Be very careful about booking dates. I booked a room online by mistake and immediately within minutes tried to cancel or change dates and they would not let me. They will tell you it is because of the online booking company policy… then booking. Con will tell you it is the hotel policy. A scam to keep you money!

A great stop for our family. The kids could get some energy out in the pool and I enjoyed looking at the parakeets and koi. Little details such as tile animals in the decor add that something special. The building is showing some age, but lots of modern storage in the rooms gave us room for all our stuff.

Fantastic location. Clean building and room. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Not your ordinary pool as it is painted and has a decent shallower area for kids to enjoy. The Koi pond and Bird sanctuary were an enjoyment as well.

Very nice hotel a few blocks off the freeway, so it was nice and quiet. Pet-friendly and National Forest behind the hotel for a good walk. Sheets are soft and accommodations very clean. Shower very nice with soap, lotion, conditioner, and shower gel. Continental as well as hot breakfast with gluten-free and dairy-free options. Good service and a pool!

Great place to stay right off of the freeway as we traveled to Oregon. The amenities were great! The breakfast was really good. The pool area was very nice. This hotel had a Koi pond and an Aviary. The staff were VERY friendly and helpful. A Mexican restaurant was recommended to us and it was very yummy. We would stay here again.

Housekeeping needs a tad more attention and although the shutters are amazing, they let through too much light when in a room facing the parking lot.

Room was good, but it wasn't the one reserved. The essential apology offered was "at least it's cheaper" which I generally understand to be the circumstance for a suite vs. A room. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, the air conditioner was remarkably lacklustre, but the breakfast was pretty decent. I could do with a little extra time in the gym, closing at 9 is inconvenient to my schedule. I do love the birds; the aviary outside is lovely. The review remains two stars however, as I was initially let down and never quite brought back up.

This Best Western is my favorite motel. There is a aviary with fascinating birds, a pond with koi, pets are allowed, and warm friendly people.

This hotel is very modern with big flat screen TVs and DirectTV HD service. The rooms are like new with modern furniture. The availability of a Tesla charger is very convenient and saved us a lot of time. The landscaping, the fish pond, and the birds cage are also very nice and attractive. The pool is the right depth, so even little kids can play in the water. Overall this hotel offered a very pleasant stay.

Nice comfortable room, lots of pillows! Staff very friendly and helpful and breakfast made it well worth paying a little extra to stay at this property.

Was not quite up to par with the other Inns with Best Western. Be sure to check use by dates for any items you want to eat. You get what you pay for. Ok for sleep and out the next morning then move on. Room was clean.

TV in breakfast room was set on CNN and can't be changed by order of management. According to employee lots of people complain about this, but management has not listened. Very offensive to some. Fan on air conditioner so loud, can't sleep. With it off, it is too hot. Bedside lights are too bright and can't be dimmed. It does have a fish pond and bird aviary which is a nice touch. Staff was very accommodating, They offer glass cleaner and rags to get the bugs off your windshield.

Best Western Antelope Inn is a great place to stay in Red Bluff, The staff is always friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great, the rooms clean, and the location is wonderful for us. We love the park about 2 miles South of the motel. It has great walking trails. There are many restaurants close. If you have not shopped downtown Red Bluff, it is fun They have great little stores, friendly clerks, and a wonderful little town.

When where you are staying is not as important as what you are doing… Best Western was Economical, clean, friendly… No frills but everything we needed for a comfortable stay. When we forgot toothpaste they thoughtfully provided for us. I will look for Best Western again when I travel.

I always stay at Best Western when I travel. The rooms are attractive, comfortable and affordable. The staff is always very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful on all counts. Nicely appointed, stylish, room with comfortable King bed. Shuddered windows, loved that I could open the window. Clean. Great office space, and all sizes of cell phone chargers and ports, bedside. At 3:30 Am awoke to the sound of a train whistle that sounded like soft jazz, sweet. The Rockin R diner, next door had a great sea bass entre, and home made green beans! BY guests receive 10% discount on their orders.

I make a point of staying at this wonderful motel each time I am in Red Bluff. It is clean clean clean, and quiet as can be. Comfy bed, nice breakfast.

Best Western New Oregon was a great place to stay. Clean and quite. Everyone who worked there was very friendly and helpful. We will stay here every time we are in town. Thank you!

Very nice hotel in Red Bluff. Staff very friendly Hotel being renovated and some aminities not available but who wants to use the pool when in 35* out. Redone rooms have extremely bright modern lights that could be toned down. This was our only complaint.

