We were shocked by this hotel. In the room there was little light, only 1 lamp worked. A dirty carpet, the water from neighbors was terribly rustling. We also heard our people very well, neighbors who had fun all night.

Too Damd high! They wanted $106.00 for ONE DAY STAY! And THAT didn't include the $10 pet fee I've PAID THAT for TWO days at Motel 6 & NO PET FEE! Pets stay for FREE!

When I arrived to check in I had to wait outside because there wasn't anyone in the office. The room was nice clean even had a full size fridge but the turntable inside the microwave didnt actual fit the microwave so it made it unusable. At 10pm the hotel staff called my room to make sure my room was up to standards. 10pm is a little late to be calling but I do appreciate the hospitality. Lots of unfavorable people were hanging out in the parking lot and the trashes around the hotel were full.

It is great place to stay for the money pay for it but got this problems: Trash, Smells, Marijuana. You can smoke and whatever but, if I don't bother you with my problems why you do with yours. Many people got mentally problems and the big one is: NO RESPECT bad attitude. The rest at this hotel it okay.

Very excellent customer service. Very soft beds. Rooms are comfortable. Spa is small, but very comfortable. Pool area is very nice. Food is excellent. Prices are expensive, but you get what you pay for.

Rooms are adequate, nothing special. All rooms are none smoking, pets welcome. They do seem to have a trash problem, every single trash receptacle was packed and bags plus loose trash thrown on ground around it. Also since pet's are welcome they should either offer bag's on site to pick up after your pet or handle it themselves.

The place is disgusting and it over charges you. Sacsheriff hides in the parking lot harassing people but cant catch the guy who keeps pissing in the elevator. From the piss on the elevator floors to the pimps and hoes that do business in there. Drug deals in plain sight, all I know is that The general manager is oblivious to what goes on and does not know or care to spend his energy on cleaning up his property. At first it was manageable while searching the area for a home with Acreage but after being charged over 1140$ and has not had a maid enter my room to clean or replace anything for the entire time I was there. I washed my own towels forv I shouldn't be doing your staffs job extended stay… no stars but I have to pick one just to let the world know… STAY AWAY.

Do not stay here. Book somewhere else. Staff is rude, and fake security cameras will not protect you from the riff-raff crowd that hangs out in the parking lot. Dirty rooms and over priced. There are other places close by that are way better and safer to stay at. Also staff will not help you with police report when your car gets broken into or you get assaulted in the parking lot.

This is a great place to stay you can get promo codes online for cheaper rates and the whole team here works well together I would recommend this location to anyone!

Very friendly and professional staff, house keeping very attentive and showed personal concern to our needs, office staff has very friendly relationship with hotels guess overall ground's kept clean no clutter or trash on premises recommend friend's and family to stay. Thanks crew and staff for a worries free stay.

It was a BIG mistake staying here. Booked on line. Pictures seemed decent. When I arrived, front desk assistants were nice. It all went down hill as I entered the elevator. Someone or something pee peed in it. Hallways, stairs and grounds were filthy dirty with who knows what. Yeah, people were standing, sitting and smoking outside on the grounds. Don't know if they were guests at hotel or not. So when we finally arrived at our room and open the door, the room faintly looked like the pictures on line. We arrived very late at night and wanted to sleep. Turned down the blanket to find that there was hair all over the blanket and the sheets were stained. To make this long story short, I ended up getting clean sheets and blankets from the office for both bed and remaking the beds myself. Next morning spoke with manager and said condition of room was unsat and unacceptable and wanted a refund. I received it. I would NEVER NEVER NEVER recommend or stay here again! You have been FOREWARNED.

I love the clean sheets on the beds, clean showers, great breakfast, great coffee, Great quality t. V.

The rooms smelled like bad cigarette smoke. The A/C didn't work. People were outside my room fighting all night screaming the F word. There are bums in the parking lot checking out cars and begging. You have to call the lobby before they will let you in. There are no hair dryers or dishes/cups. The TV guide was stuck to the nightstand with used gum. They don't provide shampoo. There are a lot of dogs staying there barking real loud. It was such a bad stay, that I laughed all night long. Have fun, it's an adventure here!

I recently stayed here and the rooms were classy and spacious. I am happy with the room and experience staying in the hotel. It was a fantastic location. The hotel was clean and we did not have any problems. The staff were always so nice, friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. Very nice we had a great stay.

A/C didn't work. And when I said something to office All I got was "I'll get in a work order". Not "sorry" or "refund". It was warm.

The new manager does not know much about managing. Manners are poor and accusations of guests are high. 3 stars goes to the maintenance and housekeepers for having a well maintained property as well as the room I stayed a couple of weeks.

Nice clean room and facilities. Other guests were a bit loud. Some cooking in a neighboring room and created a pretty strong odor but otherwise no complaints.

Filthy room, debri from the out side blew into the room (pet fur, leaves). Bed was not made when I checked into the room, house keeping never came by in 3 Days of using the room. No soap in the room had to buy some. Room smelled funny. Prostitution was appenent in the parking lot. Smelled pot outside of my room. This is what I would expect for a 40 dollar a night room not 120. Wi-Fi did not work at all. Checking in and out was a chore.

Bad inn with dirty room. We booked online and we payed online for two rooms. When we arrived there, they told me they only have one room. I said: but I already payed for two rooms. The lady said she does not know what to do. Alright. Don't want to argue with idiot. Gave one star because they finally gave us two rooms. Even though one of the room was not the same style I booked for, I am very nice.

Didn't feel safe. The office staff were discussing how a man was walking around the parking lot and how they should notify someone. The first room we got we we're sweating and the air conditioner was set to 59 degrees. They did switch our room to a room with a working conditioner. Only positives were, pet friendly, close gas station and two restaurants within a 1 minute walk!

