Stayed here plenty of times and will be staying here plenty more times to come. The staff are always very polite and accommodating. Nothing worse than checking into a hotel with rude staff. Not here. The front desk staff are great, which is why I keep coming back. If you have a car, the location is also very convenient too. Well worth a stay.

I was not a guest at this hotel but a friend of mine stayed here. I picked her up for breakfast before she checked out, and then drove her to the airport. The hotel is close to the freeway, walking distance from a Starbucks, a short drive to local shops and restaurants (a longer walk if no car), and a short 10-15 minute drive to the airport (depending on traffic). The lobby was very nice and modern, I noticed a good amount of snack options available in the lobby store such as sodas, juices, chips, and even some refrigerated and frozen options to heat in your hotel room's microwave. They have a complimentary breakfast as well. I got a quick glance of the room which was very spacious and had modern furnishings. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially if you are in town for business!

It's super nice, spacious rooms, TV that turns 45° so you can watch either in the beds or on the couch, couch had a pullout and the room has a little kitchen with a stove grill, home sized fridge and the bathrooms lighting is so nice that you'll wanna take a pic for the gram in it.

We had to leave our previous hotel in the middle of the night (AC had broken on the hottest day EVER) and Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott welcomed us in the middle of the night. Their AC worked perfectly and we were MUCH more comfortable! We appreciated the laundry machines! We would come back again next time we are in the area on vacation!

Fantastic place. Quiet, great large rooms. Their morning breakfast I’d rank best in Hotel world. Not just cereal, muffin, juice & coffee, a but actually food. Eggs, bacon, sausage, French toast… Very impressive and staff was top notch. Provided me with information on my travels I wasn’t getting. Ie:Don’t go 405 freeway this time, but up to 22 over to 605. Great help.

Booked I've bought at the Residence Inn at Tustin and loved the facility. Room was spacious and loved the kitchenette addition. Beds were nice and firm and bathrooms were also spacious and clean. Breakfast was buffet style and good quality with plenty of options. Stayed overnight for work but great location for future for local attractions in OC like Disneyland or JW Airport.

Pretty good, convenient off the free way. Little loud, by a Starbucks. Workout room has a bad smell of new rubber mats. Toxic… Rooms are clean, service is good.

Pretty of room in the King Suite. Great breakfast, and friendly and helpful staff.

Reasonably well-equipped gym, good service, comfortable and spacious rooms; however, the layout of the building itself was a little confusing and the elevators were a bit noisy.

Excellent service, beautiful room with all amenities including iron and board. Loved the bathroom with the separate small wall to give privacy. Slept like a baby in the super comfy bed. They had Netflix on the TV with the remote, I had just to login to enjoy. The breakfast is great, I was too tired to enjoy the outdoor swimming pool but looked great from the window and the sitting area outside around the fire looked very inviting. Beside the Hotel Starbuck and I small eating place where I found vegan food. Awesome!

Spacious, updated, and clean room. Huge bathroom and tub, great water pressure. Breakfast left a lot to desire, though you can't complain about free breakfast. Room is close to freeway and airport if you're a light sleeper, none of which affected me or my family.

The hotel is OK but be aware of pricing on Marriott web site. They say "from" and sort the prices based on from rate but the room rate changes every night and it can even double for next day. I realized it after I made the reservation and I wasn't careful on the total showed on final page.

Checked in 14th and departed the 18th this is the nosiest dam place most of it comes from Newport Ave it's like a dam race track, but on the morning we are leaving at 7:30am you have the landscaping crew using a gas hedger going to town outside our window. WORST 4 nights sleep at any Marriott.

The room was up to standard. Ice cold air conditioner. Had a great night sleep and a good free breakfast in the morning.

They have spacious rooms with full kitchens. They offer free breakfast & social hour. They have great service & the employees are great. The only thing I would say negative is the pull out sleeper is HORRIBLE!

A nice hotel strategically located close to the SNA Orange County airport with a few eateries and utility shops as well. Serves complimentary breakfast and offers residential rooms with option to cook food. The suites are spacious with good ventilation. There's gym and pool as well to spend quality time. Food is ok and could have been better.

