Complete new staff. And I wasn't there! not since 2012.

Nice large rooms, good breakfast.

We stayed two nights at this inn while we were visiting the Lassen Vocanical National Park. We enjoyed the stay. The front desk were friendly and helohel especially the night shift lady. We also liked the complementary thoughtful lemonade, ice watwr, coffee and tea. When I opened the door, I can't believe the size we were getting for the price we paid. It's approx 450-500 sq ftg for less than $100 per night (including tax and the two hot breakfast). The facility design is very thoughtful. Plugs are very convenient for getting the cell phones recharged; bedside reading lights make easy to get up at the night night as well as suitable for different sleeping schedule with the mate. They even provided two types of pillows to suits oneso reference: harder and softer. I had a good sleep. The hot breakfast has lot varieties. This Inn is worth of the money. I definitely will give them five stars if they put a couple of more racks to hang the towers for water conservation. For sure, I am not only highly recommend this Inn, but also will definitely stay again when I am near by and have Comfort Inn as my first consideration when travelling other cities.

Very nice, very clean. Friendly staff. We stayed here on and off during the Wildfires. Worked at the fire camp, then back to our room for a good night's sleep.

Nice rooms, no odor and very clean. Room was a good size for two beds. Pool and hot tub outside are easily accessible and well maintained. Staff was kind and helpful.

We came here via motorcycles. When we checked in, we were told to park our bikes by their front door for extra security. The person at the front desk was very friendly, and our room was huge. At breakfast the next morning, the area was very well stock and everything was clean, much better than the normal mess and chaos you find at other hotels when they offer free breakfast. Overall, a great stay and a good price.

The same family has owned this inn for many years. They have kept it updated and in excellent shape. It's not a swanky hotel but for a motor inn type place, it's really nice. New and clean, fresh and soft linens! Iron and ironing board in the closet, nice big flat screen tv, and the free, serve-yourself breakfast is amazing! It's worth choosing just for that. Also, staff is always cheerful, friendly and exceptionally accommodating. It will remain my go-to spot for visits anywhere in the Redding area and stops on I5 in the North State.

Outside of property looks a little run down. Not the greatest location. Pool and jacuzzi both looked again run down, lot of bugs etc floating in them. Rooms were large clean and comfortable. Went to free breakfast first thing my granddaughter said when I served her was the sausage is green. No butter for toasted items. Staff came in about 920 and started pulling items without saying anything. Guess rather then let guest eat the items they rather toss it. Staff was ok.

Nice place, easy freeway access and a few restaurants within a short walking distance. Room was really spacious and clean. Microwave and fridge were really old but in working order. Tub was a bit too squeaky, probably done by bath-fitters. Will be staying here again when in the area m.

Some of the best customer service I've had in a hotel in a very long time. AJ was great, he was very knowledgeable about the area, and he was very concerned with my customer happiness. My king suite was very spacious, very clean, and had all the amenities that I needed for my business trip. Definitely the place to stay when traveling to Red Bluff.

Great room. Staff is really friendly. Love the hot tub. Nice and hot, very addicting… pillows are so soft and comfy. Wish bed was a bit softer… great place to stay.

I had a wonderful experience at the Comfort Inn in Red Bluff. The front desk had wonderful customer service and good spirits. Very accommodatable. I see people were taking their pets in their rooms with them. The rooms were clean and the beds were so extra comfortable. Most rooms had microwaves and mini fridge that worked well with coffee makers blow dryers and ironing boards as far as I could see. Elevator access from Lobby to your floor. Hot tub and pool looked well-kept with handicap assisted pool mechanism for wheelchair folks. Breakfast was wonderful from 6 a. M. To 9:30. You can make a wonderful waffle or choose various cereals Pop-Tarts oatmeal eggs sausage apple juice orange juice various fruits and breads of choice.

Flat out, some one from this hotel is stealing credit card numbers. Three of us stayed here for highschool rodeo weekend. And checked in on Friday checked out Sunday. By Saturday evening we all three had to cancel our cards. Three different cards, three different banks. This was the only place I used mine. I'm sure it's coming from this hotel.

Our credit card information was stolen as well, along with at least two other families that are here for the high school rodeo. I used a card that has only been used at this business and info was stolen. If you are coming here for the bull and gelding sale beware! Police department has an open investigation. Room was great but I won't risk it again.

If I could give zero stars I would. This hotel is a scam. Many, many rabbit fanciers descended on Red Bluff for a large show. The Comfort Inn was the host hotel. This hotel stole our credit card numbers and we have all been inconvenienced with the tasks of closing accounts and attempting to get our money back. The one thing we all had in common was the hotel. Upon speaking with the Red Bluff Police Department, we found out this is not a new occurrence. This has been going on for several months. Management had not returned any of our calls. Do not fall victim!

My friend and I went to see the eclipse in Oregon. On the way back it seemed that every Hotel was full. We finally got in contact with this place and not only did we get in but we got in for a much low cost then I would have expected — especially being such a nice and spacious room. It was actually a suite! Up-to-date decorated, modern, comfortable — the air conditioning was awesome. And even to top that off — the staff were incredible. The last person I spoke with from the hotel was a courteous and kind gentleman by the name of Daryl. He was a wonderful looking full-blooded Native American. And I was proud to meet him.

