Bed bugs or some sort of bug in rollaway bed. Carlos the Manager pretended like he cared. He did not. In over 35 years of traveling I have never ever wrote a bad review. He pretty much said it didn’t happen, because he had a company check the rollaway bed 24 hours later! I advised him I would be writing a review And as I was asking for a report from his bug company, he hung up on me. (For the record, my daughter showed the night manager her two bites). As if a sane person would leave a hotel at 11:00 pm to get a room at another Hotel. Stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn, which was a Five star for the same price! Save your money and your sanity!

Let me start off by saying I've stayed at this hotel for years not only because of its location but also because they have had great customer service… until now. I booked a Premier room with two queen beds back in January. I came to check in today and not only do they not have the room I booked, they downgraded my room. Not only was my room a major downgrade, it has a king size bed and faces the wall next to the street. They were nice enough to bring me a rollaway bed but the room is so tiny, I'm not even sure how it's supposed to fit. The carpet in the room was also wet due to the AC leaking, the bedding was disgusting and I was told I don't have a choice because they are sold out and they don't have any more rooms available. Funny thing is, I see housekeeping cleaning rooms that are vacant right next to mine. I also work in the hotel industry so for the front desk to tell me there's nothing they can do is just not acceptable or believable. Definitely my last time staying here.

Tons of issues surrounding the room and hotel itself to expensive for quality of rooms and services provided. Rooms barely work as they currently sit, plus you have to pay for parking for the amount of time your there on top of the hotel costs for The room.

Staff rude and don’t honor what they say. Specifically asked two staff at check in and when I picked up keys a specific question and they lied. Rooms were nothing special. Better options up and down the street.

I came for my birthday & would love to return soon again. Love the way the hotel is so close to Disneyland. The smell throughout the Hotel was so good. The only problem was the parking, it didn’t have enough parking.

Very easy walk to Disneyland. Family friendly. Restaurants within walking distance.

This is the only place to stay if your going to Disneyland, the pool is awesome, for little ones & adults, I have gone with & without kids😁we would not stay anywhere else😍

It’s always great staying in this hotel. It’s like our second home. All the staff is awesome & the rooms are very nice. My family and have been staying here for years and will continue to do so. Byron & the whole staff is always excellent! Definitely recommend!

I was lucky enough to visit Disneyland this January with my mom and a friend. I needed a hotel that was walking distance to Disneyland. I arrived there early, and the receptionist allowed me to check in my bags and they were going to send them to my room. I was happy, and decided to go to downtown Disneyland. I was given a room with the view of the pool and was able to have a Disneyland firework view. This hotel is walking distance next to Disneyland, McDonalds, IHOP and Panera Bread. This hotel is a block away from Walgreens, CVS, 7-11 and a Starbucks.

Our trip was cancelled due to Disneyland shutting down. The hotel staff has been so nice and helpful about rescheduling without paying a higher rate! Can't wait for October now!

Easy hotel to get to Disneyland parks. Staff is friendly, quiet rooms, quiet courtyard and was quick at check in. We will definitely stay here again!

Very clean, nice pool and staff very courteous!

Extremely unprofessional customer service, staff an managers need to be retrained. Never once when approaching the front desk were you greeted with a smile. Advertised check in 3pm arrived 3:10pm to be told room wasn’t ready, 3:30pm after complaining we needed to return a rental car we arrived to our room to find house keeping still cleaning the room and supplied with no towels. Return rental car late received a late fee apon GRAND LEGACY AT THE PARK FAULT. Housing keeping never serviced our room until we complained. Checked out then to top it off we left the property to discover we left apple AirPods in the room by accident called house keeping to be told “ NOPE ROOM WAS SERVICED NOTHING WAS LEFT” they changed their tune the second we mentioned were watching them walk around the location on find my iPhone app all off a sudden they turned up. Emailed the manager day one of six nights stay of our experience and still awaiting a response two weeks later. Would never recommend this resort to anybody.