Room was nice and sufficient for myself and my 3 children (ages 10-14). The room and bathroom was cozy, clean and had some nice updates but it was a bit small. The cost was reasonable for the product. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty impressive. (Except having bacon option would have been nice). It was plentiful with warm and cold food options and all tasted good except apple juice was like cloudy water dispensed wirh a hint of apple. The coi pond and aviary were a cute bonus and well maintained.

Came in late last night and got a room on our road trip. The koi pond was awesome! The birds also. Made the hotel unique. The room had a strong cleaner/chemical smell which made it slightly unpleasant. Beds comfy and nice shower! Over all great place. Also very friendly lady at the front desk this morning.

We stay at this hotel a couple times a year. It's pet-friendly, clean and the beds are comfy. The staff is very helpful and friendly. LOVE the koi pond and the aviary and the roses! It is right off the freeway, but quiet.

This hotel is the best. No one could be disappointed staying here. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated with lots of room. The breakfast is exceptional, hot and fresh. The employees are so friendly and helpful.

My first stay here in a couple years and really like the newly renovated rooms. The hotel room was clean and quiet and the front desk staff at check-in and check-out friendly. My child enjoyed the birds and koi pond they have on site (the koi are huge! ) and would say hi to them every time we passed. A little extra thing they do is put out a basket by the front door with some towels and window cleaner so you can give your windshield a good clean before continuing on your journey. I will gladly stay here again.

It's to the right at exit and turn right before McDonald's. A number of hotels/motels encircle the restaurant. Other eating choices across the street. The inn has only stairs and no elevators in the main building. Helpful staff. Quiet.

I never write a review but this hotel deserves mentioning. This is one of the cleanest I've ever stayed in. Inside and out a wonderful place to stay. Love that they have shutters and no annoying draperies. Nice clean look. Parking lot is very well lit and staff is very friendly and helpful. We are making this our stop every time we drive to Seattle.

The hotel was quiet and clean. The pool area was inviting. There is a koi pond. There was a wait to check in as there was only one staff person on. However, she was very nice and helpful. Complementary breakfast. Breakfast area a bit cramped but it does have an outdoor seating area.

Under minor construction. Newer staff but figured things out. Good breakfast choices. Room had extra furniture stuff that I would prefer be removed so there is more room to move around.

Great room at a good price. Very clean and tidy. It was quiet and the reception was fast and efficient. Breakfast was just OK as eggs and sausage was only lukewarm and the coffee ran out which is a no-no at breakfast.

Nice place. Friendly staff. Fairly quite. Zero freeway noise. The beds need to be modernized. The double beds were very stiff, felt like sleeping on college dorm beds.

Although am a senior andI like Best Western Inns and in general this one I stayed in a "disabled" room and fell in their bath bcause I believe is is missing a key hand hold. I stayed there Aug 2013 and notified them — I stayed again in 2014 and it was not fixed. Be careful.

The room was clean and comfortable. The Wi-Fi was responsive. The swimming pool was clean. We loved the aviary and koi pond. The breakfast area was clean and the hot food was kept fresh and tasted good (sausage, two kinds of eggs, potatoes, biscuits and gravy). Enjoyed the self serve waffles. All the staff were smiling and helpful.

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Apparently someone used my card to book a room — it was never used — no one ever checked in but I was billed for the room — thank god I checked my online statement after returning from a vacation The clerk who answered could not be ruder and more CONDESCENDING if she tried — that must be an added service offered by Best Western. When I called concerned — she blew me off telling me that while she was Best Western, the reservation was made either on line or by the 800# and I would have to contact them. I did they told me I needed to call the Hotel directly to get the charges reversed. This is complete FRAUD! considering another posters reply that because they didn't check in on time their reservation was cancelled — did they get billed also. I smell double billing! FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD. Shame on best western.

Entire place needs a remodel and upgrade into this decade. Carpet gross, sheets cheap, beds wiry and bouncy, and the blankets were tattered and scratchy. The toiletries in bathroom were on dispensers on the wall. Solidifying my belief that this place was a upgraded highway rest stop.

We call to say we were late, the front desk didn't tell us to put down a credit card number to hold the room, the room was canceled when we arrived. Reported this issue to the manager, the manager didn't seem to care and just ignore us. This is very bad and unethical behavior. Never ever want to stay here again.

Had a great time here: clean room, good quality sheets/towels. The only thing that made me rate the place a 4 and not a 5 is the room smell — — I couldn't tell if it reeked of cigarettes or the A/C was responsible.

The rooms were clean. The staff curteous. We have spent many nights on the road and this best western was on of our better nights stay and one of our best hotel choices on our trip.
