The person who received us, it seemed, did not have a good night, gestured and at the time of paying according to what was going to be the $ that they told me on the phone my cost of one night and when leaving the hotel poooow charges even per tourist I WILL NOT ARRIVE THERE AGAIN
Wi-Fi service according to free, did not allow access for more than 3 min. No kindness in that place I repeat Jack gave us a price and when we left the hotel 10 dollars more than expected.

Booked a room for 5 nights. $751.64. I booked the room thru a 3rd party. Hotel-rate. Com. Due to Covid and my airlines canceling flights I was not able to get there. Hotel-rates. Com will not refund due to a no refund policy. But Best western still received they're money for the room. They got paid. I did not request for Best Western to refund my money just a future stay credit. There answer was " unfortunately when you book thru a 3rd party there is nothing they can do. " They got paid, they should at least give us a future credit.

This is the best hotel ever been to breakfast is good I also have snacks for dinner it's nice and clean and the service is good I recommend this place to anybody thank you for having me there.

Dishonest, unhelpful management and lack of communication. Hundreds of unauthorized charges not refunded,

Attendants at front desk are very professional and nice. Hot breakfast has a great assortment as well. Walls are also nice and thick and room stays cool.

It was nice to have a comfy bed and extremely amazing staff at our stay! We had a lot of us traveling and a father with dementia. They were patient and fun with us! For the area it was very nice!

BEST HOTEL IN THE ANTELOPE VALLEY! I travel between Las Vegas and L. A a lot and I stay the night in the Lancaster frequently. Trust me, this is the best places to stay. Great beds, great breakfast and breakfast hours. Love the fact that it's close the freeway places to eat. Hotel staff is always pleasant and parking is never an issue. Their prices have gone up since opening so I'll keep waiting for a sale, but overall best hotel, hope they get hotel of the year in the Antelope Valley.

I liked the place. It was easy to get to. The complementary breakfast was good. The rooms were good. Staff were polite and professional. The only problem I had was there was a homeless man that was bothering my granddaughter and she got very uncomfortable. He was allowed inside the hotel without having room.

Good plcace, came late. Breakfast was pretty good. Didn't get to try the workout facilities or pool. But comfy beds. Good place.

Decent room. Clean with decent T. V. The breakfast is ok, continental style. Not a great amount to choose from but adequate. I have not tried the dinner snack but I assume it will be the same. There are fast food restaurants in the area.

I requested an early check-in as we were traveling with a 6 month old baby, and our plane was arriving at 9:30 am. Although the room was not readily available when we arrived, Ms. Jennifer called as soon as a room was ready, which was less than an hour later, and when we returned, Ms. Lena assisted us in getting the luggage to the room. I also was pleasantly surprised that we had something different for breakfast each day, but I especially enjoyed the strawberry waffles, and the evening snack and drink. Very Pleased with my stay.

We've been here 7 days… nothing but great service, friendly, helpful, accommodating. Clean, great breakfast. Will stay again! :)

I'm booked my daughter's baby shower there and we have the most beautifulest time there the staff was amazing again I will say the staff was amazing if I ever have to book another place it will be there. And I would like to say thank you for your hospitality and keep doing what you're doing you're the best.

My families favorite place to stay, cuz they are like family. We are treated so well, every other place is pale in comparison. Many amenities such as a laundry room, a fitness center, pool and jacuzzi, sundry items, meeting rooms, public computers and printers and large dining room where they serve the best free continental breakfast every morning hands down! In the evenings, they have happy hour with free beer and wine sodas and hot food. There is plenty of places close by if you need groceries, hot food, gas and convenience stores and its right off the freeway. In N Out right across the street and the brand new Wendy's, almost open, right next to them. You won't be disappointed with this best Best Western.

Surprisingly pleasant stay! I had low expectations because I’ve often found that independently owned hotels aren’t as well kept as corporate hotels, but this Best Western was very clean, the staff was friendly and courteous and the amenities were beyond adequate. Breakfast was just enough to get our day started; there was a good variety of hot and cold items and a nice variety of baked goods and beverage options. The price was a little high, but I expect that the soccer tournament we were in town for drove the prices up. If we ever end up needing a place to stay in Lancaster again, this will be our first choice!

