The room we received was clean. Fridge and the air conditioning are so noisy that you have to stop them to sleep. Efficient staff but not very friendly. It's ok for one night but no more.

Just visited a friend here but she had a beautiful room and close to everything. Also they have great rates and give a discount for a weekly rate.

Clean and comfortable with friendly staff. A little noisy, but that is to be expected at a hotel. Safe. All in all, a wonderful experience. Would stay again.

Outstanding staff, and accommodations. Huge fridge with large freezer, micro, flat screen comfy beds, and quiet for a place with so many rooms. It's definitely not what you expect maybe from the price and off Street location, but it's packed for a reason, and you can't not want to comeback.

This place is fine but basic. It gives you a nice bed, great cable TV, shower and a place to rest or unwind. Fine pool and hot tub. Fair price for a room. It gives you what you need. If you need waffle bar or trays of sweet rolls go pay another $45 a night somewhere else.

Very rude workers, took our deposit out over there mess up and rufused to fix it. Also very dirty. Besides that the rooms wld have been pretty decent.

Good room except AC didn't fully work I only slept 3 hours I couldn't handle it wasted 80 bucks on a room.

Staff super nice. My suite was perfect. Was there for a week due to work. Regular room was ok. But upgraded after first night and it was beautiful.

Double bed room I stayed in was really nice and spacey compared to other 3 star hotels. Customer service was horrible all around. Staff had Attitude for no reason, workers seem like they hate their job, very snobby, only gave me 2 thin stained towels every time I asked for new ones, and had issues I’ve never had at any other hotels. Also bunch of loud obnoxious people hogging the hot tub and pool area when I was there. Oh and could hear everything from floor above me, squeeking of ceiling and thumping.

Very home-like establishment and MOST of the staff are very friendly and polite with the exception of a couple Managers and a night shift employee… but overall id prefer to stay at this location and hotel over any other ones in the area.

Management is fantastic but watch out for the women who work at night. Lazy, mean, confrontational, they charged us 50 cents for toilet paper because it was after 10pm. Tried to get my TV fixed after 2 days without and ended up with the cops being called. Beware.

Toilet ran all night. Bed lamp flickered like a strobe. Phone blinked red all night. Noise from room next door and above started at 3am. Could not adjust heat/cool. Pool pump just outside door. This was the 3rd room… 1st room had water on floor, second was not ready. Not a good place for me.

Really outdated and a parking is tough to find. Seemed like everyone else had 2 cars per room. Our room had an electric stove 1 burner), but no knob to turn it on. Not sure it worked anyway. Counters were broken and peeling. Basic amenities were present and bed was comfortable, but not a nice looking room at all. Noisy at night; base was bumping.

Entering the parking area, met man standing in middle of the road, talking with another man in a car. They kept talking for over a minute, never even acknowledging that I was even there! After another 45 — to one minute, they both began to leave, again never ever, even Acknowledged I was there. For me, that not only represents disrespect, but indicated some level of danger present, that would make it hard for me to stay there, Sooooooo Sleeping would totally be OUT OF THE QUESTION! I didn’t even get out my car, so there’s the one (1) star, I Could Be wrong, not willing to take that chance!

It's inexpensive, but pretty old. Rooms smell a little like smoke. Great place for the deal, very attentive staff if you all for anything.

Other than the gap under the door to the connected room where you could hear every word spoken by the people who got the room next to you, the construction in the room above us, the shampoo and body wash making my skin and hair dryer than the fresh towel we had to share (only got 1 in the room), wasn't a bad deal.

We were not here more than 20 minutes before we requested a refund. The room was filthy. The furniture was broken and the walls and doors have a horrible patch job. The environment was not safe. We felt very uncomfortable. I suggest you stay clear of this location. Customer service was very nice and they granted us a refund.

The place is fine if you're planning to stay a day or 2 but not more than that. The staff was very nice and helpful at check in and out. My only concern is that there are lot of odd people wondering around late at night. Also, Their website says, "remodeled" I would say it is mostly cleaned and patched not a too bad for the price and location is worth staying a few nights. ✌✌

Friendly reception. Quick check-in. The room was good and beds were comfy. Dog friendly adds 1 star.

Recently renovated rooms, so that's a plus. Super comfy beds. Heater smelled strongly of burning hair so I had to turn it off after about 30 seconds. Pretty clean, just don't look too closely at the bathtub or light switches.

The service was good but many bugs were found and one could not feel safe.

Yesterday I had a very long, exhausting day and the employees made me feel comfortable (Juan and Maria). The manager seemed welcoming and I would come back for service if I had too. I recommend the hotel the price is great and I was able to have my dog stay as well with no problem. I rate this motel 2 thumbs up.

This place is disgusting, prostitutes walking all over, everywhere you go somebody asks you for something. And the maids stole out of my room. Worst family vacation ever!

