OK place to stay when you're diligent on budget. Stayed here while working out of town. Front desk was friendly and courteous. Rooms dated, could use a deep cleaning and getting rid of carpets. Pool area clean,

Okay for the money, a bit dated, not the cleanest rooms. Beds are comfortable and there is an outdoor pool. Free continental breakfast is on the light side. Cereal, frozen waffles are the mains.

The hotel was easy to get to, but that's about the only positive thing I can say. The room was falling apart, our bathroom light didn't work, and we were all afraid to sleep in the beds. My husband felt something bite him in the middle if the night. I forgot to put my shoes on to go to the bathroom once and my feet were black. It was easily one of the worst hotels I have ever been to. Breakfast was a joke, only two kinds of cereal available and room for like two tables. For me, it was NOT worth the few bucks we saved.

Great place for the price. Nice people, who are willing to try to help you out as much as possible. Clean, and quiet. Will be returning next summer for sure!

So many problems… at least no bed bugs. First the room they gave us stunk of cigarettes, even though it was a non smoking room. Then when they moved us, they also gave the room to someone else like two hours later who tried to get in when we were already alseep. Then we woke up to the manager making tortillas on bedsheets out on the sidewalk… so gross… thank God we didn't have to eat those bacterial nightmares…

A nice motel just off the I15 in Barstow. The accommodations and pricing were reasonable and would definitely stay again when passing through.

Standard motel. Rooms were average and dated. Polite staff and easy to get to from the main roads.

Betting completely renovated! The owner is an absolute pleasure to be around and truly wants his customers to enjoy themselves.

Staff was friendly. Room was ok. Could use some updating but was clean. Beds were ok. Pool area was ok. Smallish pool but great to cool off in. Breakfast was very disappointing. Decent room for the money. Convenient location.

Good place to spend the night when driving to Las Vegas. It is near gas station and plenty of fast food chains around it. You will never go hungry.

Stopped here for some sleep. The girl up front at 2 in the morning was super friendly and sweet. I'm only giving 4 stars because it was a little run down … Need some upgrades and this is a great place!

Low Budget hotel. Clean, comfy beds. Fast service, good customer service.

I thought the room was clean and well maintained. Fridge and microwave were clean. Bed was clean, fresh sheets, firm mattress. The girl who checked me in was friendly and helpful. For the price, it was an excellent deal.

Good enough, but 'continental breakfast was very low quality and the far building was without hot water for morning showers and when I asked how the staff would address it — they first explained they have been problems with that for a while and the management just hasn't fixed it yet". They eventually gave us a cash discount that was proportional to how much we paid — but when I asked why it wasn't explained at check-in they just shrugged and said "sorry".

Rooms were clean but very basic. My TV was not working, front desk person said to check the cords but I not figure out what was not plugged in properly. I basically slept left next morning. Clean and low prices room with no thrills.

All you snobby people crying about a simple room should look for a Hilton or something on your high end hotel with a butler status. Great place to rest and very humble staff. Always stop there on Barstow visits. Price ain't bad at all. Thank you staff for that cool chat we had.

Accommodating all of us racers they were great! Rooms are ok. Clean and stocked. We were in front of pool ground floor. It's the days inn not the Hilton. Priced right and served is purpose. I recommend it to you if this is what you're looking for.

Nice place in the middle of the desert. Room was comfortable and fairly quiet. Breakfast was OK, but no where to sit.

This was a pretty old motel. Will not stay here again with my family (wife and little kids) I'd stay here by myself cuz it was pretty cheap, but the rooms are outdated. Extra broke furniture in the room. The bath tub drain was disgusting. Just wasn't that clean. The AC in the room worked great though and the bed was pretty comfy. So one main reason we stayed there was the continental breakfast. They shouldn't even say they have a continental breakfast. It's more like they throw a few things out on the counter in their tiny little office area with 2 little tables. Not too great.

Pretty atrocious all around. Building in disrepair, mice, lousy continental breakfast. Not a good value at all.

Unfortunately I am stuck here, because I booked it online and I am locked into this room. The room smells horrible! The mold on the shower curtain is deplorable. The room is basically filthy and I'm stuck here. Because I cannot get a refund due to the online booking regulations. Whatever you do do not come here! It is a sad situation when a hotel owner does not even take basic pride in the one thing that a trapped traveler relies on … which is basic cleanliness. This facility does not have anything remotely resembling cleanliness! And my photos have not posted which makes me wonder do they approve them first? So they only post their own photographs of what they think is appropriate? I think the public should see the filth I am staying in!

