Room 1024 no air or heat toilet very hard to flush.

We Loved staying at this hotel! The rooms were sooo clean and nice! Very modern and updated! The view was Incredible from the 14th floor! My Husband and I stayed there with our 2 little girls! The Beds were soooo cumfy, even the pull out! My girls had a blast at the indoor pool and my husband and I enjoyed the hot tub! The staff was super helpful and nice! I would def recommend this and I'd love to stay again!

Comfortable and quiet. Easy check in and friendly staff. No mini fridge in room, which was the one draw back, but our stay was fine.

I stayed at this hotel on a holiday weekend and even though I arrived well after midnight, I was given fantastic service and treated like a valued customer! Kudos to the night staff and especially Colin who took the time to make sure my stay was the absolute best.

Decor is dismal and uninspired. Poor communication between the front desk and the shuttle drivers. Budget amenities which are not always stocked every day. Age is showing on the peeling shower ceilings. Limited menu choices in the restaurant. I think they are trying to improve, but they got work to do. The bones are there and with some improvement how are they may achieve higher than a 3.8. … on a happy note, great views from the upper floors. Nice bar staff and shuttle drivers. Comfortable beds.

Overall, a very pleasant hotel to stay at. Lobby is welcoming and staff very attentive and assistive. The room is above standard; no problems, but also nothing too wow worthy. Bed is comfortable. Room has plenty of outlets. Recommend draping something over the over the room's thermostat if you like a dark room. On a similar note, superb window shades; you won't be bothered by a rising sun.

The hotel itself is very clean, has that upscale feel to it. We got an upgraded room which was absolutely worth it. Huge with an amazing view and a window the size of a wall. My complaints would be. 1. Since when does a hotel charge for parking? I have never had that experience. Most of the parking lot was empty so it didn't seem warranted. 2. The curtain in our room did not go all the way to the edge of the window. Which meant blinding light the moment the sun came up. 3. The AC was so loud that the wall and window shook when it turned on. I woke up more than once through the night because of it. 4. On two floors the vending machines were out of water. This meant we had to get water bottles through the hotel which were $5/piece. Overall the room was beautiful and very large, the staff friendly and professional, and everything was very clean and put together. I would stay again, but not for full price.

We had a reunion here at the Wyndham. It was a nice venue but the hallway where we gathered was uncomfortably warm. We had over 130 people. Would have been more comfortable if the air Conditioner was set to a comfortable temperature. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was nice. The only complaint was the temperature. Once we were in the conference room all was well.

Overall, a nice hotel with a friendly staff. Only negative is the lack of free parking for registered guests. Be aware that they will cut the daily parking down to $12 if you join the loyalty program, which only takes a minute. Unfortunately, it seems a lot of customers aren't told that, and end-up getting gouged for what should have been free in the first place.

Clean, friendly staff. I would not recommend for families with small children. No continental breakfast. They dont have a microwave or refrigerator in the rooms. Indoor swimming pool in California I repeat indoor swimming pool. And strict rules about noise We were there for softball and they asked that I sign a paper acknowledging the rules Quiet time starts at 10pm and no bouncing of balls in the hallways. Softballs are not normally used to dribble. I would recommend this hotel for business travelers.

This hotel is fantastic! The front desk staff were very helpful and super friendly. It is right next to Orange County John Wayne Airport, but you never hear noise from the airplanes. It's close to Huntington Beach and Disneyland. It is conveniently located with easy access to the 405 & 55. This hotel is beautiful, comfortable and a perfect place to stay for either business or vacation.

Great place to stay at if you're in for a couple of days. Conveniently placed near the SNA Airport and a bunch of food spots within a couple of blocks. I would've given it a 5 star review but checking in was kind of a long process and the rooms have some thin walls.

Service was amazing. Staff was very helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. Good amenities. Stayed for a week, was quite enjoyable.

One of the lower quality hotels that I've visited. Though the decor and general areas are nice and give the impression of a high class building, the service and the room itself are definitely sub par. In terms of the room, the square footage is by far smaller than what one would expect when paying for $180+/night. A second thing to note is the rooms get stuffy, unfortunately, the room is designed with little to no air ventilation. With regards to service, the staff is wonderful, but the services available for room service were lacking in terms of variety. I'm unsure if it was just the night I stayed and in which case I was tired and was a bit more judgemental or if it's the location.

Room was really nice — had the corner suite. Very good room, great location just off 405 and adjacent to John Wayne. My check in was perfect my only complaint was the housekeeping staff was nowhere to be found at all on the days I expected service I got none. In fact I checked in and did not get service until my last day and the only reason I received a basic service was by request at the front desk (for towels or anything). Otherwise I feel the $20/day ($ discounted if in Rewards) to park is just exorbitant! There is a very decent restaurant on site and I think it’s a nice property overall.

