It started from the beginning. Poor Check in, customer service was awful I've been to this location over 10 times this is one of my favorite locations but after this check in experience I cannot allow myself to go back I will not. I love the room, I love the space, I love the cleanest, I love the bed, I love the pillows, the bathroom I love everything about the hotel but that was the worst check-in customer service that I have ever dealt with. I spent $180 for n be night, I Deserved better treatment then that.

Very clean hotel and close to some great restaurants! We like it because we can board our dog at the PetSmart which is basically across the street!

Staying at this hotel is a first class experience every time. Maureen and her entire staff (from the front desk to housekeeping) make you feel right at home and like a welcomed family member. I won't stay anywhere else in the Folsom, CA area.

The service was good! When we first got into our room there was a rag on the bed and it had been used. But other than that it was great!

Newer hotel. Clean rooms. Decent breakfast but not too much variety. Great hotel for Tahoe ski trips.

Lets start. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful. Purchased a special offer and it was worth it. Champagne and chocolates and late check out it was great. Room 223 has the worst view ever. If you get this room try to change if you want a view.

Good hotel in Folsom. My room was clean and the staff has been nice. The hot tub is also nice. If you are around on Tuesday or Thursday evening be sure to stop by for the manager's reception, plenty to eat and free drinks make a good evening meal substitute. Only thing that I think could be improved would be the breakfast. The eggs and meat that they have every morning vary, but aren't the highest quality (powedered eggs? ). They have plenty of other breakfast options though so you won't go hungry even if you skip these options. Overall a good hotel to stay at and I would stay again.

Simple furnishings and a straightforward hotel experience. They did have a complementary snack bar one evening, complete with drinks and cocktails. That was very considerate and my party really appreciated it after a long day.

The Hampton Inn and Suites is in a great location, close to highway 50 and near the place I was visiting. The staff was great the room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. Would have been 5 out of 5 stars but the whirlpool would not turn on. I would stay there again.

Had a very nice stay for one night. We got a suite room and it was spacious, clean, and well maintained. They hotel staff were very friendly and the free hot breakfast was a nice bonus. I also liked that the shower head was high enough I didn't have to stoop to wash my hair. On the downside, the walls and doors were kind of thin. You could hear people talking through doors, snoring through walls, and walking around on the floor above. I personally didn't find it that bad and slept just fine. I would stay here again.

Room was clean and front desk staff was polite and helpful. The beds weren't super comfortable, but other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Good location, right next to a lot of stores, gas stations, and restaurants.

There were many food options close by for a good choice. The room had a microwave and fridge. The free breakfast was also good.

The hotel is very nice. The rooms are clean, the service is good, and overall, no complaints. They also have a fitness center and a pool, which is definitely a bonus.

Clean and fine. Comfy beds. Nothing special but fit the need, there for a wedding.

Staff is friendly and accommodating. Who didn't like free cookies? I had to sleep on the couch bed and I could feel the metal frame which is very uncomfortable. My parents slept in the big bed and that seemed to be fine. It was nice to have breakfast but I wish they wouldn't add cheese to the eggs but put it on the side. Coffee is terrible.

The room that we used for a business event was adequate for our meeting but the air conditioning wasn't working and the room was warm. The staff brought in fans for us which was helpful.

Great place on the way to the river rafting area. If you want a comfortable stay before the big rafting day, this place offers just that. The breakfast could be better.

I enjoyed my time. Friendly staff neat and clean from parking lot, to lobby, the elevator, and my room. Neat and clean is my thing so I really appreciated what I initially saw.

They people here are nice… not really my favorite hotel but it's still a nice place to stay.

The most amazing staff. So helpful and friendly. Our room was outstanding. Doing a 17 state Harley trip and this was our nicest room thus far. The breakfast was wonderful. Great location and town.

It is not only the best hotel in Folsom, with our spotless rooms, our amazing complimentary hot breakfast, Manager's Reception and of course our fabulous employee's and I am proud to be one of them:)

Everything was great except the slight mildew smell in the bathroom. The heavy door would close automatically, not allowing the room to air out. Everything else was just fine — beds were comfortable, curtains opaque enough, room spotless. Very happy in general.