Front desk staff and managers can not figure out how to do their job efficiently! Had a group check into multiple rooms. Had asked staff at check-in to charge different credit card upon check in. They couldn’t even do that correctly! I had one credit card get charged for 2 different rooms entire stay. Which I spent 30 minutes working to get fixed at check out. 1 week later I had 1 credit card not refunded and charged 1 nights stay from each room. And I’m still trying to get a refund from this and being told by staff manager this
Room not ready upon checkin, and I tried checking in at 2pm, and was told I’d have to wait until 3, ok no big deal, 3pm came and room was still not ready. Received room at 3:30, went to room and door handle came off, and no towels in room at all and the bathroom door was broken. The maintenance guy was awesome and tried to fix everything, but not much he could do.
Pool was not heated and had lots of bugs in it, rooms service always seem to come when I was back in room getting little ones a nap, so I rarely had that service.
Overall will not be recommending this hotel.

Great service! And very accommodating.

I would suggest not staying within 1, 000 feet of this hotel, on a Friday night. They have a rooftop patio with music absolutely blaring several hundred yards down the block. With music and bass pounding as if you were in a nightclub. Obviously no care or regard for the thousands of people staying in the nearby hotels and motels, most who have young kids and many of which will be up at 6 or 7 in n the morning.

Comfy beds. Big clean rooms. Excellent location and friendly staff.

We often need to book a room here at the last minute and staff are always happy to assist. Rooms are clean and large, coffee machine is great, toiletries are handy and the hotel is across from Disneyland. No need for a shuttle ride to Disneyland and Alamo is right around the corner to return your rental so no need to pay for hotel parking. However, if you do need to park, security is present and welcoming. We love the rooftop bar and yes, we could hear it a little, but nothing to worry about. Front desk staff and phone reservation staff have always been courteous and are happy to help me out with any date/room type alterations. The grab and go bags are a great idea. The granola bar comes in handy when waiting in long Disney lines. We look forward to our next stay in August and totally recommend Grand Legacy at the Park.

The hotel looks to be recently remodeled. It has nice amenities and the beds are very comfortable. As someone that drove (and has a car to park), I did not like that the pricey self park part of the lot had only a handful of spots available while there were more than half of the valet spots unoccupied. Would be nice if there were a more comprehensive breakfast, but I do appreciate the breakfast snack bag they offer. The staff seems friendly, and the location can't be beat for the price. Despite the mentioned downsides, this place will be in my top 5 to stay at on the next visit.

The hotel room bed is comfortable. Bathroom and shower were fine. The fridge did not work and we found two ants in the room. The front desk was very understanding. They had maintenance out to our room and the cleaning crew when we left. The bugs seem to be gone but the fridge was never fixed. Went to the desk twice more times but no amount of promises got it fixed.

Most reasonably priced hotel in the area. Close to the parks compared to Disney World hotels. Walk to Disney takes about 8 minutes, even with kids, not bad. No breakfast, but they have "to-go" bags. Parking is rough but valet makes things a little easier and is included in the 15$ a day parking fee.

Great location right next to Disneyland. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. The valet deserves a big thank you. They found us parking right next to our room and saved it for us when we took the car out for a couple hours. Overall a great place to stay if visiting the park.

This place had some of the best accommodations I have ever been in. The hotel and the grounds themselves were absolutely beautiful and 1st class. I would love to go there again. And the staff were more than helpful, courteous, friendly. It had a nice and bountiful brunch facility and a deli also. Go, you won't regret it.

Based on a recommendation from a friend, I had dinner and drinks at the Grand Legacy rooftop bar. Overall I was not very impressed by the overall hotel as it was pretty standard, but the bar was amazing! They had a really good band, the crowd was upbeat and they had a number of really good craft beers on-tap. The view of Disneyland at sunset was also just amazing and really exceeded every expectation.

