Quality and service are good and constant. I have been there over 30 time in the last past 2 years and got upgraded room many time… the 24h gift shop always have something good to eat and a Starbucks coffee. Events are often scheduled During the weekend. Pool and jacuzzi are available late if you are respectful and don’t make too much noise. The personnel is responsive and creative in cases of challenging request. Overall a good ratio quality/price for Orange County.

The Hotel Irvine lives up to its reputation as a lifestyle Hotel — the staff was amazing. This hotel showed its greatness starting from the shuttle ride from the Airport with their driver Martin. I received a welcome card from Angie Nguyen the senior customer experience manager as well as some items that I had called about before I arrived. While I cannot recall the names of the many on staff people I interacted with, needless to say, actually strike that needless. Every single person on staff that I interacted with, was highly professional, cheerful, and willing to go out of their way to ensure I had a wonderful stay. I took a Spring day ride on one of the Hotel's recreational bicycles. Just one of the many complimentary benefits customers receive upon request. The staff was very helpful, patient, and cheerful in helping resolve a few issues that cropped up during my stay. From resolving bicycle reservations, to providing a couple of first aid Band-Aids, to mention only two — Their response to issues that I reported, was quick, rapid, efficient, and effective. I am more than happy to recommend this destination to anyone considering it. I know that you will have a wonderful time during your stay at the Hotel Irvine.

Wow what a wonderful hotel! Even the bar was packed last night. Felt like a real lounge! Room was plush, we had a balcony. Didn't like the shower room though… Water pressure was low. No floor mat, really hate the half shower doors… Parking was only $22 a night! Better then the Hilton!

I loved this hotel. My family and I arrived at midnight and our room was ready. The place is beautiful and very cozy. The staff was nice and I especially liked one of the valet guys. I believe he was a manager. He was so friendly and inviting, he even gave us some good places to tour. The only think I didn’t like so much was the restaurant. The breakfast bar was great but when we decided to have dinner on Sunday night the staff was more worried about cleaning for the coming week than tending to us. We waited a while for our drinks, then the man went back to cleaning, then brought us our food and he forgot to mention that the burgers we ordered was vegetarian. So then we had to wait even longer for the correct burgers to be made. After that we ordered a burger to go for my husband and they forgot the bacon. He was hungry so we didn’t even mention it to the staff. But overall we really enjoyed our stay and we will be returning.

I will never stay at another hotel again. This was by far the best hotel ever. You can upgrade your room to Club 12 for only $35.00 extra a day and receive unlimited beer, wine breakfast and dinner appertizers. The hostess in Club 12 Joshua was amazing. He severed me hand and foot all weekend long. The rooms are updated and the carpet is clean! They had a live DJ, a full store, and a heated pool/jacuzzi.

This hotel has a great location with lots of things too recommend it. Big rooms, great towels, comfy bed with feather pillows. Good TV service lots of storage. The lobby has an amazing store/ food bar where everyone can get what they need. Only complicating really read the water pressure in the shower was barely enough. Otherwise this closer to John Wayne airport is ideal.

I LOVE this hotel. The room is very comfortable. The breakfast is going to part to 15 dollars, but is eaten as was the food. The staff spectacular. And for the night in the hotel to a lot of music and fun.

Incredibly spacious. This is the perfect hotel to be stuck at if you're traveling & don't plan on/ not able to get around the city. There's lots of room to walk around, sit, eat, ect. They have a small grocery area, multiple bars & places to order quality food. I love this hotel & definitely recommend it.

We had our Holiday party here this past December. The location is nice, easy to get to, rooms were nice, nothing special. The common areas are fantastic, great little bar, wonderful mini-mart type store with good food you can take back to your room and the ballroom was beautiful. Our event was a lot of fun, food and drinks were good. They have an outdoor area as well that looked beautiful too.

The Irvine Hotel is a modern complex with meeting rooms and restaurants. I attended a conference and never went above the first floor. The meeting room had excellent projection and good sound and was isolated from outside noises. Lunch was served on the patio and provided a good selection of proteins. A vegan selection was available. Parking was prepaid by the conference. The hotel is wheelchair accessible.

Loved our stay here. The elevators are fast, the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Slept like a baby. The balcony was a great extra and there are many amenities. The 24hr store in the lobby was very convenient for late night burritos and drinks. The hotel restaurant was very attentive and the food was good!

