Review of Inn Of Long Beach 2*

STAY AWAY! Bed Bugs! I stayed there for two night (10/02/2015—10/03/2015) and it was the worst experience I ever had. Till Today a month later and I still have bed bug bite scars on my arm and I have not heard back from the hotel. After the first night of staying there I noticed that I was itchy, but I just thought that it was mosquitos or something. It wasn’t until after the second night on Sunday when we were on our way home to phoenix when my girlfriend had brought up the fact that she had been bitten as well. We did some research on our way home and it turned out to be bed bug bites. The next day I called the hotel and spoke with the manager about what had happened. He stated that he was busy, but that we would give me a call on the next business. Two days went by and I didn’t hear anything back so called again. The second time I called him he said that he was going to have room service inspect the room and he would give me a call on the next business day which he didn’t. Since I didn’t hear anything back I had to call back. When I got a hold of manager, he stated that he could knock off $30 dollars of my next day. I told him thanks but no thanks because I would no longer stay there. I asked if I could get a refund and he stated that he would get back to me within two days. It has been a month and I have not heard anything back. My girlfriend and I had to throw all of luggage and I had to get my cars interior shampooed because I didn’t want to take a chance of bringing it into my home. I have never written a review, but this very unacceptable and I’m obviously not the first to report about bed bug on the reviews!