It would be nice to know in advance that you are going to pay $20/per night/per room/per car for parking. The website doesn't advise there is a parking fee nor does our reservation confirmation. We had several rooms for several nights and would have elected to stay elsewhere had we have known this.

Clean, customer oriented hotel with comfortable accommodations. I especially appreciated the free shuttle for the airport and within a three mile radius. This area was rather quiet in the evenings, nice for a walk outside and relaxing dinner in the hotel restaurant. You can hear the freeway, if course, but the hotel itself is quiet. A great there day stay for meetings nearby!

I enjoyed staying at the Wyndham Irvine-Orange County Airport hotel. The staff was nice and the rooms were funky but cool. The bed was so comfortable and it's pet friendly! My cat, Pete loved it! It's close proximity to various restaurants and the price wasn't too bad! Parking was pricey but you can park on the street for cheaper,, wish I had known that! They also give you amazing cookies when you check — in, they were delish.

This hotel is just a short ride away from the Orange County airport. I have stayed numerous times and have always been comfortable. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. There are not many food options in the area aside from some sit-down restaurants, if your stay is longer than one night. There is an indoor pool and the gym is very small. Overall a nice play to spend the night before a flight.

The check in was very simple and the staff was courteous. The room was clean and orderly. Since I typically need to iron clothes for business meetings I used the iron and ironing board. I found the iron worked as expected but leaked water a little. Also the ironing board cover appeared to be thin and well worn. The bed was comfortable and I was able to use the climate controls to easily make the room a comfortable temperature. I for a late check out and the front desk staff quickly accommodated me. Checkout was quick and the shuttle to the airport was a blessing.

This is where my job places us for work so I come here a few times a month. The front desk is always friendly and accomodating. Love their beds too! I travel all over the U. S. And they have some of the best beds! Great stays so far. Look forward to coming back soon.

Wyndham Irvine hotel is a very nice hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Their staff is really friendly and customer service oriented. The only issue is the pool wasn't as warm as I feel it should've been. It was a little too cold for u to swim in my child was shivering when she was in there. So we couldn't spend as much time in the pool as we wanted to. Other than that the hotel would've been perfect.

Great Airport hotel and business Location! The driver's especially, the van drivers especially The older Filipino Gentleman is one of the nice people I have ever encountered in my 18 years of traveling. The rooms are somewhat renovated and the bathrooms are well appointed! Front desk staff are friendly, helpful, and quick at getting a guest checked-in. Book this hotel in Irvine now!

The hotel staff has been great. Really helpful when I showed up at 9AM on a Sunday (check-in isn't till 3). They got a room ready for me early and pointed me to some good spots to kill a little time while I waited. Shuttle staff was great getting me to and from the meeting is I had in the area. Overall really good experience.

The hotel is 10 minutes from John Wayne Airport. Quiet, although it is very close to the I 405. Large rooms.

Very disappointed with the service at this hotel. The front desk was Extremely unhelpful. I was hardly at the hotel for a few hours during my 2 day stay so as you can imagine I didn't really ask for anything. However, the one request that I had "Can you please help me with a single printout" (My Catalina tickets) was declined. They advised me to go to the Business Centre which has pre-historic systems installed. The lady already there was struggling and I ended up taking upwards of 20 minutes to get my printout, during which I had to call the staff twice to assist me and also inform them that the printer had no ink. With SO many hotels in the same area, you can be sure I won't be back in a hurry.

Not my favorite… Stayed in a Hampton immediately before this hotel, and liked the Hampton better. Friendly service, comfy room, but nothing special. No fridge or microwave, expensive parking, chose a room with two beds, but the beds seemed like fulls instead of Queens.

We came in late night on Saturday due to flight delays and never have I experienced such rude staff, it gave me a really bad first impression of the place. Booked two rooms with two beds, but the rooms weren't even side by side. My friends who are a couple stayed in one of the rooms, the vents were so loud they ended leaving early morning to another hotel. Didn't see anything bad with the naked eye, but wasn't really looking. Indoor pool. Small exercise room. Fee for parking per night. More of a business hotel, not family friendly. One thing that was nice at this hotel was fresh infused iced water on the way out.

Hate the surprise parking charge, nightly. Where am I going to park? You have us trapped. Shame on you. Yosemite and Grand Canyon have better updated technology in their hotel rooms than this hotel. Liked the location. Liked the quiet. Beautiful hotel.