It's good. Nothing spectacular, but if you need an affordable clean bed, free Wi-Fi, and breakfast this is your place.

Marriott Elite member my preferred Hotel chain to use when traveling but after this stay I may be changing chains. As I was pulling sofa mattress to make bed for my daughter I notice what looks like a blood stain, notified front desk and they swapped out mattress. My concern is arent items like Mattress checked periodically? How long does it take to pull out sofa bed and inspect? And to top it off Elevator call button won't work on 3rd floor. Not what I expect from a Marriott property, feel like I stayed at Motel six!

Nice hotel, only stayed there one night for like 7 hours just to sleep. There was a blood stain on the lamp shade though. Everything else was perfect.

Front desk was very helpful and welcoming. Room was nice too. Felt like a small apartment room compared to a hotel room.

The rooms are fairly clean in the maid service is good but I've now been told for the third day in a row to come back tomorrow so that the staff can honor a discount that I was given. I understand that not all things happen right away, but making me check up on your expectation you set and continue to fail to deliver on has soured my experience.

Had a 3 day volleyball tournament in Anaheim, stayed here with my family of 5, we enjoyed our stay here! Was very quiet & comfortable! No smoky rooms that's a plus! beds comfortable, breakfast good. Starbucks, Subway, Flame Broiler & a Fed X right next door. Friendly staff, room service Close to the freeway super quiet! No kid's running up & down the hallwayroom was clean, beds were made every night when we returned from a long day out & about Thank u! Would stay here again!

New hotel, comfortable bed, some rooms with two TV's and pull out couch. Large breakfast area with lots of seating. Easy access to Anaheim freeways. Road noise could be a concern. Location is close to airport so you will hear the planes.

We have stayed at MANY Marriott's, this one was NOT as good as the others. Our bed was very uncomfortable. Woke up with a stiff back. The TV only went up to 35, and NEITHER one of us could hear it. The bathtub was "SO SLICK" my husband "ALMOST" fell twice, and there was "NO" rubber mat for the tub. The fan in the bathroom was "NOT" strong enough. It was NOT strong enough to cool you off. I was sweating "SO BAD" my hair kept sticking to my face. Still "LOVE" most of the Marriott's. Thank you for a VERY CLEAN room.

Nice room, very clean. Very close to the freeway, which is convenient, but adds to the noise. Also appears to be on the flight path of John Wayne Airport (SNA) right down the freeway, which also contributes to the noise. The hotel was also kind enough to cancel my reservation at the last minute with no cancellation charges because of an emergency situation. When I was able to rebook, I chose them again to repay the courtesy.

Room was modern, the Wi-Fi was free with plenty of electrical outlets; it was quite clean and smelled pleasant. Those with a good sense of smell will appreciate it. This hotel is only a 100 yards from the extremely busy Costa Mesa freeway and my room overlooked it but somehow it was not a problem. It is quite conveniently located and there is a Starbucks and Subway across the parking lot. Also, SNA is 5 minutes away. My company has offices nearby and most of us much prefer this hotel to the Residence Inn in the same parking lot. Beyond the better price (they are 50 dollars per night higher priced) there's a better vibe here.

My family and I love staying at this hotel. Rooms are always clean and staff are super friendly and welcoming. Perfect location to stay at with complimentary parking and breakfast that's close enough to Disneyland.

Convenient location This Fairfield Inn is right off the 55 fwy near I-5 in South Tustin. It's clean, quiet, and well-appointed. I would recommend it to any travelers who are flying out of John Wayne and want a good hotel without the exorbitant prices usually found in Orange County.

Big clean room with a comfortable bed and awesome bathroom. Friendly and polite staff with good services. The breakfast is good but the breakfast time is early a little bit.

Beautiful hotel, there is a small store open till late? 24hours?. Morning breakfast buffet has coffee, decaf, some tea, orange juice, milk. Maffin, bread, cereal, yogurt, cheese, nuts, scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, etc. Everything is warm and fresh.

The room was spacious, bed was average, but they had a fridge and microwave which was nice. Bathroom had plenty of room, but minus points for 1ply toilet paper. Free Daily breakfast available was delicious, plenty of food to go around and juices too! Had a good stay.

