I have stayed at Embassy Suites for the last 20 years and always found them to be an excellent choice. I have stayed at this location before and never had an issue, however we stayed there in June of 2018. Their website said they were newly renovated. The first room we were given had stains on the carpet, smelled musty and the bathtub was clogged with hair. There was a hole in the wall where they had made plumbing repairs and never patched. The refrigerator was leaking water and making the carpet wet. We were given another room which was cleaner and smelled better but again the drain was clogged. Fruit was spilled on the floor in the hallway outside our room and after 3 days was still there. Hotel was dirty and not your typical Embassy Suites. Talked to a manager and received an email from their director of security saying that is not typical and they hoped I would come back again. No thanks and I would not recommend this location. Santa Ana is a short drive away and much nicer.

Cameras on all floors and they have a free shuttle to Disneyland. Notable features are "cooked to order breakfast" and electronic key check in (functional). Views of the Santa Ana River Trail brought back cherished memories of Engineering friends and many lovely rides to the ocean. Thanks for the invite (met a family with a relative at Kaiser Hospital in Anaheim) and meeting everyone from Mom, Sister and Brother was nice. Drinks — — alcoholic and otherwise — — are provided during the nightly cocktail reception on the main floor (north). Anaheim PD patrols here so safety is not an issue. See the custom rod iron custom work on the railings, clean windows and delightful pool — — south side — — and outdoor patio. There is a special children's area at this Embassy. The ponds were clean and the architecture is not basic (notice the lamps). Lemon water was refreshing.

The rooms were set arranged nicely and very clean. The breakfast and evening happy hour are great additions for your stay. Hotel staff were attentive and polite. The restaurant had good food also.

Great place to stay. This should not be confused with the South location which is near Disneyland. The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool is small but still fun for kids. The free breakfast if really good with plenty of options. The dining are is the central courtyard which is very nice and well kept. Parking can be tough because the lot is shared with a nightclub. The parking staff was helpful but get back to the hotel too late and you'll be parking in the back.

Excellent location, outstanding breakfast. Poorly managed, $10 for parking. Whether you're in Anaheim to visit breweries or Disneyland, it's hard to beat the location of this hotel. And the hot breakfast, including made to order eggs/omelettes, was fantastic. Unfortunately, the staff don't seem well managed (or supported), where a call into the front desk was put on hold repeatedly for 15 minutes, and the room wasn't ready (housekeeper was still inside and left the sink running onto the floor) despite being told otherwise. And the hotel is not in a densely populated area, so it makes no sense why it charges $10/night for parking. It's a shame, because I really liked the hotel otherwise.

Terrible! So dirty! We stayed for 9 nights and in that time our room was not vacuumed, floors not swept, surfaces not wiped down. One night we arrived back at 6 pm and they had not got to our room. We broke glass in our bathroom and asked them to vacuum our room while we were gone, when we got back 8 hours later our room had not been vacuumed. So we called and still no one came after and hour. So we went and talked to the front desk and only then did someone come. Carpets are so disgusting! After walking with clean socks on the carpet for 30 minutes, my socks were black! Not only is the room unclean but the lobby/sitting area looked like it had not been swept or mopped in weeks! I will not be staying here ever again and do not recommend! The room also smelled like mildew. I didn’t feel like I could let me toddler walk around safely.

The Embassy Suites in Anaheim is beautiful. They have iron Spanish style balconies inside. We were welcomed when we walked in by the Front Desk personnel. The hotel was super clean, plenty of parking and friendly employees. Enjoyed the visit very much. Will come back.

Bed was amazingly comfy, Juan at the bar was awesome and friendly. Very fond of the happy hour and snacks. Breakfast was surprisingly very good, plenty of options. Staff was nice. Bathroom could of been a little cleaner when we first checked in but other than that the stay was very pleasant.

Excellent hotel. Great for young ones too, the beds and the front room are separated, so if you have young ones, you can hang out while your little one takes a nap in the bedroom. The indoor pool is well kept too. My little guy liked the fountains and finding a couple fish in them (fake plastic fish. )

The hotel is very loud. It is next to a highway and the noise goes right into the room. The open air lobby, while nice to look at, allows noise to carry. There isn't much around they property and to get to many things, you'll need to drive about 25 minutes. They include a breakfast and happy hour reception. For the price, I'd expect better.

