Extremely satisfied with our stay here! Staff was great room and facilities were nice, but most importantly the room was very clean! That’s a must and they delivered on cleanliness! As far as the location goes it’s perfectly centered around the best wines and food napa has to offer from what we can gather (based on yelp reviews) Price was good, we booked on hotels tonight and saved about $40 which was cool! Also they have a FULL gym, only hotel gym I have ever seen that has real dumbbells that go up to 95… so I can do my curls! And a beautiful pool! Oh last thing, room has a real fire place!

Staying at this hotel was just like being at home! Everything was clean, comfortable and operational. Staff are also friendly and helpful.

Great location in the heart of Napa wine country.

Fantastic location right on Main Street St. Helena, yet rooms, public areas, and courtyards are secluded and peaceful. Access to the spa next door is also a big plus.

Rooms are large but bathroom is small. Continental breakfast is included and quite good with more than enough for a robust start to the day. The balcony is just large enough to stand on. It is easy walking to restaurants. There is a spa next door for use. The ac works really well with temperatures near 100 for our stay. I just don't think it is that good a value.

Centrally located at the beginning of St helena and minutes away from downtown. A great place for wedding and buisness groups alike with a spacious event room. Also room service is handled by pizzeria Travian conveniently located right next door.

St Helena is a town where you find shops and restaurants, not only wine. In case you care. The Southbridge is quite OK, but expensive in my view for what really is only a big B&B. The room was well appointed, comfy bed and nice linen. You have access to the SPA fascilities next door. Breakfast is of the most modest variety, so there are better options up the street. Free parking OK. Annoying Wi-Fi which forces to log back in ever so often with password.

Southbridge Napa Valley is one of those rare hotel properties that is able to make a hotel stay as comfortable, comforting and easy as one at ones home. It is easily one of my top 5 favorite hotels across the world, and one of those places where I come and feel I am home and ready to chill and relax. The staff at the hotel is professional enough to know just how to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. They are courteous, intuitive, hospitable, gracious, generous and well t…rained. They are present whenever an opportunity comes where there skills need to be used. I stay at this property 4-6 times each year and I look forward to each of those visits. Each staff member remembers me as if I am a member of the family. They smile in that most natural way that put you at ease with a knowledge that there is a genuine desire to be warm and caring. It would be impossible to find something that I would like to see done differently. I would though, love a cookie of theirs every night before going to bed. The chocolate covered cookies are equal amounts delicious and special. Just as the hotel is equal amounts impeccable and relaxed.

I think they must have upgraded us to a suite, the room was huge. Beautiful fireplace, modern furnishing with immaculate finishes. I loved the fitness center next door and the pool. Service was very friendly especially the desk team. A wonderful stay.
