Excellent customer service! Beautiful new rooms. The bar on top gives great views of the town. I just wish that they had a waste basket closer the pool that wasn't in the bathroom.

Great hotel in Murrieta. The building is relatively new and there are great amenities like rooftop bar, regular bar/coffee, pool and functional fittness center. The room itself was very clean with a modern interior and no shortage of outlets.

Nice motel, but they turn the air conditioning off in the middle of the night and the room gets warm.

Like the location and the facility is very nice and modern. I think the staff assistance could be better and the food service could have been more complete with more attention to small details. Really like the meeting room it's opened and facilitates Conference groups easily.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. As the curtain was broken in my room when I arrived, I immediately got another room. Nice breakfast place with good choices.

Wonderful terrace, with fantastic views and very good bar, I would recommend the margaritas…

We live locally but have some construction going on at our house and needed to disconnect our AC for a couple days so we figured we’d stay at this brand new hotel for a couple nights. I checked in around 5:20pm without my family so that I could get everything unpacked first. I left a approx. 5:40pm to pick up my 4 year old and some pizza to bring back to our room while waiting for my husband and older son. On the way out I asked if there were rooms with a safe, as we reserved our room with a law enforcement discount because my husband is law enforcement, therefor would need a safe to store his gun. I was told no. When reserving my room online I updated my preferences to request extra towels and extra foam pillows. Neither were in my room. There are 4 people staying in the room and there were 2 bath towels. So I asked for them on the way out and was told they would have more towels in 10 minutes but they didn’t know if foam pillows were available. For the record, I have neck issues that need a firm supportive pillow. When arrived back at my room with my 4 year old, upon entering the room I noticed there were ants all over the desk (no extra towels had been delivered either). I called Guest services at 6:50pm and they placed me on hold so see which room they could move us to, then said they’d call back in a few minutes. At approx 7:15pm I called back and they said they’d bring me a key for a new room.

Rooms were great, staff was awesome, but the staff needs to have stronger rules and enforcement with pets. Saw many unattended pets during our stay. We will not be staying there again.

Beautiful hotel with all the best amenities! Rooftop bar on site and close to stores/restaurants & wineries. Only thing missing is complimentary breakfast They do provide FREE HBO during your stay! I will definitely stay here again!

It has taken me two weeks to cool down from the experience I received at this hotel. I came to visit this hotel for an overnight stay during my business trip and a few days after leaving I get a call from my boss demanding to know why there is a $70 fee for a missing alarm clock on my bill. I was not aware of this charge and upon contacting customer service I was told by the associate that the hotel said that I took the alarm clock. And that the fee was approved by the General Manager. Now, the thing that really irks me about this is that the General Manager couldn't even be bothered to give me a call before placing an unauthorized charge on my card. In addition, she couldn't even be bothered to return the voice messages I left for her. They ladies at the front desk claim that they tried calling me once, but there is no evidence of that in my phone record. Even the ladies at the front desk refused to try to get in contact with the General Manager for me stating that, "She doesn't want to be bothered in matters such as these. " Look… when you are accusing a customer with theft, I feel that would take a bit of priority, and numerous phone calls to the guest you are accusing, to try to work out. When I visit hotels I don't really trust them because I am always worried they will attempt to pull one over on me like this. These crooks are obviously no different. So, as a precaution I take pictures of all my rooms and any damage the moment I walk into the door.

Great hotel. Always my go to when im working in Hemet CA. Rooms are like a studio apartment: full sized fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stove top and even a complimentary dishwasher pod and paper towels. Nightly mixers with decent grub. Tv has all the premier channels and has Netflix app. Large bathrooms with frameless sliding glass doors, instead of shower curtains. And 2 full grown fig trees right out back chock full of fresh figs. Deff a nice place to stay for a few days. I applaud the management here.

Enjoyed a really nice evening on the roof of the Courtyard Marriott, with friends and relatives for a graduation get together. Rooftop Terrance ambiance and cozy firepits. Security guard is a terrific guy would get blankets for the ladies take empty glasses and plates. The night view over the Temecula Valley cant be beat.

Excellent place to be in a extended stay. They took us in with our cat. Place is extremely comfortable, they give you complimentary breakfast in the morning and wine and snacks some evenings. Service was courteous and efficient.

