I guess we’ll be the only guests who were not thrilled with this hotel. It is clean and modernized, and the bed is comfy. However, there s a very small closet and no place to unpack clothes. The bathroom vanity area is too small to place anything. There are no water cups or glasses, no in room safe, and the TV is on the wall beside the bed. Also, there is no chair or mirror in the bedroom to put on makeup. I guess when we booked, we didn’t realize it is not a full-service hotel. We are sorry we used our HH points for this mini — hotel.

Really good hotel. Service was awesome and the hotel is modern and clean. Pool was a bit small, but overall really enjoyed our 1 night stay.

I stayed two nights on a work trip. The room was very clean and my interactions with the staff were very pleasant. I didn't eat at the hotel, so I can't comment on the food. I would stay again in the future.

Near by 405, but it is quiet. Room 313 is not big, but everything is clean and comfortable. Great details.

It was a wonderful experience! We reserved a king room and were upgraded to a suite. It was a special treat after a long day of traveling!

One of the nicer hotels in the area — clean, friendly staff, and the first I've seen to implement digital check-in, room assignment, and key via the Hilton Honors smartphone app. If you don't like having to deal with the front desk, or wait in line to deal with the front desk, you'll appreciate this new all digital system which let's you bypass the front desk entirely if that's what you want. There isn't an option to self checkout, however, so you'll still need the front desk on your way out. I don't mind either way but it would be nice if they built this into the app as well.

I loved how clean the location was. They have food in the lobby and it's a buffet breakfast. Shower had decent water pressure, good pillows, nice TV with lots of channels, Wi-Fi was strong enough for me to play my PS4 online without lag. Customer service was great too and they were able to accommodate my needs.

Great room and service was everything you'd expect from here. The only setback that docked them a point was that they didn't check us in until about 3:30. Check in was at 3:00. They claimed that the rooms weren't ready. I know that checkout is at 12:00 so they must've had 1 room ready to go by the time we arrived and checked with them a few times after 12. Other than that, things were great. Very business like in nature but a nice stay with pieces of luxury here and though. Very clean.

Excellent hotel — very clean and well appointed, near the airport. Excellent and friendly service from the entire desk staff and the bartender. You'll need a car or access to taxi/ride-sharing to get to shopping/entertainment options.

Nicer than most airport hotels I'm used to. Good bed, nice shower, pretty quiet. Breakfast was great compared to most hotel spreads. Friendly staff. Positive all around.

Great location just outside of the airport. It’s clean and relaxing environment. Parking is reasonable and plenty of it close to the entrance. I’d stay here again.

I am a long time Hilton member (over 13 years) and my experience with this hotel staff in no way reflects the way the company is run. Called from the airport and talked to Anthony (or something with an A. He was difficult to understand) and informed him I was ready for the shuttle. He confirmed my reservation and informed me the shuttle will be there in 15-20 min. 45 min later, no shuttle. I call back and get a other rep. She apologized and sent the shuttle. 15 min later when I finally get picked up, the shuttle driver apologized and said that no one told her that I was there waiting. I mentioned it again at check-in and get a passing "sorry about that" while I was being checked in. Overall a sign of poor leadership and after looking at other reviews of this property, I see a trend. Piss poor experience that skews the way I look at the rest of the property. Won't stay here again because of that experience. Plenty other Hilton properties nearby with better service.

Rooms quite large, there is a capsule Coffee Machine with a microwave to talk to other hotel compared to is relatively not the same…

Good hotel for short stay. Food is pricey but decent. Rooms are well furnished and maintained.

Room was clean. Very close to SNA airport. Breakfast was fresh and had healthy options. Staff was very frienly and helpful. Provided a shuttle to the airport in the morning. Would stay here again.

Wors’t hotel ever. The carpet was dirty, no water bottles in the room. The person at the front desk named Veronica, awful person. They charged me $15 bucks for one night of parking, they didn’t tell me that before. The boy again at the front desk, a despotic person. I signed a $25 bucks voucher 4 days ago and they haven’t released it.

The property is off of the beaten path. Our room is very clean. The property is kept. The king sized bed slept comfortably. However, the design of the bathroom is different. Perhaps due to the style/material of the floor which might be slippery when wet, there are safety bars in a few different places. There's a small fold-up bench/seat in the shower which you walk into. It doesn't have a lip to contain the water. Instead it has a slight dip in the floor which hopefully keeps most of the water from wetting the entire bathroom floor. It looks/feels like a nursing home. I like to take a bath in a jetted or regular tub. I was expecting the traditional shower/bathtub combo. I'm not sure if all of the rooms are like this but I don't care for the bathroom design.

