I was not happy my room had fleas in the room.

Friendly Staff, Very Welcoming.

Comfortable and quiet. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the indoor pool was such a nice added bonus, my little kids loved it!

Was overcharged by staff. My daughter had a traumatic accident being ejected from the vehicle and was admitted to the local hospital. I Ended up having to stay a second night. The last three rooms and rates were offered to me. So I chose what was available and within my budget out of the three, went to my vehicle to unload my luggage and as I was walking back overheard the last two rooms being offered for $30 cheaper than what I had paid for mine? Feeling disgruntled and disrespected I approached the main desk for an explanation which no explanations or excuses were ever given. I demanded my money back and ask for someone to give me a legitimate reason of why and how this can happen… Nothing but caught! The $30 was returned to me in cash. Be Careful… Not Recommend! Really sad to think that in a state of emergency with all these fires and people looking for a room through these evacuations… Comfort Inn wants to rip people off in Jack up their prices… Very wrong.

Staff were friendly and easy to communicate with. Rooms were comfortable, clean, and provided both a microwave and fridge, which made life much easier during our stay. Slept well in the beds. Very quiet place.

Employees are friendly… pool and hot tub was great… room was nice and clean… beds were comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good as well… would stay here again and again! Lots of shopping around the hotel and also did a horse riding trail along with wine tastings…

Good hotel, close to the freeway and major streets. Friendly staff and well equipped rooms. Some things need updating — — our AC unit made funny noises and our bath tub stopper wouldn't stay up.

Clean, spacious, all staff very friendly from HOUSEKEEPERS down to management. Front desk check in was efficient, Andre was "Johnny On The Spot" answering questions and made us feel really welcomed.

Edith who puts it all together was such a pleasure and always had a smile on her face! I will most definitely stay here again if I am in the area. A great location. It's an average Comfort Inn as far as comfort is concerned but was priced right. The entire place smells like old bacon during breakfast. Was awoken the first night at 2 AM by what sounded like sprint races in the hallway but the other three nights were uneventful. The staff was attentive and friendly. Love the indoor pool.

Very polite and helpful employees. Room was fine and clean. Entry was a bit disconcerting, dirty, and unkept. Good value.

The staff here was excellent: everyone we interacted with was friendly and professional. The room and entire hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, and there was a computer and printer for guest use.

Decent room. Good breakfast. But the dinning area was kinda small so got full quick.

The accommodations were good, the staff were friendly, helpful, and very welcoming. The breakfast had plenty to choose from. The workout room had plenty of equipment, plus the whirlpool and indoor pool. I would come here again.

Quant, easy to reserve and check in. Comfy, affordable and a place I would consider returning to. I would have to do a little more research to jog my memory about my previous visit there, but I know it was a pleasant one so I will write a little more after I do some research.

Place is amazing staff is very friendly desk clerk Andre Cambo was very friendly and helpful. Gave us a great deal on a suite room. Would Recommend this place if your in this town.

Very courteous and helpful front desk. Room was excellent, good pillows. The breakfast was the best of any of the Comfort inns we've stayed at, tasting like real food and juices, though I'm a traditional breakfast guy I liked seeing beans and tortillas available. I recommend this Comfort Inn wholeheartedly.

This is a very good hotel. I stayed here for 2 weeks while in town. I can only say nice things about the people who work here. Very friendly and helpful. The house keeping ladies are wonderful. Great breakfast too!

Quiet place. People at the front desk are very nice and helpful. Not the best gym but good for being in the road. And they have an LA Fitness in the back anyway.

It was a great place to stay. Friendly employees. Nice having breakfast included. That was a nice touch. Slept most of the time. Had surgery so didn't really get to enjoy the pool which I heard was real nice too. I would recommend it to anyone needing a nice, smoke free place to stay.

This hotel was conveniently located off the 15. The hotel was clean and all staff encountered were friendly. The beds were comfortable and included extra pillows. Yhe bathroom was clean with ample towels. I would stay here again.

Friendly staff, simple amenities. Right off the freeway, near a lot of food and convenance options. Beds could be a little more comfortable, but in all, comfortable stay.

We used our Choice Hotel points to pay for this room. The room was big, clean and very comfortable with all the amenities. Location was great with I15 easy on off and shopping and lots of restaurants near by. Staff was very friendly and helpful, called the room twice to see if we were satisfied with the room or needed anything. Strongly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again!

The on-site computer is slow as molasses and the printer doesn't print clearly. The fitness center wouldn't open for me or the front desk. I find this with most Choice Hotels: their on-site computer equipment and fitness equipment leaves something to be desired. Other than that, our room was clean and it isn't a bad location. And the front desk people are very friendly and go the extra mile to help.

The hotel was very clean, front desk young man when check in wasn't very attentive. Too busy hanging out with his friends. At check out the front desk two weren't very friendly or helpful. Kinda snobby. But the hotel was nice.

