Wow! There are no words to truly describe our experience we had at The Francis House, but I’ll try! Started off with check-in getting a personal tour with Richard hearing about the history of the property and the story of the renovation to return this gem back to the full glamour of its potential. We stayed in room 3D, super quaint and perfect. Has a beautiful view of the pool!
Every morning Dina prepares an amazing breakfast (we had fried egg, toast, sausage with a banana/agave/sesame paste delight! on day 2 we had popovers — rival those from Neiman Marcus! — with strawberry butter, sausage, shishito peppers and asparagus!
We were fortunate to enjoy the 1 year anniversary and had a special tasting with local wine guru!
Richard and Dina are amazing hosts! If you have a chance to stay here, do it and count yourself lucky!

It was such a treat to stay at this superbly restored historic building. Dina and Richard did such a wonderful job bringing it back to its former glory, and converting it to a luxurious spot in the heart of wine country. The attention to detail throughout the entire property is unbelievable. The rooms are beautifully decorated. Everything in the room from the beds to the bathroom is extremely comfortable and luxurious. The breakfast was delicious and I loved the use of local and seasonal ingredients. I cannot wait to return to The Francis House!

My husband and I spent a night at The Francis House for Valentine’s Day. We were completely blown away by the hospitality of the owners and the amenities were amazing. The design details of The Francis House are unique and fresh for an inn. The small details really impressed us. We were served breakfast outside on the lawn, and even in the winter it was very nice. The breakfast was delicious! We were already planning a trip back as we were leaving.
