Review of Hampton Inn & Suites Santa Ana/Orange County Airport 2*

First time staying in a "nice' hotel like this. All of my travels, I always stuck in between on how to allocate my money, either on hotels, food, fun etc etc. So for the first time, instead of going to a budget hotel/motel, I chose to stay in Hampton Inn & Suites in Santa Ana. No doubt, it is a lot better than the budget hotels, no brainer. Hampton's continental breakfasts are absolutely amazing and it changes every morning! The rooms and restroom are very nice and clean. Something I definitely enjoyed & took advantage of. One thing I should have looked up more was the Wi-Fi, its not free. So unfortunate for a guy who brought his laptop expecting free Wi-Fi but it's such a small thing. Another thing is overnight parking is not free, $8/ night to park overnight cause of their "valet" thing. I have no clue what that meant cause I never saw them until one night where I came back around 11pm and there they were, there to assist me when there's no parking in their small parking lot. I gave my keys and there goes my car to whatever other parking lot they have hidden. Unfortunately, the next morning, I came down to get my key from the front desk and was told the car is the lot in front of the main entrance but after walking around the small lot, my car was not to be found. Had the front desk to help me and he didn't know where it was, so I had to wait about 15 mins for him to figure it out and lord behold, it was in their hidden parking lot somewhere down the horizon. Anyways everything was clean, nice and the staff was fantastic, just small hiccups here and there.