Giving this place a star is ridiculous. Couldn't check in til after 4:30 and there were cockaroqches in other rooms. The guest kept telling them this and they acted like it was normal and decided not to spray the room until after 7

There are many faces to this so called " RED ROOF INN " from a distance on the outside it seems to be a nice & clean & well maintained. But when you get in you find things like what is in my pictures plus I also forgot to take one of all the rotting wood on the outside from water leaking off of the ice machine from upstairs and besides that it makes it slippery. And some of the staff that works there are rude not all of them are like that I have talk to and had to deal with some of them that were actually doing a good job but just like any other place the bad ones make the good ones look bad. One of the two pictures is a picture of the toilet that was broken & they used some kind of silicone to badly seal it. Instead of replacing the tank and the other one is of just some of the broken tile I found. Will I go back definitely not.

Tucked away from main thoroughfares, but all but a stone's throw from the Pomona Fairplex (NHRA Winter Nationals), Raging Waters Theme Park and just a short run down the freeway to Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm is the Red Roof Inn — San Dimas Fairplex. I have enjoyed stays of two days to two weeks and find the modest facility and its employees warm and friendly; prices have gone up recently, but one might be hard-pressed to find any other facility in the area to be as competitive and as enjoyable as that which I write about today!

I love the red roof inn it's always a pleasure to stay here. Everything is close by stores are walking distance… Mc Donald's, jumping jacks, it has a pool, my son loves staying here I hate to leave when it's check out time!

I've been frequenting this location now for about the last two weeks; I'm rating this Red Roof based on it's potential, rather than performance. The layout and landscaping of the motel is what really stands out. The property looks more upscale than other motels you'd come across in similar price range. I've yet to see any signs of rodent/insect/bed bug, etc infestation. I'm not sure if it's just this location, or corporate related — but, overall, the staff leaves you w the impression that they're incapable of doing their respective jobs. Whether it's inadequate training, frequent corporate changes, lack of good management, or whatever the case… It's become bothersome enough for me to actually edit my blank description & lower the star rating. Rather than listing multiple petty instances in an attempt to back up my complaint, I'd rather the staff take action on fixing the negative energy they put out. I have been visiting this location more so lately, since I have friends staying in 3 different rooms here. If I decide to hangout poolside while waiting for one of my friends to return, I shouldn't be made to feel uncomfortable. Especially after there just was a SWAT team raid and takedown of suspects who were guests… which resulted in the entire location being surrounded in police vehicles & not being allowed to access my truck for hours. Yes, my reasoning for being here was questioned by a manager, immediately following this felony takedown.

Affordable rate, able to book on short notice, pleasant courtyard environment, polite staff, clean rooms. Only minor downside (to me and my family) was an unexpected increased presence of pets.

Clean room, nice bed, the air was on cold when I walked into the room. Near lots of entertainment and food. Reasonable rates, what's not to like?

Really nice place. It's very hidden so the atmosphere is quiet. Room is clean, nicely decorated and has a kitchenette. For the price, it is definitely better choice than the competitor. I would recommend to others and I would definitely stay again.

The room was in rough shape. One sink had the movable plug stuck down so it wouldn't drain, and the other (kitchenette) sink had a guard that was full of garbage so it wouldn't drain. The nearby florescent light took about five minutes to actually come on. The people working the desk when we checked in and out were quite friendly and good at what they do. Ultimately, we just needed a bed and a shower, so the price was good for that. If we were going to spend more than one night, something would have had to been done about the room.

The front desk clerk put me in a room next for to a marijuana smoking pimp and his entourage. My room reeked of cannabis sativa because it seeped into my room via the gap between the door that connected both rooms and the floor, which was big enough to roll a golf ball through it. We switched rooms. Carpet was the worst I've ever seen. Smelled like the room had filthy litter boxes that had never been cleaned lined up along the entire perimeter of the room. The smell was really offensive. The carpet was so dirty that our shoes had to remain on the entire time we were indoors unless I was in bed asleep or in the shower. The front desk and housekeepers are not helpful and act as though you're putting them out if you ask them anything at all. I've never seen an employee in the service industry behave that way. Not sure if it is poor training or what the problem is exactly, but I can assure you there is one and that the Red Roof should address it, if they plan on staying in business as a reputable hotel chain. It's a shame because I used to like this hotel that has turned into more of a motel.

The Property is located in very nicely hidden colden sack kinda right against the 57 frwy… Theyve been currently remodiling their rooms. The atmosphere is very calming during the day, but nightly seems to have lightened up with people getting loud. Few months ago this place had been pretty great. With many travelers making a stop along the way to rest before continiueing their trip to wherevere it is theyve all been traveling… Today San Dimas Red Roof location is loosing their pop place to stay feel, feeling bit less customers from before… And becoming bit of a run down spot to be in.

It's a nice stay at the red roof! Beds are very comfy my fav part a great nights sleep! Yeah buddy. Front desk receptionist Maria was very helpful I definitely recommend the red roof I really enjoyed my stay.