The service is great, the staff is very accommodating and friendly. The food is great and well prepared. The rooms are nice and comfy with lots of extra towels and space. Right in the heart of Irvine, so it's very good place to stay. I enjoyed my two nights while attending a conference at the same location!

Stayed for 7 days for a corporate event. Helpful and courteous staff, good rooms, good view. Spacious setup for corporate events. Bfast is same every single day and food is ordinary. Less than ordinary for vegetarians. Interesting bar space. Easy availability of cabs to move around.

Very accommodating. It has an older 60's vibe going on, and very comfortable. I love the beds. My back was hurting, but the bed made me feel better. We were there for a conference, and the staff was awesome. As I said, very accommodating.

Stayed from 3-30 to a 4-1 for a family wedding, service at check in was very poor. We had reserved a block of rooms for the wedding which the front desk didn't have any information on. The room rate was incorrect several in my party ended up being charged double the regular rate. Once I arrived in my room it was ok, nothing special. The clock and in room safe did not work, no biggie. The room was fairly clean. My only complaint is the operations of the front desk. The front desk staff is not on the same page. They did not even have the reservation for the bride and groom who set up and signed the contract for the block of rooms. Customer service was very poor, I ended up with several charges that I had to get refunded because the front desk messed up. I WILL NEVER stay at this hotel again. I had no issue from the other staff in the hotel, very friend in fact, the bar, house keeping, breakfast staff all are great. The front desk is a major issue.

This is a chic boutique hotel. Really nice and clean. Staff are very courteous and kind from valet service to front desk to engineering to the person in Club 12. This is second visit here. First was during New Years eve, ringing the new year, then now. I heard that this is the premier hotel for conferences and meetings, and wedding reception too. Right now the Orange county High school of Arts students have an event. So sometimes it gets a bit crowded and pretty bit noisy. But no worries just get a room on their top floors and you will not get bothered. Our TV last night seems dark in picture and we could not adjust it, we called the front desk and they sent their guy to do th adjustments, when this failed, he replaced it with another TV. All done in 15 minutes. Exceptional service. And the view from our room! Breathtaking!

Loved this place. Reasonably priced w AAA rate. Great bar and pool area. Rooms were spacious and well appointed. Would stay here again. Highly recommend.

I was only there for a couple of hours for a meeting with a group of people but the venue was good. The food court area was really clean and big. You could order hot food meals, coffee, pick fresh fruits, snack items and amazing deserts. It looked safe and clean and very comfortable. I would try staying there overnight.

Fantastically helpful staff. I was here for a week of conference and everything was about perfect. The Marketplace in the lobby provided delicious food, but the hospitality food for the conference itself was better than average. Everyone was friendly. The only complaint I have is that my room's light bulbs were yellow and dim. I understand both the concept of warm, comforting lighting and conserving energy, but an LED bulb would have conserved more while lighting better. I did my makeup in my phone by the window to better see the result. Still, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The entire hotel was amazing! The staff was so friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a king room on the top floor which was very clean and nicely decorated. The staff put a number of tasty treats in our room for us to enjoy. The restaurant and marketplace had great selections and reasonable prices. We are looking forward to our next opportunity to stay again.

Went to visit a hotel bar. It was what you would expect, drinks were okay and not too expensive but also not very much alcohol. Chairs were pretty comfortable and music was not too loud. Best part was probably the interior of the hotel because you could take some nice pictures for a night going out.

Hotel Irvine is my go to hotel in this part of the world when travelling for work. Rooms are great and the staff super helpful. The location is great for getting places, it's close to John Wayne airport the 5 and 405. The restaurant serves some wonderful food, but the selection is a little small and it shuts at 9pm, so plan ahead. They're minor niggles I'll be back again next year.

Hotel was nice and the bar and staff were amazing. The reason why I am rating this with 1 star is because stuff inside my suitcase was stolen that I had left in the room. I filed a report with Security twice and never received any updates. This should have been handled better with at least an update or anything. Be careful with your stuff left in the room even if it is enclosed in your belongings!

This hotel is decent but needs an upgrade and some new paint if you know what I mean. A bit rougher around the edges than you might expect. Very nice and helpful staff. A nice change from a Marriott or Hilton. Great central OC location and just a few minutes from John Wayne Airport and South Coast Plaza.

What a fun hotel. Found a great package on their site. Half off dinner, upgraded room and Club 12 access. The Eats restaurant has good food, I recommend the steak for only $22. Bed is comfortable with hot water and good pressure in the shower.