Convenient location right off the freeway and with many stores and restaurants in walking distance. Room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was included.

Great amenities! Close to Target and Albertsons!

The location of the hotel is convenient, just off the interstate but not so close that there is traffic noise. However, the building struck me as somewhat old. My room was decent but had a strong air freshener scent as if it was an attempt to cover up prior smoking or something. For me, the worst part was the internet. The Wi-Fi in my room was weak and spotty with frequent disconnections, and even in the lobby with a decent signal the speed was absolutely terrible. It made even web browsing painful and you can forget about streaming or video calls, etc. It prevented me from doing some work because the connection was too slow to sustain the VPN. Edit: Literally the day after I posted this the hotel switched Wi-Fi providers and performance is excellent now. I upgraded my rating by one star accordingly.

Nice hotel. However with the indoor pool the lobby reeked of chlorine almost to the point of nausea. We were also missing a shower curtain but as far as service the people were amazing.

I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Without a doubt, the service in this hotel was above and beyond anything we could possibly have asked for, or paid for. Their staff were tremendous in assisting us, superb hospitality, lovely sized rooms, well appointed. Never once did anyone frown at anything we requested, every service offered with a smile and even a suggestion how it might be bettered if need be. Kids welcomed, a nice fitness room lower level, phenomenal breakfast, with tons of natural lighting. Restaurants are all walking distance! Go there. Don't even think about any other place!

This location is close to shopping and near major freeways. Many restaurants and Old Town Temecula are minutes away. This property is older but we'll maintained and is comfortable.

Has it where it counts. For the price, it's a good place to stay. Definitely recommend the breakfast! Mmm! When we arrived, the building looked beautful and promising with clean stucco walls, along with its amazing view. I didnt see the rooms until we came back to the hotel later that night. Once we drove up, my expectations of the room dropped as I noticed the parking lot was about 1/3 full. With how many other inns in the area, this did not make me feel very good. Once we got inside, I immediately noticed the indoor pool on the right had a very nice presentation with beautiful trimming, walls, and open windows to the outside. The walls overall in the building looked newer than the exterior. Overall, better than I expected. The rooms were well-presented, but won't impress you like some nicer hotels. The TV was a 32 inch HD flatscreen surprisingly, the layout was roomy and well-designed, and the floors felt good on your feet. However, then we noticed the problems: The bathrooms had caulk that was peeling a good bit around the tub, and the toilet made an awful high-pitched hissing sound (almost squeeling) as it flushed that was loud enough to make me worry about waking our companions asleep next-door.

Cool spot, location great, courteous helpful staff. The lady who does the breakfast is a very sweet lady. Great place to conduct business…

We were very pleased with our stay. Room was very clean, front desk staff were very friendly. Breakfast was quite amazing. Scrambled eggs/bacon/sausage were cooked perfectly (not dry like other places). Waffles, even hard boiled eggs. Beds were very comfy with soft pillows in front and firmer pillows in back. The only thing I think could have been better was there was a little dust on pictures, computer monitors at front desk, mirror frames in the lobby and by elevator. Other than that the inside of rooms were spotless and clean. We felt very safe. We saw chocolate chip cookies at the front desk, but weren't offered any. We believe that may be because we booked the room through a 3rd party, that rhymes with rice line. :) Saved 38%.

LA Fitness Club next door was great! As a hotel guest I get to use the facility for free. They have all kinds of fitness equipment, classes, huge swimming pool and spa, basketball courts. This is the first time I stay at a hotel with this kind of amenity next door. Love it! PS. Had dinner at RJ's half a mile away, was great.

My parents took their overeseas friends to visit the wine country and the casinos last month. All enjoyed their stay at the hotel. Rooms were comfortable and clean, great location with restaurants and shops all over. Free breakfast was great with hot items like eggs and beacon. Very safe. Nice indoor pool and spa. DId not use their free wireless or the LA fitness gym next door, cann't comment on that.

The room was very average. Typical layout and design (it did have a fridge). The night we stayed there was a wedding party that stayed there and made a lot of noise, but once we were in the room the noise was drowned out. I have to say though, the complimentary breakfast in the morning was above average. They had a sweet waffle maker.

Lucky for us, I had a corp discount to stay here. Average price runs over $100 night. I've been to many places with breakfast as part of the deal. Very limited selection for continental breakfast compared to others. Rooms nice — average cookie cutter hotel room. Well maintained. Inside pool/spa nice add on. For the price breakfast should be better than it is. Not everyone stays here for wine country in so cal. So the price to be in so cal wine country is a little out of line. Free coffee all day and internet is nice features. Needed access to electrical outlets — barely enough for lights. I have sleeping equipment that we had to unplug lights for in order to plug in. In general, lots of food places 1-2 exits either direction of the location. Target and grocery store across in next mall, along with other specialty stores for general needs. Richies @ Murrieta Hot Springs Rd is the Bomb for great home-comfort food.