We got in sat on the bed and it felt like it had a plastic cover to keep it firm. Parking costs 15 bucks so unless you walk in off the street this should be included. There is an open air restaurant on the top floor some may like but the music was driving me nuts till past midnight and I was as far away as possible. Really this is a 60 yr old motel with a facelift but once you get close you start to see the cracks. Could hear almost every word my neighbors said, suitcases on the floor above me literally sounded like a jet taking off. The one and only benefit was proximity to the park and I would rather have walked another block to pay less have more quiet and a better bed.

Enjoyed our stay, very clean, nice pool. Across from Disneyland and everything accessible. Pizza place, taco joint and gift shop. I highly recommend this place. Very nice staff and attentive. Rooms clean and comfortable.

We had a very disappointing stay last fall. The website leads one to believe that all of the rooms are as nice and updated as the ones in the main building; this is not the case. We unknowingly booked a room in the main portion of the hotel, which is more like a motel. The room was musty, dirty and outdated. We felt that the price we paid did not reflect the stay and experience. The staff was very nice, but we felt duped by the actual room and not what we saw on their website. We learned a hard lesson to be more critical/careful of photos and reviews.

Great drinks at a nice rooftop bar. For being at the rooftop, I expected a nicer view, however, the view was disrupted by a larger building. Still able to see the coaster at Disneyland but not much else. The ambiance of the place was light and clean, went on a weekday so take my thoughts with a grain of salt. Don't know how things will be on the weekends.

This is a nice combination hotel/motel literally a 5 minute walk to the Disney east entrance. Rooms were clean and the front desk staff was competent and friendly. They are a Disney Good Neighbor hotel and you can buy your tickets for Disney at the front desk. There are also restaurants in front of and on either side of the hotel. The only downside we experienced staying in the hotel portion was the single elevator is super slow. The cool thing is you can see Disneyland from some of the rooms in that part of the property!

Paper thin walls meant you could hear every child's scream as they entered or left to go to Disneyland which seemed to somehow go all night long. The beds were hard as rocks with springs poking you. It felt like those pull out couch mattresses. We had to chase down a cockroach out of our food in the room. They charge $15 for parking but there's no parking available. And if you were lucky enough to find a spot, you'll probably have to ask the valet to move a car that's blocking you in the morning. On to the pros. The pool wasn't as cool as in the pictures, but it was nice. If you climbed to the top floor on the back of the U shaped motel layout, you could watch the fireworks. It was a five minute walk to the park which meant we were able to come back to our room to eat our lunches and take a quick nap. There is no breakfast, but they gave out snack bags which consisted of a string cheese, red apple, granola bar and a water bottle.

The stay I nice, the parking can be rough as they are often full, but the staff is happy to help and the rooms are quite nice. The beds could be better, but they work. The bathrooms are nice, and the showers are particularly nice. Overall, a great hotel for it's proximity to Disneyland.

Great location to Disneyland. They do charge parking and expect you to pick your car back up by 4pm on your check out day… or you will be towed. We had to no e the car to a different hotel parking lot. Overall the room was clean and comfy. The pool was nice too.

Nice hotel. Close to the park. They brought us a crib, had free valet, awesome little snack bag at the pool house in the morning (perfect for you little ones when at the park). Only reason this place is a 4 star instead of 5 was because the shower sucked. Shower head didn’t spray well and the shower diverted handle didn’t work well. Regardless, this place is highly recommended.

I have stayed at this hotel for 30 years and this has been my worst stay. Do not book a one room suite because you will be on 4th floor under the roof top lounge. Here it’s 12 midnight and after the music finally stopped they continue to move furniture around with no regard to the people trying to sleep below. You can’t even sleep in the day because they are constantly moving items. When you book they tell you the rev might be some noise but this is far more than a little. Stay away from this room.

Very clean and roomy for a family of 4. Loved the proximity to Disney. We watched the fireworks from the hotel and were able to walk there within 10 min. Loved our snack bags! Clean family friendly pool.

