Nice quaint hotel. Very good location if you mean to hit the studio tours. Walking distance to the Walk of Fame as well. Checked all our boxes!

Good location but rooms are dates and crammed. Sheets were old an shredded. Good enough for a night or two. They have a laundry machine but it doesn't really work. Owner was way too pushy for us to give them a review on trip advisor.

Clean hotel, good price. We stayed there for 4 nights.

Nice quiant place, not far from Hollywood blvd. If you rent a car (no need to just use Lyft) there is a fee to park (understandably), its not on premises and pricey. There are many steps to go up & to where the main rooms are, I don't know if there were any rooms on first floor. Close to a nice breakfast spot.

Great place. Clean and modern rooms. Practical area as there is transport (metro rail and buses) and helpful shops such as Cvs pharmacy and Yucca market.

Was clean and close to Hollywood walk of fame. Wish there was more room for clothes.

The rooms have really thin walls, so a lot of nightly disturbances. And a lot of mold in the bathroom.

Best location/ excellent service. Quodos to Mr Devang for the warmth and friendly gesture during our recent stay. Advise this to everyone who want to stay near hollywood.

I was so wonder! It’s so nice hotel for that price. Rooms are small but it’s organized. Clean, nice. You don’t need to wait hot water in bathroom how in other 4 stars hotels. Good location. Stores and restaurants are close by. Room service is every day with towels change. It’s so surprise for that kind of hotel.

I put 2 stars because yes not very far from Hollywood Boulevard but frankly do not walk away from the sunset filled with SDF not even 1 meter from the hotel more pay $15 to park in a gas station frankly C is abusing! The guy at the reception super unpleasant and borderline policeman he took the photocopy copy of the Blue Card, passport and a document to fill. No but frankly even in Las Vegas in a 4 star hotel they don't do that! Plus for one night! But other than that I'm not going to lie clean and comfortable room.

Well they put us in a room that hadnt been cleaned from the prior use. They charged us 1 amount then said o sorry we charged the wrong amount, we need to charge the difference now. Alright sure. Then around midnight I get a notification from my bank that they charged me the entire amount again. Happily they did fix these issues but still. Get it together please.

Very nice and accommodating staff. Rooms are small but nice but honestly, the room is only to sleep in between events. We would stay again.

The front desk clerk was very unhelpful and didn't speak English very well. The manager was unreachable. Only tried to change the reservation from a two night stay to a one night stay.

Good value for money. It's best to use earplugs to sleep. Bathrooms could use an update.

Cute quaint hotel. Pros: Walking distance to the Hollywood walk of fame, the rooms are updated, a nice restaurant is steps away and the staff is friendly. Cons: There's no elevator or attendant to haul your luggage to the second floor. The bathroom could have been cleaner, all of the window screens were in horrible condition.

I'd recommend sleeping in your car or on a park bench before staying here. Parking situation was a joke. $15 to park at a gas station across a busy street. Power goes out in our room until after 2am, so no AC in the furnace of a room. After sweating my @ss off all night, I ask the front desk in the morning what can be done, instead of apologizing for the issue, or the fact that they have no back up lights and we almost fell in the stairs because we only had our phones to light the way, the rude man at the desk just says "not my problem" and blames it on the city. Terrible customer service, terrible hotel. Never stay here, unless you enjoy paying good money to sleep on a concrete slab, possibly get bed bugs, AIDS, and stabbed or shot.

Great management! Extremely nice and accommodating. Clean rooms with great ac located close to the strip and thick walls.

Love this hotel outstanding customer service. You won't catch me staying anywhere else. Ideal location and a very kind helpful staff. I felt right at home.

Affordable. Walking distance to a lot of spots. Clean room. Nice bathroom. Hallway could do with some upgrades. But overall good. Friendly owners. Saw Colin Farrell at the cafe across the street. The area is safe. If traveling by your self just be weary of your surroundings. (Female solo traveler)

Clean room and decent location but it cost me 120 bucks for this very basic room. I wouldn't return here.

I go to LA often by for work. This is at least my 50th visit. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Very, very nice front desk service. Took care of all my needs. Very clean. Everything worked. Prompt/easy check in and check out. Close to many stores (Including a grocery store), Highway, bars, lounges and the Hollywood attractions. excellent customer service. I will stay at this hotel again.

No parking space. The owner offered me a parking permit for parking in a gas station for $20 a night. No breakfast and no kitchen. The room is Ok.

I don't know how they call it a " hotel or motel " I don't know! It's a piece of sh*t I don't even want to give it a half star.

Booked a room for 100$ there wasn't anyone there to check me in, and they still charged me — thieves. This is regardless of the shady and unpleasant hotel itself. Stay away!

Loved staying here. Everything was clean and the staff verry verry nice. The place is close to universal studio 7min by car. i will be staying here next time I come to Hollywood.

Purchase my room on priceline, but when I reach the hotel there were no rooms as well as the owners were sleeping in the office. No parking for guess.

Never ever stay here. Beware of bed bugs.

Poor customer service and the hotel got no parking at all. The owner has to charge extra $10 more just to use the Chevro gas station parking and plus you has to cross 2 mains busy street just to get back to the hotel. The room is ok.

It's the worst hotel ever, very bad customer service we found couple of crocroaches and room smells really bad.

It cost me, after "taxes and fees", $226 for two nights. Is that bad? I think so, for what I got: a small room with an uncomfortable bed (it was like sleeping atop a parenthesis), hairy towels (not just when I checked in, but the next day when maid service replaced the towels. I'm guessing the maid sheds), hair on the toilet, hair on the sink, hair in the shower. It was just a hairy place. I'm bald; it wasn't mine. Have you ever seen "Drive", with Ryan Gosling? You know, after the botched heist where the girl's husband gets killed, and our "hero" and the buxom chick from "Mad Men" retreat to a motel, where she is promptly dispatched and Gosling has to do some murder? That motel is what this place reminded me of. It was a sickening shade of green and, simply, not very inviting. I had no idea Hollywood was so ghetto, before I saw it firsthand, but now I do know. This hotel befits the neighborhood.

Okay to sleep, take a shower and luggage. Close to several sites of interest and exit to the motorway.

It is still there, but that is about it! Prices have gone up 30% from about 2-3 years ago. $42 to now about $80 (1 bed, 2 people/wknd). They have taken out the kitchen area, and it is not very reliable in the "parking lot" status, especially friday and sat. Nights (surcharge can be added). Noisy in the streetside corner units. Some nice views: Capital Records Bldg etc. But no longer a good deal. Old and well worn. They really need to get the kitchen back and add a "bed and breakfast" element with patio seating on the building nextdoor via the 2nd floor hallway. Went weekend of Nov. 6th.