This motel is awesome. The room was huge and very clean. There was 2 ac/ heaters I The king suite. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and professional. The continental breakfast was great. Eggs, sausage and 2 kinds of waffles, among other things such as fruit, yogurt, oatmeal with 6 toppings. We were very impressed and will definitely return and recommend this motel… IT WAS AWESOME!

A great place to stay. The staff are excellent with the guests. They provide a wholesome breakfast with a large variety of items to choose. Also, there is a happy hour. The hotel is well kept.

We stayed for 3 nights and had a great stay. The rooms were very clean as were the amenities. It was also nice and quiet. Of course you’d hear occasional doors closing from other guests but even that stopped at a reasonable hour. Beds were comfortable. The staff is very friendly. Especially Shawn. She was absolutely wonderful. She truly went above and beyond to make our stay a great one. Friendly and personable. Thank you Shawn!

Price was a bit steeper, but not bad. Great amenities, like great continental breakfast, bar in the lobby, clean and modern facilities. Plenty of parking and well-lit. I slept like a baby, despite being so close to the highway, it was not loud at all. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. We stayed over night for the Willow Springs race track.

This BW is new and it really shows. The place looks fantastic. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast is totally worth the price of admission. I had to knock a star off because we were right outside the elevator and the ding sound it makes is extremely loud. But aside from that, it was a great stay.

This is an exceptionally clean and beautiful motel. The price was amazing for such a great place. It was immaculate. Very nicely decorated. Very convenient. Shawn at the front desk was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Quincy at the bar was superior. Couldn’t believe they had happy hour and free drinks. Breakfast was wonderful also. We always stay at Best Westerns but this one is amazing. We will be back and can not recommend it highly enough. Very reasonable price for what u get.

I was able to check into the hotel an hour early and check out 2 hours late upon request, this was very accommodating since I had a late flight. The staff was friendly and seeing many of them walking around cleaning gave me a sense that they are actually working hard to keep the rooms clean and the linens laundered. The breakfast was pretty good for the two mornings I ate there.

VERY clean and professional! The staff at this location must be very happy with their work environment and it shows in their attitude! Room was clean and shiny with no stuffy chemical smells. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was free!

My husband, daughter and I stayed in the hotel while attending a baby shower for a family member from the area. Unfortunately, housekeeping failed to make up our room after the first night's stay. I mentioned this to the housekeeper the next day when I saw her in the hallway and she apologized saying she would let the front desk know and that it should not have happened. At check-out I asked for a discount on my room. The clerk did not seem to have heard anything from housekeeping and immediately asked if I had placed a Do Not Disturb sign on my door. I answered honestly that we did place one on the door from 8:30 — 10:30 AM while we were getting breakfast and getting dressed, but removed it when we left the room. She then told me that she did not have the power to discount the room and I should contact the manager next week when he was in. I followed up with manager by email who offered me 700 rewards points in a program I am not enrolled in and noted that I had placed a "do not disturb" sign on my door — — again implying that it was my fault the room was not made up. I responded via email that I had done so but removed it when we left at 10:30. I never received any response after that. I am not typically a complainer and I was very offended at the way in which both the desk clerk and manager immediately implied that it was my fault and that I was lying about it. While I commend their loyalty to their staff, obviously mistakes do happen.

Absolutely fantastic hotel! The facility was very nice and rooms were fresh and clean. The breakfast was great. But the customer service was by far the most prominent feature. A wonderful woman named Shawn greeted us at the check-in counter and she was the definition of professionalism. She was positive and smiley, making everyone (including those walking in the door behind us) feel welcome. Shawn was not the only staff member that made my stay great — in fact, every staff member I bumped into seemed genuinely positive and always quick with a "Have a good day! " or "Thanks for staying with us! ". I will most certainly stay at this hotel again when I'm the area.

My Daughter and I came in for s Goat Show (yes Goat Show) and the Girl at the front desk was wonderful and even helped us pick s local spot for Lunch! Nice clean room and we will be staying here next year too!

I stay here about once a year for a course I take in Lancaster. The staff always greet you with a smile. The room is always clean. Love the Happy Hour snacks and drinks. Who could say "no" to that? Breakfast is so much better here than other places I have been. Great location. Easy on and off the main highway. I will be back.

New hotel and a wonderful place to stay in Lancaster, CA. The decor was beautiful, the amenities were fabulous and staff members were polite, professional and helpful. Breakfast offered an abundance of items. The breakfast room was lovely and clean. We will definitely stay at this hotel whenever we are in the area.