Had low expectations based on mixed reviews I had read. In fact hotel exceeded our expectations in that it was clean and beds were comfortable and staff were helpful. Breakfast although limited in choice was adequate for our needs. We would consider using this hotel again when travelling this way. Air con was noisy but worked overall a value for. Money accomodation.

I just got here and I'm cringing and want to leave. I just stayed 5 nights and 6 days at a days inn in Chula Vista and it is night and day. I checked in to this hotel and the lady at the front desk pretty much seemed like she hates working here. But anyways she gave me a room key. First off I couldn't even get the door open. It took me like literally 5 minutes to figure it out. Then I get in and there is about 7 to 8 huge flies around the window and in the room. Then I hear water running and Its the toilet and my husband had to do something to make the noise turn off. I go to check out the sheets because I do that everywhere I stay and the sheets have black marks all on them and holes in them. I literally felt so disgusted. I went to the office and told the lady "look, I'm not trying to be high maintenance but I need a different room, the sheets have black marks and holes, there are flies all in the room" and the toilet won't turn off. " she called housekeeping and asked them who cleaned the room I was in. "As for the flies well they are going to be there because housekeeping leaves the door open when they clean" she said. Then she moved me to a different room. This one is a bit better. Still stains on the blanket and sheets and flies all in the room. I will never stay here again. I almost want to say forget the 70 dollars and home to Vegas but I promised my daughter Ghost town. Don't know how I'm going to sleep tonight. Don't waste your money!

There was dirty water plugged up in the sink, the door was hard to open and close, and the cooler rattled. Room service entered without knocking, and with such force she ripped the screws out of the door's molding on the secondary lock. I strongly suggest the Days Inn at South Lenwood over the Days Inn in downtown Barstow. I had a much more clean and pleasant experience in Lenwood.

It is terrible there the mades have bad attiududes. Rooms smelt like clorox and bathrooms were disgusting the floors are dirty they make your feet black. I'll never ever stay there again.

Stayed at this Days Inn on April 8, 2016. A day after we checked out I realized I left my Fitbit at the hotel, so I called the hotel to see if the cleaning staff had found it. Of course they said they had not located the Fitbit, but a week later someone in the area sinc'd the Fitbit. Watch your stuff at this hotel.

Dead bugs behind the bed possibly remnants of infestation. In room phone mic fell apart when answered. Burns on linens and dirty floors. Stay at your own risk.

We stayed there for one night, read few negative reviews, but decided to check it out, to our surprise the room was clean, the staff was friendly and the price was great, when all simular hotels in the area were double the price, best bang for the buck. The only thing I could complain about the slight smell of carpet cleaner, when we walked in, but we fixed it icon few min, by opening the window and turning on the ac, clean bed, bathroom. I would recommend this hotel to people looking for cheap stay.

The room rate is reasonable and Wi-Fi is good. Air conditioner is very old with dirty filters. So, I felt smelling bad. The room space is average, I think.

I do not know where to begin. The Wi-Fi did not work at this hotel I called the front desk about this issue and they told me that I could come to the front of the hotel and use their computer which also barely had an internet signal. I could not understand anything the front desk manager was saying because his English was so bad. Do not expect anything good out of this hotel Indians run this place. Anytime I have stayed at a hotel that is run by indians it has always been filthy and they always say the customer is wrong. In the united states the customer is always right. I hope you find this review helpful ladies and gentleman.

Patty and the other desk rep was amazing because they both offered their help outside hotel duties. They were concern and organized our room situation to accomadate us. Satisfied because of their service, hotel upkeep was good. Thank you.

Over night stay on Christmas Eve. Breakfast room was a bit crowded due to the tour busses leaving at the same time. Slept fine. Bathtub shows its age.

This motel was a stop over on the way to Arizona. Place was close to restaurants and gas stations. Freeway entrance was also close by so very easy to find our way around. Our room was situated in a quiet area away from general traffic. Ideal. There was an issue where a bug wandered in but only because we left the door open. Was able to park the car right outside the door, so packing and unpacking was a breeze. Clean room. Good stop over place for a one nighter. Nice quick breakfast for the road.
