Had a booking from a year ago and came all the way from Australia for the Coachella weekend to be told that our booking had been cancelled. No one informed us beforehand and we were left stranded with nowhere to go. The management didn't really care and said that we had called up and cancelled last month which obviously wasn't true. It's seemed really dodgy.

Booked a room a year ago, flew in from Australia and take a 3 hour bus ride from the airport to find out that we had supposedly “called up and cancelled” our booking. Spoke to choice hotels who we booked through and were told that the manager of the motel had cancelled our booking… we weren’t notified at all. With coachella on this weekend everywhere is sold out or prices are sky high and therefore we were left stranded. The girl on the front desk was polite but the manager wasn’t very helpful and would hang up on calls from choice who was trying to sort things out. Luckily choice hotels managed to get us another place to stay. I wouldn’t recommend booking Rodeway Inn unless you want to risk being stranded!

Excelent service and very nice room but they just need to put a little bit more towels.

Fix the Wi-Fi! Seriously these hotels need a stronger signal! Many of them like Denny's, MC D's and Walmart have. If it says Wi-Fi it should be Wi-Fi.

Don't stay. Air does work management doesn't care they got their money. Indio CA 109. Degrees out side. 91 inside. Their policy "no refunds regardless of the reason. " " not broke just warming up" give it more time. This is after 3 hours.

Pleasant suprise. Dont judge a book by ots cover. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The owner assured us that the room was very clean and checked on us the next morning to make sure we were happy with the cleanliness of the room. Will definitely atop again. Glad I read the reviews. There is a train but the room was pretty soundproof.

It's an older building but they've done some modern upgrades. It was clean and comfortable. Pool area seemed nice but wr didn't have time to swim.

Good hotel. Lower prices ($60 per night). Didn’t have a problems. Very clean in 115 room (non-smoking). Normal breakfast. Loud railroad, but no so much.

WORST PLACE EVER! DONT STAY HERE but if u like to clean your own rooms u can. Payed $90 a night for 3 nights and every night the housekeepers are still there they clean room from 12 pm to 8 pm there lazy and disrespectful there idians wat u can expect and they are so lazy and dont. Do there job at all we came back the 3rd night and the. Old indian lady confronted us and told. Us the room was extremely dirty so we couldnt stay we said why was it dirty being nice and they said because of trash in bags in corner OH NO THE LAZY HOUSEKEEPERS HAD TO DO SOMETHING THAN JUST STAND AROUND poor them Dont stay here ever, worst place EVER!

So you get what you pay for and hopefully you don't pay more than $50 to stay the night here. I had a non smoking room that smelled like cigarette smoke and had a plastic bag over the fire alarm. The carpet was sticky with filth and the bed sheets were covered in pet hair. The woman at the front desk was nice, but when I called to have the plastic bag on the smoke alarm removed, I was told someone would be right over, then nobody showed up. Don't get me wrong, it's not a bad place, just not clean and the noise from the railroad will keep you up all night. I'd stay here again if nowhere else was available, but I'd bring a blanket next time since I slept under a dirty towel.

The place has updated there style. They alllow you to go in and out as you please. Rooms are nice and a near by liquor store.

No frills, no unkept promises, no expectations, so no disappointments. They didn’t laugh when I could not get in the room because I was not doing it correctly.

Solved our Internet access problem. TV has half the screen with a different mode. Like show or something that runs right through the middle of the screen. They said they would check it out. No action so far.

The room was comfortable and reasonably priced. We've stayed in many motels at the same price points that are total dives. This place isn't perfect, but it's at the top of the heap for inexpensive stays.

Lots of parking but the drive way is really tight 1st room had a terrible smell, 2nd room not too bad Wanted to use AAA discount at check in, my choice hotel acct has it on file but the lady said quote must be done at booking! HUH? Don’t expect too much and you won’t be disappointed… Hair dryer was broken, coffee maker was dirty inside, Microwave made noise and the fridge wasn’t cold The door doesn’t really fit, big gap on the bottom, so yeah had a few flies, Used the extra pillows as seals, solved the problem I stayed at one in Flagstaff, AZ, was a lot better As for this location, I won’t be back Might try to figure out how I can get my AAA discount Actually wanted to cancel but I couldn’t Would have been better to sleep in the van.