Let's just say, you get what you pay for. If you're staying in a nonsmoking room, you SHOULD have a decent experience. Fresh paint nice clean floors, mini fridge and microwave, a little desk and table… BUT if you're staying in a smoking room, prepare for everything to be broken and gross. It's like they gave up and said screw these rooms. Cigarette burns in the sheets, mold in the shower, broken tvs. Most of the smoking rooms have full kitchenettes (small fridge, sink, microwave, and stovetop), don't expect anything to work. You had to hold the microwave door shut to use it, the stove was missing and replaced with a piece of wood, and the fridge was leaking water. Asked to change rooms and they conveniently had nothing else available, offered no discount for the inconvenience. The crowd who stays here is… interesting… tons of loud people, a lot of young people partying, and it almost always smells like weed outside.

Good Wi-Fi really gud and had pool and alot of stores aroumd it.

Great staff and very helpful. Loved the room. Very quite and convenient to all shopping and food. Will stay here again next time.

Disgusting, nasty, terrible, horrible, gross I can think of plenty more ways to describe this place but I won't. I will not ever stay here again. The room smells terrible, the bathroom is dirty, there's stains and holes on the bed and blankets. Not to mention the ghetto drug dealers and hookers roaming around the place. I feel gross just thinking about it. Don't stay here. Don't waist your money! Spend an extra $10-20 and stay at the Extended stay america on the other side of the parking lot. This place is terrible.

A typical American hotel rooms. Nice big flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi everywhere, coffee machine, fridge, etc. We found it super.

Red Roof Inn located of arrow hwy in San Dimas, California, is currently being renovated but still open to public for rooms. Some of the rooms which may have not yet been renovated will be given for a cheaper price. Other which are nicely remodeled and cleanly refurnished, are a bit pricey but well worth the money. They have amazing staff that are always friendly and are always their to be of any help to you. In fact if you over sleep they will get you up someway even if it means they knock on your door for a half hour straight before they charge you an extra night for stay. They Dont have a dining area so they Dont provide you with the fancy hotel things like room service. But theirs many places to get food near by. Their cleaning staff are absolutely friendly and very good at their job.

Decent rooms for cheap. Pet friendly so it smells a little funky. My room didn't have trash can so had to improvise. Wifi is slow but functional.

The bedroom area was nice with comfortable beds and a decent TV hung on the wall. It also had a nice sitting area with a table and a mini fridge and counter areas with mirrors. The bathroom left some to be desired. It was large, which was nice, but there were a lot of obvious repairs done and even more that had yet to be addressed. The shower curtain rod had been upgraded to one or the curved ones but the curtain must have been from the original rod because on the curved one it wouldn't touch both walls to keep the cold outside air from getting in. Overall it was a decent presentation and a nice quiet place to stay for a night, but it would be better if some of the issues were addressed even if it just got some fresh paint in certain places.

I will not stay here ever again, make sure when you leave your room to look at the sites pack up everything in your car, if you leave anything out jewelry computer equipment airsoft guns and equipment cell phone money credit cards medication food, it WILL disappear and the manager refuses to do anything plus there housekeepers most have arrest records for theft and drug sales, so again management not doing there job, a person staying there should feel safe and secure.

Great location from fairplex. The suites offer little kitchens that some in handy when traveling and trying to not spend a lot.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. My complaint is first room we checked into smelled horrible like burnt wires or something like that. Front desk changed the room no hassle. Only thing was it was next to smelly room which had a faint same smell as previous room.

Best $74 a night ever spent. Clean, wood floors, friendly/helpful staff, quiet, roomy, kitchenette. Great location. Lots of restaurants and things to do close by.

My father lives in Nevada, so drive down for an important doctors' appointment in the Los Angeles. He needed a room, just for one night to rest from all the driving. I am a Redicard member with the Red Roof Inn, so I recommended this hotel chain. I have never had such a terrible experience with a Red Roof Inn. First, the wallpaper is coming unglued from the wall. The wallpaper was applied incorrectly. Second, the bathroom was horrible. Inside the shower/bath area was dirty around the top edge of the shower. The walls had paint dripping from a bad paint job, piling and cracked walls. Holes are in the bathroom walls, where it appears that some "so-called remodeling" was attempted. Third, the guest towels were dingy and not white as they should be. I know Red Roof Inns across the United States are being renovated, but this location must have been overlooked. This location is in a great area, close to several restaurants, major store chains and just off the freeway. The pool area was nice, several guests were enjoying it on a hot day. Finally, the front desk staff need more training in Customer Service and Hospitality. One night cost my father a little less than $90 including taxes and fees. My father wasn't comfortable and he couldn't rest properly. I am going to invest in a black light.

I'm really surprised by the reviews about this hotel, my experience has been completely different, my room is clean and didn't smell, I have only smelt a small hint of cigarette smoke once in the morning. I haven't witnessed any "gangs or hookers" as the other review stated. The woman that cleans our room as been a real sweetheart to my family. The pool is clean, the hot tub works, the grounds are kept up and I always see an employee walking around looking for anything to be fixed or cleaned. If they are guilty of anything I would say it would be that I was asked 3 times if I had pets and was clearly told that no pets are allowed but obviously they allow them as I see and hear pets when walking by other rooms. But that doesn't bother me. All in all I haven't had any issues with anything at this hotel.
