Horrible customer service. Front desk called our room at almost 1am. Room was loud and not relaxing. Breakfast was gross. Checkout took 20 minutes because the printer apparently is always broken according to the front desk man. Check in was complicated as well. Our card was charged the incorrect amount, hopefully it goes down to the signed for amount or there will be even more problems. We only ended up staying for about 6 hours and then leaving because of how bad it was. We had a better stay last time at the Motel 6. Do not recommend and will not be returning. Also will not be using their other locations and neither will our family. Really disappointed.

Got a nice big suite, plenty room for a family of 6. Kids enjoyed the pook.

Horrible customer service and I’m a diamond member. Was trapped in a room because the deadbolt system was not working. Maintenance had to bust through the door 20-30 minutes later with a kid and his service animal panicking in the room. Literally was given a bottle of water and sent on my way not even an apology. Disgusting. Never again.

Beware of softball tournaments, otherwise it’s a great place to stay. Friendly staff, large suites, nice perks with premium rooms.

I loved the suite and the hotel staff was wonderful! The room was clean and perfect for adults and teenagers. The breakfast buffet was great! Usually stay next door. This was much nicer. Will stay again.

Lancaster Hampton Inn & Suites Registration employee, Kyle was very helpful and friendly. My husband is usually critical but when it came to Kyle his professionalism and character eased my husband's stress. Of course, we cannot forget how Housekeeping personnel was quick & efficient in how they performed their job. Overall we will return to Hampton and recommend to our family & friend's. Thank you very much for making our stay a comfortable one!

Stayed here many times… this trip was lacking. Air wasn't the coldest, elevator was broken and actually tried to smash me instead of popping back open. Breakfast was bland and limited. Juice machine was watery. BUT… front desk help was spot on. So… pick your battles. Decent rate the night we stayed and it is walking distance of Minor League Baseball and Theatre.

Had a great stay. Didn't have any problems checking in, front desk staff was very friendly. There was a slight problem with our door being a little bit difficult to open. Housekeeping was extremely friendly as well, and our room was neat and tidy when we arrived. Continental breakfast was very fresh and delicious, and breakfast staff was very friendly.

The best thing about staying at the Hampton inn is that they always have free cookies available every day starting at 4 I think? so I always look forward to that. As for the hotel, customer service was good, they were nice. Breakfast was alright, I'm never fond of their eggs tho because it doesn't have a real scrambled egg texture. They did have some fruit though so that's a plus. Overall, it's a pretty good hotel, I hope their breakfast can improve.

Have stayed here many times. People at the desk are Great. Rooms are very clean. And if I'm on the the right side of the building, I can C the baseball games. And the handycap rooms r very good.

I didn't spend a lot of time here, but I had a positive experience. My room was clean, and staff was friendly. The continental breakfast was decent, with omelets, canadian bacon, and waffles, among other things.

Spacious, clean roomes and the beds are comfy. Great value. A must stay.

OMG this place was so nice and friendly. I was in town for my daughter's wedding. The people at the counter acted like we was family. They cared about us getting to where we needed to be on time. And their breakfast was great.

I've stayed here a few times while traveling for work. It's in an easy to reach location, the rooms are nice and spacious (and of course, clean). There's really nothing to complain about! However, that being said, it's nothing to write home about either.

Umm so $150+ every night for a shower that doesn't drain properly, carpets that are coming up, a toilet that's hard to flush, and powdered eggs. But the staff was really nice, so two stars instead of one.

Decent breakfast, staff friendly and helpful. Located near a variety of restaurants and entertainment options. Only complaint would be walls and floors/ceilings seem thin.

Decent experience overall based on cleanliness and location. Location is good to sports park for soccer fields and close to a wal mart. Asked for late check out wouldn't accommodate due to full hotel but no one is staying overnight for soccer we all leave today so not sure how that's not possible. Need another waffle maker in breakfast room… 25min in line for my kid to make a waffle. Asked for bandaids since my son scuffed up his feet in the pool for his toes and was told they ran out and none in first aid kit so to go to wal mart. Not easy to do with a child bleeding from toes and on the autism spectrum. Asked for blanket and pillows for fold out sofa bed and never got them. Overall okay for a quick night and lots of soccer for convenience and close to fwy.

The Good: I'm going to start this review by saying that I'm really torn by this hotel stay. I really wanted to like it, but there were too many little things I didn't like. So, on to the review. The room was comfortable at night. The bed was very comfortable, and the window blind was what I wish every hotel used because there was no light bleeding into the room from the window. I also liked the walk-in shower rather than a tub. The room was perfectly sized, and the arrangement of the room was great. Staff was pleasant, but nothing noteworthy. The location of the hotel was good being near a couple malls and the freeways. The Bad: Now for the little things. The neighborhood didn't feel safe at night. Can't say exactly what it was, but I would recommend driving rather than walking any great distance. The breakfast was one of the worst I've experienced at a Hampton Inn. I always take into account that it is free, but I actually didn't want to eat it the second day. Unfortunately, even the bag breakfast was terrible. At least it had a ripe banana and bottled water (no ice tea powder like the others I've had). The shower I mentioned looked like it had mold in the cracks and crevices, and there were large holes down by the base of the wall and door. Even though they had installed strips on the bottom of the doors (I'm assuming to block out light as this is a common problem), there was still a significant amount of light leaking into the room.

Always clean and comfortable, love the HHonors App that lets you pick out your room. We've stayed here a couple of times before. Furnishings and bedding very attractive and everything worked (Wi-Fi, lights, fridge etc). The breakfast was okay, nothing special, has the standard offerings but very watery oatmeal, almost like soup. Other than the breakfast, I'd rate it a five for this type of lodging.