Had brunch at Eats restaurant at Hotel Irvine. Our server, Jill, gave absolutely fantastic service. The food was outstanding. In particular, The Cinnamon French toast was absolutely delicious. The bottomless mimosas were very reasonable and were always kept full. I'll be coming back again very soon.

The location of the hotel is convenient due it being close to the freeway. The rooms where out dinner and cocktail hour took place were very plain looking compared to modern style of the lobby and hallways leading into the reception rooms. The food and drink options were great. The parking rate is extremely expensive considering that our event was only 3 hours long. Also, the self service kiosk as you're exiting the self parking lot was not functioning and therefore not taking the prepaid validation vouchers. The line of vehicles was backed up and it took a while to get out of the fairly small parking lot. It would have been an easy fix if a parking attendant would have been present, rather than having to use the self service kiosk as you're exiting the parking lot.

As I was attending a conference the small time I spent at Hotel Irvine was nice. The staff were very polite and courteous, the restrooms were very clean, and the food was delicious. The conference space was well-lit, well served, and the meals were fantastic. The waiter staff were constantly cleaning tables and delivering food, all while keeping the environment quiet and well-organized.

Great atmosphere, quick and easy check in/out. Modern style in the lobby is nice, and the variety of food and drink available at the various restaurants and bars in the building is quite convenient. Concierge was readily available via text. I also love it when there's a nice robe in the room for lounging after a shower. A+++, would stay again.

This is a modern hotel that's well equipped with a pool, health center (a. K. A. Gym), bar, restaurant, and a convenience center that sells mostly food. Front desk staff is responsive and quick although it took a couple of tries before locating one of the online purchases I had sent to the hotel. The staff is amiable but housekeeping left a little something to be desired what with neglecting to replace used drinking glasses two days in a row. Aside from that everything else was perfect.

This used to be my favorite hotel, truly. It's nice, new and modern. I loved the fact they have a market inside, its like having a grocery store in your hotel. The restaurant is great and the rooms are nice, big and always smell great. The only problem is the quality of service has gone down dramatically since they first opened.

I visited Hotel Irvine for a conference so I spent a lot of time on the grounds. The room was wonderful. The staff was polite in all circumstances. The pool area really gives the feeling of a resort experience. Additionally, there are two bars with happy hours so the social scene was energizing. I would recommend anyone to stay there!

This was a great hotel to stay at! We had a Groupon deal which included a $25 gift card as well as 2 free drinks at the bar. The front desk was extremely friendly and super helpful, they were nice enough to let us switch our 2 free drinks out for smoothies as we can't drink. We stayed on the 3rd floor and while the view was nothing admirable, the room itself was great. It was modern and clean. The only thing I didn't like was the sheets and blankets, they weren't very soft but it's only something minor.

We stayed on the 13th floor over a weekend. It was quiet, our room had a fantastic view and it was very clean and modern on the inside. We actually used a groupon to pay and they gave us a free $25 gift card for the Spectrum and also a smoothie voucher for their marketplace. They have an outdoor pool, a little fuzzball table next to it and a outdoor theatre. At night you can pay to watch a movie on the lawn which looked fun. I cant think of any cons really. We had a fantastic time here. Its a great location close to a korean plaza with a lot of great food.

The website says free breakfast but that is not the case. When we checked in the front desk said yes sir every morning… so the next meeting we ask went to the breakfast and low and behold it is be included! I went back ruok the front desk and of course last night clerk was incorrect… sorry. The breakfast is prepaid… wow the website doesnt say that. Never coming back.

The back area was excellent as an event location. The lounge area was large and had seating for everyone. Service was friendly and the catered food was excellent. We were served buffet style tacos, prime rib, Chinese noodles and assorted dessets inside a freestanding air conditioned structure.

We had a work function in the back courtyard. The bartenders were very knowledgeable and all the staff were friendly and attentive. The venue was clean and well lit. Security also made sure everyone was safe (and civilized). Parking structure made parking easy and valets were also very attentive, with enough room in the front for easy pickup via Uber, Lyft, etc. There was another large event going on at the hotel, but staff were so well organized and informed of both events that nobody got lost or confused with any of them. Would highly recommend to anyone for any occasion!

Very courteous staff, the place was VERY well styled in the inside of the hotel lobby. The room we visited to see a friend was well kept and a tad on the fancy side. The people who worked there were nice and professional. If I didn't live in SoCal, this would definitely be on the top of my list of hotels to stay at.