All of the tremendous critiques had been actual. Clean lodge with all of the facilities you may ask for. This motel does not have many flooring however is the ideal getaway for a quick journey or an prolonged live. The entirety from the foyer to the rooms to the room itself was smooth & had the just washed odor. Most effective stayed one night but next time i'll be sure to stay longer!

Good hotel. Parking was a bit tight and way overpriced for daily parking. Breakfast was good. Pool area is pretty cool with it being open air but covered. No hot tub. Rooms were average. Great location.

Hilton honors gold member here. I'm staying here now. When I arrived yesterday, I asked the guy who checked us in how he was doing. Instead of politely answering, he looked me in the eyes with an annoyed expression, and said "how may I help you", in an assertive tone. I asked to check in, and if there any upgrades for Hilton gold members. He said no. But that I could check in from hour to hour though, or perhaps tomorrow. I booked and paid for a king room. The bed in the room is 67" x 78". Bigger than a queen. Smaller than either an Eastern or Cal King bed. They assured me that it was a king bed. Today I checked in, in the morning and I was told I'd be notified when a room upgrade was available. I was never called. Then, when I stopped by the front desk just now, it was the same guy from yesterday. He said all rooms that would be an upgrade have sold out. I don't believe him, so I'm giving this hotel a 1 star review. Now he has a reason to be annoyed.

Both rooms were clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were comfortable and it was quiet. The staff was friendly.

Great hotel, conveniently located near John Wayne Airport. The rooms are clean and the front desk staff are very friendly. The breakfast was good, I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I am in town.

One of our company members had reserved a room ahead of time to save time and convenience. Nonetheless, they refused service to us. Very disrespectful staff, especially management! Ruined the business trip for our member. It is unfortunate that a company with high reputation would not recognize the poor leadership and staff! Training your staff is key for further prevalence! Businesses stay away from here! They hold no regards to your operations!

The most absolute and disrespectful staff! I payed ahead of time to avoid any inconvenience. Now, I like to keep my credit cards separate. Therefore, I didn't bring the original credit card I paid with. I asked to spoke to the manger Evan Smith. To make a long story short, they refused to check me in all together. I presented my military ID, hoping I would get better service, yet no regards for patriotism! Way to go Hilton! Next time, put better staff in charge that have better customer service. It's a sad era for the hospitality industry.

Nice rooms, there were dirty used towels in our room though, hotel staff could have been more friendly, housekeeping bothered us too early and there was no parking.

So far it's been a very nice experience. Very clean in the rooms and throughout the property. Not crazy about the surprise $15 per day parking fee. Our package includes breakfast which is a big deal for a family. I guess that helps defray the parking expense.

One of the best stays ever! Definitely a clean sleek Suite room, Love everything about this hotel. Room service is very good and on time. The king suite has two bathrooms and two TVs sofa bed and king bed, Self parking and its free, Definitely coming back and recommend!

I had overlooked reviewing this hotel on our road trip last September; I wanted to comment on a couple of things about this hotel. First, it is in the best location ever for the Orange County airport. That was one of my top priorities when looking for a hotel for this last night of vacation. It is about 5 minutes away which was so nice for a very early flight. The lobby is very clean and modern, and the staff top notch and efficient. Our room was spacious and clean. There is a charge for parking but it was only around $12 a night which is not expensive for this area. There is a also breakfast offered for a fee but we did not partake as we left extremely early. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

There was nothing wrong with the hotel and the staff. However, there is a star deduction, as the service personnel on the departure date have been so kind as to accept our unstamped postcards and send them for us. However, the postcards have never arrived. Conclusion: Glad to send again, but post yourself.

At 240.00 dollars night I expected rooms to be mor fancy they don't have a jacuzzi and parking is 15.00 a night the food was great at the restaurant. They don't open for lunch at week ends and the bar is closed till 4.30

My family and I stayed recently for access to the airport and Disneyland. Terrific location! The hotel is very nice, clean, lovely service and wonderful breakfast. We were lucky to have encountered two terrific employees. We checked in with Anthony at The Front Desk and he was so friendly and greeted us each time he saw us. When we returned back after a long day at Disneyland we were fortunate to be greeted by Chasen at the bar/restaurant. Wow he is a super guy, so attentive to our needs and made our evening enjoyable. These employees are super stars, we will definitely be back to this hotel. Thank You Hilton Garden Inn!

I love this Hilton property and stay here whenever we are in the So Cal area. The rooms and lobby are extremely clean. The staff is always helpful and friendly, and they keep the lobby very inviting with fresh cucumber water and also complimentary coffee in the morning and oat bars in the evening. Parking is convenient with a daily charge.