I had a very bad experience! I came in very early so I knew that the rooms were not going to be ready for me. I’m always going to disneyland so its basically the routine that I fill out the paper work and then come back when I’m ready. The morning staff was excellent I filled out the paper work and went on my way. But the night staff was a complete difference. Brenda was the one that ruined my stay here. She was rude and condescending. I booked two rooms and she only gave me one key. She asked if I booked it under a different name. I said yes because I forgot to change the information on Expedia. She made me change the information on my phone, which I did try. But the app was not letting me change my info because I was already signed into the hotel. Finally, she told me she would save me the trouble and do it on her computer. If she knew I was struggling, she should’ve kindly let me know that she was able to change the info herself. The whole process and experience was rude and unnecessary, Brenda could of approached it differently. The next morning while checking out she made no eye contact or conversation. I’m never spending my money here again. I’d rather stay in a place that makes me feel welcome and where the staff can kindly help me In situations like this. I value good customer service.

Great rooms, at a great price, in a great location! Seriously what more can you ask for? My room faced west and got so much beautiful natural sunlight in the afternoon and evening. All of the amenities were modern and the room was immaculately clean. This pro staff knows how to keep their customers happy for sure! Will 100% be back!

This our fourth trip in as many years with Grand Legacy. Our family has started a yearly Disneyland tradition and they have become our place to stay. Affordable and well equipped. We are always comfortable and have plenty of space. The new remodel has gone a long way towards making sure the rooms are nice and clean. Their staff is simply the best. Very nice and always accommodating whenever they can.

Blew my mind. We went here after our nightmare experience with the super 6. This place is awesome. Walking distance to the convention center and even has food and massage close by. Great place for relaxing. The room e stayed in had two beds but separate rooms. Pretty awesome for couples with a friend etc.

Comfortable rooms, buffet breakfast with a wide choice.

Stayed here with a party of ten. We got a two bedroom suite. Shared the four beds, used the pullout couch, and even had a rollaway for teenager. Lots of room in their rooms. Two bathrooms worked out great so we did one for men and one for women, (most of the time). The valet pulled our van around every morning and they were still there even on our lasted night. Just pop your head in to the front desk and ask for the valet if you don't see him right away. Room service took out our trash and made the beds every day, but did not mess with our stuff. Great stay. Will stay here again.

Let me tell you about the grand legacy, we stayed there for 5 nights after an accessibility mix up at the castle inn and suites. As there was no roll in shower in our room, I being someone in a wheelchair couldn’t shower safely because of physical limitations. We called flight centre emergency number and the called around and found this hotel. The deal was we would authorize my card to be held until flight centre pays for the reservation. That seemed fair and I trusted them. The next day I got a confirmation from flight centre that everything was taken care of. Fast forward to today, and I’ve been told that it was only partially taken care of and I would have to pay for the rest! I called flight centre and they were adamant they paid everything but the manager didn’t believe them even when confronted with email correspondence proving the accuracy of our story. The manager then told us she may have to charge us in one hour if the flight centre can’t get ahold of the grand legacy corporate directly. Her name was Dora, she didn’t seem to empathize or care about anything but our cash and that really ruined our positive experience at the Grand Legacy at the Park. In the end we and flight centre were in the right and the charges have apparently been lifted but based on Dora’s handling I’m skeptical to say the least. Ps. Rooms were great and staff were courteous this review is purely based on a customer service failure.

Although the staff was pleasant, prices were ridiculously high, and the hotel should be a 1 or 1 and 1/2 star establishment. They took No Frills to a whole new low level. What got me most was that they didn't even have coffee in the lobby, and the room was in questionable state of repair. When I asked them why they wouldn't serve breakfast for $100 a night when a $45 Motel 6 would do that much, I was told that the owner decided since people were complaining about the breakfast they were serving that they just wouldn't serve any at all. Yeah that's the way to fix the problem. If you want reviews like this it is anyway. I'd like to have given them a better rating, but if they were the only place to stay near the convention again, I would rather not go.

