Had a great stay. Ice Machine broken. Carpet very lumpy. Fridge didn't keep water cold. Phone didn't work to call front desk. Parking very good. Loved the pool even though not heated. Spa was amazing. Housekeeping very friendly and helpful.

I'm going to be a little more than different… In this day you cannot get a room for 4 days with New Year's Eve and Day included for under 300$$$? You kidding me? I'm going! Okay I have one gripe just one… It's pretty big in my eyes because it means everything… The gripe is there's no lock on the door that my daughter can not get to… She can open the door and let herself out while everyone is supposed to be asleep… She's only 4 but she can open the door while it's deadbolted, and to me that's really scary… I don't let it phase me though because I just barricade the door and I know she's going to need my help to get out… But to the unassuming parent (s) this is the only thing I found that is worthy of a grievance… Everything else is pretty much you get what you pay for and then MORE… So it's kind of a I'm going to stay here but I'm going to barricade the door too… Namaste.

They have really cleaned up the place and run a lot of the riff-raff out. They also have recently installed flat screens and new beds in quite a few of the rooms good A/C and small fridges in each room. Night staff is very friendly and accommodating. Cant beat the price…

Although this hotel is low budget (the cheapest around), I find that it accommodates all my needs and the regular staff are friendly and efficient. I like the refridgerators, laundry facility, jacuzzi and the ability to use microwave as needed. I have always been pleased when staying — A lot of bang for your buck!

I arrived there to find a message on their office door the Hotel's pool has no water in it. In the room itself there not a single mains plug in point next to the bed or at the table either. So, I tried to plug phone's charger at spare mains socket behind the TV, but it kept falling out and TV's mains plug was barely hanging in the other one. Also, I found the bathroom's door almost completely hanging off due to the screws that hold it together were almost completely undone. Their TV can only find analogue TV channels except that's a bit fuzzy too. Their decor looks like it hadn't changed since the 80s, but those mains plug points look like they can from the 60s or 70s being so old fashioned looking. This place is very inferior overall compared to other Premier Inns I've stayed at. My advice only choose this one as your last resort otherwise go elsewhere.

If you just need a place to sleep and shower, this is the best choice. I would have given 5 stars, but the ONE ice machine available broke down during my 4 night stay, and the television remote was not functioning well (read: low on battery power? ). Yes, during the holidays there is a boisterous group of people late at night, but it settles down. If you do not want housekeeping in your room, you need to call Front Desk once a day, as this establishment does not provide those special door tag notifiers. The room was clean and the staff was accommodating. There is a mini-fridge in the room, but if you need a hairdryer, bring your own. Some people may consider this place somewhat rustic, but that does NOT mean that you can be rude to the staff. You will be treated properly if you are respectful. I would choose to stay here again.

This hotel is best for drug addicts with small children. Addicts are up all night talking in the hall ways. Their poor children are running around like wild things. The rooms are dirty. The sinks are stained. The towels are scratchy rags. The rooms are really cheap for the area. You can expect to get what you pay for. There are also bed bug covers on the mattress, which is good.

Wasn't a bad hotel. It's not terribly far from food. The room smelled horribly of smoke. I know they can only do so much about that, but it was very overwhelming. All in all, it was fine. Hotels are for sleeping anyways!

Great stay. Clean spa and great guy at front desk! We had a later check in and took care of us. Free coffee, fridge, arcade games in laundry.

This is DEFINITELY the hotel to stay at. If you have your AAA membership it saves you like $7 and it's better quality than the ghetto spot down the street which also costs more. The rooms are really nice and they all have TVs with a bunch of channels. I would 100% recommend anyone coming to Thousand Oaks/Newbury Park, even Westlake to try this hotel out. You won't be disappointed.

I was supposed to stay there tonight but last minute had to cancel do to change with y son's schedule. Super nice over phone and waived 24 hour fee. I will definitely rebook again! Thank you management. Looks like a nice, safe and awesome hotel. Very professional over the phone. M. Penny.