Very nice hotel. It is directly adjacent to the Disneyland La. However, the cost of accommodation is very expensive.

Recently renovated hotel near the 91fwy. We love staying at the Embassy Suites for the suite rooms, complimentary cooked breakfast, and Manager's reception. We checked in really late and service was fast. No complaints with the room. Unfortunately we missed the Manager's reception, but we did make breakfast. The hubby and I were really disappointed with breakfast which is a first. The omelet was probably one of the worst I've tasted, it was runny and not tasty at all. Since I had just had an amazing omelet at the Irvine Embassy Suites a couple weeks ago, I was expecting the same. Also it would have been nice if they had bananas like I've seen at other Embassy Suites. When I asked for a couple for the kids I was told they were only providing green apples that day, whereas another location happily provided me a couple bananas in the same scenario. We got a great rate on the room so the stay was worth the value.

Very nice hotel rooms with two rooms, two beds, two TVs, a couch bed (I don't recommend the couch bed as it's not very comfortable), a nice bathroom, and good lighting. The complimentary breakfast is very good, though I was mostly just a fan of their potatoes. (Also, I'm not absolutely positive they have stairs that go past the second floor) The service is very good as well.

Great hotel at an unbeatable location if you're visiting Bottle Logic taproom. The staff was very welcoming and the room was very clean. The hotel is located right by the freeway but was very quiet. Although we did not use it, the hotel also offers a shuttle service to go to Disneyland. Our room had a "wet room" style bathroom which was very nice to experience. Absolutely no complaints at all with this hotel, and the complimentary continental breakfast was great!

The hotel is ok and if you get a room make items it's not towards the freeway because it's loud but I had an enjoyable experience! The breakfast is really good and the service is awesome! Also if you try the restaurant the food is really tasty and the shuttle to Disneyland makes this a great place to stay if you want to go to Disneyland!

The best breakfast buffet ever. Free drinks and snacks during happy hour. Delicious food at the restaurant. Awesome indoor swimming pool. Shuttle from the hotel to Disneyland every hour. All these make up for older hotel feel. Definitely recommend and book again.

Had a conference at this hotel there was a mix-up with the reservation on my companys side. They reacted quickly got a room ready for me with breakfast tables so I can perform my PowerPoint. Excellent customer service!

At a great price, and also a great location by Disney Land. I would recommend going to stay here. Plus the included breakfast is actually quite tasty. They even offer free shuttle to Disneyland if your needing that.

Nice newly remodeled comfortable Hotel. Very friendly staff, great breakfast, evening reception and a decent restaurant. The restaurant menu could use some more variety, but the food was good.

They remodeled it and it is very modern. I love the fountains throughout and the fact that you can look down from your room and see if the rest of your party is downstairs eating. It makes it convenient. Best of all though, we LOVED the heated, indoor pool! No sunscreen needed! It still had a skylight so we had some natural light too. It was fresh and airy. There was also an outside patio to lay out too if you wanted sun or a quiet place to read where you could still see your party at the pool. I LOVED how warm they kept the pool in the winter… suprisingly that is rare in California. Oh… and the hotel staff does an excellent job of keeping the place clean. I would definitely come back. :-)

No complaints after two nights. We decided on this hotel because of the shuttle to Disneyland. The shuttle was a good deal for three days. We even bought the Disney park tickets inside Embassy suites at the reception desk so there was no need to wait in line at the park. Breakfast is unbeatable at Embassy. We saved on buying a meal a day.

Nice hotel, good breakfast, comfortable beds and shuttle to Disneyland for a small fee. That's about all we could ask for. Would stay again.

Recently remodeled. Very nice. Complimentary omlette, fruit, bacon, cereal, breakfast. Hosted happy hour at 5:30. The service crew is friendly. Of all the hotel choices in Anaheim, I choose this Embassy Suites.

Stayed for a Disney trip. Only about 15-20 min from the park. Staff was nice, the beds we're great after long days walking the park. Rooms are clean and quiet.

This was great… nice room staff super helpful and I would dedinately stay again. My room. Had a nice tub and was very roomy. Would stay again.

Nice hotel overall. This location has a much nicer pool area than typical for embassy suites, likely catering to family's visiting Disneyland. I wish they had operational stairs to avoid the elevators, but they are outside and keep them locked.