Amazing place to stay! The staff is kind and courteous. The rooms and the hotel are very clean. The breakfast is delicious and it's incredibly dog friendly. If you do have an extended stay, this place makes you feel right at home.

I loved attending a meeting long there. The attendees were friendly, the luger was nice and cleaned every day.

Standard Fairfield Inn from Marriott. Looks like the building is less than 4 years old. It is right next to the 55 freeway but road noise is minimal. Do not get the top floor. Noticed that it is in the flight path to John Wayne Airport but have not heard anything on the 3rd floor (out of 4). Clean and what you'd expect. Big selling point is the reasonable rates and central location to a lot in Orange County. There are also a couple of restaurants and a Starbucks next door if needed. Pool, hot tub, workout facilities and breakfast included as well as free parking. If you need a convenient place to stay it is great. Not a luxury hotel of course. Good quality beds, etc… And free Wi-Fi. So not nickel and diming you to death with every aminity like some try to do.

Spacious rooms with a full kitchen. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast for free every morning. I would gladly stay here again!

The hotel was very clean and spacious. We had plenty of room for a party of 5 with the pull out couch. The breakfast buffet was a nice touched as it made it easy for us to get going in the mornings. We will definitely return when we visit again.

First time ever staying here in the room nice and clean fresh not hot. The complimentary breakfast was delicious my daughter was just expecting just like Bagels sweetbreads. For me the best thing was the oatmeal it was delicious. And to find out that the cook was named Delia made it even more better because my name is Delia. I would stay here again. Our four person stay in the two queen bed room was fantastic! The room was more like a two bedroom suite, as it had ample space for the two beds, a large shower, a nice small TV area with couch seating for four, and a nice sized kitchen (no dishwasher or stove but had a breakfast bar and a full size refrigerator w/ freezer). I would certainly consider this place for our next visit, it was such a great value find! Oh, and all of the personnel we interacted with were very professional and helpful, especially the lady serving the free breakfast because she let us stay 15 minutes after it had ended. Thanks again! PS — going to try and remember to stay in room 324 again :)

We are a family of 5 and stayed here during our trip to Disneyland. The morning commute to Disneyland was typically 15-20 minutes, heading back to the hotel in the evening would take 30-40 minutes in traffic. Our room was clean and spacious. The entire staff was very courteous and helpful during our 5 night stay. Monday thru Wednesday nights the hotel offers a complimentary evening reception of food and drinks in the dining area. The complimentary breakfast each morning has plenty of options. We will definitely stay here again.

Nice lobby, with spacious rooms, updated with huge walkin shower. One of my preferred stops when visiting Disneyland (aside the drive from the park — its worth the comfort)

I checked in at 3:30 pm and immediately called the front desk to let them know that the light above the vanity area was out. Mike answered the phone and said that he would send someone over. I returned from an errand at 6:30 pm and the light was not repaired. I called the front desk and Nick answered the phone. I told Nick that I called the front desk earlier and that I needed to wash my hair but the vanity light was out. Nick assured me that someone was on the way. I never received a call and no one ever showed up to fix the light. I was not able to wash my hair that evening. We stay at allot of Marriott properties and have never been completely ignored. There were minor housekeeping issues such as hair in the sink, no soap for the kitchen and the extra preferences that I requested in my profile were not done (another surprise because previous Marriott properties have always provided extra amenities listed in my profile). As I stated all minor things but to completely ignore two calls that I made is terrible customer service. When we check out I plan on informing management however the public needs to be aware of the lack in customer service at this property! I was ignored twice and I don't expect management to make a wrong right at this point. Very disappointed in my stay here!

Went for a work meeting. Parking was easy and they provided water and notepads for our meeting. Very nice hotel.

Easy access to 405/55 fwy. Situated in a business area. There is a FedEx, Starbucks and flame broiler next door. The rooms are spacious and up to date as this is a fairly new hotel. The free breakfast is fairly standard — a few hot items and Continental items. Parking is free.

Good location, friendly staff, close to quick bites, close to freeway access. Good sized, fully furnished rooms (with full kitchens). Clean, quiet, comfy.