DO NOT STAY HERE! We were locked out of our room after paying for a week long stay with all our stuff inside. Since there is no mechanic at night, they couldn't give us access to the room so we were outside in the cold, until 3 a. M. The hotel manager is a disgraceful human being with no common decency and after all of that tried to blame us for her inability to manage this hotel. I will warn all other travelers I know to stay away from here. Additionally, there is some drug ring being run out of their snack machine area and beware, because there were people hiding behind the machines when I went to use the only microwave this place has. Please, don't stay here.

If I could give this place a negative score, I would. Not only were we locked out of our paid room with all of our stuff last night until 3 a. M. But maintenance wouldn't have been available until the morning. There were drug addicts legitimately hiding behind the machines in the snack room so be careful if you go down there. The woman managing this establishment has an appalling attitude, refused to take responsibility for the hotels mistakes, and cost us our only day off as we have to wait for the police to arrive. The rooms are equipped with ancient TV's and I was sneezing for about twenty minutes because clearly, this place is not taken care of or managed properly. Do not stay here.

OK beds, clean rooms, military discount, and supposedly a jacuzzi somewhere. Great budget motel. If it had breakfast I'd give it 5 stars! Happy customer! Edit: found the hot tub and it was perfect! Then stayed somewhere else the next night and paid double for no where near as nice as this place. Yes there are some questionable people around but no one bothered me.

Room had food behind dresses frig door won't stay close carpet got bad wrigers you could ttip over it and I have bad hips and had to go up stairs.

A nice, clean, well managed budget inn. Perfect for penny-pinchers.

Good price. But doesn't have anything in the rooms. No coffee pot or microwave only a refrigerator. The room I was in needed the tub replaced. Had a good size hole in it. That pretty sure they tried to hide under a mat.

A toilet! America's Best Value is 20% cheaper and much better all around. Exit Wendy nxt 2 rights your there.

Come on guys upgrade the toilet paper. You can’t even get it off the roll it’s so fine. You probably need a whole roll to do your business. How is this economical for the hotel?

I always have a great stay… And the staff is very accommodating to the guests. They are friendly and as long as you are on your best behavior you have nothing to worry about.

This place is horrible the staff is rude. It's seriously gone downhill in the last couple of years. Everything is worn out and at night you see roaches everywhere. The police have to make a hourly drive thru the parking lot. I spoke to the police and they told me they make alot of arrests there, they call it the Crack Motel. The police also said the management actually gives the police a daily list of all guest ID's so they can run checks on everyone.

Premier is awful. Many people live there. One person appears to be living in trailer parked right in front of the rooms. Manager is incompetent and rude to patrons. Extra money to go somewhere else is worth every penny. If you get in to town before dinner time, good luck checking in, they are so disorganized they let clean rooms sit empty while turning patrons away.

Easy and convenient! Rooms were very clean And there was little to no noise from other guest. Markets and shopping areas nearby.

The rooms are pretty big. I got a good room on the corner. No one bothered us. The location is awesome. There's a $1 taco place within walking distance. It has a fridge.

Muslim Owned and in recent years the front desk staffs women have removed their Hijab's, perhaps for reasons of deception. I left my room during the day and when I returned to my room one of my beers was missing. It was obviously stolen by either the maid or the maintenance man. DRUG DEALERS, WANTED FELONS AND PROSTITUTES STAY HERE! When I complained about the theft of my beer to the property owners they placed me on the do not rent list. I had no idea they had done this. 2 years LATER I called and reserved a room early in the day over the phone the owners told me that they only had smoking rooms available and there was no non-smoking rooms available. I reserved a room under my name and address and hired a cab driver to drive me there. I entered the lobby and showed the owner my ID card ad and it was at this point they refused to rent me a room, I was SUFFERING FROM HEAT EXHAUSTION IT WAS VERY HOT AND HUMID. I asked them to call me a cab, AND THESE EVIL MUSLIMS REFUSED!

The hotel is pretty good. The room is awesome and pretty big.

Dirty, homeless hanging around! No where close to eat! Ice machine never seems to work. Two people one chair. I could go on and on!