The rooms were great, the lobby and courtyard was clean. Front desk staff were very helpful, especially when my key card wouldn't work and I had a bag of ice melting all over the front desk. The location could be be closer to shops and restaurants, but most were within a mile radius. Definitely will return if I'm in the area.

The people are friendly, the hotel I like.

Hotel itself is real nice, had a recent update. The location is a bit sketchy. It shares a parking lot with a night club and is kind of in the middle of nowhere (although it's close to the 91). Staff is great is easy to work with. Prices are also very reasonable.

Nice, clean, quiet suites just like those at any other Embassy Suites hotel, with a large covered atrium-type lobby. Breakfast is superb in that I could have it 3 days in a row. A little noisy during the day when the lobby is being renovated.

I rented a king suite for 2 nights for 4 people and I have to say I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED! I paid for the room two weeks in advance which lowered the price and secured which room I wanted. I called the day before and let them know that the the trip was a graduation gift and asked if they were able to decorate the room. Not only did they decorate the room but they had cake and refreshments for everyone too. We arrived around 5 pm and they had a complimentary happened hour for the guest from 5:30-7:30 which had alcoholic beverages for guest 21+ with ID and soft drinks, lemonade, tea and a refreshing cucumber water. They also served a light snack of fresh vegetables (broccoli, carrots, celery and cucumbers) with ranch dressing and salsa with corn chips. For breakfast they have a buffet which includes scrambled eggs, country style potato's, bacon, sausage, english muffins, mini bagels, white and wheat bread which you toast yourself, mini danishes and muffins, yogurt (fruit or plain) fresh fruit and depending on which morning it is french toast sticks or mini pancakes. They have an omelet station with an egg white option. For beverages they have coffee, orange juice, apple juice, milk and tea. You can sit and eat in the dining area or take it up to your room. They also have a fitness center and indoor pool and spa. Room service is available until 11 pm which I did take advantage of.

Pros: like all embassy suites, the free breakfast and omelet bar is awesome. There is a free happy hour. The lobby/atrium area is beautiful. It is right off of a highway, so easy to find. The staff was very nice. Pool was indoors and nice. Beds were comfy, and the rooms were quite large. Though under construction, it wasn't intrusive and there was no noise from it. Cons: it shares a parking lot with a nightclub (Did not notice any noise from it, but be careful of people if you arrive in the evening). The rooms are renovated, but not completely, and they smell kind of weird (although not everyone thought so). Some minor things were not updated/broken. There was a hair that was not ours in the tub. The pool water burns your eyes more than I feel like it should. Parking spots are very narrow. Being next to a highway you do hear some car noise but that didn't bother us. Overall fine compared to many hotels, just not quite (yet) up to what I think of as embassy suites' standards.

The staff is super friendly. We just asked for a refund for the second night because our room smelled musty and moldy. The toilet handle is broken and the entire place looks Rundown. The rooms are big but it doesn't matter because whatever cooling system they have in the place has made everything smell musty. We had it get together in the bar area last night and it was so hot in there they had to roll in a portable air conditioner. Perhaps all of this will improve once the upgrades are done as there is clear construction going on in the hotel. Until that happens book somewhere else.

In renovations. Nice staff The aperitif every night is a nicer one.

Compared to the other local Embassy Suites in Orange County, this one definitely was the least impressive. For starters, the hotel is going through a major renovation and the majority of the first floor is completely covered and inaccessible. Due to this construction, there is constant noise and the smell of paint was everywhere. Then the manager's reception and cooked to order breakfast areas looked like an after thought, which made it unwelcoming and unorganized. Lastly, there was the constant noise of guests slamming their doors, running around, yelling, etc. And not once did the hotel management ask them to stop and be considered of the other guests. Like other Embassy Suites, the rooms were spacious and the front desk staff was friendly. The indoor pool was nice and so was the complimentary parking.

Great rooms maybe a little upgrade to the rooms wouldn't hurt. Very good service. Maybe little more selection for the breakfast, but overall satisfied with my stay.

Really nice staff, hotel is clean and the beds are very comfortable. I really liked the large room size with the front sitting area. The only negative is that you cannot control individual room temperature. My room was hot and I was told that the temperature for all rooms is regulated through the central cooling system.

This hotel is semi close to Disneyland park. Far enough to be cheap but close enough to drive and get there early. We stayed her after the park one night and had a good time with the breakfast and manager reception. Overall nice with the remodel, however the bathroom being in the bedroom vs the living room kind of is odd. Good place but not perfect. Definitely would stay at the closer one to the park if I didn't care about the cost.