Not very clean and not respect full for what there prices are they should only be able to charge 25.99 a night due to the staff and managers attitude towards guest and the drug dealing going on in majority of the rooms. Just overall. Foul place to stay.

Location is great. Room is immaculate. Services offered are reasonable. Staff is incredible especially Vernon who has greeted me with a smile and conversation every time.

Looks great on the outside. Terrible inside. Front of AC was broken off, someone tried to tape it but the tape had come off. On full blast would only get down to low 80s. Over an inch gap under door, had to stuff a towel in trying to stay cool. Black dog hair all over the bedspread. Dried food in the sink. Dirty, stained lampshades. I decided to find another hotel when the woman at the desk told me the hotel chain was cheap and there was nothing she could do. She did go up to change the bedspread and clean up a little, but told me to wait in the lobby to check out while she cleaned. Wow.

My room smelled of smoke and it is a non-smoking hotel. People were hanging out all around the parking and in the stairwells smoking. It was very annoying. The halls were so dirty with liquids stains everywhere, and trash because the trash cans were overfilled. I stayed for 4 nights and no room service. I was told that we had to stay 7 days to get maid. Service.

The room had obviously been smoked in and smelled awful! I initially paid the extra $25 to have my dog in room, and then didn't need to, I asked for a refund, they supposedly processed it, but I didn't receive the credit. Called back, mgr was to call me back, and never did. Have never received a credit!

Quiet, professional, and comfortable, not a lot of amenities but makes up for it being in a nice area at a decent price.

Overall the hotel is okay. The 2 star is because of breakfast (Otherwise would have been 3 star) … They provide a "Grab and Go" breakfast in the lobby (Incidentally they don't have a lobby areas like others) unlike BW or other 'Inn' hotels… and NOT much choice either… In the website, they say 'Free Breakfast' which is misleading and comparable will other hotels providing a full breakfast. If you are okay to call a muffin and nature valley bars as breakfast go here… If you prefer scrambled eggs, meat, and waffle makers and a peaceful eating experience skip this hotel … This is a 'Grab and Go' breakfast (a free mini breakfast like) … Overall it is a OK hotel and not that great…

Wow true very bad place. Had to check in way late/ early am. Went to chk in could not waited over 2 hrs long story short front desk person rude. Got room door opend before we got there spiders and bed bugs.

I stayed at the rancho cordova location rooms were very clean, also very quiet and peaceful.

I like the kitchenette and full size fridge. It makes it feel more like a studio. There is no housekeeping unless you book more than 7 days. The staff were more than helpful but the managers all seemed less than customer-centric.

The the woman at the front desk was respectful but she didn't tell me much she just took my id and card and charged it. They said that it was a non-smoking hotel building but the moment I went into the room I smelled nothing but smoke. I even went home and smelled my clothes and they reeked of cigarette smoke. My boyfriend and I aren't even smokers. Besides the smell the room was nice.

I don't usually write reviews but had to for this place. SAVE YOUR MONEY and stay elsewhere. We transferred motels from the Best Western next door to here at the Extended Stay America to save a few dollars. The Extended Stay looked nice on the outside but that was from across the parking lot. Our room was not cleaned. There was an unwinded wired coat-hanger laying on the middle of the floor. There was what looked liked dried blood stains on the bed sheet. There were a pair of women's pants and panties sitting on the desk chair. The room is terribly grimy I'm disgusted. The stair-well is littered with cigarette butts, beer & soda stains. Their breakfast is a generic muffin and a peanut butter bar which are gone if not down there by 8AM. The internet is equal to dial up internet. Takes several minutes to load a page and is not fast enough to watch videos online. You can pay extra if you want faster internet — — but what motel pulls that garbage?! Check-in isn't til 3PM and check-out is 11AM which is later and earlier than most places. You have been warned!

The staff was really nice and helpful except for the manager there. She is horrible, treats the customer like they are beneath her and knows nothing about good customer service and treating customers with respect. Not once did I get a "thank you" for my business. I will tell everyone I know and every business that I deal with never to have anyone stay there unless they want to be treated very badly.

My family and I got a deal off of priceline for this hotel for $62 a night for 4 nights, but when I got there they refused to accept it and they charged me $20 plus tax for double bed and they wouldn't change or cancel the deal so I was forced for stay there for that night. The room was terrible, the carpet was dirty, the bathroom smelled and wasn't clean, the AC didn't work, the sheets smelled, and the management was rude especially one her name jenny. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Nice place, but the manager, who is a special kind of bitch, ruins everything this place has going for it. Dishonest, snarky, and self serving are words that come to mind when thinking about the jackasses who run this place.

Good value for the $. Staff is excellent! Internet is extremely slow. 240Kbps download about the same up. They claim they are working on getting faster internet. Otherwise, the rooms are clean and large with a nice kitchen setup. The room is comfortable for working and resting. The only other complaint I have is the lack of available TV channels. Only about 20 of them, mostly news.

I got about three hours sleep that night. The people upstairs were stomping around starting around 3 a. M. And slamming the cupboards. They were very loud. The walls are paper thin. I told the front desk and he said no rooms available, the next day, I asked him again and he said the samething. Not very helpful! It was like 6 am, and things started get loud again. This is a nightmare. Horrible management and low ended people.

Nothing special here! I signed up for a 30-day stay while relocating for my new job. My only qualm is the slow wireless internet (28.8kbps) and lack of Ethernet jacks in the room (not that it would have made it any faster). The keys are also annoyingly large (cards would be nice). The staff was friendly, the place fairly clean. Nice coin washers/dryers. It's an average place.
