Rooms were dirty; bring sandals and plastic baggie for the remote, also bring socks or sandals to avoid stepping barefoot on the floors. Drapes have most likely never been washed, along with the hairdryer bag. This hotel in particular makes me think less of the Hilton brand hotels because they allow sub par franchises to utilize their name.

The workers were friendly.

Good staff and good breakfast buffet.

We are in town for some training and the hotel is in a great location. Rooms are clean and quiet. We enjoyed our stay here.

Have stayed at this hotel for several years on a get away vacation. No complaints and the Folsom Mall is across the street.

Service was great. We enjoyed our stay. Loved the room. Only complaint was that the bed wasn't super comfortable.

Stayed here August 22-25th while attending an event. We have never been treated so rudely by the staff working the counter. Was called a thief on several occasions just for asking for wine glasses. Then the room didn't have a bottle opener and was told they only have one in the building and that I could not take it to our room. Because they were afraid I would steal it! We had to argue our honest intent to open a bottle of wine to celebrate a birthday. We then saw a charge on our bank card for way more than quoted and booking time. We then went back to the counter and had to complain to receive credit. Only to be billed again a second time for the wrong amount. We then called and was billed a third time! Then we had to call again to be credited for the second bill! How could they be so negligent? After all this hassle for a smelly dirty room and a bathroom with no exhaust fan!? Absolutely the worst stay ever! Not even one apology from anyone at Hilton Garden Inn.

This hotel was in the perfect location! Near the mall and local restaurants. It was clean and the staff allowed me to check in a little earlier than planned.

My experience at the Hilton was amazing. I went there for breakfast, they had a buffet and omelets of your choice. They also had fruit and yogurt, coffee and water. The staff were friendly and helpful with my choices. I would go there for breakfast again.

The hotel is in a pretty good shape for its class. Staff is friendly and helpful. Everything is clean and the rooms are large enough.

1st Issue was when we checked in, my teenage nephew had his teenage friend with us and the front desk person was insistently flirting and gawking it was completely inappropriate and he continue to do so even after he found out she was underage. Then he took her phone and entered his information so she would have his contact information. 2nd when I ordered a cheesecake they brought me out of cheesecake and it had a spot of mold right on the top of it. There is no way that the cook missed it when he cut that piece. I was really frustrated to see that, and took it back to the front desk to show them. They immediately looked and saw that there was mold and comped my meal. 3rd They had to transfer us to another room because our original room was filthy and smelled like sewer water. The second room was much better and and didn't have the sewage smell initially, but it developed by the end of the day. I overheard houskeeping saying their was a hotel wide problem, but the front desk denied it. Long story short, I'll never stay here again.

Higher end middle class hotel with all amenities. Good location and close to aquatic recreational activities and bike path. Chili's restaurant within parking lot walking distance along with many other eateries near by.

Hotel is a bit dated, TV's not as nice and rooms are very basic. Overall decent but not worth a high price.

Nice place in Folsom right next to the outlets. Plenty of stores and food near by. Our stay was great but our fire alarm went off when we checked in.

Awesome clean area. But the fast food around there closes earlier then normal. Nice lil bar around the corner. Would recommend for a chill game of pool.

Everything you want at a reasonable price. Nice and clean, not super loud.

Excellent place to stay at. Right across the street from the outlets. What more can you ask for.

I am a Hilton Honors Member and have stayed several times in different Hilton Garden Inn's. The front desk gentleman was very pleasant upon check in. The breakfast here wasnt all that great. Potatoes were cold, the Omelet was below average at best. The half of piece of cheese was on top of the omelet and not melted all the way. The fixens just fell out and nothing was holding the omelet together, not only that it was hard cooked instead of a soft omelet. The fruit was good and the bacon tasty. The room was spacious and the Jet tub lived up to my expectations. However the fixtures metal pieces were coming off and the shower curtain rod was about to fall down and the metal fixtures were just barely on and extremely wobbly. I touched the top in order to stablize myself before getting out of the shower and the rod almost came down. The vent inside the bathroom was puffing out with too much insulation so it wouldnt close next to the wall properly. The refrigerator worked excellent. Disappointed in the coffee fixens as there was only two creamers and No Tea in room. The scuff marks were still located in the bathroom on tub where it hadnt been scrubbed off, making it look dirty in the bathroom. I am very particular about the bathrooms in hotels. The review about Car alarms are accurate, however fortunately I didnt hear them that much and found the noise to be mild. The other rooms had more noise than the parking lot for my stay.

I was at the Hilton for a 8 hour training. OMG their conference rooms were soo hot! Fix your equipment maybe?

Nice place. Older rooms but very well taken care of. Nate at the front desk is very helpful and makes a guest feel welcomed.

Stayed at the Hilton 10 days due to business. The staff was always friendly and helpful, breakfast was great and our room was very comfortable! Location is great! Tons of shops, restaurants and a movie theater in the same lot! Can’t go wrong! Great place to stay!

Service was excellent. Breakfast was as delicious as I remembered it from a year ago. The low note was a bedbug I spotted in the morning!

The location is good, but the customer service reps are not friendly nor professional. Our room key was demagnitised twice during the first few hours of stay. They don't even apologise, just said " oh, it happens, " We stayed at Marriott for a week and used the same keys for the whole time without any problems. The neighbors have been partying the whole evening, yelling, laughing, and slamming doors until after 12 am. To get hot water out of the fawsets, you have to Waite forever. And they started their landscaping service at 7:30 in the morning! If you want to relax and rest, this is not the place for you.