Got a suite with 2 Queen beds. Everything was mostly clean, being recently renovated. Biggest complaint: Bathroom faucet was super weak, so we resorted to using the bath tub faucet to wash our faces. Beds and pillows were comfy, temp control wasn't too loud. Breakfast buffet had made-to-order omelettes, and your normal scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon, French toast, pastries, coffee and juices, mini bagels and English muffins. I chose this Embassy Suites over the hotels closer to Disneyland because self parking was free. I'd stay again.

Having been remodeling for a couple of years. Several rooms I have been in smell of smoke and strong cleaner. Breakfast is always good. And the location to freeways is good. There is a night club next door, so the weekends are bit different and have added security. Never worried about safety or theft.

Didn't stay overnight, just visited the lobby/atrium. It's spacious and I really like the decor (or "landscaping" almost). Lots of running water provides some good white noise.

The rooms are fine and are pretty standard. The problem is that Wi-Fi costs money and you have to pay for it out of pocket. Service was not the best and they did not clean our room and replace the towels the first day while we were out of the hotel. When we asked for more towels and shampoo, it took so long until a security guard walked up to our door and literally spilled all our requested stuff there.

The staff were veer friendly and the stay was good. It seems as though the place overall was showing signs of getting worn with age. The pond needs attention.

Bed bugs, bad customer service. In short, first night we checked in around 9:00 pm with no problem except for poor customer service at the receptionist desk. Around mid-night we found one big bed bug on the sheet, then we found another, and then another. We quickly went to advise the front desk we needed a new room, the guy there stated there were no rooms available with two beds and that all he could do for us was give us one room with one king size bed and for the rest of us to stay in the other bed bug infested bed. We had to argue our way to get another room. At midnight we had to move our luggage and worse of all wake up our two kids to move them only to find bugs on their blankets and Pjs. When we complained at the lack of customer service and the present of bed bugs all I got was a voicemail from the manager the next day. There was no acknowledgment, no apology, NOTHING. We requested for our clothes to be washed and they quickly stated we would get charged for it. What we did get from this hotel The next morning was bug bites on our kids face and back.

Beautiful hotel with good breakfast, but that's where the good news ends. Rooms were very humid and mildewy (our group booked 3 rooms on different floors and they all were like this). We actually found a roach in one of the rooms, too. Shower water was often cold at random times in the morning and at night. And honestly, who charges for Wi-Fi anymore apart from motels?

The room (s) were too humid. The staff was both lazy and rude. The pool was overcrowded with unsupervised children. The next-door night club had "first time drunks" screaming and screeching their tires from midnight until 4 a. M. I tried for a half hour to talk to someone at the vacant front desk, who blamed me, at 5 am checkout, for not calling him. The Hispanic staff was very clean, but rude. It was way overpriced at $185 for one night. It smelled of mildew. The bar offered free beer, but it was all "frat boy" beer. The wine offered came in a box. Save your money? Go to the Best Western, buy good food and beverage and save 40%.

It was pretty cool. Had a nice atmosphere. Cool staff. Decent breakfast. But their elevators are pretty slow.

The facility and food was nice. What I hated was the rooms. Didn't have the Embassy Suites feel to it. The place felt run down. Specifically, the temperature control of the rooms. I could not get the room to get colder than 76°. That's way too hot for me. Could've I complained to the front desk? Sure, but both nights I stayed there I arrived from a long day at Disneyland. I was too exhausted, so I just dealt with it. A high end hotel should give the patrons the option you set their own room temp. Probably won't stay here again.

As always our stay at the Embassy Suites was good. Always consistant in their service. The lobby was remodeled and looks very nice.

Located right off the freeway, about 15 minutes from Disneyland. Clean, spacious rooms and a great breakfast. They recently updated the rooms and lobby and I really like the look. The koi and turtles are no longer in the water though, which is disappointing.

No-brainer for Disneyland-bound families. Breakfast is delicious and convenient, cool atmosphere in the hotel, and bar has an OK happy hour and complimentary beer and wine. 4 stars because Kid's menu items have doubled in price recently from $5 to $10… not the end of the world for spaghetti, but for PB&J?

We stayed on the 3rd floor the staff was great. This Embassy has been remodeled but kind of a cheap remodel. Breakfast was included and is ok. The omelets were good.