I came to the Hotel Irvine on a business trip. The check-in was smooth and easy, the room was clean, and the amenities are complete. Anything that I've needed has been available in the hotel and it's restaurant and food market. The business meeting rooms are adaptable. I can't speak to the cost, but the experience has been phenomenal.

Came here for drinks, dinner and dessert. Everything was wonderful from start to finish. Service was superb and all the staff at the hotel were helpful and attentive. Parking is also easy to find and they validate your parking when you dine inside, so bring your validation.

I came for T. H. E. Show Newport, and they do a great job hosting the event. It's clean and pleasant. The only downside is the slow elevators, which can affect large events.

This place is a great meeting hotel. I've stayed here the past 3 years and each time I have extended my stay to include some family time as well. The food is great at EATS and the Marketplace is open 24 hours and has room delivery all night long. Parking is expensive if you stay more than 30 minutes. My daughter who dropped in to pick a few things up stayed for 33 minutes and got charged $22 for the pleasure! That's Orange County for you.

As an international business traveler I've stayed in hundreds of hotels and hotel Irvine is one of my all time favorites! The service was great and friendly. The amenities are unbelievable and clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the basic room came complete with free Wi-Fi, a mini fridge and complimentary water. The complimentary breakfast is the best I've had. Their breakfast takes "continental" to a new level with chocolate chip pancakes and Odwalla juice plus much more! I normally stay in a Hilton at minimum and I prefer Hotel Irvine.

I was very happy with the cleanliness of the hotel and it's amenities. I felt as if it could be seen as a small convention center that would be great for meetings. The restaurant, bar, and marketplace were some of the best I've seen/had in a hotel. To top it off, Hotel Irvine had a great looking outdoor area and pool.

Went to a USC business conference here a few months ago and it's a really nice hotel. I didn't stay there because I just drove back to San Diego, but I did get dinner and drinks. The staff was friendly and the food was really good. Plus, it's really close to the freeway and the airport without being noisy.

Stayed here with my husband, sister, and 12-month old for 3 nights. We were impressed by the vibe and decor at Hotel Irvine. The entire hotel was very clean and staff was friendly. The 24 hour Marketplace food was great! The $5 pizzas were delicious — you have to try them. We were also impressed by the continental breakfast. They offered a variety of foods and fresh pastries. I loved that the room was spacious, much more so than most hotel rooms. Will definitely be staying here again!

I stayed at Hotel Irvine this past weekend for the Women in Summit 2016 conference and really enjoyed the hotel space and decor. My room, which was a standard with two double beds, was pleasant and comfortable. No complaints to my room experience. The food that was catered during the summit was great and the staff that handled the catering (refilling drinks/beverages) was on point! They were extremely helpful and nice to communicate with. The gym was a decent size and I was able to do my normal workouts without there being too many people (was super early in the morning). Breakfast is complimentary for hotel guests. However, the line in the morning could move a bit quicker. We waited for a while to be seated and the line grew longer after we got our breakfast, which was self-serve. Downstairs in the lobby, they happily hold onto your luggage if you've extended your stay time. However, they do not accommodate requests for extended check out time. The staff is extremely nice. If you're staying at the hotel, they waive the parking fee for self-parking, which is located right behind the hotel.

A specially Thank to Mr. Ebrahim Irajpanah "Ebi" for his outstanding work. First week of October 2015, me and my then wife to be approached Mr. Ebrahim Irajpanah "Ebi" the manager at the Hotel Irvine to check for a potential venue for our wedding ceremony. From our very first meeting we got the sense that we can rely on mr. Ebi with our wedding planning. This of course includes wedding hall decorations, seating and table decorations, a huge variety buffet, and arrangements for a little pre-wedding ceremony which was outside the hall in open air which in itself demanded for separate seatings, light and sound setup. Needless to say, wedding planning and the desire to have each everything pin point perfect can be very stressful. Fortunately in our case mr. Ebi's patience and absolute guest satisfaction approach towards every single change or alteration made it very easy for us. The very helpful staff were available to the very end of the wedding ceremony which meant a very pleasant, enjoyable, and relaxed sphere for all our guests. I would surely recommend Hotel Irvine as one of the best wedding venues and definitely mr. Ebi as an one window policy manager whom you can absolutely rely upon. Ramiz KaAmiL.