Nice hotel, great staff! Hotel is a little older, but well maintained, and rooms are up to date with power accessible from several locations. No bar to sit at but a comfortable lounge and table service.

Does what it says on the tin, not fancy but clean and well kept. A decent choice for a business trip and opposite the outlet shops for a quick bit of shopping if you don't have time to go further afield.

Great, very clean hotel with attentive staff. Affordable pricing as it is outside of Sacramento. Highly recommend.

Was a great place and had a great room w/ a refrigerator, tv, coffee machine, free stuff, and great service! Only downside is the price of the buffet because you can't get a waffle without paying 12 bucks! Otherwise, it is an excellent hotel. Would go again.

Had a wonderful time great hotel so clean and upscale for a great price. Also breakfast was better then most diners.

When we walked into the lobby it was welcoming. The reception is right in the center. They have a cathedral ceiling with white lamps hanging. They have reg and decaf coffee and tea on the left and water infused citrus on the right tables. Also to the right is so homey: a fireplace, long table with blue chairs under three lights with shades, some upholstered chairs, and some nice lounge chair with leather seats and throw pillows. Our room is clean and comfortable: comfortable bed and clean sheets and firm pillows, with A/C, small Frigidaire, microwave, Kreuig machine with pods. In the closet are an extra pillow and a blanket. In the bathroom are plenty of towels and Neutrogena shampoo and conditioner. The hotel is located across from the outlet so we just walked. I would comeback and I would suggest this place.

Very competitive price for a very nice room. Room is big and well lit. Everything looks very new. I would definitely stay again if I need to stay at a hotel in that area.

I just lost my job as the results of theft by employees at the front desk who assumed a small crime would make no difference. A client at the hotel ordered food on demand and after calling the room. I confirmed the customer was ready. I asked the front desk and they guided me to the front desk which was captured on camera. Upon return to the front desk with the delivery, they promised to give to client. An hour later I get three calls from dispatch about the delivery never reaching the client. The front desk swears they never saw me OR food I delivered which is also on camera.

After I checked in I realized it had a sensor that turned the air off when you were out of the room. The room was almost 80 and I spoke to the front desk and informed them I wanted it disabled for my stay or I would be switching hotels. They agreed to disable it. The next day I got back from 12 hours of meetings and then dinner around 11 pm to find my room 78 degrees. I am a diamond member and travel every two weeks. The service was horrible and the breakfast is not good either. I would highly recommend passing on this hotel.

Nice hotel. The rooms are big and feel spacious. The staff was friendly. Lots of food choices near by.

Very impressive stay. Nothing but quality out of Hilton. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was in perfect condition, everything was in its place. Every detail was taken care of and not overlooked. I used to be a mgr for the Hilton back over 15 years ago so I was gonna try to find a flaw, but I couldn't. The food cafe was yummy and a very intimate setting. I felt like the cafe was all ours and we had a personal cook.

We have stayed at this hotel several times. This time was great with the exception of the pool maintenance. The hot tub would not come up to temperature and the water did not seem to be circulating and filtering. We have the same concern about the pool. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and along with the maintenance person, he looked into the equipment but could not find anything wrong. I highly recommend this hotel, hopefully they get the pool / hot tub fixed.

Clean, comfortable and cozy environment. The breakfast served downstairs was delicious and affordable at only $8 for two people. Parking was a breeze, parked right in front of the entrance. Friendly staff and they are ready to help you with any of your needs. Definitely will stop there again if we need a place to stay in that area. Keep up the good work guys!

Very nice people at check in, clean rooms, breakfast buffet had cold food and not much of a choice for $12.00/person. Waiter and waitresses did not attend to guests in a good timely manner. Chef was great, accommodated my dads special cooking request on his salmon for his dinner.

TL;DR — it is a great place to sleep, as long as it isn't room 204. The staff was nice and seemed to enjoy working there. The hotel was in a quiet area with not much in the way of nice restaurants so a car is undoubtedly needed. However the thing I'll remember most from my stay is the boiler room directly below mine that clicked and grunted throughout all hours of the night. Room 204. I think it's forgivable that it's a room, I went on a busy weekend, but for the staff to ask us if we wanted a quiet room only to put us in a nearly unsleepable room was more than ironic.

I want a business trip staying in a two-bed queen room and the service has been great so far.

It is a pretty good Hilton. Hiltons have become kind of dumpy so I am happy to have a decent one. However, the breakfast is kind of outrageous at $12.

I am sure I just got unlucky, but my room had a tint of sweaty body smell that I noticed when I walked into it, and the smell was all over the room. I have a sensitive nose, so maybe most people won't notice the smell. I eventually got used to the smell. Also the TV turned on in the morning by itself, and I even had the curtains shut. I wish I had gotten another hour of sleep before being woken up.

The most important thing for a hotel, in my opinion is it has to be clean, and this was. It had a nice lobby and staff were nice. All in all it was fine but I gave it two stars because the beds were TERRIBLE! I can sleep fine pretty much anywhere and I couldnt sleep at all in them. They were some weird air inflatable 'sleep number' knock off that were just bad. Throw in some rough sheets and bad pillows, it was a bad night.

Very nice and clean hotel. Spacious rooms and the front desk staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner area is beautiful and you definitely get a lot for your dollars. The hotel is located near a lot of shops and dining possibilities.

Great place, we stayed for 3 nights, very clean and the staff is accomodating.

My parents came up to visit from Southern California and stayed here. They said it was quiet (very important) and clean. No problems with service, but not a 5 star experience. Close to Outlets and my house, so that worked out good.