Staff was friendly, great location, I liked that there was a convenience store and a couple restaurants right on property. The rooms are dated though. Also, I had to move the nightstand so I could plug in my phone charger, not a big deal but I'm not used to looking for a place to charge my phone when at a hotel. The alarm clock had a usb port but it didn't work. Had to pay for parking, they say $15, but was charged $17.99. I'm assuming tax? I didn't ask.

We had dinner at the Rooftop bar and lounge. Had some good small bites. Drinks were pretty good. The best was the deep fried ice cream. Which also came with different berries. Overall good.

My experience with the motel was okay. There are some things that did annoy me though. Here are some of them. If you're going there with foods or drinks theres a high chance that the fridge won't work. My room's bathroom light switch was outside of the bathroom (I know, strange) so heads up on that. Also good luck finding outlets near the bed. That is mainly it at overall it was honestly mediocre. Not the best quality but nonetheless decent.

Friendly staff. This is NO FRILLS, but it's very quiet away from rooftop bar. The location is KILLER. Think about it: You'll be in your room for like… 5 minutes before you sleep. You're right next to the park. It's definitely dated, but you cant beat the prices. Clean.

Just a few minute walk to the gates of Disneyland Resort this hotel is right across the street on Harbor and perfect for date night family friendly or an evening Up on the Rooftop Lounge to watch the fireworks. We have stayed here multiple times and each time we have the best time. Heated pool all year round and you can even have brunch up top on the rooftop. Plenty of food options down below connected to the hotel and really the center of all at the Disneyland Resort area.

Room was nice. Front office staff friendly and efficient. Hotel seems quiet (but we went during the week). Valet parking at no extra charge ($15 parking fee per day but valet is not extra). Super close to Disneyland. Had a great time. Will be back again.

A 3 minute walk from Disney Park. Outdoor SPA and swimming pool open until 10pm. Parking and rooms very decent.

The online photo's of this hotel are not the rooms primarily available. The room most guests will be put in has old-dirty carpet, noisy appliances, a bathroom door which will not open all the way because of the shower curtain rod placement and floor boards and door molding that looks like several liters of puppies lived there and broke in their new teeth on them. The best part about staying here is the location to Disneyland. It is a very reasonable walk to the park and at the end of the day, when you feet, legs and back hurt so much, the proximity is definitely a positive perk.

Great location! The staff is super helpful and for a hotel they keeps things clean. The parking is a little tight, but you can expect that close to the park. The rooms are fairly basic, but updated. We have a special needs son and we had enough room to setup his special crib and get him situated in the room.

Great location, easy to get to. Within walking distance of Disneyland, and closer to the Disneyland entrance than the Disney hotel. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Our room was in great shape and very comfortable. All staff were very nice and friendly, and helpful for finding our way around.

Went to The Fifth for happy hour. Really nice rooftop bar with a great view overlooking Anaheim and the Disneyland area. Good drinks and appetizers, plus the service was attentive. There was a live band that played also and they were cool. Overall great experience and I highly recommend it!

Old and run down. Prices are high, based strictly on location… right across the street from the Disney entrance. There is a night club above the registration office. The establishment uses the hotel parking lot for the club. Good luck finding a parking space near your room at night… the club takes priority. Our air conditioner was not was not working the night we checked in. Had to wait until the afternoon to have it replaced. We will never stay here again.

Had a room in the new tower, a double Queen. Room was large enough to be spacious for my family of four. Rooftop Bar was not an issue, but but I was two floors down. Able to walk to the end of the hall and look out the window for fireworks, when we were too sick to go to the park. Very convenient to the park entrance, five-minute walk. Probably closer than staying at Disneyland hotel and taking the monorail! Rooms were clean, made up nicely everyday, and reasonably priced. Will definitely stay here again every time.

We stayed at Grand legacy while visiting Disneyland. Had a good time nice clean hotel. But little bit confused about parking — we couldn't leave car while visiting Disneyland. Once checked out you need to take the car too. Nice staff.

The view from the roof top was very nice. You can see the spectacular firework show from Disney. The parking however was confusing and expensive don't like driving arond in circles looking for a parking spot and the velet people wasn't as helpful in directing us to where we needed to go. I didn't like that I had to park across the street and walk and that it cost me 12 dollars.

