I booked a room for a week for 2 adults 1 baby and a dog. They put us in the back downstairs right near the dog walking area which was nice but it was also off the stair well which was very noisy. Pros: Very nice breakfast and lounge area with books and games to play. TV and comfy chairs to relax in. Popcorn and a savory snack offered in the evening. The rooms were spacious and I tried two different Two Queen rooms. The first had a nice bed, the second did not. Pool water was a nice temp. Rooms have a microwave, mini fridge, coffee pot, hair dryer, TV with DirectTV, nice large tub. Staff is very nice and accommodating if you ask. They have a "dog walking area" with doggy poop bags around back. There is also a fenced off area to let your dog run BUT it is NOT fully enclosed. There is a gap in the fence on both sides of a large storage container. Cons: Wifi was spotty and not reliable, cable is offered but only a very few channels are available. My biggest complaint has to do with the renovations they are doing. The first room they put us in was off the noisy stairwell and they were installing a storage closet under the stairs. Extremely loud construction, right outside our door. They never warned us or anything and I have a baby that needs to nap. They also have maintenance go around the halls everyday with a leaf blower, which I found odd and very distrubing. Would definitely wake my baby if he were sleeping at that time. I requested to be moved and the second room was on the second floor. It was much quieter. Beds were older but as it seems they are remodeling, I expect them to be updated soon. Overall, I was satisfied with my experience.