Great place, I have been going there for years now. Nice in door pool with a steam room. Great amount of parking. And the resturant inside is nice.

I don't want to leave one star rating but I have to. Anyway, Terrible experience with this hotel. Did not make it through one night. The main reason was the rooms smelled like mildew. Went into 4 different rooms, they all smelled like mildew or wet laundry. Spoke to 2 of the housekeeping attendants and they agreed about the smell and had mentioned that it is because the shampooing of the carpets never dries correctly. They are short with the floor blowers and that the carpet and pad starts to smell before drying. In addition, our check in person was not helpful and seemed very bored with us. The manager was no help and just did not seem sympathetic to our needs. We left 2 hours later with headaches. Other than the housekeeping, there was no bright light at this hotel. Save your money and go some where else.

Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this hotel I travel very often and this is one of the worst experiences I had it almost ruined my family's trip to Disney it all started from the first night we checked in opened are room and this horrible smell hit are face the only thing I can compare it too is like rotting vegetables told the front desk then house keeping came in and sprayed air freshener… I think that made it worst then I jumped in the shower it was ice cold called the front desk he told me it usually gets cold at about 8pm to 9pm and that he couldn't help me with this problem… so if you plan on taking a hot shower between those times this is not the hotel for you. So the next morning we went to Disneyland we had a great time we got back about 1AM are whole family was super tired we opened are room and there was a flood from the bathroom to the bed the toilet and the a/c was leaking water all are cloths and suitcases was soaked… when I went downstairs told the front desk he offered me quarters to dry my cloths and 20% off the stay me and him argued for about 45 mins till he barely agree to let us change rooms we moved all are luggage and sleeping kids from the 6th floor to the 3rd floor didn't get to bed till 3:30 am woke up the next morning to take a shower as usual at about 8:30 am as I suspected the water is freezing cold why can't they buy a bigger hot water tank!

Had good continental breakfast however the maids cleaned horribly. Left dirty towels not very much toilet paper but sure did take the tip I left them. The only front desk person that wasn't rude was Damien.

Looks nice, but how does a hotel "run out of pillows"? Needed a few extra to separate my 3 and 4 year old… Guess that's to big of an ask. Leak in shower ceiling, stain on bed, no ac (literally… Using a box fan). $12 to access Wi-Fi. Starting to rethink if motel 6 was a better choice.

Do not accept a room facing freeway! Hotel has an awesome central court under a massive skylight. Great breakfast. Areas being remodeled look upscale and nice. The rooms are just OK, though. The exterior windows, unfortunately, have not been upgraded and have almost zero soundproofing, so expect to hear the freeway all night long.

I attended a seminar on November 7th. I did not get anything from the seminar because of the loud noise from people talking and yelling outside and the constant pounding inside the hotel. The hotel should have informed the company giving the seminar that the noise level is that bad. I understand the construction going on but the hotel management should have done their due diligence to secure a better room for the seminar or should have at least avoided construction activities next to our room.

Hotel is under construction but there are lots of things that seem to be neglected. Price is high. Pool is ok, but dirty. The atrium was very nice. Lots of greenery and beautiful fish. The breakfast was pretty good. The staff I interacted with was nice and friendly. The managers special was terrible and sucked big time. The bathrooms are very tiny. The beds were not pillow top, were not memory foam but regular mattresses with a comforter over the top. I would not recommend this hotel to most people.

This is my second email. I stayed at the above hotel and was not impressed. It started with a broken shower and was grimy. It was only Surface cleaned. I requested more towels the next morning. They did not show. This was the first night. I brought all of this to the attention of the General Manager Mr. Francois Pfouney. It took him 5 hours to contact me then he seemed like what do you want me to do? Her words were "What would you like me to do" I wrote the head quarters because of his lack of concern. He told no one anything as far as I know. Then the last day of my stay I encountered Ants in one of the beds. This was it the front desk supervisor heard the whole story and now this was it. She only compensated me with one night refund. As far as I am concerned I should be refunded the whole stay. I have had other stays at embassy and that is why I stayed there again. This time may have ruined may future visits. No one has contacted me since.

Great service! I was there for the DECE ICDC competition, they helped with 3am printing problems, ripped pants, and figure out the best places to visit. Definitely the best place to stay in Anaheim.

I liked and my daughters also, spacious rooms, and the best thing is q pool is not outdoors.
