Manager sucks… Always complain when you get ice or go to your car… Ordered pizza and he got mad saying no guest smh its only a delivery driver… Never stay again! Plus prices are a lie nobody stays for $49.99, when you check in price goes to $130.97 smh fix your sign! Nothing but prostitutes and drug dealers… Better luck next door at Motel 6… Please don't don't stay here…

Very nice and very clean. You can tell that when it was refreshed that they didn't cut corners. But that said, it's got some rough edges, but considering the cost and the quality of the accommodations, it remains a very good deal for the price.

Check in was super easy, guy at desk was very nice. Upgraded me to a nonsmoking room at no additional cost. Room was clean and nice sized. Plenty of parking. Close to everything, especially to CV Vaqueros, where I have an event tmrw and where my horse is staying the night. Not familiar with area, so was a very pleasant surprise that it was so close. Haven't tried bed or shower yet, so might have to make adjustment to rating… but I'm hoping not to.

Honestly they're decent hotels. They let me check in late good customer service. Overall I like my stay, I would stay here again.

Stayed overbite a few days ago. Clean quiet, but most importantly safe. Both manger Dennis and housekeeper San juana Very friendly and nice. Rooms are very sanitary. Good job Sam Juana. Motel Manager Dennis keeps his motel under surveillance 24 hours to ensure the safety of his guests. Recommended very highly.!

I paid for 4 nights… as soon as I got into my room the tack strip poked my feet. They taped over a tack strip… very ghetto. Then to make things worst I'm here for a wedding, so I haven't been in my room. I go to try to get into me room, and it's locked and someone is in it, they claim I abandoned the room… how can I abandon it when I paid for 4 days, I had to get the COPS to come into the office to deal with the manager who consistently got into my face and was basically trying to instigate a physical fight with me. They said I didn't leave anything in my room until the cop made them give me my stuff back… This place is some serious scam artists! Avoid this place like the pleg!

Very nice room's, Staff is great, especially Rico the manager. He took good care of my brother with his many, many days that he stayed there.

Very affordable and peaceful with good rooms. The location is great with the casinos only minutes away. The front desk man who's name is Dennis was very helpful and friendly. Me and my wife had a comfortable stay and we shall be coming back to this motel when visiting the palm springs area again.

Affordable hotel. Rooms have old building smell covered by artificial scented products. Spacious bathrooms with a study desk inside!

Very friendly the person who attended us at reception, even made suggestions for the whole family to be in a single room. It is clean the room, only a little smell to enclosed, we opened the window for an hour and the smell disappeared. And a lot of tranquility in the place.

The nothing to say good about this hotel skim you out your money the an they the customer service suck and the owner is letting a person who drugs work there and they don't do change. YouTube indo hoilday motel.

Horrible customer service. My parents came to visit and forget one bag in my car went back to drop it off and old ass man of a manager came out arguing who was going to pay an extra room was threatening to kick my parents out of the premises if I didn't pay an extra room when I didn't even need one. The rooms are Hot smelly and hookers in the corners and across form the hotel a truck stop parking… this dumb ass reviews you see with 5 stars are vogus. I give 1 star cuz is cheap ass hell never stay here … night mare!

This was my 1st stay at the Holiday. The room was great, very spacious. It included two queen bed, a flat screen TV, a refrigerator and the bathroom set up had a vanity area for us girls to get ready. It was perfect for Stagecoach weekend! The manager Dennis was awesome, he was very helpful answering all our questions about the area. Dennis even helped suggest/provide a ride to and from Stagecoach every night. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and stay again.

Horrible stay from begining to end first could not get the door open very old and uncared forrooms T. V. Never worked told front desk they were unable to tell us how to fix it… We were afraid of fire hazzard with all these plugs clearly not suppose to all be there by the way the lights kept dimming and worst of paid a 20.00$ deposit they kept cause in the morning my boyfriend went and got his familys dog who was not in the room for 1 minute. But the manager said that would be for pet deposit! Horrible place bad bad managers.

For the price you don't get much. Beds seemed clean but there wasn't much hot water in the shower. Definitely a budget motel. Near a really good taco place.

The location is near freeways how ever the zone Is not one of best places to be around night time.

Love this place… Friendly staff and great rooms! Although there are renovations in progress, my stay was not affected in any way whatsoever. Highly recommended. All the amenities of the high-priced hotels minus the premium price.

This place has cozy rooms with all the necessary amenities and very spacious ammenities but what truly sets it apart is the unparalleled customer service. A great bargain and amazing find.
