs, it’s the top half of our leg. Visiting my daughter in Oregon. Always has been a great in meeting our needs in comfort, Best beds, pillows that’s very important. Shawn is very professional, cocktail hour and friendliness of all the staff. Can’t looose stay at Hampton’s you can’t Go wrong!

The hotel was very clean and the staff was courteous and helpful. My only complaint is that we were on the first floor and the security lighting outside shone right on our windows so the room really wasn't dark enough. But it was a good place to stay. Just stay on a higher floor!

Wonderful hospitality, Shawn at the front desk treated us like we were his house guests. Rooms clean and and had all essentials. Definitely give this 5 stars. We were there for 4 nights.

The staff was very helpful. The Free Breakfast was excellent something good for everyone. the place was so clean! laundry rm. Clean, it was easy to use and reasonable.

Nice. Clean rooms. Friendly people. The one thing that bugs me is there little store… yikes break the bank, expensive. A couple of snacks was $35. If my daughter wasn't running a fever I would have left it and made a trip to the store.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and convenient. My room was really quiet, even though when I was out in the hall I could hear noise from other rooms. Obviously there was good soundproofing between them. It was exactly what I needed for my stay!

Nice spot. Very big rooms on floor 1. Nice pool and little work out area. Breakfast was OK. Where was the yogurt? No fruit either? I thought this was the state that produces 90% of our fresh produce, yo?

We had a king suite with a double bed pull out couch and it was awesome! We had a patio that went right to the pool and tons of space for the 5 of us. The staff was awesome and had great food recommendations and was very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again next time we are looking to stay in redding!

Last minute room and last one available and they still gave me the discount rate. Didn't even use Hotel Tonight, although it was listed as I thought we might go somewhere else. Nice desk staff and super clean room. Kitchen staff also filled my cooler with ice, thanks again! Couldn't have been easier and the price was fair. It wasn't super cheap but I didn't want to shop around, there family was tired. Great experience all around.

Spacious room was very clean. The manager was on duty and allowed us to check early giving me a choice of which floor. The breakfast was very carby, with no protein in sight. Best stocked waffle I've seen. Pool and hot tub were crystal clear and not over chlorinated. I will stay here again!

The room was fantastic we really enjoyed the whirlpool tub. Everything was very clean and the staff was friendly. I would have liked to have had some plain scrambled eggs and bacon available for breakfast, all the offerings were very carb heavy.

Very clean rooms, super friendly staff, great location, the breakfast for such a nice hotel is rather lacking, but it will fill you up. The view from balconies is beautiful. The property is well maintained and looks very great when you first arrive. The bedroom doors could do with some padding. You hear them slamming shut all night. Other than that. I would stay again.

Whenever I need to stay in a hotel out of town I stay at a Hampton Inn. The rooms are consistently clean and comfortable and they put out a pretty good spread for free breakfast. I just stayed here for two nights and it was a flawless experience.

I loved my experience at the Hampton. The housekeeping services are absolutely top-notch. I recommend it to anyone in the Redding area.

This was the dumpiest Hilton property I've ever stayed at. It's also one of the few that allow smoking. We go a non-smoking room, but our entire floor reeked of cigarettes. We'll never stay here again.

Rooms were clean, staff professional, breakfast good. For the rate it's the best place to stay.

I'll cut to the chase. It was overall a good experience. However, there were some little things I found irritating. The coffee maker they provide with the room was anything but clean. I looked into the reservoir tof add water, but there was brown and white gunk all over it. The complimentary toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and moisturizer) they provide you with were only a quarter full and the containers were greasy. But as I said, everything else was fine.

We got there really late, about 1 am. There was one room left, a studio for $150/night. Check in was quick. The room was nice, clean, comfortable, and a descent size. It came with a little kitchenette as well. We love the complimentary breakfast so that we can eat, check out, and go on about our day. We'll definitely stay here again!

Each Hampton we stay at, is an enjoying experience. Five star ALL the time.

This chain NEVER dissapoints! We stay at The Hampton when traveling any time possible. The Inn is beautiful, and clean. The employees are helpful and nice, and you just can't beat the price! Way to go.

Good continental breakfast, comfy beds and pillows, large outdoor pool and hot tub. Hot tub had weak jets.

The hotel is clean and kept well from outside, but the A/C in room extremely loud and noisy and we were kept up all night. I was told by front desk that all rooms are the same when I raised my concern. Also, house keeping didn't clean the bathroom or change the supplies, and the towels weren't fold or put back in place. It isn't the service I am used to from the other Hamptons.
