We used the Marriott app to have them bring us extra towels and a shaving set, as well as a portacrib, and it was all in the hotel as soon as we got there with the portacrib all set up. The room itself is also very nice. The beds are comfortable. And the employees were extremely nice and helpful.

The hotel is located near the Palladio mall, with plenty of dining options and some shopping. The rooms are big, clean, and seem recently renovated. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful and the gym is decent for a hotel this size.

I selected the Fairfield Inn Marriott for it's proxemity to a client site. I have stayed here before and enjoyed the service and amenities. To summerize in the brief poem: The staff have been helpful and the rooms have been clean. The shower pressure is great, and the breakfasts free. I would highly recommend one to visit thee. You all should come stay here, if you need be.

One of the best complimentary breakfast I've had in awhile. And the staff that prepare and maintain the food and room are friendly professional of the highest caliber.

The beds were very comfortable along with the pillows and I loved the shower! It was a pain figuring out how the lights worked and having to put my room card in the bathroom slot to keep the lights on. The small, indoor pool was cold and the pool room was air conditioned and there was no hot tub like I would have liked. The free breakfast was satisfactory. My bedside outlet didn't work so my cell phone didn't charge overnight. Friendly staff and nice location.

I was not at this hotel for an overnight stay. It is a very clean and modern hotel with really neat amenities for anyone who might visit. The staff are true pros and super courteous.

It's a nice hotel. Clean rooms. Front desk person is helpful. Breakfast is not that good. No room service menu here. They have some snack in the refrigerator. Not walkable to nearby restaurants as it is on a hill.

Nice room, with plenty of amenities nearby. Most of them you'll want to drive to but it's not too far. Fantastic gym for a hotel, clean rooms and great housekeeping. Friendly staff and lots of parking here. Costco is in the same lot too.

New hotel with a great view over the valley. Easy to reach location and convenient to food and shopping. Highly recommend.

I interacted with three front desk staff, each was pleasant and helpful. There was some confusion with our reservation but Bella was there every step of the way. The room was nice and contemporary. Bed was soft but hard at the same time. Bathroom was big. I did like all the energy efficiency features as well. Breakfast was ight. Easy to get to from freeway.

A quick, comfortable stay while volunteering at a robotics event nearby. Convienient location and clean, well kept rooms. A nice big parking lot as well!

Very comfortable hotel, clean and mostly quiet. A little noise in the morning from construction going on across the street. Clean and inviting indoor pool… my niece enjoyed it. Breakfast bar was reasonably diversified, with acceptable quality. Improvement is possible in this area. A small workout room is across from the pool.

Very new hotel, everything was clean, the staff was very friendly and kind, the rooms were clean and very nice for the price we paid to srtay a single night. All in all I have no complaints.

Came there for CA international marathon. They did everything the code to make our stay comfortable including breakfast at 5am.

I'm not one to take the time to write a review but I will this time. The gentleman at the front desk was attentive and check in was seamless! When I was looking for my room, one of the housekeeping staff smiled and said "welcome to Fairfield Inn" and proceeded to help me locate my room. The room was modern, clean, and the bed was comfy. In the breakfast room the staff was helpfuI and friendly as well. I highly recommend this hotel and would most definitely stay here again!

New, clean and great customer service, very friendly people & close to Costco. Breakfast was great. The person attending the breakfast was amazing and very attentive to all. She helped a mother with a family by carrying the tray and went back to get an item the mother needed. GREAT Customer Service. Why would you stay anywhere else?

Overall very nice hotel. Staff are very friendly. Rooms are very nice. Breakfast is provided towards end of lobby. Note: Solid curtains are behind transparent curtains in rooms. Took me a while figure out.

Great service and nice clean rooms. Don't let the lack of wine glasses a concern: you can borrow wine glasses and openers from the hotel next door. Sweet!

They collected my room rate immediately when I booked. I didn't realize it was an "advance fee". After I found that I mistakenly booked the wrong date, I cancelled online but the charge didn't reverse. They refused to refund it because I called more than 24 hours (though the cancellation was over a week of the booked stay). Also, their best rate isn't guaranteed as I noticed I booked at $159 only to notice cheaper rate on the same day at $144. I guess collecting $177 was more important thank gaining a client that stays in that area each quarter.

I've stayed in a lot of hotels in the Sacramento area and surrounding cities, and this was definitely one of the best! Very quiet, clean, kept up nicely and didn't look run down. I will likely chose to stay here over even the nearby Courtyard properties, and it was definitely better than Hilton Garden Inns and the like in the region.

It was a nice hotel located just off the highway in Folsom with clean and comfortable rooms. Best part is that the entire hotel is eco-friendly. The service was amazing. Sara at the front desk was a gem and even gave us some great advice on local dining and attractions. Definitely worth the stay.

I recently switched to Marriott after being a Hilton member for about 15 years. The reason I switched his that the Marriott still provides Rapid Rewards points to your Southwest account. Initially, I did not think that Marriott was quite up to the same standards as Hilton. However, over the past year I have noted that each time I have stayed at a Marriott that the experience has gotten better and better. I can tell you that the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Folsom is by far the best Marriott that I have stayed at today. The rooms are very modern, clean, and very well kept and presentable. I found the front office staff to be very gracious and accommodating, and we're constantly friendly saying hello each time you walked in the door. Breakfast was fantastic, and the coffee was good as well. If I ever come back to Folsom California I will definitely stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites again.

Odd layout to the rooms. Comfortable and new though. Would stay there again.

Great location by the freeway, clean and modernn free breakfast. The only thing I hated was the lights were powered by your key card.

Friendly, helpful staff that got me checked in quickly, parked safely (I was towing a trailer), and settled in for a comfortable night's rest.

New, well built Inn that is quieter than those across Bidwell. Front desk is pleasant & professional. New property needs better signage that advises need for key card activation of room lighting & opening of lobby doors later at night. Breakfast service is confusing with lack of plates & silverware. Excellent in providing a comfortable nights sleep.