The room was uncomfortably warm. I called the front desk on 2 separate occasions. Both times the person at the front desk said they saw a different temperature at their control panel than I had in my room. The first person said they would adjust the temperature. I said I did not want them controlling the temperature in my room. I was paying for the room and I wanted to control the temp myself. The second person said she saw the temp was 10 degrees above what I had on my thermostat. She said they were not able to control the temperature at the main control panel. That is obviously a lie. I wonder how a person can be compelled to lie for their job. How sad.

Great hotel in many ways, BUT could
not control the a/c in our room, due to the unit being on "central control" mode. (I looked up the manual online). The room was uncomfortably warm for the duration of our stay. The desk clerk tried to tell me that I was wrong about being unable to control our a/c, and quickly disappeared into a back room when I told her I had read the manual. … Not very accommodating after being out in 104 degree temps all day at a horse show! Definitely staying elsewhere next time we are in the area in summer.

The hotel is not particularly close to anything. We stayed since there was a wedding at the Serrano Country Club, which was about 15 minutes from the hotel. The room was clean and spacious. No frills and was decent for the price.

The place exceeded our expectations. We happened to walk in during the complimentary wine social so were greeted with glasses of wine. We tipped $1 and he gave us the rest of the bottle. Our room was really clean and the decor was cute. The only negative was that the walls were really thin so you hear everything going on next door if the room next to you is occupied. Other than that, it's a great location. Less than 15 minutes walking to union square and lots of bars nearby. There's one open late night next door which was really convenient.

Worst experience ever… We were harrassed and discriminated against by the front desk staff Carolyn… we will NEVER stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is very conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. It is a newer build with central HVAC system so no noisy window units. Rooms are well appointed with microwave and refrigerator. Wifi is reliable however does suffer from the Hilton curse of having to log in every 24 hrs.

The facilities inside and outside were clean. The rooms need better insulation. I could hear the shower from the room above mine.

It's not a horrible place to stay, as far as looks go. It looks nice. The front desk staff wasn't helpful when I asked for help. The bed was horrible as well. So hard and uncomfortable.

The accommodations, the pleasant staff, and the complimentary breakfast were all excellent. My only problem was that the walls and the ceiling were thin enough to hear people in the rooms next door and above us. Otherwise, very nice place to stay.

I called at 10:30pm. Talked to "Chris" and told him I was arriving very late/early in the morning. He said there was plenty of room. I arrive, and the woman at the front desk says that since it is after midnight, they are sold out for the next night, and that there are no rooms available. Nothing. Wouldn't help me out. Now it's 2am and I'm still looking for a room!

This is an immaculate, well run hotel. Comfy bed, free Wi-Fi and free FULL breakfast. The best free breakfast I've had in the USA. I would recommend staying here, but if you're on a budget there are a couple of cheaper options but they won't be as clean and comfortable as the Hampton Inn.

I will say this was a clean and quiet hotel. But. The management leaves a lot to be desired. None and I mean NONE of my issues were addressed. They seem to only care when you check in after that you are forgotten. I did have a conversation with the manager who did a very good job apologizing and pretending that she cared but no results. I was so disappointed I have had my company removed from the corporate account! I wish it was different.

Very nice and clean hotel. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the morning is great. The offer a big variety as continental breakfast. Every tuesday and thursday night is managers reception, where you get some bites and 2 drinks for free. They server beer, wine and other spirits. Great place to stay and relax.

I'm actually staying at this hotel now and every thing was great the people at the desk were very professional and the rooms all look re done with big screen tv's and satelite. I was also happy that the room I have a a full desk and actually a plugin for Internet which is nice because your internet is twice as fast. But here it is 3 am and I went to get some ice and there is no ice. I mean cmon at 3AM Everybody is getting ice so there is no more. So they lost a star for that. All and all great place.

Their business center has free printing, scanning, copying, faxing, and two free computers with internet. It's possible the best business center I've ever used.

Not only was the stay great, but they were kind enough to mail back my shoe (AirMax 2009) that I accidentally left there last week. Nice front desk staff, nice janitorial staff, and nice restaurant staff. Great experience all the way around. Totally plan on staying there again. Special shout out to Daniel for helping me out.
