Warning! This place is horrible. We reserved online, when we arrived we were assigned a room the was infested with baby roaches, the bed wasn't even made, the room stunk and was dirty. We were given another room to stay in, there was hair in the bed, the tub was filthy, the room and bed smelled like urine. While watching TV a bug crawled on my daughter. It was around midnight, we had already switched rooms so we had no choice but to stay. We slept on top of the comforter and tolerated the smell. The next morning we asked if there was a microwave we could use, and was told we could use the one in the vending room. The microwave had old crusted food on the glass plate. I had to put a wash cloth on it just so I could put my plate and food in to heat it. Just before checking out we had asked housekeeping for a bag to put clothes in the housekeeper was rude and told us she wouldn't give us one and to go to the lobby and ask them for one. When I went to the lobby to check out, I asked for the manager who wasn't available at first, I explained the to front desk clerk everything that had happened, and she said the manager wasn't avail. During the time I was talking to the clerk there were 2 housekeepers in the lobby making snide comments. The clerk called the manager back out again, as I told her I could not wait I was checking out. The manager came out and apologized stating she was making a salad. I took her to both the rooms, but the first room had been cleaned by the housekeeper, the only sign of roaches was a dead one in the tub. The manager and the maintenance guy were sarcastic and said one isn't an infestation. It was day and the bugs were gone. I told them the housekeeper cleaned the room as it didn't look anything like when we arrived. We went into the room I was in and I showed her the blood spot on the pillow case, the dirty bed, and I got attitude by the maintenance man stating I was just not happy in any room, and they switched me several times. I then took the manager to the vending room, to show her the microwave, but when I got there it was clean. I told her that the housekeepers had to have cleaned them,. And she stated why would they leave it dirty, I told her that there were 2 housekeepers in the lobby and they had to have cleaned the microwave, she argued and said there was not housekeepers in the lobby. But there was indeed 2 housekeepers. I asked her why would I lie, and she stated well were giving you your money back so it doesn't matter, it did matter, and in the trash can was the wash cloth I used in the microwave, and another filthy one with food all over it. I showed it to the manager, and she stated why would they throw the wash cloths away. We never got a bag for the clothes, and still I have not seen a refund on my account. This place is horrible, and the over all experience was horrific. Don't stay here not even if it's the only motel with a room in the area.