Wonderful Reno of a Great Hotel. This place is right across from the main park gates entrance/bus loop. Super clean, super friendly, super close. We enjoyed our stay here completely and look forward to our next stay — already booked! — in October!

The rooms were lovely and clean. Plenty of towels and little luxuries, soaps etc. And best of all, a fridge. Desk staff were friendly and efficient. A short walk to Disney Land, shops and restaurants, so couldn't have been better placed. Would definitely recommend it.

My visit was at The Fifth for dinner and drinks. The rooftop was beautiful however I was told it was standing room only. To my surprise, once on top of the rooftop there were only 30 people and plenty of empty tables. It was 6pm and all the tables were reserved for 8pm. You can imagine all the paying customers standing around confused about this. Fortunately I was able to sit with another group that had a table reserved. I believe the bar could have made more money if they had opened some tables for use until 7:45. I don't agree with turning customers away at 6pm for a 8pm reservation. Also, for the business that this place does (after 8pm), it would be beneficial to add another bar (they only had one! ). It took entirely way too long to get a drink. So much so that I walked away from the bar. Also, they lied on the phone about not having a cover. When my group showed up they suddenly announced they have a $15 cover. Finally, the valet capacity is insufficient. I got there very early and it was already full. I had to park down the street and walk. Other than this, the place was nice.

Perfect location. Almost right across the street from the Disney parks. Rooms are okay. Microwave and fridge was a plus. Nice pool area for kids to play. (Splash pad) Wish they had breakfast but overall a good stay.

Amazing place. Rooms are roomy, place is very clean. Across the street from Disney. Walking distance from local shopping centers and the mall. The Fifth on the top was perfect. Food is great with a great price. Awesome watching the fireworks from there. Must go!

Stayed here many times before on out trips to Disney. This time we spent a few more dollars and stayed in one of their newer rooms in front tower. We got a 2room suite so we could guarantee a view of Disneyland. It was money well spent! The roof was beautiful and the view was great. We also visited The Fifth Rooftop Bar on a night where they had live music which was very good. We didn't have to pay the entry fee because of being a hotel guest. Both were great surprises!

It's conveniently located but that's about it. Beds aren't that great staff is rude! The breakfast is non-existent in the parking fees on top of everything else is ridiculous since I'm already paying to stay there! Even asking is there somewhere that they serve hot coffee in the hotel the staff looked at me like I was crazy and was speaking a foreign language.

The bath and toilet are are a tight fit, in fact the door scrapes the toilet a tiny bit going by and you couldn't open the door if someone was on the toilet without having them move their legs all the way to the side. The parking was like $15 a day, so be prepared. Wish they had breakfast.

I had a lot of fun here. I went for a birthday dinner and I loved it. The band was amazing. I even got a picture with a few women from the band. I give this place a 5/5. The food, drinks, and live band were all great. I will be returning soon.

Room was nice and clean. The hotel is very close to Disney, but there's a $15 parking fee and you can't stay parked past noon if you're checking out that day — I basically paid $15 for ~8 hours of parking. The fridge barely worked and was very loud all night. The breakfast bag provided was small and inadequate, but appreciated nonetheless.

Great location, right across the street from the park. The pool area was very nice and clean. The room we were in was next to a storage closet and there was so much noise coming from that room that we had a hard time sleeping. The parking situation was very crowded and it was basically 1st come 1st serve. However if you couldn't find a spot they had a valet service and they would park it for you.

New tower over exaggerated suites over priced. The staff are virtually worthless. Staying in a 2 room suite. At best 2 adjoining rooms. No luggage cats offered house cleaning staff to carry bags in a dirty linen cart. Rediculas I liked it better the last times we stayed we expected nothing and received nothing. But this expecting a 2 room suite in there new tower with a fireworks view. Paid for a 2 room suite with a view. No parking available trying to maximize occupancy by eliminating parking bad idea. The only thing this place has going for it is the park is across the street. Sorry folks they are going to get over on you because of the convince to Disney land. Just know new fancy name = old dirty Ramada not grand legacy at the park. I have never gave a bad review like this Before but I work hard for my money. The new rooms look nice but suits they are not.