Nice room, decent price. They also had a nice pool and hot tub. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The neighborhood was decent too!

Filthy! Opened door and could smell animals feces and urine along with smoke. Actually gaged when walked in. Went to front desk and they gave us a can of Lysol. Because of the lateness of the night we tried to make it work. After just a few minutes, I went out to the cab of our small truck and slept there. My husband opened the door and put the chair there and tried to sleep sitting up. Morning went straight to office and was given phone number for manager if we had a complaint. Two days later after 3 calls finally transferred to manager. She said she would go and check room and call me right back. Two days later I finally called her back and she said she checked room and it was one of there best rooms. There were stains all over the carpet, it was disgusting. I stay in a lot of hotels in that price range and never have been rented a room like that. Motel6 and red roof don't even compare as I stay in them quite often. Also no hair dryers. Hard to explain how terrible this hotel even is. Do not go!

Staff is very nice. House keeping very friendly. Rooms very clean. I stayed in a smoking room and was pleasantly surprised that the room smelled nice when I walked in, not​ like other places that have a stale dirty ash tray kind of smell left behind from the previous guest. I will definitely stay here again.

They hire losers for front desk they dont know how to talk with customers on phone one idiot said that works there he was extremely rude and I told him you need to be alittle more respectful and this employee told me I need to f-off wow and he has a customer service job this place is gettho until they hire decent employees this place is a joke.

Clean, cheap, slow Wi-Fi, relatively tall shower. The room I stayed inn had a faulty poweroutlet making it hard to charge my phone.

Staff members are helpful and respectful. Great quality and experience.

Rooms were great, clean and we'll laid out. I didn't utilize any services so I couldn't tell you how the service was.

Ok so I was in a non-smoking room and it smelled of old cigarette. And there was cockroaches with in being in the room 2mins I saw the first one crawling up the wall.
I had a friend get my room because I was at a concert so I was pretty tired when I got to my room at 1am. I just keep all my belonging off the floor n hoped for the best. I did see a few more in my room as I was trying to get ready for bed. I will not be staying here again.

The service was impeccable. I have been to many hotels all over the country and this one has raised the bar. Right when you get there you are greeted by the friendliest valets, then the receptionist hands you a flute of champagne while you deal with the check in. The room (I had the double queen on the 14th floor) was not disappointing. My favorite part was the bathtub with the window into the room. The attached restaurant/bar was also delicious and has 2 happy hours. If you need a place to stay near pike place market, this is absolutely the one to pick. I will be returning.

This was biblically bad. There were broken down cars throughout the parking lot. Many looked as if they had been there a long time. There were homeless hanging around back checking out the cars and trash bins. I canceled my reservation. They said they were okay with that, but then charged me the next day for the hotel room. So I had to go through the credit card company to dispute. Thank goodness for American Express.

I am writing this review to advise, and warn potential customers as to the management style and customer service of this Motel. First and foremost, you have to understand the past history of this place to understand it's present day status. With respect to the past reviews prior to the new manager, I would have to concur. This place was a disaster worthy of Federal assistance. The past is the past and it should be left their. Today, You will find a tight running ship, so to speak. The new General Manager, Is Mike Tyson, Judge Judy, Prison Warden and Princess Leia rolled up into one lean mean fighting machine, a no nonsense in your face Manager. She's the best thing that has happened here in years. Some will say she is rude, I say she is firm in here quest to clean up this place. Some will say she is unreasonable, she is, if you are a paranoid meth-smoking cracked out spun out of control, haven't showered since you were released from jail Christmas day, tweaker. She patrols the grounds better then the Secret Service does at the White House. She isn't afraid to walk up to you or bang on your door and tell you, get the hell out of my motel now. Is this place safe? YES, because she has almost single-handed cleaned it up. WARNING: You can NOT party here, do your drugs, work on your car, sell your drugs, girlfriend or "recently acquired" electronic's. The Police often sit in their cars at night in the parking lots and "talk" to people who drive thru or walk around aimlessly.