I had inly two problems with the service. Our room was never cleaned. The room was great an had everything necessary. Breakfast was another thing I didn't really enjoy. I have been in a much smaller Fairfield Inn that had just as much food. This one was not adjusted for the size of the hotel. And thus there was a lot of waiting at breakfast. Everything else was wonderful.

This is the worst place in California to stay at. The 1st room I was placed in had an extremely strong smell of bleach and trash. Which began to give everyone a headache. My girlfriend was walking out of the bathroom and noticed there was blood on the wall. We let the manager know and he moved us to another room. That room was a mixed smell of weed and something very old. Come to find out within two seconds of being and placing something in the fridge, there was nasty old food sitting in the microwave was that had to have mold on it. So again not even being setup in the room we left and requested another room. My friends and I made it to the hotel with plenty of time to chill and grab something to eat. With a bloody bleached​ room, weed rotten trash smell, and final it seemed to be a decent room I never got to relax in time before heading to my event. I have never been so decussed in a hotel. This company is very well know but I should of saved my money and went to a Motel. But I have also heard in that area they might be a little bit of a better place then this grossed out, creepy crawling, straight nasty place that this place e was kept in.

Good place to stay. Clean. Has a decent outdoor pool and hot tub. Shower door wouldn't close and washroom needed some things repaired.

A little bit pricey, but the staff and front desk were very friendly and helpful. Room was amazing and the in house breakfast was great. Pool and spa area were very clean and tidy. The fire pit sitting area was just a wonderful relaxing experience after a long day of travel. We will return here when in the area again.

Nice and newer hotel. Rooms were spacious and the front counter staff surprised kids with some treat bags. Loved the basketball court and workout room was better than average. Nice hotel, nice people, decent location.

Hotel building itself is very nice. Nearby places to eat. Close to freeway. Staff is friendly but not consistently competent. Had to call three times to get a plumbing problem fixed on my last visit — they never did fix it. Soundproofing could be better. Breakfast is good. Beds are comfortable. Overall, I suppose I'd come back but this won't make my "favorites" list.

All the workers very friendly for the short time there I cant say more but I liked the place very well kept and maintained with a cleanliness.

Very nice place but the management is kinda off. They double booked our room then thought that it was Saturday (it's friday) when rechecking our dates. Otherwise it's a great stay.

The worst, they promised and did not deliver. NO shuttle, RUDE service at the front desk. I called the sales desk and told them 10-20 clients would be flying in for a Monday morning meeting. He wanted the business, so he proceeded to lie to me on several fronts. He told me they had a free shuttle from the airport. Clients were told the opposite when they arrived after a long flight. No shuttle from the airport. The Friendly saless person also told me they would shuttle our clients in a 15 person shuttle bus to the Monday morning meeting, clients were told there was no such shuttle bus the morning of the meeting and they all took taxis instead. The WORST part was the front desk person. About 5 clients showed up in suits and ties for a short business meeting Sunday night. The front desk person told them to LEAVE, that they should meet at Starbuchs, not in HER lobby. She was rude, unprofessional and an emabarrassment to even be around. The only part that was not a lie was the free breakfast. The free Wifi came with all sorts of glitches that made the single female clients very uncomfortable. I had to apologize to our clients for even suggesting this place.

A nice, comfortable hotel. Front desk staff is very friendly and courteous. Everything seems clean and well done. I think they even stock wine bottles and beer in their front desk snack store!

Great hotel at a great price. You can tell that they are concerned with keeping up the hotel's quality. New mattresses were being installed and the old ones weren't bad at all! Staff at front are very accommodating.

Of course it's nice, it's the Residence Inn! But then again, you can never go wrong… always guaranteed a wonderful meal and comfortable stay at Residence Inn. The one in Tustin is probably my favorite though.

My husband had a ccna training boot camp here. They were very nice to him and helpful. I enjoyed their awesome fast Wi-Fi. Very clean rooms. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast alot. Good options. The shower in our room was huge!

I love the modern feel to this hotel! Free continental breakfast is included with your stay. Your stay here is guaranteed to be enjoyable and very relaxing. Even if you get a suite on the freeway side of the hotel I guarantee it will not be an issue whatsoever. I will gladly choose this hotel chain and location for future reservations!