This hotel is pretty nice. I got in late at night so I took the pictures before leaving. The staff was friendly, the room was pretty clean, and the building was in pretty decent shape. A few issues I had though: one cockroach came out of the bathtub faucet, there was a small blood stain on the top blanket, the staff during breakfast didn't seem interested in keeping the breakfast foods filled but seemed interested in just chatting until someone asked for something, and the pool and spa were dirty.

Large, comfortable room. Internet access is a bit sketchy, TV programming not much better. Red Bluff is not high society, so this property is probably as good as it gets. One of the most spacious rooms I"ve had in a chain hotel. Neighborhood is a bit sketchy, as a single woman, I'm not completely comfortable about security.

After a long day of travel we were placed in a ground level unit. The noise and pounding from foot steps above was very annoying and caused us to be awakened several times. Another issue was the apparently broken alarm clock in the unit — — which we didn't know was broken or preset to go off at 12:00 AM with a very loud static sound. Perhaps we should have checked the setting but never expected it to be so loud and disturbing in sounding like a freight train going through the room. We intend to share our experience on social media and review sites. The heating/cooing system was irregular although given the other issues we did not report it. The reason 'Billing' is checked is that we would have expected some compensation for our troubles but were offered none and of course did not want to ask if it wasn't suggested by the hotel staff. Overall we had a very uncomfortable experience and resolved to never stay at a Comfort Inn again — — Booda Book. Bodda Bust! The following night we stayed at a Holiday Inn Express and were extremely happy with the property and accommodations. We were hoping Comfort Inn would be as nice but to our disappointment it was not even close in terms of remodeling, furnishings, TV stations, bathroom tiling, quietness of rooms, etc.

I stayed at this hotel twice and is by far the best, this specific place should be consider suites, I would give them 10 stars but not allowed. Staff is very friendly and courteous. Thank you.

Nice accommodations. Recently renovated. Rooms are big and clean. Front office staff were very accommodating. Breakfast not the best, but does the job.

This was an unscheduled stop for me, my husband and two teenagers not to mention a golden retriever. The staff was friendly and found us a room with a good price. The room was spacious with two king beds and a couch.

We chose this hotel this hotel because it was dog friendly. We were pleasantly surprise with the room. The layout was well thought out with lots of space. The AC works well. I like the small reading light at the beadstand. It had the standard hotel breakfast, but it has coffee very close, within walking distance.

Beds were very comfortable and the room was huge! But, for some reason the air conditioning was off when we showed up so it was almost 90 degrees in the room. Seems pretty strange to not have the AC going when daily temperatures are over 100 degrees! Also, the night clerk was unprofessional. Once we were checked in she took a smoke break and was smoking about 5 feet from our car with 3 sleeping kids in it. After this she got back behind the desk, put her feet up and started playing on her phone. When we asked for linens for the fold out couch we got a pile handed to us. Breakfast was tasty.

We arrived about 8:30 pm, very tired, with no reservations. We asked if a room was available & got one that exceeded our expectations. The reservation clerk was friendly efficient and fast. When we opened the door to our room, we were pleasantly surprised to find what appeared to be a suite with a large lounging area, refrigerator, microwave and desk area and a king sized bed. It was very clean, well maintained & modern We were very comfortable. We will seek out Comfort Inn on our future travels.

Rooms were large clean and feel relatively new. Front desk was helpful. If you plan to stay more than a day, take upstairs as you can hear people walking around above our head in the mornings on the lower level. Second the doors leading into the hall way from the room are not the greatest in sound proofing. Otherwise a comfortable stay.

My room was huge… with couch, desk and fridge etc. Great low rate. Front desk friendly. Good cable with guide, balcony, easy thermostat. Safe parking lot. No complaints. :)

Very big, modern & convenient rooms (many even with a balcony) — though bathroom was quite small. Nice staff & surprisingly good breakfast (with fruits, choice of waffles, etc. )

We have stayed here 3 times in the last month, due to visiting my parents here in town. From Darryl in the morning when we check in, to the young ladies in the afternoon, evening time we are greeted with a friendly hello or asked how are day was when we return. I have felt very comfortable and at home here. There always very accommodating to all our needs and always with a smile. The room is very spacious and the value of our room is great. I recommend this hotel to all my family and friends.

Great last minute room. They accommodated my sister and I on short notice while a local graduation event was going on. Room was redone and had everything we need. My main concern was a the linens and bed, both of which are more than adequate. Service was wonderful and the included breakfast was a bonus!

After blowing a tire near red bluff this was a great lodge to stay st for price as the accommodations were clean, staff was friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was fantastic. The rooms were very big and roomy as well.

Clean, comfortable and friendly. The breakfast was still a motel breakfast, but the coffee was pretty good and there was a waffle machine.

Friendly concierge service; online booking requests were considered and confirmed with the reservation; spacious and clean rooms; private balcony; AppleBee's delivers to your room, but there are alot of dining out options. Colonial style rooms provide a quaint atmosphere. Their standard room is comparable to a suite. I am impressed, so far, and it's only been 20 minutes (continental breakfast from 6-10am; coffee available 24 hrs in the lobby; hot tub; pool and work out room are also available).