Staff is awesome! The housekeeping ladies are super nice, thorough and accommodating. The beds are the most comfortable beds and pillows I've ever slept on. The free products for the bathroom are Paul Mitchell. They give you free coffee, tea bags and popcorn in your kitchen. They have socials in the lobby M-W with free food and drinks. The breakfast buffet is fresh and has a great array of choices to eat and drink from no carb — high carb. I love that there is a BBQ grill to use. The pool and jacuzzi are always looking clean and well maintained. There is an office space with computer and printer for guests. The 2 bedroom suite is where we have been staying for 2 weeks now and it's the size of a small 2 bedroom apartment with full size appliances. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice, new rooms. Has a cool rooftop bar area. The showers are very large and the bathrooms are very well laid out. Nice hotel overall for a reasonable rate.

Great modern place to stay. It is very clean very comfortable and A wise choice when traveling through Temecula.

I actually really loved this hotel. The rates were reasonable. The aesthetic design and comfort were fantastic. At check in, the front desk staff was very friendly. Next time I'm in the area I know where I'm staying.

I am a rewards member and I stay at Marriott usually for the amenities! This hotel cost 429 for two night for the regular 2 queen bed room When I checked in I waited in line for 20 min there was only 1 front desk person at the time 3:05pm I did notice two employees at the bar chatting finally one of them came and helped out at the front desk! When I got to my room I opened the door and it was stifling hot I went to the thermostat and it said it was 80 degrees outside temp was 87 and I had to turn on ac it took more than 1 hour for the room to cool off to comfortable like 74 haha I guess I got a sauna treatment from all the sweat! Then I was surprised when my room didn’t have a microwave I called the front desk and was informed I have to go to the lobby if I want to use a microwave! What a inconvenience that I don’t expect from Marriott so I went down to the front desk to say I was going to check out tomorrow instead of Sunday because of this and Before the girl at the desk could speak Esmeralda came from her desk and told me in a very rude manner that they require 24 hours notice so I could not check out tomorrow! I asked for a manager it’s 7pm on Friday night and no manager on staff! Esmeralda told me in a very rude voice that if I wanted to speak to one I could come down between 9 and 5 tomorrow! I cannot say I have ever been treated as rude as this person treated me! No such thing as customer service with her and like I said she was at another desk!

Great time here. Clean nicely appointed rooms and grounds. Dog friendly. One shrill note here; the dog's potty run, while being a welcome amenity, is embarrassingly small. In the heat the smell is just horrific similar to, no kidding, a rhino paddock at a poorly provisioned local zoo. Since I went there, they are only slightly larger than a bathroom in Tracy Ca or somewhere. Having said this, it's only a minor fly in the French ointment. Recommended w/o hesitation!

This is a beautiful hotel. The rooms were modern and well thought out. Very classy, and a great deal on the weekdays. Weekend rates are one of the most expensive in the area, but the weekday nights are a great deal! I have to add that the beds are probably the most comfortable I have ever slept on.

Location was great, fairly near (less than 6 miles) from most of the major breweries in town. Staff was very friendly and very accommodating. It was pretty noisey, and you could definitely hear doors opening and closing most of the evening as people checked in. It is also pet friendly. I could hear dogs howling during the day (which didn't bother me, but I may bothernsome) /

Had a great stay here. Didn't try the breakfast but the room was nice and everything was very clean. No complaints.

Property was nice only a few years old so I really enjoyed the decor. They were prompt with a few extra towels but I wish the fridges had ice machines, we had to get a bucket from the front desk and then go upstairs for ice; seemed odd. Desk staff could be friendlier but overall a great place to stay. Conveniently located to really anything you need.

Super service and well maintained rooms.

This is a wonderful place offering firepits, a warm pool and a hot Jacuzzi tub. The location is easily accessible from surrounding areas yet it seems quiet, beautiful and relaxing.

Marriott's are 99.9% always great this is one of them and I would stay again when I go back there to work.

Outstanding service, from check in to the evening Mixer. Plus if you have an electric vehicle there are electric chargers in the parking lot! Overall highly recommended!

I don't like hotels I always find problems but my stay here for new years was very pleasant. I took my two dogs and the place is great for it, though they do have a large pet fee it's worth it how nice they keep the location and even grass areas. Marlene and all the staff are so friendly it's strange to find a place where the staff actually want to help. I will for sure stay here again.

Agree that it is not very clear when you drive in where the lobby entrance is. Staff does not recognize Gold/Platinum members like most Marriott properties do. They don't go the extra muile like I am used to at Marriott's. Very nice hotel but staff and policies bring this down. They have charging stations for EV's, but allow anyone to park in the spaces, including staff that do not have an electric car. Kind of defeats the purpose and I wouldn't chance being able to charge my electric car here. They are "dog friendly", but I have never been charged over $100 per stay at a Marriott property. This Residence Inn charged us $200 plus $20 per night. I have no issue with a pet fee, but this is way more than it costs them. We would not stay here again.