This was my first stop on a business trip last October. Having arrived from my first long haul flight, I was feeling very tired and like I needed a wash. When I went to check in, the staff were extremely welcoming. They also informed me that they could upgrade my room for free, so I ended up with a king suite. This was definitely a pick-me-up after the travelling! Pros: — Breakfast was nice — it was fairly standard American hotel fair; cereals, bagels, muffins, eggs, sausage etc. — Staff were very friendly — Immaculate rooms — Ample parking — Good location — the Newport Beach and Huntingdon Beach areas are a short drive away Cons: — If you are getting a taxi from LAX, I recommend getting the address of a couple of nearby streets (e. G. The intersection of Erdinger Ave and Red Hill Ave) and maybe printing off a map of the area. This hotel is very new, and the address wasn't listed on the taxi driver's sat nav so we spent about 10 mins extra driving around looking for it. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

Been here several times on business and rooms are dirty every time. Food residue on plates and silverware. Hairs in the bathroom. Lint all over my clothes after sitting on the couch.

This hotel is popular amongst cooperate people who come and have their big meeting here or around town. My family and I love it! The staff is friendly, from the front desk people to housekeeping. There's complimentary breakfast and it's good. They have batter and you can put it in the Waffle maker yourself. The hotel is clean and the staff if helpful.

The driveway is a little confusing because it's in the end before the hotel and I accidently thought it was where the freeway entrance was. I really like the set up of the kitchen and livingroom space. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent and lots of places to sit.

I gotta say I love the kitchen and they even do your grocery shopping list. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the sitting area inside and outside by the fireplace is just amazing!

The room I stayed in looks incredible. Although the quality of the furniture and appliances is what you'd expect of an average hotel, the looks of everything were fantastic! The shower was also memorably good looking. The Market is very convenient, there's a Starbucks across the parking lot, and the free breakfast was pretty tasty. Overall, amazing hotel. Loved it here!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. You get a full suite with a small kitchen and work station. It feels very much like a small studio apartment. My only complaints are that the walls are bit thin (I could hear some of the neighbors talking late at night) and that the desk seemed a bit understaffed. To be clear, we were on the side of the hotel away from the freeway, so we didn't hear that at all, nor did we hear the airplanes overhead. Overall, for the price you pay, and considering the condition of the hotel, this is a fantastic value. Starbucks adjacency was a bonus.

The location was great, it was very close to my hrandmas house. The rooms were very clean and tidy with nice and comfy beds. The service was decent, as to be expected from any hotel.

Good rooms with attached full stocked kitchens. Great for families who like to cook or for those who have kids who require home cooked meals. Not too far from Disneyland. Beds could however be bigger. The king in our room has the size more of like a queen sized bed.

Stayed here with the family. Lovely room, lovely staff. Fun experience! The staff is the shining star of this place, the manager on duty (i assume) brought us towels poolside, brought them all the way around and handed each of my young kids a towel personally… great service :) Loved breakfast! We will stay again.

I am here for a Wedding in Newport Beach and the location is great! The staff are excellent the moment you step in and they are super friendly. The place is super clean and the rooms are so modern and spacious especially the bathroom! I would highly recommend here if you plan on staying for a vacation or businness or a family visit! I give it a 2 thumbs up.

First time stay In A Fairfield, surprisingly very good. Breakfast, large clean room, good workout facility and clean surroundings.

It was the absolute very best experience. Staff was lovable and friendly, buffet breakfast was great and the room was extremely comfortable, and the lobby is 100% clean. Nathan and Gabbi were excellent in taking the time to help me find a perfect restaurant for my anniversary. I loved everything about my weekend there.

Ok hotel. Rooms are new with comfortable beds. Being right next to a Starbucks is a plus. Breakfast is good also. Biggest issue is noise with the basketball court. I'm not sure why the hotel allows people to make so much noise every evening and night playing basketball. There should be better quiet hours. Also, traffic can be bad right out of the hotel as the jam trying to get onto Highway 55 often extends to in front of the hotel. Overall, not a bad place to stay and the staff is very friendly.