Excellent Customer Service. The rooms are very clean and the price is just right for the holiday season. A must Stay, when visiting the Lancaster, Palmdale area. Oh Yes! The continental breakfast will surely get your day started. Check out is at 11 am PERFECT!

This is the worst motel I've ever stayed at. Rude employees, no sign visible from the street, and the continental breakfast was missing things like milk and edible fruit. The bathroom was so dirty I couldn't shower there! Way over priced.

The customer service was the best! The rooms and place was really neat, and modern. The food tastes great! We will definitely be going back.

My 2nd. Son had gotten us (myself, him & my other son) a room @ this particular Hampton for a lil. Over a week. And, Mr. Herbert, young Ms. Brittany & Victoria, young Mr. Ryan on to cleaning lady Ms. Sandra (along with all the staff we encountered during our stay) were very pleasant, professional, thorough & extremely helpful! This place looks beautiful on the 'surface" but after being in our room for a couple of hours I realized it was dirty. Really dirty. Maybe I just have high standards but my kids first were walking around barefoot, and their feet were black after an hour or so. After that I kept them in their socks (which also turned black) or in their sneakers. Also, our room did not have any draws. The indoor pool was seriously freezing and has so much chlorine that our eyes were irritated just sitting on the chairs. The playpen provided was dirty and the mat was too small for it so we had to have my youngest sleep in the bed with us. The staff was very nice and definitely do their best. They also do provide a very nice and free breakfast with several options.

We had some AC issues with our room 211 but Justin/Dean (a guy at front desk with tall, with long hair) was GREAT! he took care of us VERY well. Mosttly the stars are for him. Room was very clean, bed very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent! Friendly staff. We enjoyed staying at Hampton Inn.

Hampton Inn staff friendly welcomed us. He introduced good spot for sightseeing near hotel. After check in, I was excited with using an indoor pool, but it was not heated for some reason. So, I gave up swimming at the hotel during stay. A room was clean and comfortable. I liked breakfast. It offered fresh fruits, fresh coffee, turkey sausage patty, scramble eggs, boiled eggs, hot potatoes, hot oatmeal and so on. We stayed for two days and confirmed that breakfast menu was changed each day. Upon check-out, staff gave us Happy Sack. We enjoyed it on the way home. Over all, we had good staying at Lancaster, Hampton Inn.

The rooms were nice and clean but best of all, the staff were awesome! The manager was a rock star. She even upgraded me for free to a room that better suited me for medical reasons. They were all just great and gave exceptional service! Was very, very happy with my stay here.

For the price of the room I expected more. We stayed here because of the indoor pool, it was not heated, the kids were miserable. It was small as well and then there were no towels. For my family that's what we look forward too when we stay and it was very disappointing.

Although the non-management staff here is exceptional and really tries to accommodate their guests, the management team has become so focused on the bottom line that they have forgotten to respect and value loyalty. I guess it's not enough for a guest to spend over $10K a year. When they decide to change the corporate rate they had been honoring all along, they leave it to the poor young man who works the night shift. Nothing in writing until I complained to Hilton Corporate and even then it was after the stay. Geez. At least have the decency to do your own dirty work and don't leave it low level staff.

I stay at the Hilton brand hotels with my 3 small children so there's a certain level of class around. This hotel is by far the worst I've been to. Some high on drugs guy with his 2 babies decided to pull the fire alarm in the middle of the night. It takes LAPD over an hour to get there, while we're all hanging out in the lobby at 2am. Real fun with a baby. The cops don't do anything and this guy is still there smirking and all when I check out in the morning. Real classy.

It was a wonderful stay. I loved it there and I would recommend it to my friend that lives in California.

We rented their banquet room for my daughters baby shower the experience there was wonder the people was exceptional and I would recommend other to look into renting there room. I am looking into celebrating my 50th birthday dinner there in a few months.

The banquet hall was slightly small for the gathering but the location was great and the staff provided excellent services to make sure the event was a success.

Rooms are nice. Free food is horrible, poor bums and illegal contruction workers steal the food in tupperware.

Parking was easy. Location was close to soccer fields. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast was better than expected. Couldn't ask for more when traveling with 3 kids.

I was very disappointed with the service I received on my last stay. I currently have gold status with this hotel chain, and have been a diamond for multiple years in the past, so I guess I have become spoiled and expect a certain degree of service. Even with this in mind, I still feel that service was below what the standard should be. We arrived to a cold freezing room that took about an hour to warm up (keep in mind that we had checked in using the app, so they knew that we were coming and when we were expected to arrive). We try to make the best out of the situation, so we try to warm up with a nice hot cup of chocolate, but we had no luck finding a cocoa package. The receptionist was too busy to help us with this and quickly provided an excuse that they were out of hot water. Not only was I not greeted with a welcome package nor was I thank for my loyalty, we were completely ignored. Well, things went downhill from there. The following day, the fire alarm went off at 4AM and the person in charge seemed to be over her head on what needed to be done. She could not provide any information or direction and instead diverted her attention to doing some work on the breakfast bar. Even after a second person arrived and took charge, we were only told that was a false alarm. This is after twenty minutes of waiting for some direction of what to do. The breakfast experience was not much better.

The hotel location is pretty quiet and not too close to the highway so its easy to get a good nights sleep. Room was very clean and was reception was friendly. Hotel is currently under construction both inside and outside but you can hardly tell. Breakfast is the standard continental so no complaints about that. Would stay there again.