Standard rooms are small, but clean. Beds are very firm. Walls are a bit too thin for my liking. I could hear complete conversations from the room next door. Rooms are motel style, with doors exiting directly outside. Location is amazing for a visit to Disneyland. The walk was only about 5 minutes to the security checkpoint.

Great location… right across the street from Disneyland. Rooms are nice. Staff is accommodating. What more can you ask for :-)

Excellent location in front of Disney.

We had a suite on the 3rd floor of the main building. The room was very nice and clean. But I did have a few complaints. The breakfast is pretty lame (cheese stick, apple, granola bar and water). Although it did supplement our snacks for disneyland. But light sleepers beware. There is a nightclub of sorts on the roof of the building and the bass from the live music playing up there carries through the ventilation and is very audible all the way down on the 3rd floor. It didn't bother me or my kids, but I'm a heavy sleeper.

This has become my new favorite hotel. Located across the street from Disneyland entrance, just a few feet away from Dennys restaurant. The staff is incredibly helpful and very kind. The room we were assigned was slightly compact. There wasn't much walking room between the beds and dresser, but the bathroom is spacious enough and there is plenty of space to get ready in front of the wardrobe in the hallway before the bathroom. We got a double queen bed room and we have a microwave as well as a large mini fridge which is perfect for our water bottles and bottles of formula for our baby. The beds are comfortable and everything is clean. Definitely going to book here more often.

Very good hotel to go to the Disney parks.

Stayed here multiple times, usually in the older part of the hotel which my family enjoys very much. This time my wife decided to upgrade to a 2 room suite, and I was less than thrilled. These rooms are in the new building, and there is a rooftop lounge area where there was a live band playing the night of our visit, and you could here the music 3 floors down in the hotel. The band played until 11 pm, after that everything was okay, just be aware if you plan to stay in one of their new suites!

It is functional at best. One plug didn't work, there was a cockroach in the bathroom, it seemed kind of dirty and there were hairs on the towels. Other than that out was fine.

We had the most amazing and pleasant experience here. The staff were warm, friendly and helpful. Out suite was perfect for our family. Thank you!

The reason you would stay here is for location. Its not the closest to the crosswalk entering Disneyland but its pretty close. Unfortunately the rooms are not the cleanest, just fairly descent. Saw a few bugs in the bathroom/tub which I believe are silverfish bugs. Be aware that they charge $12 plus tax a day for parking. Ouch. I hate when any business tries to charge for stuff like this. Just be up front and put it in the total price. This is just deceptive business practices, what are you going to do once your there, get another room somewhere else, of course not and they no it. They offer a free breakfast in a small room on the second floor. I wasn't expecting much and it wasn't, but free breakfast is far better than none. If they just put the parking fee in the price of the room I may consider them in the future but I don't want to be surprised by fees again.

Just in front of the park, several places to eat around. A clean place. The employees are very friendly. Breakfast included. Not the parking lot. I am satisfied. Thank you.

They were awesome at providing my wife and I (on our honeymoon) with a king bed suite last minute, due to a change over from another hotel. Everything was handled over the phone and the transition to the hotel was perfect. We had an awesome time staying here.

Room was not bad — about what I expected for a Disney-area hotel. Pretty clean. Guest service is helpful. The continental breakfast was pretty mediocre. Location is convenient and accessible, and the rooftop bar was an excellent option for viewing the Disney fireworks.

The location was great. It was a perfect setting I really enjoy myself. The only problem they were a little under staff so the service was a little slow. But my overall experience was fun and I would definitely go back again.

I found spiders in my room, although they were not so many to ask for a change of room. The hotel was very well located.

Pretty good. I don't have anything to complain about.