You get what you pay for. Its nothing special but served its purpose for the two night I was there. I was clean but too close to the rwilroad tracks. Very noisy 24/7. The room had an awful fly problem. We were killing flies left and right. Housekeeping didnt make it to our room until late evening which was a bummer since we needed bedding changed and new towels. When I called the front desk aroun noon just for extra towels they told me I had to wait until housekeeping came around which was almst 6pm. Not cool. Breakfast was a joke. Its 6-10. Got there at 8am and there was barely any cereal left, coffee was gone, and the shared juice bottle was empty. My son ate the last banana. No sign of anyone coming to replace it. I ended up just buying breakfast elsewhere. If I was on a tight budget again, id consider it again maybe. I dont know.

A bit dated. Next to railroad tracks. Trains come by often. They work to keep it clean. Spa tub was a nice touch. Reasonable place to stay. Free breakfast typical. Coffee was hot and they had yoghurt, bananas, cold cereal, oatmeal mixes, frozen waffles, and energy bars. Milk and real orange juice not from concentrate.

Great customer service friendly staff decent rooms affordable price.

Very nice place for the price. Great staff and a very well-kept room. Nice fridge and microwave with a working heater. I would definitely stay here again with no hesitation! Not the best breakfast. Beds were comfortable. Big rooms! Also, breakfast starts at 7 am for all those early morning travelers!

Great layout of rooms and facilities. Fan in room was a bit noisy, but could be turned off. Breakfast was not the best, but great for a quick bite.

Not enough towels. Basically good in most other ways.

Not the best accommodations. You get 2 towels for 3 adults… and don't even think about your free "continental breakfast ". Go to Starbucks instead.

It's an older hotel but the owners were quite nice bathroom was extremely clean and looks like they're trying to remodel one room at a time for the price overall nice experience little continental breakfast in the morning including waffles hard boiled eggs banana juice Pop-Tarts.

Made a reservation for a suite. When I arrived (8:00pm) my room was not ready so they put me in a smaller room AT THE SAME RATE. The TV would not go above a wisper. The bed was too soft and gave both of us a backache. The ice machine costs. 25 but if you check you will find that it is unplugged (the office will give you a small zip lock bag of ice that did fill 2 cups). The AC had NOT been on (108 outside). It took 4-5 hours to cool the room (midnight — 1:00am). The AC did not reach all the way to the bathroom which was very hot (you would sweat while in there). The room was clean.

This was a last minute reservation as plans had changed, and it looked good on paper. The management are ok, and the Continental Breakfast is one of the better at this price range. Unfortunately, the room we got assigned had a belligerent door card reader, a noisy bath fan, was missing the Iron, and had an A/C unit that would run all night and make loud Clanking sounds that prevented anything that resembled sleep. The fact that the railroad was only yards away and the freight trains come through every 20 minutes also did not help.

Great location staff is courteous and the rooms are comfy.

Comfortable beds, cute cottages. Super responsive when I told them the coffee was out. Wifi not hot. I'm forced to tether to cellphone now.

This is an older hotel but they have remodeled the rooms. We got the suite with a full kitchen. I absolutely love the suite we stayed in. The beds are very comfortable. The manager/Owner is a very nice lady.

We have had a great stay and still have 2 more days. The room is very clean and comfortable. The price is higher than normal due to desert trip concert. But in line with others. We would deffinately stay here again.

They went above and beyond my expectations to help us out and were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms and clean and everything you need is provided for you. I would for sure come back here.

Very nice rooms with great amenties. They provide toothpaste, facial bars and a very clean room. Was very surprised, but I'm glad I stayed here. I will definitely recommend!

We stayed one night and it was a fine little place. Not fancy but clean, well appointed rooms with all that's needed after a long day on the road. The manager was enthusiastic and friendly, extolling the beauty and sights of the area. Just the right place for a quiet comfortable night.