Warning! This place is horrible. We reserved online, when we arrived we were assigned a room the was infested with baby roaches, the bed wasn't even made, the room stunk and was dirty. We were given another room to stay in, there was hair in the bed, the tub was filthy, the room and bed smelled like urine. While watching TV a bug crawled on my daughter. It was around midnight, we had already switched rooms so we had no choice but to stay. We slept on top of the comforter and tolerated the smell. The next morning we asked if there was a microwave we could use, and was told we could use the one in the vending room. The microwave had old crusted food on the glass plate. I had to put a wash cloth on it just so I could put my plate and food in to heat it. Just before checking out we had asked housekeeping for a bag to put clothes in the housekeeper was rude and told us she wouldn't give us one and to go to the lobby and ask them for one. When I went to the lobby to check out, I asked for the manager who wasn't available at first, I explained the to front desk clerk everything that had happened, and she said the manager wasn't avail. During the time I was talking to the clerk there were 2 housekeepers in the lobby making snide comments. The clerk called the manager back out again, as I told her I could not wait I was checking out. The manager came out and apologized stating she was making a salad.

Unreal that hotels like this are even operating. Very depressing feel the moment you walk into the room. Not worth the money. Not worth the one star.

the hot tub and pool were great Room was clean, and very quite. 7/11 was there if we needed anything. And so was Smart and Final.

I found 3 cockroaches and the sink and tub were filthy, carpet nasty I didn't walk barefoot.

This place sucks. Ok so I stayed at many hotels and even in the expensive Bay Area for $50 a night you get a decent hotel with FREE internet, free breakfast, microwave in the room,. Etc. At Primer Inns in Thousands Oaks, for $50 a night you get a room that smells, no breakfast, no free internet (you have to pay $4.99 a night if you want it), no coffee maker or microwave in your room, not even "Don't disturb sign" that you can put on the door so the maids don't keep knocking on your door when you're still sleeping. Not only that but people walking by your room talking at all hours, people smoking outside your room,. Etc. My friend electronic key didn't work. Finally the maintenance man removed the lock to fix/replace it and left her door open and unlocked while he went to get something (this is when my friend was away from her room) and all her stuff were there and anyone could have taken it. There is not a single hotel or motel I stayed in anywhere that does not provide free wireless internet. Add to that the low class characters staying at this place. This place is NOT worth the money. It is a total rip off for the money.

Fabulous staff — pet friendly — comfortable beds and a fridge! No its not the Hilton but it's comfortable. Plenty of parking btw.

Very cheap hotel. Booked on priceline for 1 night. But not worth 2 stars as many sites claim; only 1 star. Room we stayed in (#147) had leaking and dripping showerhead/shower faucet, which was already dripping prior to us arriving. The fan in the bathroom is barely functional. The room had the smell like an old closet. The only great facet of this place was the lady staff (Heidi, I'd give her 5 stars) who worked fairly with our concerns; if we were to stay again the main driving force to do so would be her. Also, if these room issues were addressed, I definitely would be more inclined to stay again; otherwise, definitely not a recommendation.

Priceline says this is a 2 star hotel my wife and I have stayed at plenty of 2 star hotels. This is not a 2 star hotel period. First we get are key and told what room we go there parking is a pain at this hotel key card will not work go back to main desk and instead of a new card we get a new room because she could not figure out what problem was okay. Now on first floor instead of second have to walk past room were 3 or 4 gentlemen are hanging out with door open and fan going trying to get rid of marijuana smell. Room was okay bed had rips on the side and the sheets had stains bed was okay so put our sheets on them a okay slept and got going in morning. 1 star hotel at best maybe even 1/2 star very definitely not a 2 star.

Last year we stayed here and we liked it, very peaceful, big beds, and clean. We have dogs and we love that they are dog friendly. I don't know why the bad reviews we came back this year and I didn't see any drug use or prostitution. We checked in about 11 pm. Our neighbors next door did woke us up at 6am cus they were up and going. However, it was not the motel's fault. The guys were getting ready for work.