Staff is very rude and doesn't seem to grasp the concept of being an Elite Rewards Member (Gold/Platinum) or Digital Check-in. As I understand, the point of selecting Mobile Check-in on my phone is to avoid having to check-in at the front desk. They hand you the keys and you go. Well that's not how it works here. They want both your ID and your CC, making my digital check in even more of a waste of time. As a Gold Customer I explained that I have never experienced this and I did not have that card on my person as I left it with my son. I was refused check-in. Very very poor customer service Marriott, shame on you.

We booked for 6 nights and on the 4th we found out they (desk clears) double booked. They assumed we were leaving, early? I don’t understand this type of service. We were never given any warnings or recieved any complaints. Suddenly, our room keys didn’t work and we were told we had to check out. 6 nights means 6 nights not 4. Very upset!

Upscale, clean, friendly staff. Perfect for business travelers with brand new business traveler facility under construction. Extended stay facility complete with indoor and outdoor amenities.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and configuration of the 2 bedroom suite. The fit and finish was very nice. My only suggestion would be brighter lighting in the kitchen, living room area. The breakfast area and service was very good and well kept.

The staff was very friendly, the room was extremely spacious and clean, and everything was a sleek modern style. The guest pool area had a grill and other amenities, and they provided many options at the complimentary breakfast. The front entrance was a little hidden and difficult to find but overall I enjoyed my stay very much and would stay there again.

I had a very enjoyable stay here. Coming from overseas back stateside, this place felt like home. Plenty of space for all our luggage full kitchen and plenty of room for all of us. Would definitely stay again.

The service is very friendly, they have complimentary breakfast every morning with everything from cereal to freshly made waffles, same day dry cleaning service, and daily room cleanings. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator and electric stove and a mini dishwasher. There are cooking utensils, pots, a skillet pan, forks, spoons, knives, can opener, colendar, plates, mugs and glasses provided as well as the usual soaps, shampoos, etc found in most hotel rooms. The king size bed is comfortable, pillows are a little too soft for my taste, but still nice. The one bedroom suites are medium, not large but big enough for 2 adults and 2 small children (if the children are to big to share a bed, you may want to consider getting a bigger suite). The workout center is open 24/7, although it is kinda small only 2 each of treadmill, bikes, and stepping machines. The pool is perfect for smaller children as it is only 3 ft to 5 ft deep and is open to 11 pm. The major advantage to this hotel is that they allow pets and have a walking trail around the hotel complete with artificial turf, doggy poop bags and trashcans. Enjoy the convenient location, less then a mile to 2 major freeways, and across the street from a Wal-Mart.

I stayed here for a month while recovering from back surgery. The staff are all very friendly. One some nights they have drinks and food free in the lobby. It seems like a good place for business travel. Very close to freeway access.

Super nice big room with good service! The luxurious bed and large vanities made me feel very welcoming. Definitely visit this if you're looking for comfort and long term stay. A grocery store nearby with much variety of food at breakfast and a cozy fireplace. I do wish that there were more lights on the room mainly because most light was natural and came from outdoor, which I still really love, but towards the afternoon it gets really dark. Other than that this hotel gets a give star rating for its wonderful room, welcoming employees, and scruptious breakfast. Hope you enjoy it just as much as I did!

Booked this hotel because other reviewers said it was clean. I don't think they've mopped the floors in a while… Hair and toilet paper on the bathroom floor. It was gross. The bed was nice and it's a newer facility. Probably be disgusting in a year or so though.

I have booked an 11 day stay here at the hotel. I'm only on day 2 however so far everything is very nice. The staff is friendly, the rooms are very clean, beds are comfortable and you can stream over the free Wi-Fi, however they also offer higher speed Internet for $5 a day.

Great room, great bed, great staff. Room was clean. We liked this hotel. We stayed there for a wedding in wine country last minute. Seemed very clean, Very friendly staff. We didnt get breakfast so not sure on that part.

The property was beautiful, new and well kept. Staff was great! Didn't get the city views promised, bottom floor view of the construction of their new property being built next door. My neighbor had two noisy dogs that barked all night for at least two night of my four night stay. When you open the door or went into the hallway it reeked of wet stinking dogs. I must say though management has been working with me to see that my next stay is more pleasant.