Not a good experience at all. Called and confirmed with reservations that I was in a 2 bed room. Check in and walk upstair to find out its a one queen. I called down and was told "let me see what I have available" found me one and told me I had to go downstairs to be switched. I asked if a bellman could come up with the new keys and they said no. So we go back downstairs just to be placed in the room literally right next door to the original one. Then as we are unwinding and going to sleep my friend finds hair in her bed that is not her own. We fall asleep wake up the next day and go to leave and get stuck at the exit gate swiping our room key and nothing happens. We press the button for assistance multiple times and nobody answers so we ended up having to call them. More time passes and nobody comes out to assist us my dad ends up having to start walking up to the front before being greeted by someone who let us go after trying to get assistance for 10 minutes.

Good place to stay but in need of new mattresses! And some maintenance in the pool area.

Lovely facility. We attended a murder mystery theater dinner performance. The food was delicious, the cast fun and friendly.

It is located close to the airport, probably 5 to 10 minute drive. Rooms appear clean. Hallway and common areas seemed warm this morning. My room was also warm even though thermostat was set at 68 degrees.

Stayed there this past weekend for a basketball tournament and absolutely loved it! We drove in from Sacramento and arrived at 10:30a. M. Without a place to crash until check-in. Naveen and Melissa went the extra mile, above and beyond to make our stay the absolute best. We were able to check in early and get the rest our 10 yr old son needed before his 2:00pm game and won both of our games! Will definitely be staying there again… Naveen & Melissa are a true example of hospitality and customer service! Hotel was spotless, rooms smelled fresh and clean, linens were soft and freshly laundered. Water pressure in shower was awesome, beds were comfortable, area was quiet. Lots of places close by to choose from to eat… favorite was "Poke Spot" in "The Square" shopping center. All in all a wonderful experience.

The staff was very friendly. Given my style and obvious lack of wealth I often find I am spoken to differently, especially at Marriott locations. But I felt complete sincerity and professionalism from each person I encountered from the man greeting and directing at the entryway to the front desk receptionists and the housekeepers. Great deal, beautiful room, and the 24 hour mini mart was a lifesaver when my almost three year old daughter wanted milk before bed. Many thanks for the wonderful experience!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was very nice, the room was very nice. We encountered no issues during our one night stay. By far the best in room Wi-Fi I have ever had at a hotel. Only reason it is not 5 stars is because the rooms don't come with a mini fridge and like more and more hotels, they charge additional for parking. All in all, it's a great hotel, I would stay there again if in the area, or recommend to anyone in the area.

My daughter had her quinceañera here. The staff was very helpful and my 200 guests were extremely happy. The ballroom was beautiful, the food was delicious and very high quality, and the staff went above and beyond to make this day magical. I would recommend this venue to anyone planning a big event.

The food was not of good quality.

Call the hotel in advance for a late check-in and it was not an issue at all. They were very kind and helpful with seeing that we could have a late check-in. A couple issues did arrive upon checking though. We had reserved a room with two queen beds but they had none. They were going to give us a room with one king bed but we are not a couple. Inform them that this would not be acceptable and they could not figure out what to do. It took them about 20 minutes to figure it out. Finally they found a new world for us that accommodating our needs and pre-booking arrangement. The other small issue we had was one of the Travelers is disabled. The hotel has disabled parking at $18 a day. We address this issue and a manager immediately remove the charge. So although we had some issues with the hotel all issues were resolved before we stepped into our room with a kind staff.

Was here for a meeting. Water, glasses, and pens provided. 22$ all day parking. Takes credit cards. Coffee available for purchase downstairs. The AC kept kicking on as was pretty loud, but at least maintained a comfortable temperature.

Overall a nice value in a good location. The rooms and common areas appear to have been recently renovated. Be aware of the $18 parking fee. Not a big deal considering that the room was reasonably priced. The Wifi is free and reasonably fast. I loved the free water bottles in the room. Would stay again.

Hotel is clean and rooms are nice. It is very close to the airport and in a corporate area so dont expect to venture outside to find anything to do or eat. My stay was short so I never tried used any of the amenities or ate at the restaurant.

The hotel facilities are nice enough and the location is great with easy access to local attractions nearby as well as great restaurants. The staff was very friendly and nice, but the walls in the room are so paper thin we had a horrible night's sleep due to an inconsiderate guest next door who kept us up all night. I'd be more inclined to recommend it of it weren't for the fact that your experience will depend so strongly on who you have around you.

We had a roomon 14th floor. Really clean and quiet. Trying to get the Wi-Fi to work was a nightmare and there are no smoking rooms.