This place is awesome… we come down a lot to see the kids and this is the only place my hubby wants to stay… supper clean room… quiet… friendly staff! Just awesome place.

Very clean and new feeling rooms with great beds and soft towels. Staff is great also. Parking lot is well lit and safe.

We stayed 1 night in the king suite. The room was large and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Great location with easy freeway access. The staff was friendly and the breakfast looked good. However we were not able to eat much of it because of the slow refill time and large group of people eating. Overall this is a safe and comfortable place to stay.

My experience at Best Western Plus, was great. I had read about the parking lot. Some one feeling unsafe. I looked around before getting a room. There is nothing sketchy. It was a great place to stay, conferrable rooms, clean bathrooms, and a marvelous breakfast. Excellent staff!

Newer hotel. Nice modern decor. Clean, quiet rooms. Yummy bath products. Helpful staff at check-in made sure to find a room away from elevator and ice machine.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the free drink at the hotel bar during happy hour was great! I am leaving 3 stars due to the condition of my room. When I arrived, my room thermostat said 85 degrees. Since I arrived in the evening, there was not time to allow the temperature to decrease and even with the AC all the way up, the room only got down to 75. This was extremely disappointing when it was 100 degrees outside.

Surprisingly exceedingly nice for what I thought. Don't stay with best Western but might have to re think that after this stay. The hotel itself was very nicely designed, the breakfast was very nice and it was free. Although in LA County the hotel and surrounding areas felt very safe. Also across the street from the hotel was Starbucks. Would stay again if I had to come back to Lancaster or Palmdale.

We were visiting our Grandson in Lancaster for the weekend and wanted a nice place to stay for the night. We loved it so much at Best Western we decided we will stay at Best Western for every visit to Lancaster Staff was great and accommodating. Suite was big enough for our Grandson to run around.

Clean hotel, looks fairly brand new. Enjoyed the free wine at the reception. The room itself was very large and spacious. Much bigger than expected being that I travel with Best Western rewards, its something about all the newly built best western hotels that make them so much bigger than all the others. Will be back, I come for business in the area everyso often.

We stayed there for 3 nights. The staff was nice and friendly. The room was equipped with a refrigerator and a microwave. Had free continental breakfast. Bathroom was very cleaned. They provided extra items (forgotten toothbrush, toothpaste) upon request. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

The hotel property is very nice as are the rooms, more upscale than most. I had an issue with plumbing in my room and was surprised to find there was no maintenance staff that weekend due to a family emergency. After discussion with the manager the issues were resolved to my satisfaction. I would certainly stay there again.

Hotel is right off the freeway and very accessible. Parking was easy. Nice hotel entrance and rooms are big, clean and updated. Breakfast offerings are simple, yet good for something quick and easy. Overall I was pleased with everything.

The staff was one of the very best I have ever had. They went out of their way to be helpful and make sure my party and I had everything we needed. Rooms were very clean. Better than any 5 star hotel I have ever stayed at!

Although close to the freeway, it is still quiet. We had a suite with 2 very comfortable queen beds. The room is huge and includes a sofa and chair. The facility is very clean, with friendly staff and good breakfast. The breakfast closes at 9:00 am, which was a bit earlier than we would have liked. The price is very fair.

The staff was pleasant and the hotel was very clean. It is located near the freeway for easy access and near restaurants and shopping. Morning breakfast was always fulfilling and hot.

Staff was nice, recommended a great restaurant (Domingos, go there! ). Nice, clean rooms and bathrooms. Water temperature was very controllable in the shower, which is nice.

I really like this modern, comfortable hotel. It is clean and inviting. They have a free breakfast buffet. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The rates are very competitive. What more could you ask for.

Room was nice, roomy, and clean. There were no convenient outlets next to the bed, but plenty elsewhere around the room for our charging needs. I was a bit afraid the room may be noisy given it's location is right beside 14 and next to a busy intersection, but it was surprisingly quiet.

We just visited family staying there. Staff was very nice, even took pictures for us. Hotel was clean when you walked in.

Came here with my wife. Young lady at the front desk was very polite and welcoming. Have been to many hotels in the area and this is one the best by far. It is a new establishment and it is super clean and updated. Breakfast is awesome they had waffles, sausage and many more. A lot more selection of food than most places. Definitely highly recommend!
