Rooms are beautiful. Kept clean. The breakfast is the normal hotel breakfast, but I do appreciate that the coffee isn't too strong. My 9nly problem is no elevators and other is quite difficult to go up and down stairs.

Just OK, a little dated and cleanliness that leaves to be desired. Top bedding. Free Wi-Fi.

Located on McHenry Ave, chosen because it was deemed pet friendly. We stayed in what they call a "Family Room", which apparently means cram an outdoor table and 2 chairs in a room that did not have room for said table and chairs. Every piece of furniture in the room was dirty/sticky, from headboard to night stand. Beds consist of relatively thin mattress on box spring, lumpy and uncomfortable. Bathtub had obvious patches, grout throughout bathroom dirty and cracked. On the plus side, the room had a sliding glass door to grassy area which was perfect for the dog. Overall, disappointing experience, would not recommend.

I do not recomend this place for anyone. Me, my husband and our babies stayed here many times and we never had any problems or caused any problems with anyone here. We very clean and respectful, no problems until our last stay. My friend had no ID and asked me to rent a room for him and his dog. I was very specific to the young lady at the front desk and told her the room was only for one adult and a dog. I bought a room for myself next door to him. He had a girl coming in an out of the room, which I didn't mind, because he is handicapped and needs help, but it wasn't for her to stay overnight. The last day we were here I went to his room to see him, and the girl was in the room with a needle in her arm saying " thank God for heroine". I was shocked with what I saw and concerned because the room was under my name, I told the young lady to leave the room very nicely, she didn't like that and went to the front desk and the staff sold her my room before 11am (check out time). They never asked me if I was going to buy the room again and sold it to her. I told the staff that I saw her doing drugs in the room and she (staff) threatened me and my husband to call the police on us. We were shocked. The front desk young lady told us there was people in and out of their room all the time and she did nothing about it. We called the corporate about what happened and the desk lady called my room and said, " why did you call the corporate? " And kicked us out too with our disabled baby.

I loved this place because it's clean, safe, the housekeeping is amazing. I had the best housekeeper ever. They have great security and the breakfast is great and the receptionist are friendly and nice and very helpful. I will totally be recommending this hotel to everyone I know. I love it.

One of our guests were robbed in the middle of the night while sleeping. They entered the sliding door. Neighborhood infested with homeless. I found one sleeping in bushes next to my bus. After searching area for our guests purse you will see areas around back are being used regularly for trespassing and Days Inn does nothing. No security cameras except for front office. No guard on duty. Unacceptable. Would definitely not recommend staying here. It's not worth your safety. Shocking.

We only stayed 1 night and glad that was it. The beds were comfy, but that's the only nice thing about the place. Needs some updating and our bath/shower would not drain at all.

Clean rooms, nice staff. The kicker for me was that they allowed me to get mail/packages there.

Hotel located in a neighborhood not very shiny. Some restaurants in the vicinity typical US room. 2 King size bed, flat screen TV, microwave, table and iron, coffee maker, fridge, microwave, safe.
Sufficient electrical outlets, 2 at the nightstand.
Free Wifi but often disconnecting.
Room not very clean, aging faucet, split tile.
Door opening card not working for the entire establishment. Balance sheet forced by the reception to be opened the room. Have to be patient light breakfast.

Ok place to stay over night. Comfortable but no view or special feel. Utilitarian.

Good hotel for its price. A little old fashioned decor. Good beds. Quite rooms except for the very noisy fridge (which I turned off)

Sorry but not my case. Everyone's his but mine was not. For an emergency you can sleep here.

I loved it at the Days Inn, clean an roomy, staff was great an friendly didn't see any bugs or had any bites from bed bugs an I stayed for two weeks I would definitely go back.

I can't even give this a star. The place was still being renovated I also found a cockroach in my room there continental breakfast only consist of bread coffee and orange juice and a hard boiled egg it just seemed really sketchy it's pushed all the way back you can barely see it from the street the hallway I had to walk to my room smell like mildew and there was holes in one of the blankets on the bed.

The rooms were nice but very humid at first and the hallways looked very plain and dirty but otherwise the place is very nice.

Staff at front desk were very nice. Our room was small and bathroom had black mold in shower and on white shower curtain. Paint on ceiling was bubbling of and had mold under it. Breakfast was oatmeal that was runny 2 kinds of cereal that were all sugar bruised bananas yogurt or half a muffin. Hard boil egg or toast. Nasty orange or cranberry juice and coffee. I complained about bathroom and they said oh were remodeling and yours hasn't been done. Very unhealthy! Will not go there again!

My girlfriend and I stayed here and the room looked normal so we didn't think anything was wrong with it, just another normal hotel room. We got in late and were tired so we just went to bed. The next morning we noticed a spot of blood near where my head was so I thought maybe I got a nosebleed during the night but when we pulled back the blanket we found several spots of dried blood all over the sheet and along with the blood an infestation of bed bugs. I was bit several times. It appears that whoever cleaned the room just tucked in the top blanket and left it that way. The person who stayed there before must've had many bits and was scratching themselves until they bled all over the bottom sheet. A very disgusting awful experience. A complete and utter neglect by the hotel cleaning staff. Stay away if at all possible and always check your bed if you stay in a hotel no matter how nice and clean it may seem.

Awesome motel. Stayed off and on for like 3 weeks. Could not ask for a better room and service. Would recommend Days Inn. Enjoyed my stay.

This place is a very cozy quite place to stay. The staff is very nice & the cont. Breakfast is so fresh & good with alot of options to choose from. The swimming pool is very clean as well. I recommend Days Inn to all.

Cheap motel with little service, for a night OK.

Overall, the hotel is considered good. Room: Good. Location: Good. Bed: Good. Bathroom: Good. View: satisfying. Pool: satisfying.

That was okay experience. I liked the location of the hotel; it's thought next to a good Chinese restaurant and a short drive from shopping malls. The hotel is quiet (unlike many hotels in Modesto, it's not next to an active railroad). However I found the facilities and the furniture dated. There was no fridge in my room, the blanket was a bit too thin, the heater a bit too rattling. For the price, there might be better options.

I had a stay agreeable, and the staff was friendly.

Unclean rooms (at the bathtub the wastewater pushes up), noisy neighbors (no one does anything about it), cigarette balm constantly comes through the climate, not a second time …

Nice clean rooms located near the Doctor's Medical Center where my dad was and offer discounts for people there because of loved ones in the hospital.

I did not like this hotel conditioners acres they do nothing and the breakfast is terrible doesn't suit them to become very expensive and thus not in good conditions the agres…

Got there about 11pm waited 10 minutes before the lady arrived at the front desk… she wanted $150 deposit which I was unaware of… I explained to her that had to check out at 6am because I had a flight to catch she said I could not get my deposit back until after 8:30am because she was not qualified to check my room… how many qualifications do u need to check to see if somthing is missing or the room is destroyed? Needless to say I had to go searching for another hotel at midnight… and there are a bunch of undesirables hanging around this hotel. Bad customer service… and bad area.

It was bad in almost every way possible.

Horrible experience. The front desk lady is so rude. Told us to not wipe our makeup on their towels or we would be charged among other random things we would be charged for. The room smelled like smoke even though it was "non smoking" the room was pretty clean but we were woke up my homeless fighting and screaming outside at 7am.

For price with breakfast and clean room. No complain.

Planned on 5 days then they started charging us 60$ a day for a crib when we already payed and was for rollaway I even showed them my kids to big for a crib then my daughter found cockroaches in the bath. One lady is jonny she helped the other lady is rude disrespectful and down right deceptive. Please find another place to stay they dont deserve customers if they cant have good standards.