The guess services was on point accommodating our every request. The bed was clean and so was the room. It was a good overnight stay.

The Wyndham has a great location, minutes away from the airport and it has entertainment, shopping, and eating establishments close by. The Wyndham's rooms are mostly updated and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is good, though expensive. The hotel restaurant's offerings are not spectacular, but they're OK. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

Outrageous meal prices for poor quality food, no free breakfast, rude, disinterested hotel staff, cramped bathroom and shower. I will make every effort to avoid this hotel in the future.

Pretty good hotel. Nice and clean. Has a pool, hot tub, and a small deck without much of a view besides the cars zooming by outside. Also there is not much food nearby so you're either going to have to walk a while or order the pricey hotel food. Considering this is an airport hotel, I guess one won't stay there too long so it's ok.

Got a great weekend rate at this hotel. Room was clean and newly refurbished with a large flat screen TV. The staff was friendly and the food was very good. Had a great lunch there. This is a nice hotel tucked away in a professional office park. Parking is gated and less expensive than at local peer hotels. There was even dependable free Wi-Fi.

It's an ok hotel needs updating. Also watch out for the police that come Thru to patrol their parking lot. After getting some food one night I was harassed by the cops for no reason when I was already parked and walking to my room. I was about to walk thru the entrance of the hotel when the cop asked me to stop then show him my ID and he couldn't give me a legitimate reason why he stopped me other than he wanted to talk. I told the cop I was a guest at this hotel showed him my room key and he still continued to harass me without giving me a legitimate reason for why I was stopped. I have had this happen 3/5 times staying at this Wyndham hotel location. When I brought it up the front desk attention they said it was for the safety of the hotel guest and employees. So if they think having the cops harassing their hotel guest is the way to keep their hotel safe I definitely won't be staying at this Wyndham location again. I have never had any problems at any other Wyndham hotel locations only this one. The Wyndham corporation should remove this hotel from their franchise as it gives them a bad name.

3 strikes each one worst than the previous. 1) during my late night check in the front desk refused to accept a credit card authorization form provided by my company. I dont use my personal credit cards for business travel. I had about $40 in cash in my wallet that the front desk offered to take off my hands in exchange for my check in. Typically with a misunderstanding like this hotels usually let you slide on a technicality like this then let you resolve it in the morning. I went down the following morning and they accepted the credit card authorization form like it was no big deal. They were confused as to why I had an issue the night before. They also thought it odd that the evening guy took cash from me. 2) During my second night I was enjoying a hamburger while watching TV in my boxers (basically relaxing after a hard day) when some other guest came into my room. He was issued a key for my room and just walked in. It was embarrassing, but then this guy lingered for a few minutes and insisted on having a conversation for like 10 minutes while I sat there in awe with a hamburger in my hand. I eventually asked him to go get another room. 3) Later the second night I got something out of my car and returned to find myself locked out of my room. My key didnt work. I went to the front desk and was accused of trying to steal a free night. They claimed that my reservation was just for one night and that I was trying to steal a free night.

As they say you get what you pay for. They keep the price low and then nickel and dime, $18 day for parking! The walls are thin complained to front desk twice about people next door partying loud. They moved me to another room. But this is the old Crowne Plaza and it shows walls are thin if your neighbors door is on the same line as you wall when the close it rattles your entire wall. Vending machines not working, elevator to gym/pool not working. Not sure if I would return. People at front desk seem nice, Just ok They try it's just that this was a 2 star hotel they turned into a 3 star with 2 star infrastructure.

Excellent customer service and staff, and you can get inredible last minute deals on Priceline. Use your head to figure out the best times to put in bids based on the gap betweeen check in and check out.

Nice hotel good breakfast had a little anut problem but overall it was good.

I've been here a time or two before and didn't care for it. Since they remodeled it I like it allot. Plenty of outlets. The carpet is mostly black and the duvets are white with texture. The room I stayed in had 4 large mirrors. The one in the bathroom rocks! PS. The Wi-Fi sucks : (.

I booked this hotel for 5 nights through Priceline for my trip to California. When I checked-in, they charged me $15/night for parking! Priceline guaranteed that the parking and internet were free, why would I pay for this ridiculous amount?! Also requested 2 double beds, but they give me one regular bed and one roller bed, wow. Lesson learned never repeated business with this hotel nor Priceline again.

Older hotel but clean, free coffee in am, and great food.

Decent. Our room is quite small, but there is free Wi-Fi. The parking is $15a night, but there is am indoor pool/gym/basketball court. No fridge/microwave, so I'm 50/50 on how much I like this hotel.
